Abstract

The mangrove forest ecosystem in Sungai Kayu Ara Village, Sungai Apit Subdistrict, Siak Regency, Riau Province has a unique or distinctive appeal, which has the potential to be developed as a mangrove forest ecotourism destination. The research objective was to analyze the potential for developing mangrove forest ecotourism in Sungai Kayu Ara Village in realizing sustainable mangrove forest conservation. The method used in this research is the survey method, which was carried out in May-July 2020. Mangrove density data was taken using the line transect plot technique, which consists of 3 observation transects. Each transect has 3 plots, each plot measuring 10 x 10 m2. The identification results found 6 types of mangroves that grow in the mangrove forest area of Sungai Kayu Ara Village, namely Rhizophora apiculata, Avicennia alba, Bruguiera gymnorrihiza, Sonneratia alba, Nypa fruticans, and Xylocarpus granatum. The mangrove density value is 1234 ind / ha. The average value of the Tourism Suitability Index (IKW) is 76.75%. (S2 category), which is suitable for development as a mangrove forest ecotourism area. Mangrove forest ecotourism development strategies based on SWOT analysis include 1) Increasing stakeholder cooperation for mangrove forest conservation; 2) Developing facilities and infrastructure for the development of mangrove forest ecotourism; 3) Provision of information and promotion of manrove ecotourism through print and electronic media; and 4) Increased quality of skilled and skilled human resources for the development of mangrove forest ecotourism.

Abstract

Di desa Tanjung Meriah kecamatan sitellu tali urang jehe terdapat petani pinang yang berpotensi dapat menambah perekonomian keluarga, proses pengupasan pinang dari serabut dikerjakan secara tradisional. Dalam kegiatan sebelumnya telah dibuatkan mesin pengupas pinang memakai mesin, namun saat ini terkendala masalah perawatan berkala yang butuh bimbingan. Pada kesempatan ini warga petani pinang mengharapkan agar mengupas pinang yang dikerjakan tetap berjalan lancar, tentu dengan bantuan mesin dalam waktu yang singkat proses pengupasannya. Metode pelaksanaan dilakukan dengan mendampingi langsung mitra praktek cara perawatan mesin pengupas pinang, dimulai dengan teori, peragaan mesin dan praktek oleh masing-masing orang secara bergantian. Tujuan kegiatan ini untuk memberikan pengetahuan tata cara perawatan mesin pengupas pinang pasca kegiatan program kemitraan masyarakat yang telah dilaksanakan sebelumnya, agar masyarakat dapat menjaga keberlangsungan mesin untuk dapat dipakai dalam jangka waktu yang lama. Hasil pelaksanaan program ini memberikan dampak yang baik terhadap peningkatan pengetahuan mitra terkait langkah-langkah yang harus dilakukan dalam perawatan mesin secara berkala. Hasil lainnya dapat direkomendasikan kepada kelompok masyarakat desa tanjung meriah adalah mereka dapat membuat, mengembangkan sendiri tanpa didampingi tim pkm karena dengan pengetahuan yang cukup dari hasil pendampingan yang telah dilakukan.

Abstract

Fourier series has the ability to decompose a periodic function into a collection of sine and cosine wave sums. Another way to express a function into an infinite series is with the Maclaurin series or Taylor series but both of these series require that the function must have the first derivative, the second derivative and so on of the function is defined at its expansion point and there must be no discontinuity value at that point. However, the advantage of the Fourier series is that we can decompose the function into an infinite series containing the sum of sine and cosine terms even though the function cannot be differentiated and has discontinuity at some points. The Fourier series equation of an analytical function is obtained by first finding the values ​​of the Fourier coefficients using analytical integrals. In the case of functions formed from numerical data that are assumed to have a periodic pattern, the Fourier series formula that uses analytical integrals to find its Fourier coefficients can no longer be used so that the numerical approach using the Trapezium method is an alternative that allows us to find the Fourier series equation for a periodic function expressed numerically. We use 12 points as the basis for the calculation in the Trapezium method to approximate the Fourier series numerically. This paper presents a numerical approach to solve the problem.

Abstract

Pendidikan agama Islam sejak dini memiliki peran penting dalam membentuk karakter religius sekaligus menumbuhkan kepedulian sosial anak. Salah satu ajaran yang jarang dikenalkan adalah tajhizul mait atau tata cara pengurusan jenazah. Padahal, praktik ini merupakan kewajiban kolektif (fardhu kifayah) yang tidak hanya bernilai ibadah, tetapi juga mengajarkan penghormatan, tanggung jawab, dan kepedulian terhadap sesama. Kondisi di Desa Roburan Dolok menunjukkan bahwa anak-anak umumnya hanya mengenal ajaran dasar seperti shalat dan doa, sementara praktik tajhizul mait belum diperkenalkan.Tujuan kegiatan pengabdian ini adalah menanamkan nilai keislaman sejak dini dengan cara aplikatif dan menyenangkan. Pelaksanaan dilakukan di Madrasah Nahdlatul Ulama Roburan Dolok melalui tiga tahap, yaitu ceramah interaktif untuk memberikan pengetahuan dasar, demonstrasi praktik sederhana menggunakan boneka peraga, serta simulasi terbimbing agar anak terlibat langsung tanpa meninggalkan prinsip syariat. Hasil kegiatan memperlihatkan bahwa metode aplikatif lebih efektif daripada teori semata. Anak-anak antusias, mampu menjelaskan kembali tahapan dasar, dan menunjukkan pemahaman tentang pentingnya tanggung jawab sosial dalam Islam.Simpulannya, pengenalan tajhizul mait sejak dini tidak hanya memberi pengetahuan religius, tetapi juga membentuk kepekaan sosial dan empati. Model ini dapat dijadikan rujukan untuk program pengabdian berikutnya agar nilai keislaman semakin tertanam secara berkesinambungan.
