Abstract

A user evaluation stage is an integral part of designing an application. A practical evaluation can provide an overview of the problems that arise in the application and improve the user experience. The Kupuku application is an augmented reality (AR)-based game application for learning about butterflies. The Kupuku application is specifically intended for children aged 6-13 years. The user sample was selected using a purposive sampling method with the criteria for users of elementary school-age children for the child user segment and their companions as the adult user segment. This study aims to evaluate the usability of the Kupuku game application to users. User evaluation was carried out to measure the application’s usability. The evaluation process was conducted on two user segments, namely 20 child users and 16 adult users. Assessment of children employed the Fun Toolkit and usability factor-based question - Nielsen method. The obtained results showed positive feedbacks. In contrast, the assessment for adult users utilized the system usability scale (SUS) and the user experience questionnaire (UEQ). The SUS score of 76 was included in the good category, and the UEQ score produced an excellent average. The test results indicate that this application can be accepted by users, both children, and adults.

Abstract

Cooperative Learning is a model of learning taken by learners in the group, therefore, it will create many more learners to learn and collaborate. This research include in a class action model research aims to know the increase in activity and the results of the learner’s study on ICT subjects by using the method of Individualization Assisted Team (TAI). This research has three cycles with stages planning, implement1ation, observation and reflection which is done immediately when the learning activity. The outcomes learning research data is taken when the process of reflection after a posttest to all students when the study is completed. While the data retrieval process is done when the implementation of the activity when learners attend teaching and learning activities. From the results of research, the application of the cooperative learning model type TAI can increase the activity of the learners on a standard competency "Using Numeric Process Software to Produce the Information" and the basic competence “Makes the Document Processing Numbers with Variations of Text, Tables, Charts, Pictures and Diagrams". It can be seen from the increase in the percentage of the learner’s activity in the cycle I, II, and III. On the learners’ activity cycle I total percentage are 39.8% and still low. Later in the cycle II, their percentage was 78% and cycle III the total percentage was 55.7%. In addition to this type of cooperative learning, TAI can also enhance the learning outcome of students in all realm of affective, cognitive or psychomotor. This learning model can be one alternative that applied in the activity of learning but also must comply with the material or type of learning activities that will be done because of this learning model is only suitable for competence/problem can be resolved individually or groups.

Abstract

Internet users tend to skip and look for alternative websites if they have slow response times. For cloud network managers, implementing a caching strategy on the edge network can help lighten the workload of databases and application servers. The caching strategy is carried out by storing frequently accessed data objects in cache memory. Through this strategy, the speed of access to the same data becomes faster. Cache replacement is the main mechanism of the caching strategy. There are seven cache replacement algorithms with good performance that can be used, namely LRU, LFU, LFUDA, GDS, GDSF, SIZE, and FIFO. The algorithm is developed uniquely according to the internet traffic patterns encountered. Therefore, a particular cache replacement algorithm cannot be superior to other algorithms. This paper presents a performance comparison simulation of the seven cache replacement algorithms on various internet traffic extracted from the public IRcache dataset. The results of this study indicate that the hit ratio performance is strongly influenced by cache size, cacheable and unique requests. The smaller the unique request that occurs, the greater the hit ratio performance obtained. The LRU algorithm shows an excellent hit ratio performance to perform cache replacement work under normal internet conditions. However, when the access impulse phenomenon occurs, the GDSF algorithm is superior in obtaining hit ratios with limited cache memory capacity. The simulation results show that GDSF reaches a 50.75% hit ratio while LRU is only 49.17% when access anomalies occur.

Abstract

Intisari — Pemilihan minat tesis yang sesuai dengan minat mahasiswa dapat membantu mahasiswa dalam proses pengerjaan tesis. Selain minat, dibutuhkan juga motivasi sebagai dorongan dari dalam diri mahasiswa. Data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner minat dan kuesioner motivasi. Data dari kuesioner tersebut diolah menggunakan fuzzy Mamdani. Dalam penelitian ini fuzzy mamdani digunakan untuk mengetahui kesesuaian minat tesis mahasiswa, dari 80 mahasiswa sebagai responden diketahui bahwa sebanyak  51,06 % mahasiswa memiliki minat yang sesuai dengan proposal tesis dan sekitar 48,94 % mahasiswa memiliki minat yang tidak sesuai dengan proposal tesis mahasiswa. Kata kunci — Minat dan motivasi, Logika Fuzzy, Metode Fuzzy Mamdani Abstract — Selection of interest in accordance with the thesis that the interest of students to help students in the process of thesis. In addition to interest, it needed a boost of motivation as the students themselves. The data in this study using questionnaires interest and motivation questionnaire. Data from the questionnaires were processed using fuzzy Mamdani. In this study, fuzzy mamdani used to determine the suitability of interest thesis students, 80 students as respondents note that as many as 51.06% of the students have an interest in accordance with the thesis proposal and approximately 48.94% of the students have an interest that is not in accordance with the student's thesis proposal. Keywords— Interest and motivation, Fuzzy Logic,  Fuzzy mamdani method.

Abstract

Background: The Hospital Management Information System (HMIS) is a system where the hospital collects and processes all the information needed, processed and collected via computer about health services and management and this information can be interconnected between units within the hospital environment. Hospital Pasirian Lumajang has been using HMIS for about 2 years but until now the use of HMIS is still not optimal. Users are an important aspect to realize the ideal HMIS. The Model for Mandatory Use of Software Technologies (MMUST) is a model for assessing system success in mandatory environments. By understanding user perceptions, appropriate recommendations can be found to maximize the use of HMIS in improving the quality of patient care.Methods: This type of research uses descriptive data analysis with cross-sectional data collection. The research population is all officers who use HMIS. The research instrument is a questionnaire.Results: The quality of information needs to be improved, performance expectations of the system are very high, social influence is also quite good. attitude towards HMIS is quite positive, the intensity of using HMIS is very high. Some users are also on average satisfied with the overall HMIS, and the benefits from the management side are not good because the information produced is still not in accordance with user needs.Conclusions: HMIS implementation is still in its early stages and the benefits of HMIS implementation are still limited, so it is necessary to develop HMIS.

Abstract

Latar belakang: Semakin berkembangnya transformasi digital di dunia kesehatan, pemerintah menuntut seluruh fasilitas layanan kesehatan terutama rumah sakit untuk mengimplementasikan rekam medis elektronik sebagai upaya dalam mempermudah pelayanan Kesehatan. Di RSUD Bahteramas sendiri dalam proses implementasi rekam medis elektronik di instalasi rawat jalan yang tentunya banyak hal yang perlu dipersiapkan seperti kesiapan sumber daya manusia, infrastruktur, tata kelola kepemimpinan dan budaya kerja organisasi. Tingkat kesiapan suatu fasilitas pelayanan Kesehatan dalam implementasi rekam medis elektronik perlu dilakukan agar bisa membantu dalam mengoptimalisasi penerapan rekam medis elektronik. pengukuran kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik di RSUD Bahteramas menggunakan Electronic Health Record (EHR) Assessment and Readiness Starter Assessment oleh Doctor’s Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ-IT).Tujuan : Menganalisis kesiapan RSUD Bahteramas dalam menerapkan rekam medis elektronik di instalasi rawat jalan.Metode: Jenis penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara mendalam dan observasi mengukur tingkat kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik di instalasi rawat jalan menggunakan EHR Assessment and Readiness Starter Assessment oleh Doctor’s Office Quality-Information Technology (DOQ IT). Informan dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 11 orang.Hasil: Hasil analisis dalam penerapan rekam medis elektronik di RSUD Bahteramas dinilai cukup siap, dilihat dari beberapa area penilaian diantaranya sumber daya manusia berada pada range II, budaya kerja organisasi berada pada range III, tata Kelola kepemimpinan berada pada range III dan infrastruktur berada pada range III. Akan tetapi masih diperlukan perhatian seperti penambahan komputer dokter, perbaikan jaringan serta keterlibatan pasien dalam mendukung penerapan rekam medis elektronik.Kesimpulan: Secara keseluruhan kesiapan penerapan rekam medis elektronik di RSUD Bahsteramas berada pada range II dalam interpretasinya menunjukkan bahwa, ada kemampuan yang baik di beberapa komponen kesiapan, namun ada pula beberapa kelemahan di beberapa komponen, sehingga diperlukan identifikasi dan antisipasi lebih lanjut pada komponen yang lemah, agar implementasi bisa tetap berjalan baik.

Abstract

Case-Based Reasoning (CBR) merupakan penalaran berbasis kasus dengan memanfaatkan pengalaman dari kasus lama untuk menyelesaikan masalah baru. Langkah menggunakan CBR adalah Retrieve, Reuse, Revise, dan Retain. Retrieve mengambil kasus lama yang paling mirip dengan kasus baru. Reuse menggunakan kembali solusi dari kasus lama yang paling mirip dengan kasus baru. Revise melakukan adaptasi solusi. Retain menyimpan perubahan solusi sebagai pengetahuan baru. Penelitian ini menerapkan CBR untuk bidang perkebunan kelapa sawit dengan tujuan melihat potensi produktivitas dari suatu lahan perkebunan kelapa sawit. Metode untuk mencari kemiripan menggunakan K-nearest Neighbour (K-NN) untuk mengambil kedekatan antar lahan dengan jumlah K tertentu. Selanjutnya melakukan adaptasi solusi dari lahan yang paling mirip dengan Null Adaptation, Rule-Based Adaptation, dan Semantic Tree. Setelah mendapatkan adaptasi solusi, langkah selanjutnya melakukan estimasi capaian hasil produktivitas dengan metode Regresi Kuadratik. Nilai total rata-rata Relative Error menggunakan nilai kedekatan K=3, K=5, K=7, K=9 dengan Null Adaptation 0,086, Rule-Based Adaptation 0,21 dan Semantic Tree 0,082.

Abstract

Cooperative Learning adalah model pembelajaran yang dilakukan oleh peserta didik dalam kelompok sehingga akan membuat peserta didik lebih banyak belajar dan bekerjasama dibandingkan dengan peserta didik yang melakukan kegiatan pembelajaran dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran tradisional. Penelitian yang dilakukan ini termasuk dalam model penelitian tindakan kelas yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui peningkatan aktivitas dan hasil belajar peserta didik pada mata pelajaran TIK dengan menggunakan metode Team Asissted Individualization (TAI). Dalam penelitian yang menggunakan rancangan penelitian tindakan kelas ini memiliki 3 siklus dengan masing tahapan yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, pengamatan dan refleksi yang dilakukan langsung ketika kegiatan belajar. Data penelitia hasil belajar diambil ketika proses refleksi yaitu setelah dilakukan post test kepada seluruh peserta didik setelah proses belajar selesai. Sedangkan pengambilan data aktivitas dilakukan ketika proses pelaksanaan yaitu ketika peserta didik mengkuti kegiatan belajar mengajar. Dari hasil penelitian, penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe TAI dapat meningkatkan aktivitas peserta didik pada standart kompetensi “Menggunakan Perangkat Lunak Pengolah Angka untuk Menghasilkan Informasi” dan kompetensi dasar “Membuat Dokumen Pengolah Angka dengan Variasi Teks, Tabel, Grafik, Gambar dan Diagram”. Hal ini dapat dilihat dari peningkatan persentase aktivitas peserta didik dari siklus I, II, dan III. Pada siklus I total presentase aktivitas peserta didik adalah 64.1% dengan presentase masih kurang. Kemudian dilanjutkan dalam siklus II persentase nya yaitu 78% dan siklus III total persentase nya adalah 89.7%. Selain itu pembelajaran kooperatif tipa TAI juga dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar peserta didik baik dalam ranah afektif, kognitif maupun psikomotorik. Model pembelajaran ini dapat menjadi salah satu alternative yang dapat diterapkan dalam kegiatan pembelajaran namun juga harus sesuai dengan materi maupun tipe kegiatan belajar yang akan dilakukan karena model pembelajaran ini hanya cocok untuk kompetensi/pemecaham masalahnya dapat diselesaikan secara individual maupun kelompok.

Abstract

Appreciating outstanding employee by providing reward and recognition is a method to enhance the turnover of the company as well as to motivate the employee’s performance of employees. BRI Katamso constantly encourages the Marketing Officer (MO) to maintain and extent the achievement of targets and performance in order to increase the company's turnover. Pursuing augmentation in turnover and deterioration in MO, BRI has led the ability of MO to be represented to the public. The assessment criteria are set as the MO achievement including: outstanding credit, non-performance loan, Britama achievement, Simpedes attainment, current accounts achievement, deposits achievement, the sum of all achievement, debtors, creditors, the establishment of a blacklist and inclusion on the blacklist. Marketing officers are, in fact, distributed in each BRI Branch Office and numbers of BRI Unit and BRITeras. With the Decision Support System (DSS), it is expected that the computerization system would objectively and precisely assess the MO’s performances. The purpose of this research was to develop SPK in BRI Katamso by applying Profile Matching method.
