Abstract

The integration of the judicial sub-system in the stage of investigating narcotics crime carried out by the Directorate of Narcotics of the West Sumatra Regional Police in the implementation of various obstacles was still encountered. The West Sumatra Police Directorate of Drugs Efforts in Realizing an Integrated Criminal Justice System During the Narcotics Crime Investigation Stage is to coordinate with BNN on rehabilitation recommendations. After the investigation is deemed completed, the investigator submits the case file to the public prosecutor and takes the pre-prosecution stage. Relationship with the District Court with its decision to give permission for forced efforts by investigators. The success of the integrated criminal justice system is highly dependent on the cooperation and coordination of all components involved in the system. Fragmentary symptoms still appear to be in the operational motion of the criminal justice sub-system, especially at the investigation stage. Another obstacle is that the investigation institution is not yet independent. The coordination system that will be carried out with the public prosecutors is also not done well. Unification of the understanding of the results of the investigation is a matter that determines the results of the investigation.

Abstract

Indonesian Wayang is a cultural heritage recognized by UNESCO that must be preserved and passed toward future generations. One of the efforts to maintain wayang existence is through the insertion within educational field by the help of technology and animation in the form of digital storytelling. This research is aimed at exploring the implementation of wayang-based digital storytelling project at an Indonesian school which combined art, culture, skills, character education, cultural heritage values and global knowledge. The researchers applied narrative inquiry design in order to investigate and have in depth exploration toward the implementation of wayang-based digital storytelling within the researcher’s classroom. After having the analysis and reflection toward teaching and learning process as well as teaching documentation, it is concluded that the wayang-based project is potential to help students in addressing cultural challenges. Through the wayang media applied, the young generation know and increase their awareness to preserve the local cultural heritage. Further, the implementation of project in group using technology integration is concluded to be effective to enhace students’ collaborative, communicative, and ICT literacy which is very important in the 21 century era. Moreover, the topic which was close to socio environmental issues is expected to raise students’ awareness to be active individual to protect the surroundings. In conclusion, the application of wayang-based project within the classroom is effective and potential to strengthen Profil Pelajar Pancasila character stated in national curriculum (Kurikulum Merdeka).

Abstract

This research is based on the phenomenon of the lack of understanding of the people of Tarakan City towards the Tidung tribal clothing in the Iraw Tengkayu tradition. The purpose of the research is to explore the images, symbols, meanings, and philosophical values of the Tidung tribal clothing consisting of everyday clothing, traditional clothing, and formal clothing in the implementation of the Iraw Tengkayu tradition. This research is qualitative research with a Grounded Theory approach and semiotic analysis. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation of five informants selected by the snowball sampling method. The validity of the data was tested through credibility, transferability, dependability, and confirmability, with the application of source and technique triangulation. Data analysis uses the Miles and Huberman model which includes three stages: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of the study can reveal the meaning of the Tidung tribal traditional clothing worn more referring to the colors, motifs, and shapes related to the life of the Tidung tribe, and the philosophical values contained in them in the form of social, religious, ethical, and aesthetic values. The recommendations from the results of this study should be a source of information for the public to better know, understand, and play an active role in preserving local culture, and can be used to support the development of MSMEs that produce traditional Tidung clothing in accordance with its symbols, meanings, and philosophical values, which in the end can contribute to the economic development of Tarakan City.

Abstract

This research aims to explore: 1) the profile of emotional creativity expression in art appreciation texts; 2) how emotional creativity expression varies by grade levels; and 3) how emotional creativity expression differs by gender. The research belongs to the type of mixed methods research that utilizes the survey method. The research sample was 569 students of SMAN 4 Jember consisting of class XI and XII. Quantitative data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and non-parametric tests with the help of SPSS, while qualitative data were analyzed thematically. The results showed: 1) The majority of tends to be rational-analytical, simple vocabulary with potential for emotional diver-sity, language is quite clear but description lack integration, simple visualization with potential for imagination of emotional situations, simple meaning and moral message as an emotional reflection, searching for the reasons behind feelings through simple symbol investigation, integrating personal experiences secondarily or directly, and use of visual analogies in metaphors is still minimal and simple; 2) The quality of expres-sion of grade XI students tends to be interpretative-creative and grade XII tends to be rational-analytical but still carries interpretative-creative quality in terms of imagina-tive; 3) The quality of expression of male students tends to be interpretative-creative and female students stand out in both, namely interpretative-creative and rational-analytical. This study has proven the existence of the concept of emotional creativity in previous aesthetic development that were not explicitly mentioned.

Abstract

Di era perkembangan digital, teknologi telah menjadi faktor kunci dalam transformasi pendidikan, termasuk dalam pembelajaran seni rupa. Penggunaan teknologi digital dalam pendidikan seni rupa memungkinkan ekplorasi alat digital, aplikasi desain grafis, serta platform berbasis AI atau AR untuk meningkatkan kreativitas peserta didik. Namun, implementasi teknologi dalam pembelajaran seni rupa menghadapi berbagai tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur, kurangnya keterampilan teknis pendidik, serta kesulitan dalam mengintegrasikan metode pembelajaran tradisional dengan teknologi digital. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis begaimana pendidik seni rupa menyesuaikan metode pembelajaran mereka dengan perkembangan teknologi digital, mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi efektivitas penerapan teknologi, serta strategi yang digunakan dalam mengatasi hambatan yang muncul. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan metode studi kasus. Pengumupan data menggunakan wawancara mendalam, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian diharapkan dapat memberikan wawasan bagi institusi pendidikan dalam mengembangkan strategi ientgrasi teknologi digital dalam pembelajaran seni rupa secara efektif serta mendorong inovasi dalam metode pembelajaran. Luaran utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu published pada jurnal nasional bersinta 2, Luaran tambahan yaitu yaitu seminar nasional dan publikasi pada media nasional. Penelitian ini berada dalam pengujian prototype pada skala terbatas dilingkungan pendidikan sebenarnya, yang sesuai dengan karakteristik TKT 7 sebelum nantinya dapat dikembangkan lebih lanjut menuju implementasi yang lebih luas.
