Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia in its production, has a variety of machines that each day will perform a poction. With the continuous machine performance of PT Semen Indonesia will do the Overhaul of the machine owned. For now in the stage of scheduling Overhaul conducted by the company is still in a stage that lacks support because the software used can not update directly with SAP and still use Excel. In scheduling using SAP there is an issue where Software cannot determine the number of days present in the scheduling, unable to determine Shift, without filling in the PIC field and the Vendor Activity field keep running following Shift. The impact of the problem is that the process is disadvantaged at the time of the report generation and the lack of information. With such problems the company wants to create and implement a system scheduling Overhaul production machines. In the system can determine the number of days, can determine the Shift and also application demands to provide information at the time of the report generation.                Based on the test results of the Overhaul scheduling application with the Staff Department Of ICT and Staff Management Service Development, the results of the system can be easier to determine the number of days and Shift and the system can determine The selected vendor.Keyword: Website, Scheduling, production machinery, overhauls.

Abstract

Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura is owned by Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari. Marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura have to distributed and to marketed product of Pabrik Sehat Tentrem Jaya Lestari within Madura Island regional. Problem that show by process at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura specially administration of distribution and financial is physical based data documentations which if broken then should remake the new document. Solution of the problem is to design an application of administration of distribution and financial which is function to maintenance data of sales, payment’s data, goods distribution’s data, and data of financial. Based on testing system, the application capable to executed the administration’s function at marketing office of Sehat Tentrem Madura. The application is capable to be developed become information system of marketing management’s with added accounting and return of goods processes.

Abstract

PT MNC Sekuritas, the name MNC is an abbreviation of the word Media Nusantara Citra. PT MNC Sekuritas itself is a securities company that was founded in 1989 and is under the auspices of PT MNC Kapital Indonesia Tbk and has now developed into a local securities company that is committed to responding to the needs of the Indonesian people. One of the applications used by PT MNC Sekuritas is MNC Trade New , an application that is used to trade stocks and also monitor stock movements that can be used on mobile operating systems such as Android and iOS. There are several problems regarding the appearance of MNC Trade New, namely the design that is less than optimal and seems ordinary, as well as the user's desire to make transactions faster, then there are menu buttons that are too small, and the display of stock charts that are deemed unattractive. The double diamond method is a solution for analyzing and designing the ui/ux display of the MNC Trade New application with usability testing that focuses on 3 measurement aspects, namely learnability, efficient, and satisfaction using success rate, time based efficiency and SUS questionnaire calculations. With 10 samples of customer application users, the results obtained are 100% learnability, efficieny 0.027 goals/sec, and the SUS score obtained an average value of 80.

Abstract

Command Center 112 Surabaya is an innovation of services in disaster management supported by BPB Linmas Surabaya. Command Center 112 Surabaya service can integrate various Regional Device Organizations related to disaster management or emergencies experienced by the people of Surabaya quickly and responsively. The problem that occurs in Command Center 112 Surabaya is often receive false news reports related to emergencies numbering 704 during 2020 and the public is less responsive to report if there is an emergency to Command Center 112 Surabaya because the public has to wait a few minutes when the incoming call on number 112 is busy and the public is still hesitant when calling number 112 will be charged pulse fees. Based on the problem, Command Center 112 Surabaya needs a prototype display of android-based applications that can solve the current problem. On the emergency call application the public can report an emergency with a verified report according to the circumstances at the scene and a quick response from the operator officer to receive a report. Ui/UX design of Emergency Call application in Command Center 112 using sprint design method. There are 5 stages, namely, understand, diverge, decide, prototype, and validate. Prototype A and prototype B are designed based on the alterntif idea chosen at the decide stage. In the validate process using A/B Testing method to 10 potential users who have characteristics aged 18-40 years. The first stage of voting both prototypes by way of the user is shown a feature image of prototype A and prototype B. The results obtained by the user are more dominant choosing the look of prototype A that will be used to design prototype C. After designing prototype C, the user can try and give feedback for the improvement of prototype C. The result of the prototype C repair is that on the entrance page there are three entrances to make it easier to report and users can video call directly with the officer to request emergency handling on the emergency call application.

Abstract

Proses Penerimaan Siswa Baru (PPDB) di SMA Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya dilakukan berdasarkan Standar Operasional Prosedur (SOP). SMA Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya tidak menerapkan sistem zonasi karena SMA Wachid Hasyim 1 Surabaya memiliki kebijakan yang berbeda dengan sekolah negeri. Dengan menggunakan sistem pengembangan Waterfall, aplikasi ini dimulai dengan wawancara. Hasil wawancara tersebut menyatakan kondisi yang dihadapi para pendaftar sekolah saat ini yang masih harus dapat ke sekolah untuk melakukan pendaftaran dengan membawa serta semua dokumen-dokumen yang dibutuhkan, Keadaan ini membuat calon pendaftaran kesulitan dalam melakukan pengisian formulir dan proses selanjutnya. Hal ini dikarenakan belum adanya aplikasi yang mempermudah proses tersebut. Pengembangan aplikasi pendaftaran dimulai dengan analisis proses bisnis dan menghasilkan suatu rancangan aplikasi pendaftaran. Rancangan aplikasi ini akan mempermudah proses pendaftaran calon siswa secara online, memberikan laporan data calon siswa yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak sekolah, dan dapat meningkatkan target atau jumlah pendaftaran siswakata kunci: Website, Sekolah, Penerimaan Peserta Didik Baru (PPDB)

Abstract

The implementation of the Merdeka Curriculum requires teachers to be more creative in preparing learning media. Optimization of website-based media in learning is a necessity. This community service program is carried out to answer challenges for teachers and is carried out in the form of intensive training. The target of the implementation of the activity is teachers at the kindergarten, elementary and special school education levels in East Java. In its implementation, a survey of teachers has been carried out and it was found that teachers need other auxiliary applications to build learning media that students like and are more interesting, and the selected application is wordwall. The Wordwall application is website-based and makes it easier for teachers to evaluate student learning outcomes. From a survey of 213 teachers, 60 teachers were selected to take part in intensive training on the use of wordwall applications. The success of this program is measured by the assessment of participants, that the implementation of the program is going well, in accordance with expectations and providing added value for teachers in developing learning media, this can be seen in the average score given by participants of 3.77 on a scale of 1 to 4.

Abstract

Depresi merupakan gangguan jiwa yang ditandai dengan munculnya gangguan mood dan kehilangan minat. Telah dilakukan survey kepada 58 mahasiswa tingkat akhir di beberapa universitas di Surabaya didapatkan data gejala depresi yang sering dialami antara lain mengalami perubahan pola tidur, perubahan nafsu makan, pesimis, kehilangan energi, kehilangan ketertarikan, dan berfikir untuk tidak melanjutkan tugas akhir. Penelitihan ini berfokus pada membangun system pakar untuk pendeteksi dini tingkat stress pada mahasiswa tingkat akhir di Surabaya menggunakan metode Dempster Shafer. Metode ini digunakan karena memiliki kemudahan dalam menggunakan nilai pembobotan dan pemberian nilai kepercayaan terhadap suatu gejala. Sistem pakar yang dibangun memiliki dampak bagi mahasiswa dan dokter psikiater. Bagi mahasiswa dapat meningkatkan rasio mahasiswa dalam penyelesaian tugas akhir dan bagi dokter psikiater aplikasi ini dapat digunakan sebagai layanan tambahan dan kemudahan dalam melakukan konsultasi bagi pengguna. Ujicoba terhadap sistem telah dilakukan dengan menggunakan metode confusion matrix, sistem ini memberikan nilai accuracy sebesar 87,5% dan pada precision memiliki nilai 93,3% dan juga recall mempunyai nilai 93,3%.

Abstract

Sebagai bentuk dukungan terhadap upaya pemerintah kota Surabaya menuju Smart City, terutama Smart Society yang salah satu indokatornya adalah mendorong masyarakat untuk memiliki ketrampilan literasi digital, maka tim pelaksana merencanakan sebuah program pelatihan pembuatan website untuk masyarakat penggerak di RW 04 Kelurahan Airlangga. Upaya ini dilakukan untuk meningkat keterampilan dalam literasi digital masyarakat. Program ini bertujuan untuk memberikan keterampilan kepada masyarakat dalam membuat website dan memperkenalkan manfaat teknologi informasi dan internet untuk peningkatan branding usaha, organisasi dan citra diri bagi masyarakat.  Program ini memiliki urgensi yang kuat untuk dilaksanakan, tidak hanya untuk meningkatkan keterampilan dan pengetahuan masyarakat dalam bidang teknologi informasi, namun juga untuk memberdayakan masyarakat dalam mengembangkan usaha mereka secara online. Metode pengumpulan data dalam kegiatan ini dilakukan dengan survei dan wawancara. Hasil dari survei menunjukkan 95 dari 110 orang kader penggerak belum menggunakan website untuk organisasi. Peserta pelatihan berjumlah 100 kader. Secara keseluruhan, 100% kader mampu membangun 100 website baik untuk tujuan individu, usaha, maupun organisasi sosial kemasyarakat dan merasa bahwa pelatihan berlangsung dengan baik, menyenangkan, berkesan, dan bermanfaat. Empowering the Community Through Enhanced Skills in Managing Websites for Community Mobilizers in RW 04 Airlangga, Surabaya In support of the Surabaya city government's efforts towards becoming a smart city, particularly fostering a smart society with a key indicator being the promotion of digital literacy skills, the implementation team has devised a website creation training program for the community activists in RW 04, Airlangga Village. This initiative aims to enhance the digital literacy skills of the community. The program is designed to impart skills to the community in website creation and introduce the benefits of information technology and the internet for enhancing business, organizational branding, and the self-image of the community. The program holds strong urgency for implementation, not only to elevate the skills and knowledge of the community in the field of information technology but also to empower them to develop their businesses online. Data collection methods for this activity include surveys and interviews. Survey results indicate that 90 out of 110 community mobilizer cadres have not yet utilized websites for organizational purposes. Overall, 100% of the cadres express their willingness to build websites for individual, business, and social community organization purposes and perceive the training as well-conducted, enjoyable, impactful, and beneficial.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan meningkatkan literasi teknologi baru, termasuk pemahaman tentang Artificial Intelligence (AI), bagi ibu-ibu penggerak PKK di RT 7 Kelurahan Gunung Anyar Tambak. Pelaksanaan meliputi observasi kebutuhan, penyusunan rencana strategis, sosialisasi teknologi baru diantaranya pemanfaatan tools AI seperti Canva, Powtoon, dan ChatGPT, serta sesi praktik langsung. Evaluasi menunjukkan peningkatan pengetahuan dari 37% menjadi 87%, dengan antusiasme tinggi terhadap penggunaan teknologi, termasuk AI, dalam kehidupan sehari-hari. Hasil ini menegaskan pentingnya pembaruan pengetahuan teknologi dan AI bagi ibu rumah tangga dalam mendukung peran mereka sebagai pendidik dan pengawas aktivitas anak-anak di era digital.

Abstract

Suroboyo Bus merupakan layanan transportasi modern di Surabaya yang diluncurkan pada April 2018 oleh Pemerintah Kota. Untuk meningkatkan pelayanan, aplikasi “GOBIS” dirancang guna menyediakan informasi rute, jadwal keberangkatan, dan lokasi bus. Aplikasi ini dinilai kurang optimal karena belum memiliki fitur estimasi waktu tiba bus dan masih dalam tahap pengembangan, terutama dari segi desain. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan desain ulang UI/UX untuk meningkatkan daya tarik dan fungsionalitas aplikasi. Penelitian ini mengusulkan pendekatan design thinking dalam proses desain ulang. Ujicoba pada penggunaan prototype dengan menggunakan usability testing mendapatkan rata-rata kesuksesan menjalankan task skenario sebesar 73,4%. Dengan penerapan hasil dari desain ini, aplikasi GOBIS diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi pengguna dalam mengakses informasi dan meningkatkan efisiensi layanan secara keseluruhan.
