Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pelaminan modern di Sanggar Musi Wedding Gallery Kota Palembang yang meliputi Planning, Actuating, Organizing, Controlling dan Sumber Daya Manusia. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif, pengumpulan data digunakan oleh peneliti dengan cara: observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa manajemen pada sanggar musi wedding gallery ini menerapkan manajemen modern dengan prinsip-prinsip yang jelas dalam melaksanakan pelaksanaan yakni, perencanaan yang baik, organisasi yang tersetrukturkan, pelaksanaan dengan tahapan yang baik, serta adanya sistem evaluasi(controlling) dalam peroses pelaksanaan, dan sistem rekrukren serta pengembangan sumber daya manusia yang baik.

Abstract

The purpose of the study was to find out how the learning process again Ngarak Telok Herujo in extracurricular activities at SMK Negeri 1 Toboali. The method used in this research is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used is triangulation, namely observation, interviews, and documentation. Based on the results of the study, it was found that this learning process occurred in stages consisting of planning, implementation and evaluation. The results of the planning have been described, namely the preparation of schedules, materials, methods and media. The results of the implementation have also been described, namely the application of materials, application of methods. Followed by the overall results, namely evaluation.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine how the vocal learning process using the demonstration method. In this study, the researcher used a qualitative descriptive approach. The object to be studied is the process of learning art and culture which is in terms of vocal learning with the demonstration method at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali. Teachers and students at SMA Negeri 2 Toboali who will be informants for this research. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Based on the results of the analysis of research data and the discussion contained in the previous chapter about vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. It can be concluded that vocal learning with the demonstration method in learning arts and culture is very helpful, especially vocal learning in class X SMA N 2 Toboali, because students more easily understand the material presented by the teacher so that learning takes place more efficiently. Based on the results of research data analysis and discussion contained in the previous chapter on vocal learning with the demonstration method in class X at SMA N 2 Toboali, South Bangka Regency. It can be concluded that vocal learning with the demonstration method in learning arts and culture is very helpful, especially vocal learning in class X SMA N 2 Toboali, because students understand the material presented by the teacher more easily so that learning takes place more efficiently.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the relationship between BMI, physical activity, and sleep quality with physical fitness and the correlation between these factors. The research method used is correlational research. The subjects of this study were adolescent students aged 16-19 years. It selected subjects using purposive sampling techniques with criteria of adolescents aged 16-19, healthy conditions, and willingness to participate in research activities. The total subjects involved were 251 teenagers. The research instruments used were BMI measurement, physical activity using the PAQ-A questionnaire, sleep quality measured using PSQI, and physical fitness measured using the Indonesian Physical Fitness Test for the age range of 16-19 years. The data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and multiple regression tests. The results showed that BMI and physical fitness were significantly associated with an effective contribution of 4.29%, physical activity, and physical fitness had a significant relationship with an effective contribution of 46.34%, and sleep quality and physical fitness were significantly associated with an effective contribution of 2.27%. The BMI, physical activity, and sleep quality all had a significant relationship with physical fitness in adolescent students, with an effective contribution of 53.40%, meaning that it was concluded that there was a relationship between BMI, physical activity, sleep quality, and physical fitness. The results of this study answered that BMI, physical activity, and sleep quality contribute to the fitness of adolescent students.

Abstract

Masalah dalam penelitian ini adalah “Bagaimana Pembelajaran Tembang Batang Hari Sembilan Pada Siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin?”. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui proses Pembelajaran Tembang Batang Hari Sembilan Pada Siswa Kelas X di SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Teknik pengumpulan data yang dgunakan pada penelitian ini adalah observasi, dokumentasi, wawancara. Teknik analisis data pada penelitian ini menggunakan reduksi data, penyajian data, penarikan kesimpulan. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dan pembahasan pada bab IV yang telah disajikan mengenai pembelajaran tembang batang hari sembilan di SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin dapat disimpulkan berangkat dari hasil data penelitian yang telah dilakukan oleh peneliti baik melalui teknik observasi, teknik wawancara dan dokumentasi menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran tembang batang hari sembilan terlihat sangat baik dikarenakan strategi yang digunakan guru dalam pembelajarannya mengahasilkan hasil yang maksimal. Dimana dalam proses pembelajaran tembang batang hari sembilan menggunakan metode drill memberikan efek yang positif bagi guru dan siswa terbukti dengan melihat proses belajar siswa yang sangat antusias dengan pembelajaran tembang batang hari sembilan dan dilihat dari hasil penilaian yang diperoleh siswa mendapatkan nilai rata-rata 88 dengan nilai tertinggi 95 dan yang terendah 79. Dengan demikian wawasan dan daya pikir mereka berkembang, sehingga akan banyak membantu siswa dalam meningkat proses pembelajaran khususnya tembang batang hari sembilan di SMA Negeri 1 Lais Kabupaten Musi Banyuasin. Dilihat dari keseluruhan yang dilaksanakan oleh guru dalam menyampaikan materi sudah dikatakan sangat baik, Karena proses pembelajaran seni tembang batang hari sembilan guru tersebut telah melakukan kegiatan belajar mengajar sesuai dengan ketentuan dalam pembelajaran.

Abstract

Although community education is increasingly used to improve solid waste practices, evidence from rural Indonesian villages remains limited, and few programs combine Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) with rapid pre–post evaluation; this initiative addresses that gap by testing a community-based educational program in Balocci Baru Village, Pangkep Regency, Indonesia. The program, entitled “Smart Waste Management, Smart Environmental Stewardship,” aimed to strengthen community knowledge and understanding of proper, responsible, and sustainable waste management to reduce environmental contamination and downstream public health risks. Using a participatory PRA approach, educational sessions were delivered to 22 participants (community members, health cadres, and local leaders) and evaluated through pre-test and post-test measurements. Visual reinforcement tools (posters and informational boards) were integrated to support comprehension and recall. Post-intervention results indicated a clear improvement in knowledge distribution, with no participants remaining in the low-knowledge category. Statistical testing using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test confirmed a significant increase in knowledge scores (p < 0.05). These findings suggest that participatory, visually supported education can be an effective entry point for community-driven waste management in rural settings, with potential adaptation for peri-urban and urban neighborhoods where waste generation and exposure pathways differ but behavior change remains central to environmental health promotion.

Abstract

In the period from March to April 2022, Kumparan and Tribunnews presented news regarding thefeud between Haris and Fatia and Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan, regarding the issue of the miningbusiness in Intan Jaya Jaya, Papua. In their dispute, Haris and Fathia alleged that Luhut wasinvolved in the business, while Luhut said that the accusation was baseless and considered it a formof defamation. This study aims to find out how Kumparan and Tribunnews carry out framing,construction, and how the two media take sides, both for Haris and Fatia and for Luhut BinsarPandjaitan. This study uses the Framing analysis method proposed by Zhongdan Pan and Gerald M.Kosicki. The results of the study show that Kumparan constructed the news by giving theimpression that Polda Metro Jaya was on Luhut Binsar Pandjaitan&#39;s side. Kumparan also constructs news reports with a tendency to side with Haris and Fatia&#39;s camp, which can be seen from the selection of sources, most of whom are in their camp. Meanwhile, Tribunnews tends to be balanced in reporting, as evidenced by the selection and use of statements from sources that are balanced without taking sides with one side.

Abstract

Thematic Community Service Program is a community service program aimed at providing real solutions to problems faced by society. This KKN-T program wasconducted in RT 21 RW 05 SawahLebarVillage with a focus on improving environmental quality, administrative services, and community awareness. The main problems identified include waste accumulation, lack of visual education facilities, absence of digital population database systems, and insufficient public green spaces. Implementation methods include field surveys, Focus Group Discussions, mutual cooperation, creation of educational media, data digitization, and garden development. The results show significant improvements in environmental cleanliness, availability of digital databases, installation of road signs, and creation of Tapak Jedah Garden as a public space. The conclusion showsthat collaborationbetweenstudents, supervisors, and communitysuccessfully created sustainable positive changes inthe target area

Abstract

Perilaku Hidup Bersih dan Sehat (PHBS) merupakan upaya penting dalam meningkatkan derajat kesehatan masyarakat, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar yang berada pada fase pembentukan kebiasaan. Namun, penerapan PHBS di lingkungan sekolah masih belum optimal akibat keterbatasan pemahaman dan metode edukasi yang kurang variatif. Kegiatan pengabdian ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan penerapan PHBS melalui pendekatan edukasi interaktif terintegrasi pada siswa sekolah dasar di Desa Sengka, Kabupaten Gowa. Metode yang digunakan meliputi penyuluhan interaktif, storytelling berbasis media elektronik, simulasi dan praktik langsung enam langkah mencuci tangan, pemasangan poster edukatif, serta evaluasi melalui tanya jawab dan permainan edukatif. Kegiatan dilaksanakan dalam satu sesi selama 60 menit dengan melibatkan 30 siswa kelas I. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan pemahaman dan keterampilan siswa dalam menerapkan PHBS, yang ditunjukkan melalui partisipasi aktif serta kemampuan mempraktikkan cuci tangan dengan benar. Pendekatan ini juga meningkatkan motivasi dan daya ingat siswa terhadap materi yang diberikan. Dengan demikian, edukasi interaktif terintegrasi efektif dalam membentuk perilaku hidup bersih dan sehat pada siswa serta berpotensi untuk diterapkan secara berkelanjutan di lingkungan sekolah.
