Abstract

Road safety is a topic that is often raised, and is currently a world concern that not only affects transportation but also society. Therefore, it requires an analysis of road safety in terms of the completeness of road infrastructure to meet the standard value of the Indonesian Road Capacity Guideline. and the National General Plan for Road Traffic and Transportation Safety (RUNKLL). The purpose of the study was to determine the accident-prone points on the Krebet-Bululawang highway, Malang Regency. and provide handling efforts related to the results of the Krebet Highway Safety Analysis in Review from the Completeness of Road Infrastructure Aspects. In this study, what is calculated is the Z-score Technical Analysis of accident-prone areas (Black sites), the Cusum Technique of accident-prone points (Black Spot). Based on the results of accident characteristic data processing, the location of accident-prone points (black spots) that have the largest custom value on Jalan Krebet is identified as accident-prone points in segments 1 and segment 3 as the cause of having the largest custom values, namely 7,200 and 5,250. Based on the accident data, the accident z-score values for each segment were obtained based on the total number of accident incidents during the period 2018 - 2022 with 2 road segments with the highest scores, namely segments 1 and 3 where the number of accident victims was 11 accident victims and the highest z-core value was 2.012 in segment 1 and segment 3 0.224 Identify characteristics that are deeper and more detailed, this is based on the results of analysis of accident z-score values that appear 2 priority road segments and aim in efforts to handle accident-prone segment location points that have been identified and determined previously. At this stage, the most important technical problems in road traffic safety will be described as Proposed Handling for accident-prone areas (black sites) and accident-prone points (back spots) that need to be installed warning signs for dangerous areas where accidents often occur. Usually the placement of these traffic signs is at least 50 meters before areas where accidents often occur according to the standard of RI transportation regulations No PM 13 2014 concerning traffic signs.

Abstract

ABSTRACTThe impact of the tofu processing industry is their liquid waste which mostly causes problems. Tofu liquid waste can be used as biogas. For that, we need a feasibility study for the development of a Biodigester from a technical, economic, and environmental perspective. The process of technical analysis is used to determine the type of digester and the suitable and efficient place, obtained from operational costs, land area, and production capacity. From the technical analysis study, the selected type of reactor installation was obtained, namely the modified Cover Lagoon Anaerobic Reactor (Colar) with a portable model with a capacity of 200 liters. The economic analysis study is used to determine the feasibility of the Biodigester development in determining the detail of cost budget and it reached Rp. 2.301.000.00, - and the investment in the next 5 years with the parameter Net Present Value (NPV) = Rp. 7.512.000.00 (positive value), the probability Index (PI) = 3.2 ≥ 1 in the investment term, the internal Rate Of Return (IRR) is generally positive at the applicable interest rate, and there is no IRR and Payback Period (PP) = 1.3 years (≤ 5 years investment) of the return on investment. The environmental analysis study resulted that the outer biodigester is safe and smells a bit sting to reduce the liquid waste from the tofu factory. Those handling of the outer is located in a special route pipe to the final landfills site or closed septic tank.

Abstract

The Bung Karno Tomb Area requires adequate parking facilities to accommodate two-wheeled, four-wheeled, dan six-wheeled vehicles. A viral case regarding a parking fee of up to IDR 800,000 for a group of buses at the Bung Karno Tomb Tourism dan Trade Information Center (PIPP) highlights the importance of clear dan transparent parking management (Metrotvnews 2025). This study employs a quantitative approach to analyze parking space requirements dan propose solutions for parking area management. The analysis shows a total of 627 parked vehicles, with an average parking volume of 647 vehicles dan an accumulation of 54 vehicles. The average parking duration is 13 minutes for two-wheeled vehicles, 5 minutes for four-wheeled vehicles, dan 6 minutes for heavy vehicles. Based on data from 100 respondents, 54% were male dan 46% were female, with the highest rate of private vehicle ownership among male respondents. These findings indicate that the increasing mobility of visitors must be balanced with more efficient parking arrangements. Therefore, well-planned dan capacity-appropriate parking management solutions are essential to improve visitor comfort, reduce congestion in the tourist area, dan strengthen the positive image of the Bung Karno Tomb Area as a leading tourist destination in Blitar City.

Abstract

The road system is one of the essential transport infrastructures for achieving both dynamic and healthy socialstability and economic development. This kind of study employs a quantitative descriptive research design. Theapproach uses side obstruction surveys, vehicle volume surveys, and road geometry surveys. The analysis isconducted using the 2014 Indonesian Road Capacity Guidelines. The Borobudur road section's performance inMalang City indicates that Thursday from 07:0 to 08:00 is peak hour. This is based on a road capacity value (C) of2844.072 skr/hour and a degree of saturation (Dj) value of 1.90 above the Dj value required in the PKJI 2014,which is Dj > 0.85. This means that the service level is F, and in prior years, the service level was F due to anunreliable flow, occasional stops in speed, and demand that was approaching capacity.
