Abstract

Rendahnya kemampuan literasi kritis siswa jenjang SMA, SMK, dan MA masih menjadi tantangan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam hal pemahaman bacaan dan kemampuan menulis analitis. Kondisi ini juga berdampak pada belum optimalnya pemanfaatan koleksi perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar yang bermakna. Program Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memperkuat literasi kritis siswa melalui pembekalan lomba resensi buku berbasis koleksi Perpustakaan Daerah Tuban. Kegiatan ini dilaksanakan dengan melibatkan siswa-siswi perwakilan dari SMA, SMK, dan MA di Kabupaten Tuban, serta bekerja sama dengan Perpustakaan Daerah Tuban sebagai mitra strategis. Metode pelaksanaan program menggunakan pendekatan partisipatif dan edukatif yang meliputi analisis kebutuhan, pembekalan literasi kritis dan teknik resensi buku, pendampingan penulisan resensi, serta evaluasi kegiatan melalui lomba resensi buku. Pembekalan dilakukan secara interaktif dengan memanfaatkan koleksi Perpustakaan Daerah Tuban sebagai sumber utama bacaan. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap konsep literasi kritis dan kemampuan menulis resensi buku secara sistematis, objektif, dan argumentatif. Selain itu, kegiatan ini juga mendorong meningkatnya minat siswa dalam memanfaatkan koleksi perpustakaan serta memperkuat peran Perpustakaan Daerah Tuban sebagai pusat pengembangan literasi masyarakat.

Abstract

This study was conducted to determine the effect of Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), and Financing to Deposit Ratio (FDR) on financial performance, both simultaneously and partially, in relation to the Capital Adequacy Ratio (CAR). The research focuses on Bank BSI Syariah Indonesia, and the research sample is based on secondary data from annual reports released between 2021 and 2023. To analyze the data, this study uses SPSS 18. Several stages of analysis include conducting multiple linear regression tests, which encompass T and F hypothesis tests. The analysis results show that ROA has a significant positive effect on CAR, meaning that the higher the ROA, the greater the bank's capital adequacy. Conversely, ROE and FDR show a negative effect on CAR, as an increase in both variables is inversely related to CAR values. These findings provide valuable insights for bank management to improve financial performance and maintain capital stability. It is hoped that this research will contribute to the literature on Islamic finance and assist regulators in formulating policies that support the stability of the Syariah banking sector in Indonesia.

Abstract

The rapid growth of Indonesia’s Islamic finance industry contrasts with persistently low Islamic financial literacy, particularly among university students as future professionals. This study aims to synthesize existing literature to develop an integrative framework for embedding Islamic financial literacy within higher education curricula, identify multi-level implementation barriers, and propose adaptive strategies aligned with digital transformation. Using a qualitative Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this study analyzes ten peer-reviewed publications published between 2021 and 2025 through content and thematic analysis. The findings indicate that effective integration requires a holistic curriculum design encompassing cognitive, affective, and psychomotor competencies, supported by institutional readiness, lecturer capacity, and multi-stakeholder collaboration. Major barriers emerge at the micro, meso, and macro levels, including superficial digital literacy, limited interdisciplinary expertise among lecturers, fragmented institutional policies, and weak coordination between academia, industry, and regulators. This study demonstrates that digital transformation offers strategic opportunities to strengthen Islamic financial literacy through interactive, experiential, and community-based learning, provided it is accompanied by the development of critical and ethical financial reasoning. The main contribution of this research lies in proposing an integrative framework that connects curriculum design, implementation barriers, and adaptive strategies within a value-based and digitalized education context, offering theoretical and practical implications for higher education institutions and policymakers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis hubungan antara motivasi belajar dan self-regulated learning (SRL) pada siswa SMA Negeri di Kecamatan Samarinda Ulu. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan desain korelasional. Sampel penelitian berjumlah 250 siswa yang dipilih menggunakan teknik cluster random sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui skala motivasi belajar dan skala self-regulated learning yang telah melalui proses validasi isi dan uji reliabilitas. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan korelasi Pearson Product Moment. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan adanya hubungan positif yang sangat kuat dan signifikan antara motivasi belajar dan self-regulated learning (r = 0,908; p < 0,001). Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa siswa dengan motivasi belajar yang lebih tinggi cenderung memiliki kemampuan regulasi diri dalam belajar yang lebih baik. Secara deskriptif, mayoritas siswa menunjukkan tingkat motivasi belajar dan self-regulated learning pada kategori tinggi. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa motivasi belajar merupakan faktor penting dalam pengembangan kemampuan belajar mandiri pada siswa sekolah menengah atas. Temuan ini memperkuat model teoretis yang mengaitkan konstruksi motivasional dengan self-regulated learning dalam konteks pendidikan menengah.

Abstract

This community service program aims to strengthen teachers’ pedagogical competence at SMK YPM Tuban in designing and implementing active, contextual, and skill-oriented learning in the era of 21st-century education. The program employed an integrated approach consisting of pedagogical workshops, demonstration of learning models, structured microteaching sessions, and on-the-job mentoring for three weeks after the training. A total of 44 teachers from both vocational and general subject areas participated, fostering interdisciplinary collaboration and accelerating the adoption of innovative teaching practices. The initial assessment revealed a mean pedagogical competence score of 60, with only 28% of teachers consistently applying active learning strategies. Based on these findings, the intervention was designed by combining theoretical knowledge with practical application and continuous feedback. Microteaching served as the core strategy, enabling teachers to practice teaching, receive structured observations, and reflect on their performance. The evaluation results indicated a significant improvement, with the average post-test score increasing to 85 and 91% of teachers achieving competency standards. Participant satisfaction reached 4.6 out of 5, reflecting a highly positive response to the program. Additionally, there was a substantial increase in the implementation of active learning strategies and the use of contextual lesson plans aligned with the Merdeka Curriculum. Qualitative findings highlight that the success of the program was supported by reflective microteaching practices, intensive classroom mentoring, and strong institutional support. However, challenges such as varying initial competencies and limited time for lesson planning were identified. Overall, this program proved effective in enhancing teachers’ pedagogical competence and bridging the gap between theory and classroom practice, with strong potential for sustainability through continuous mentoring and professional learning communities.

Abstract

The development of digital technology has brought significant changes to Islamic education, requiring methodological and epistemological adaptations to maintain its relevance. The process of digitalizationmarked by the emergence of artificial intelligence, big data, and virtual learning environments has shifted the educational paradigm from traditional systems toward technology-based learning models. This study aims to reconstruct Islamic education studies through interdisciplinary and multidisciplinary approaches within the context of digitalization. The method employed is library research, involving the collection and analysis of literature from reputable journals, academic books, scientific articles, and relevant documents. The analysis was conducted descriptively and analytically using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, which was chosen for its ability to provide structured, transparent, and replicable scientific evidence from various empirical research sources, thereby enabling learning to become more holistic and contextual. The databases selected were chosen for their reputation as high-quality sources encompassing numerous peer-reviewed scholarly journals. Meanwhile, the multidisciplinary approach strengthens cross-disciplinary collaboration in developing curricula and fostering innovation in digital-based learning. Furthermore, digitalization demands an epistemological reconstruction to ensure that Islamic values can continue to be internalized through modern technology.
