Abstract

Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura is owned by Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari. Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura have to distributed and to marketed product of Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari within Madura Island regional. Problem that show by process at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura specially administration of distribution and financial is physical based data documentations which if broken then should remake the new document. Solution of the problem is to design an application of administration of distribution and financial which is function to maintenance data of sales, payment’s data, goods distribution’s data, and data of financial. Based on testing system, the application capable to executed the administration’s function at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura. The application is capable to be developed become information system of marketing management’s with added accounting and return of goods processes.

Abstract

Education Office of East Java Province is one of the government agencies that provide educational services to the community such as school establishment permits, extension of school establishment permits, management of student transfers, and other educational services. The process of arranging establishment permits, extensions, amendments and closure of education or school units by bringing and requirements documents that must be submitted to Education Office of East Java Province. The time needed for one management can take up to one month The waterfall method is used to provide solutions to problems that exist in the Education Office of East Java Province. This method implies a systematic and sequential approach to software development. Software development starts from the specifications of user needs and continues through the stages of planning, modeling, construction, and deployment, which ends with ongoing support for the software produced. With the existence of a web-based private school licensing information system that can shorten the management time of permits, applicants can register directly through the media website and also upload licensing requirements without having to queue at Education Office of East Java Province

Abstract

PT. Boga Putra Sakti is a company engaged in culinary has several restaurants that Suteki Sushi, penyetan Cok, and Waroeng Sapiku. After successfully opening a restaurant Suteki Sushi, PT Putra Boga Way opened penyetan Cok. The name comes from a word that characterizes the community of East Java, especially Surabaya and surrounding areas, but do not open the choke penyetan outlet firstin Surabaya, but penyetan was first open in Jakarta since 2013. One branch penyetan Cok located in BG Junction has business processes for supply of raw materials. Choke penyetan office to give orders raw materials 2 times a week. The process especially when raw materials side dish usingthought supervisor that making raw material excess or shortage in supply.To overcome these problems, we need a solution that is creating and designing applications on the supply of raw materials choke penyetan restaurant located in BG Junction Surabaya by using the process of the prediction method Exponential Smoothing Wintersresearch produces raw material inventory application using exponential smoothing forecasting method winter on penyetan choke for the upcoming period based on the data demand in the previous period so that it can help the problems of shortage and excess inventory of raw materials, especially dishes.

Abstract

CV. Zaneti 9 is a construction company specialized in services of asphalting, street casting and making drains water. Management of document requests to add raw materials on the CV. Zanetti 9 still using paper documents. Based on the current administrative conditions, time required to recap of data requests takes 1-2 days. The Administration Also has long-time constraints on the approval of the addition of raw materials.Based on this problem , then made application management of document requests  the addition of raw materials by applying administrative workflow system. This application applies the theory of Administrative workflow system to make sure process flow can be run well.It was concluded that this application has been able to accelerate the process of request for the addition of raw materials and also improves the performance of the process of creating the document recaps the addition of raw materials. This is seen in the time it takes to request additions raw materials to finished and also the time required to make the document recaps the addition of raw materials. At first it requires total time 36 hours to 26 minutes after use the application.

Abstract

PT. Putera Rachindo Sejahtera is a company that produces furniture with different raw material needs as customer. the company currently has a thousand suppliers from home and abroad to meet the raw material needs. The process of selecting a supplier for raw materials using criteria such as quality, price, distance, conformity delivery, and delivery time.  So it takes a long time to choose the supplier of more than one thousand suppliers that exist .To help companies shorten time supplier selection, made a decision support system application supplier determination using the method of Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP). Steps being performed on the system that determines the criteria and sub-criteria. Then determine the weight of test criteria and consistency, followed by determining the range of values and weighted sub-criteria. The system generates a priority assessment of suppliers eigen vector calculation criteria with sub criteria. based eigen vector application is made and a series of trials that have been done, the application can generate reports on a supplier of raw materials. Recommendations given supplier is a supplier with the highest ranking three parts purchasing to aid in decision making.

Abstract

SMP Negeri 3 WARU is a Ministry of Education-accredited junior high school in the Waru District of Sidoarjo Regency. With the Covid-19 pandemic, academic activities must be conducted online or via the internet. Being online necessitates the application of technology, one of which is the employment of SBS Exam. After conducting interviews and observations, it was discovered that the prototype of the SBS Exam application had various flaws, including a lack of a user-friendly display, high lighting and contrast, unappealing application colors, and several inconsistent and inaccessible buttons. To address this issue, interviews and assessments of the SBS Exam application's operation were conducted, and the problem was then solved by rebuilding the interface on the prototype using the Double Diamond Design approach and usability testing. A usability testing measuring instrument with indicators of learnability, efficiency, memorability, error, and satisfaction is used to calculate the initial evaluation. The results reveal that the average data is low at 2.89, which is considered poor. As a result, the best answer to these issues is to rebuild the SBS Exam application's interface using the Double Diamond Design technique, which consists of four stages: explore, define, develop, and deliver. Questionnaires were provided to 30 respondents, 15 teachers and 15 students, during the testing of the prototype on the SBS Exam application. The average after redesigning the application is 4.24 with an 84.96 percent percentage, indicating that the redesign solution in the SBS Exam application is able to convey the interface design extremely well.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo Marine Service merupakan anak perusahaan PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia III (Persero) berupa salah satu Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) terbesar di bidang penyelenggara jasa kepelabuhan. Pada PT. Pelindo Marine Service terdapat bidang Satuan Pengawasan Internal (SPI) yang bertugas untuk pengendalian manajemen yang memberikan layanan jasa penjaminan dan konsultasi (audit internal). Pada SPI dalam melakukan pencatatan pemeriksaan audit internal saat ini masih dilakukan secara konvensional yang berupa dokumen paperless. Pencatatan dengan dokumen paperless ini berisiko untuk kehilangan data pemeriksaan audit internal. Berdasarkan permasalahan yang ada, maka didapatkan solusi berupa sebuah aplikasi pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal pada SPI. Pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal meliputi pencatatan setiap pemeriksaan audit internal, sistem juga dapat menampilkan status pemeriksaan, dan pembuatan laporan hasil pemeriksaan kegiatan audit internal. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) dalam mengembangkan aplikasi pencatatan dan tindak lanjut audit internal SPI. Berdasarkan hasil dari aplikasi yang dibangun bahwa aplikasi dapat melakukan pencatatan pemeriksaan audit internal, dapat mengetahui status audit internal yang sedang berjalan, menampilkan jumlah laporan dari hasil pemeriksaan audit internal setiap periode, dan memberikan laporan temuan pemeriksaan, laporan tanggapan pemeriksaan, laporan rekomendasi pemeriksaan, dan laporan tindak lanjut pemeriksaan.

Abstract

PT. Pelindo Marine Service atau biasa disebut PT PMS merupakan salah satu BUMN yang merupakan anak perusahaan dari PT. Pelindo III (Persero). PT PMS bergerak dibidang jasa kepelabuhanan, salah satu jasanya adalah layanan Sarana Bantu Pelayanan Pemanduan (SBPP) yang meliputi layanan pemanduan dan layanan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal. Dalam melaksanakan layanan tersebut, PT PMS memerlukan layanan administrasi yang dapat mencatat segala aktivitas yang ada pada layanan SBPP. Layanan administrasi yang dilakukan masih belum dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait. Akibatnya proses pengerjaan administrasi menjadi lama karena penghitungan tagihan-tagihan tersebut masih manual. Maka dari itu, solusi yang didapatkan berupa sebuah sistem layanan administrasi SBPP. Layanan administrasi SBPP meliputi pelayanan pemanduan dan pemenuhan kebutuhan kapal yang dapat terotomatisasi penghitungan tagihan dan menerbitkan invoice secara langsung. Sistem dapat terintegrasi dengan bagian/divisi terkait sehingga lebih mudah dalam mengerjakan tugasnya. Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan metode System Development Life Cycle (SDLC). Dari hasil sistem layanan administrasi SBPP dapat disimpulkan bahwa sistem dapat melakukan penghitungan tagihan secara otomatis dari pengajuan layanan SBPP hingga menerbitkan invoice.

Abstract

Apotek Farmata is a pharmacy that sells various kinds of medicinal equipment. With these drugs, consumers can find the drugs they need. The problem that is currently occurring at the Farmata Pharmacy is that the Pharmacy Admin does not know exactly how many drugs will be ordered for the following month, this has resulted in some drug requests by customers not being fulfilled because drug supplies cannot meet consumer demand. Based on the above problems, the solution offered is an application for recording drug in and out transactions which will be integrated with the Single Exponential Smoothing method. The Single Exponential Smoothing method is a method used to forecast the average drug demand data every month and is not influenced by trends or seasons. In this study, the Single Exponential Smoothing method is used because the level of error is relatively small. This is done so that the drug does not pass the expiration date. The application produced in this study is the application of recording transactions in and out of and forecasting drugs at Pharmacies Farmata using Single Exponential Smoothing. The results of application testing with black-box testing are that every function of the application is running well.

Abstract

CV Rizky Agung is a company engaged in the delivery of goods in the city of Surabaya by sea. Currently, the process at CV Rizky Agung has several processes, namely the delivery transaction process, transaction data recording, and the delivery of goods. In these processes assisted with the help of Microsoft Excel to record all the data. The problem that occurs in the company is that customers cannot find out information about goods in real time, quickly whether the goods have been sent or not. In the current conditions, the application of restrictions on offline transactions during the Covid-19 pandemic, all transactional transactions were transferred to the online system, thus encouraging the company to create a website-based goods delivery system. With complaints from customers when they have difficulty monitoring goods, these needs will be met through "Interface Analysis and Design as a form of Visualization of Website-based Goods Delivery Application System Design at CV Rizky Agung". The final results obtained are in the form of Interface Design and Analysis as a form of Visualization of the Website-based Goods Delivery Application System Design on CV Rizky Agung in order to know for sure the main needs of users, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. The survey filled by respondents in this study amounted to 21 people with details of 2 couriers, 2 admins, and 17 customers. Based on the value of the survey, it will be calculated using the System Usability Scale formula which gets an average value of 80.5, which means that usability based on the data gets an acceptable or feasible assessment.
