Abstract

Salah satu persoalan yang masih umum terjadi dikalangan siswa adalah masih rendahnya minat membaca maupun menulis. Hal ini juga dialami oleh siswa yang ada di SMA Batara Gowa. Mekipun letaknya yang berada di Ibukota Kabupaten Gowa yaitu Kota Sungguminasa yang sangat memungkinkan bagi kemudahan untuk mengakses beberapa perpustakaan sebagai sumber belajar, ternyata belum mampu meningkatkan dan memperbaiki secara signifikan gerakan literasi pada siswa SMA Batara Gowa. Demikian juga dengan kemampuan untuk menuangkan ide dalam bentuk tulisan seperti menghasilkan karya tulis imiah sederhana juga masih sangat kurang bagi mereka. Masih rendahnya kesadaran untuk memperkaya bacaan maupun untuk menuangkan ide mereka dalam tulisan, diperlukan beberapa upaya untuk peningkatan gerakan literasi bagi mereka. Salah satu yang bisa dijadikan pemantiknya adalah mengajak membaca dengan cara membagikan beberapa buku dengan tema yang ringan dan sesuai dengan usia mereka. Sedangkan untuk mengenalkan dalam dunia karya tulis ilmiah dilakukan dengan memberikan beberapa contoh tema dan judul penelitian, sehingga mereka memiliki kemampuan untuk menghasilkan contoh dan mendesain dari tema-tema karya tulis ilmiah. Abstract. One of the problems that is still common among students is the low interest in reading and writing. This is also experienced by students at SMA Batara Gowa. Although its location in the capital city of Gowa Regency, Sungguminasa City, makes it easy to access several libraries as learning resources, it has not been able to significantly increase and improve the literacy movement in Batara Gowa High School students. Likewise, the ability to express ideas in written form such as producing simple scientific papers is also still very lacking for them. The low awareness to enrich their reading and to express their ideas in writing requires some efforts to improve the literacy movement for them. One thing that can be used as a trigger is to invite reading by sharing several books with light themes and according to their age. Meanwhile, introducing them to the world of scientific writing is done by providing several examples of themes and research titles, so that they have the ability to produce examples and design from the themes of scientific papers

Abstract

This study aims to find out the reasons why the community applied for a marriage dispensation and to find out what the judges considered in granting and rejecting requests formarriage dispensation at the Pangkajene Religious Court. The data of this study were evaluated through a qualitative descriptive analysis with three stages: reduction, presentation and conclusion. Various data collection methods include observation, interviews and documentation.     The results of this study indicate that the reasons people apply for dispensation from marriage are pregnancy before marriage, having had husband and wife relations, arranged marriages as part of the culture of society, dating which causes concern for parents, school dropout factors and economic factors where the parents are no longer able to afford it. provide for his son. The judge's considerations in granting and rejecting the application for a marriage dispensation have been regulated in PERMA Number 5 of 2019. The request for a marriage dispensation was granted by the judge on the following considerations: 1) The prospective bride is pregnant; 2) Both prospective bride and groom have had a relationship like husband and wife; 3) Has matured physically; 4) Able from an economic point of view. The judge's considerations in rejecting the request for a Marriage Dispensation are: 1) The reasons put forward are incomplete and the evidence brought to court is imperfect; 2) Legal facts were found at trial where there was a discrepancy between the statements of the applicant/children of the applicant, the prospective husband/wife and the parents of the prospective husband/wife and the statements of the witnesses that were between one another. The judge in deciding the application for marriage dispensation still pays attention to the benefits and harms for the survival of the child.Studi ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui alasan masyarakat mengajukan Dispensasi Kawin dan untuk mengetahui apa yang menjadi pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan dan menolak permohonan Dispensasi Kawin di Pengadilan Agama Pangkajene. Data studi ini dievaluasi melalui analisis deskriptif kualitatif dengan tiga tahap yaitu tahap : reduksi, penyajian serta penarikan kesimpulan. Berbagai metode pengumpulan data meliputi observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi.             Hasil studi ini menunjukkan bahwa alasan masyarakat mengajukan permohonan dispensasi kawin, yaitu hamil sebelum menikah, telah melakukan hubungan suami istri, perjodohan sebagai bagian darii budaya masyarakat, pacaran yang menimbulkan kekhawatiran orang tua, factor putus sekolah dan factor ekonomi dimana orang tuanya sudah tidak mampu lagi menafkahi anaknya. Pertimbangan hakim dalam mengabulkan dan menolak permohonan Dispensasi Kawin  telah diatur dalam PERMA Nomor 5 tahun 2019. Pemohonan dispensasi kawin dikabulkan oleh hakim atas pertimbangan yakni : 1) Calon mempelai Wanita telah hamil; 2)Kedua calon mempelai telah melakukan hubungan layaknya suami istri; 3)Telah matang secara fisiknya; 4) Mampu dari segi ekonomi. Pertimbangan hakim dalam menolak permohonan Dispensasi Kawin yaitu : 1) Alasan yang diajukan kurang lengkap dan bukti yang dibawa kepersidangan tidak sempurna; 2) Ditemukannya fakta-fakta hukum di persidangan adanya ketidak sesuaian keterangan pemohon/anak pemohon, calon  suami/istri dan orang tua calon suami/istri dan keterangan saksi-saksi yang antara satu dengan yang lainnya. Hakim dalam memutuskan permohonan dispensasi kawin tetap memperhatikan mashlahat dan mudaratnya bagi kelangsungan hidup anak.

Abstract

This study aims to find out (i) the forms of handling cases of sexual violence against women by the UPTD PPA Makassar city, (ii) the inhibiting factors in handling sexual cases against women by the UPTD PPA Makassar city, (iii) the realization of the role of the UPTD PPA Makassar city in overcoming obstacles in Handling cases of sexual violence. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach. It is carried out by reviewing data based on facts aiming to explore data and information sourced from the Regional Technical Implementation Unit of the city of Makassar. The results of this study indicate that: (i) The forms of handling cases of sexual violence against women at the UPTD PPA Makassar city are conducting assessments, case assistance, case management and case termination. (ii) Factors that hinder the handling of cases of sexual violence against women at the UPTD PPA Makassar city are the lack of openness of victims, uncooperative families of victims, limited human resources, especially psychologist counselors and legal advisers and the difficulty of evidence in cases of verbal sexual violence. (iii) Realization of the role played by UPTD PPA Makassar city in overcoming obstacles in handling cases of sexual violence, namely building partnerships with other institutions, improving service quality, optimizing outreach and providing safe house protection for victims.

Abstract

Sexual violence that occurs in a university environment is a different matter when compared to sexual violence within the scope of criminal law. Sexual violence is an urgent matter which is regulated separately in Minister of Education and Culture Regulation Number 30 of 2021 concerning Prevention and Handling of Sexual Violence in Higher Education Environments, and there is a need to equalize perceptions regarding sexual violence in higher education environments. Based on this, the aim of this service is to provide adequate understanding of sexual violence in the tertiary environment, so that awareness for preventing sexual violence can be implemented optimally. The methods used in implementing this service are observation, counseling and evaluation. This service activity increases knowledge for lecturers, staff, students and campus residents regarding the types of sexual violence, the subjects involved, and the threat of sanctions against perpetrators of sexual violence.
