Abstract

Based on information in the field, some educators ignore small things that can increase students' interest and enthusiasm for learning. The existence of rewards and punishments is expected to overcome students' problems in learning, learning motivation also plays a major role in shaping the character of students. The purpose of this study was to describe the role of reward and punishment as well as the supporting and inhibiting factors in increasing motivation and learning outcomes in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 9 Malang. This research uses descriptive qualitative methods and case studies. The data analysis used is interactive data analysis. The form of the application of rewards in increasing learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 9 Malang is an appreciation for students who do not violate the rules in the form of adding character values, while the form of punishment is for students who do not attend the dhuha prayer congregation and literacy will get a punishment in the form of clean the school environment. The supporting and inhibiting factors in the application of reward and punishment in increasing learning motivation in Islamic religious education subjects at SMAN 9 Malang is the presence or absence of supporting facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Optimizing the function of mosques in the lives of Muslims is not determined by the grandeur of the mosque building alone. Many large mosques are found, but there are no congregations and minimal activities. However, it should be grateful if in the last decade there have been quite a lot of people who have been active in various activities, such as routine recitation, religious and family consultations, economic empowerment of the people and others. For that what is needed should be synchronizing the empowerment of the potential of the mosque with the empowerment of social and educational potential for the benefit of the people. One of the problems in Sonowangi Village is lack. community concern for mosque-based empowerment optimization, the function of mosques as centers of civilization change, in particularin terms of education and religious activities. I think Sensitivity social towards the younger generation in realizing that Islamic generation golden and superior and religious.

Abstract

The application of google classroom based learning media in Islamic religious education subjects is one of the lessons applied by teachers and students at SMK Islam An Nuuru Tirtoyudo Malang. The focus of this research is on planning, implementation and several factors that influence Islamic education subjects. To achieve this goal, the researcher uses a qualitative approach based on phenomenology by using a case study type of research. Based on this research, it can be stated related to planning which can be seen from the preparation of materials, applications, and learning objectives. The implementation of this learning includes the delivery of strategies, methods, and applications that are used according to student needs and evaluation of learning. For several factors that affect the course of this learning, there are limitations of technology that can be evaluated by providing school facilities for the smooth running of this learning.

Abstract

The role of the moral aqidah teacher is an important component in forming the values of tolerance in schools. Teachers of moral creed form the values of tolerance through the teaching and learning process. In this case, what is meant is to instill tolerance values directly through learning whose material is directly related to tolerance values. The purpose of this research is to (1) identify the application of student tolerance values at MA An-Nur Bululawang. (2) describe the role of Akidah Akhlak teachers in shaping student tolerance values at MA An-Nur Bululawang. (3) identify barriers and supports in shaping student tolerance values at MA An-Nur Bululawang.

Abstract

Gapoktan  Kerto Raharjo started its agribussiness activity in 2007 and now It mananges some business units. Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo has problem that the level of profit from its business activities is still low so its development is slow.  This study aimed to measure the institutional performance of the Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo and to analyze strategies to develop Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo.  This study used the Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) method to measure the institutional performance of Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo and used SWOT analysis to determine the development strategy of Kerto Raharjo Gapoktan. The measurement of the institutional performance with OCAT obtained a performance value of 3.85 and included in the Expanding category.  The analysis of External and Internal Factors resulted the Evaluation of External Factors (EFE) value of 3.08 and the Evaluation of Internal Factors (EFI) value of 2.65. The strategy chosen from SWOT analysis was the SO strategy. This strategy was carried out by: (1) creating a work program for the development of the Rojolele Srinuk rice agribusiness, (2) inviting young farmers to join Gapoktan, (3) utilizing goverment aids (4) establishing partnerships with other institutions and (5) ) utilizing information technology like Facebook, Instagram, Webblog dan Youtube to introduce Gapoktan and its activity to community. INTISARIGapoktan Kerto Raharjo melakukan usaha agribisnisnya mulai tahun 2007 dan mengelola beberapa unit usaha.  Permasalahan yang dihadapai oleh Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo adalah rendahnya tingkat keuntungan usaha yang dilakukan sehingga perkembangan usahanya lambat.  Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur kinerja kelembagaan dan menganalisis strategi pengembangan Gapoktan Kerto Raharjo.  Penelitian ini menggunakan metode Organizational Capacity Assessment Tool (OCAT) untuk mengukur kinerja kelembagaan dan analisis SWOT untuk menentukan strategi pengembangan Gapoktan.  Hasil dari pengukuruan OCAT didapatkan nilai kinerja sebesar 3.85 dan masuk dalam kategori Ekspanding.  Hasil analisis Faktor Eketernal dan Internal didapatkan nilai Evaluasi Faktor Eksternal (EFE) sebesar 3.08 dan Evaluasi Faktor Internal (EFI) sebesar 2.65.  Strategi  yang dipilih dari hasil analisis SWOT adalah strategi SO.  Strategi ini dilakukan dengan: (1) membuat program kerja untuk pengembangan usaha agribisnis padi Rojolele Srinuk, (2) mengajak petani muda bergabung ke dalam Gapoktan, (3) menjalin kerjasama dan kemitraan dengan lembaga lain (4) memanfaatkan bantuan modal dan hibah dari pemerintah dan (5) memanfaatkan Teknologi Informasi seperti Facebook, Instagram, Webblog dan Youtube untuk memperkenalkan Gapoktan dan kegiatannya ke masyarakat luas.

Abstract

Desa Ngawonggo merupakan salah satu Desa yang berada di KecamatanTajinan Kabupaten Malang. Manajemen masjid di era ini membutuhkan keterampilan dan kemampuan kepemimpinan. Pengurus masjid harus mampu beradaptasi dengan perkembangan zaman. faktor yang menyebabkan tidak menjadi salah satu kemakmuran masjid adalah sedikitnya kegiatan keagamaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui optimalisasi manajemen masjid dan mushola dalampengembangan kualitas sumber daya manusia pada masjid Al-Huda di desa ngawonggo kecamatan Tajinan. Penelitian ini merupakan studi kasus atau penelitian lapangan, karena data yang dipoleh dari hasil pengamatan langsung pada masjid Al-Hudadi desa ngawonggo kecamatan Tajinan. Dengan diadakannya kegiatan sosialisasi di masjid tersebut, alhamdulillah masyarakat mulai sadar kembali untuk mengembangkan serta memakmurkan kembali masjid-masjid ataupun mushola, dengan bekal modul yang diberikan oleh pemateri para takmir masjid dan mushola bersemangat Kembali untuk menghidupkan masjid dan mushola yang mereka Kelola.
