Abstract

Ketapang Animal Market is one of the animal markets in Sampang Regency, which causes many people in the area and outside the area to carry out animal buying and selling transactions which results in an increase in the number of visitor vehicles going in and out of the market area at a certain time so that the available parking locations exceed capacity. Parking conditions in the market area are also irregular, indicated by violations, for example 2-wheeled or 4-wheeled vehicles parked on the shoulder of the road do not comply with the rules. Therefore, this analysis was carried out to meet the needs of parking areas in the market area. To find out, this is done by analyzing parking characteristics, the area of ​​parking requirements and side obstacles around the road to find out how high the value of side obstacles is on the shoulder of the road. The discussion results from this research show a high parking turnover rate, namely 6 vehicles/SRP, and a parking index >1, which means the capacity is smaller than required. The evaluation results are based on alternative angles, the 90° angle corresponds to an area of ​​830 m2 for two wheels and 4,015 m2 for four wheels. Side obstacles are categorized as High/T class with a value of 566.3/hour 777.425/hour, but after evaluating the frequency of occurrence The value obtained for side resistance is 457.55/hour, which is included in the medium class.

Abstract

The Peta Monument in Blitar was built to commemorate the PETA (Defenders of the Fatherland) rebellion against the Japanese army on February 14, 1945 led by Soedanco Soepriyadi. The Peta monument is located on Jl. Sudanco Supriyadi, Bendogerit, Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar city, East Java 66133. The existence of the PETA Army Headquarters Area as one of Blitar City's cultural heritage assets. The main problem identified is that the parking lot has not been optimally utilized, there is no good and ideal parking plot marking as a parking area, especially for two-wheeled vehicles and four-wheeled vehicles and other vehicles visiting the Map Monument. An adequate parking lot is able to meet the capacity of the parking lot so that it can satisfy visitors visiting the Blitar Map Monument. The purpose of this study is to determine the prediction of vehicle parking, parking capacity, and parking space arrangement. The data used are primary data and secondary data. Where the results of the research of two-wheeled vehicle parking needs are 35 SRP, four-wheeled vehicles are 104 SRP and bus parking is 5 SRP. Therefore, parking arrangements are made to obtain the availability of parking for two-wheeled vehicles (motorbikes) 163 SRP with a parking angle of 90°, four-wheeled vehicles (cars) 104 SRP with a parking angle of 45°, and bus parking 5 SRP with a parking angle of 90°.

Abstract

Ende City is located in East Nusa Tenggara Province, also one of the education cities, where many schools and universities exist, this is one of the reasons for the increasing accident rate in Ende City. Eltari road is a primary collector type road which is an urban road that functions as a link between Simpang lima Ende road, Wirajaya road, and Basuki Rachmat road. This research uses quantitative methods, with data collection for 1 week. Z-Score and Cusum analysis methods. From the data obtained from the Ende Regency Police Traffic Unit from 2018-2022 the incidence of accidents on the Eltari Ende road section was 27 incidents. The objectives taken in this study are to determine the characteristics of the road, find out Blacksite and Blackspot, and how to improve the road section with safety. Based on the observations obtained, the level of service analysis value on the Eltari Ende road section is 0.32 with criterion B, namely stable flow, but the operating speed begins to be limited by traffic conditions. Based on the results of the Z-Score and Cusum analysis methods, it is known that the Eltari Ende road is identified as an accident-prone point seen from the road segment which has a Z-Score value in segment I of 0.182 which is positive 0, the Cusum value in segment I is 10.000 which is positive and 0. Based on the classification, it states that if the Z-Score and Cusum values are positive or 0, it is identified as accident-prone. Proposals in an effort to reduce accidents and improve safety roads, are repairing and adding road complementary facilities, checking, inspecting and monitoring regularly so that traffic conditions remain stable, improving road safety.

Abstract

Transportation is an important part of human life. Transportation is closely linked to all human activities, including the acquisition of products and services for many reasons. The purpose of this study is to assess the performance of the road, assess the impact of bridge construction, and find a feasible alternative solution. This research belongs to the field of quantitative descriptive research. It uses a hypothesis verification method, beginning with deductive reasoning to formulate hypotheses and then conducting field tests. The Tlogomas Road section of Malang City is observed to be busy on Tuesdays at 06.00 to 07.00. So far we have been able to achieve a capacity value (C) of 2,775 skr/h and a degree of saturation (DJ) value of 0.93, higher than the DJ value set in PKJI 2014 (DJ > 0.85). Therefore, the level of service is categorized as E, indicating inconsistent flow with periodic decreases in speed and demand approaching its maximum capacity. Based on the study results obtained through the use of SPSS, it can be concluded that the construction of the Tunggul Mas bridge has a significant influence on the performance of the Tlogomas road section. In section 2, it seems that the eastern region, X1 (motorcycles), is the most affected. The estimated t table value of 2.650 is much greater than the t table value of 0.005. Alternative solutions used include the installation of warning signs prohibiting parking on the roadside, as well as the application of yellow box intersection markings at the Tlogomas intersection in Malang City.

Abstract

The intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun is a connecting route between Malang city and other cities. So to minimize the conflict in the intersection of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun, serious handling is needed. So that researchers are interested in studying further through research with a quantitative approach method of descriptive type. The implementation of this research aims to analyze the performance of Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun in the existing and the next 10 years and recommend appropriate handling techniques at the intersection. Then to support data analysis, researchers implemented two types of data sources, namely secondary data sources in the form of the number of vehicle growth and population, while the primary data was in the form of intersection geometric conditions and traffic volume. Data collection was carried out for 7 days. The results of the traffic performance analysis showed that the value of vehicle volume in 2023 was 5249 cur/ hour, the degree of saturation (DJ) value obtained was 1.0> 0.85, meaning that the speed level was slow and the flow was experiencing obstacles, so it fell into category F for the level of service and the delay was 28.3 sec /cur service level B (less). From the analysis results for the next 10 years, the degree of saturation (DJ) on Jalan S. Supriadi - Jalan Satsui Tubun still meets the requirements based on PKJI 2014. In 2023, the traffic volume levels on the east, south, and north approaches are 666 pcu/h, 979 pcu/h, and 1042 pcu/h respectively, while the degree of saturation on the east, south, and north approaches are 0.71; 0.49; and 0.71 respectively.

Abstract

The student development center named Science Technopark is located at Tribhuwana Tunggadewi (UNITRI) and serves as a hub for the development of scientific education faculties. The problem that arises is the need for parking spaces due to the increasing student population and car ownership. This research aims to assess the parking space requirements of UNITRI Science Technopark located at Jalan Telagawarna, Tlogomas, Malang City by considering the existing conditions. This type of research explores specific demographics or samples using positivist quantitative research methodology to evaluate preconceived premises. Four-wheeled vehicles only require eight parking spaces, while two-wheeled cars require a total of 97 SRPs. The 60o parking pattern has a higher SRP (98 SRP) than the alternative when taking into account the two-wheeler parking pattern. The SRP and four-wheel SRP of 8 is the most effective parking pattern that will be utilized at Science Technopark Unitri Malang after many parking models have been analyzed. The maneuverability of vehicles when entering and exiting the parking lot is improved with this angle of parking arrangement.

Abstract

Dalisodo Village is well known in the community, especially in the world of tourism. This village is very rich in natural potential, located in Malang Regency, which is the center of a tourism center that is easy to reach. Coban Glotak waterfall is located in Dalisodo village as a very interesting potential tourist attraction. Coban Glotak Waterfall has a height of 100 m and is still in the Coban Glotak Forest so that it presents a balance system in human life. Coban Glotak waterfall should be developed as a tourist attraction that ultimately brings benefits to the local community. The roads are still damaged, the parking area is still not managed and maintained properly and there is no clear registration system. The data collection technique used purposive sampling with in-depth interviews with the village head, management, community and visitors. Existing data is processed using the SWOT technique by analyzing the situation then described in a conclusion to formulate a management strategy formula. Based on internal and external factors owned by Coban Glotak Waterfall, the following strategies can be formulated: improving cleanliness, promotional programs, building cooperation with tourism businesses and managing supporting facilities. From the results of the analysis obtained based on the results of the IFAS and EFAS SWOT matrix in the table as described above, the results can be summarized as follows: Coordinates of the internal analysis diagram (X) (Total Strength-Score Total Weakness) :2 = (3.5-3.4) : 2 = 1.8 Coordinates of external analysis (Y) (Total Opportunities-Score of Total Threats) : 2 = (2,7-2,9) : 2 = - 0,1.

Abstract

The people of the Tlogomas sub-district, especially the residents of RT 07 RW 06, are facing the problem of rainwater inundation on the Telaga Warna road. Therefore the Tlogomas sub-district community needs competent personnel with Civil Engineering expertise and requires supporting equipment in terms of surveys and analysis equipment to plan drainage rehabilitation. This community service activity uses the AutoCAD program to apply topography measurement technology applications and drainage designs. The results of the topographic survey describe the longitudinal and transverse sections of the Telaga Warna road section. The cross-sectional design of the drainage channel using precast concrete/U-Gatter measuring 100x100 cm. From the calculation of the volume of drainage and rehabilitation needs for the Telaga Warna road section, a cost of Rp. 676,187,000,-. As a result of this community service activity, partners receive assistance in terms of planning so that a good and efficient implementation of the drainage rehabilitation plan is obtained.ABSTRAKMasyarakat kelurahan Tlogomas khususnya warga RT 07 RW 06 menghadapi permasalahan genangan air hujan di ruas jalan Telaga Warna. Oleh karena itu masyarakat kelurahan Tlogomas membutuhkan kompetensi personil yang mempunyai keahlian Teknik Sipil serta membutuhkan peralatan yang mendukung dalam hal survei maupun peralatan analisa untuk merencanakan rehabilitasi drainase. Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini adalah penerapan aplikasi teknologi pengukuran topografi serta desain drainase menggunakan program AutoCAD. Hasil survey topografi menggambarkan penampang memanjang dan melintang ruas jalan Telaga Warna. Serta desain penampang saluran drainase yang menggunakan beton precast/ U-Gatter ukuran 100x100 cm dari hasil perhitungan volume kebutuhan rehabilitasi drainase ruas jalan Telaga Warna dibutuhkan biaya sebesar Rp. 676.187.000,-. Hasil dari kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat ini, mitra memperoleh pendampingan dalam hal perencanaan sehingga diperoleh implementasi perencanaan rehabilitasi drainase yang baik dan efisien

Abstract

Kolonel Sugiono street is included in the administrative area of ​​Mergosono Sub-Village, Kedungkandang District, Malang City and is a connecting route between Malang Regency and Malang City. In addition, it is also one of the routes that connects Malang City and Surabaya City, with the road function being a Secondary artery and a national road. Kolonel Sugiono street is one of the lanes with a quite high flow of vehicles every day. Kolonel Sugiono street is an area that has quite a lot of blackspot due to the frequent occurrence of traffic accidents. Based on Malang City Traffic data, there were 51 accidents occurred in 2014-2016 and 40 accidents in 2017-2021, both on Kolonel Sugiono street. This study aimed to determine the traffic’s characteristics, identify blacksites and blackspots, as well as solutions and efforts to improve road safety. According to the analysis results, the service level of Kolonel Sugiono street is 0.98 that is categorized as criterion E, namely the traffic volume is approaching or at its capacity, the flow is unstable with frequently stop conditions. Furthermore, based on the Z-Score and Cusum analysis, Kolonel Sugiono road is identified as a Blacksite and Blackspot because it has a positive Z-Score value, namely segment I is 3.1 and in segment II is 5, has a Cusum value, namely in segment 1 is 32 and in segment II has a value of 28.2. Solutions and efforts to improve road safety are paying attention to, repairing, and installing traffic signs, traffic signaling devices, and other road complementary factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the characteristics of the Diponegoro road and to recognize the performance of the road. This study utilizes descriptive methods and Guidelines for Indonesian Road Capacity (PKJI, 2014). The results revealed that the value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) was 0.340 on weekdays in the morning peak hours with service level category B. Meanwhile, during peak hours in the afternoon and evening each had a Degree of Saturation (DJ) value of 0.301 and 0.205 with service level category B. The value of the Degree of Saturation (DJ) on weekends in the morning, afternoon and evening peak categories are 0.226, 0.193 and 0.153, respectively, with service level B. Meanwhile, the prediction for the next 5 years (2029) The Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.386 during peak hours. in the morning with service level category B and on weekends the Degree of Saturation (DJ) is 0.257 in service level category B. This level of service needs to be continuously improved by increasing pedestrian facilities and providing vehicles outside the road to maintain the value of side barriers with a very low category.
