Abstract

This study aims to describe the effectiveness of Media Center communication at the Bengkulu Province Diskominfo about Bengkulu Free from Corona Virus. The research method used is qualitative research and data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. In this analysis method, the Wilbur Scram approach is used in the message component. The results show that the effectiveness of the message conveyed by the Bengkulu Province Diskominfo through the Bengkulu Governor Rohidin Mersyah contains about the corona virus, namely the message must be designed, the message must be directed to the address, the message must be according to personal needs and the message must suggest a proper need.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of word of mouth communication through WhatsApp media in increasing tourist visits. In this study, researchers used qualitative research methods. The object of research is the Bride Waterfall Tour which is located in Bukit Bengkulu Tengah Village. The key informants in this research were the Head of Bukit Village, Karang Taruna, the Entrance Guard, the main informants were visitors. The results of this study are that Word Of Mouth Communication through Whatsapp media in increasing tourist visits is quite effective as a promotional medium in increasing visitor interest. The level of success of Word Of Mouth Communication in increasing tourist visits to Bridal Waterfall through social media as a means of promotion can be seen from the fulfillment 5 elements of Effectiveness according to (Jalaludin Rakhmat, 2008:45), namely 1. visitors understand the purpose of posting on Whatsapp Media which aims to invite tourists to come visit, 2. Pleasure where visitors who see posting photos of beautiful waterfall views are accompanied by photo spots those who are interested are interested in coming to visit the Bridal Waterfall immediately, 3. Affecting the attitude in which visitors search for information on the whereabouts of the Bridal Waterfall, 4. This improves social relations where visitors invite friends or family to go visit together, 5. Follow up I want to visit the location of the bridal waterfall and enjoy the view immediately. The results of the author's observations show evidence of the number of tourists who come to visit each month as seen from the number of WhatsApp posts or snaps that leave an impression on visitors in the form of photos or videos.

Abstract

Film is one of the mass communication media that very effectively conveys communication messages for humans. Boruto: Naruto the Movie is one of the films resulting from the process of visualizing comics (manga) which has become a favorite film in Indonesia. This study aims to describe the meaning of moral messages contained in the anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with Roland Barthes' Semiotic analysis approach. Data collection in this study used two techniques, namely observation and documentation. The results showed that the meaning of the moral messages contained in the anime film Boruto: Naruto the Movie includes: 1) cooperation, 2) the importance of the process in education, 3) caution in speech, 4) persistence, 5) mother's attention to her child, 6) father's attention to her child, 7) prohibition of cheating, 8) concern, 9) apologizing, 10) self-confidence, 11) mutual understanding, 12) pronouncing in, and 13) firm stance. The meaning of denotation, connotations and myths conveyed by the director and writer make Boruto: Naruto the Movie worth watching for viewers because it contains a moral message that is familiar with our daily lives.

Abstract

The use of spare parts  increases every year. The spare part brand recommended by Lampung Service Workshopprovides a workshop warranty. The workshop provides a guarantee on the recommended spare parts on the grounds that the workshop does not want to experience loss of service or material, this is also related to the image of Lampung Service Workshop if the workshop has dared to guarantee a spare part will give a positive image. This study aims to describe the Brand Image of Toyota Spare Parts  at  Lampung  Service  Workshop as  Customer  Choice.  This  research  uses qualitative research with data collection techniques of observation, interviews and documentation and research informants 5 people who are workshop owners, mechanics and consumers. The theoretical basis used in this research is the Elements of Brand Image according to Kerby in Sandy (2010; 22)  which include Resilience, Conformity, Accuracy, and Connotation. The results showed that: first,  the resilience (Tenacity).  Relating  to  the  quality  and  brand  image  of  the product  itself.  the durability of  Toyota products  is superior to other brands, only in terms of price, Toyota is slightly more expensive than other products, customers of Lampung service workshops  know  the durability of  Toyota products  based on  the  user's personal experience and explanations from  the workshop itself. Second, the conformity of the Toyota  brand  with  consumer  needs  and  expectations.  The  suitability  felt   by consumers varies, ranging from  the suitability of price with quality, conformity with the delivery of the workshop owner, and conformity with the durability of the product itself. Third, thoroughness: Toyota brand accurately and consistently in accordance with the quality and information conveyed, in addition to the Toyota brand the price offered  in every place  must be consistent or the same.  There are no similarities between the Toyota brand and other brands, so Toyota can be said to be more chosen by customers  than  other  brands. Fourth,  connotation: Products  with  the  Toyota brand  are  more  in  demand  than  other  brand products,  this  is  because  Toyota products  are considered to be more able to meet the needs of consumers!customers because  in terms of prices  they are  more affordable, product  durability  is more durable, easy to obtain and environmentallyfriendly..

Abstract

According to the background about the problem in this research, the purpose of this research is to improve the knowledge which still unknown about politics, economics, new knowledge also speaking style which obtained from the guest the podcast host. This research uses qualitative research and data are collected by using observation, interview, documentation. The theory which used in this research is Notoatmodjo (2012). The result of this research is to find out about information, education, and entertainment. The benefit obtained from watching the Deddy Corbuizer podcast is to obtain information about political history, economics, new knowledge, and how to be good and correct in speaking technique also to make the communication are delivered with a relaxed style and not too difficult and avoid ambiguity.

Abstract

Based on the background of the problem, this study aims to determine the dependence of YouTube content among culinary entrepreneurs in Bengkulu City. This research is qualitative. The data collection technique of this research used the method of observation, interviews, and documentation. The theory used in this research is the theory according to Melvin Defluer and Sandra Ball Roceach. (1976) Media Dependency Theory. The results of this study reveal that Culinary Entrepreneurs use YouTube to view recipes and also to fulfill their business needs. Dependence on YouTube content can be seen by their frequent access to YouTube. This culinary entrepreneur's dependence on YouTube is in the form of accessing YouTube every day for eight hours to find information about culinary, both in the form of recipes and cooking tutorials.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the Crisis Communication Strategy carried out by PT. Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch of Bengkulu related to land disputes with the community. This research is a qualitative descriptive research that uses data collection by means of interviews, observation and documentation. According to the theory put forward (Kriyantono, 2015), the results of the study show that several steps in the crisis communication strategy of PT Pelabuhan Indonesia II (Persero) Branch of Bengkulu have been implemented well, namely having internal and external communication teams to resolve problems, confirm and contact PWI ((Indonesian Journalists Association) regarding media that reporting negative information, providing facts to the public in the form of land ownership rights, holding press conferences and answering questions from the mass media while still implementing health protocols in the midst of the covid-19 pandemic, maintaining reputational communication by holding activities, having a one-way communication system, namely coordination between the legal and internal control divisions as well as the public relations and customer service divisions, maintaining empathetic communication by always using a polite style of language and without mentioning the real names of the persons concerned, does not cover up information within the company related to the problems that occur, is also careful in conveying information to the public in order to maintain the good name of the company, and opens communication channels to the public using mass media, websites and call centers available in the company.

Abstract

This research purpose is to find out communication strategy which used by Maxim company in increasing Competitive Advantage in Bengkulu City. This research used theory from Saban Elchdar (2013) in Sudaryono (2016:274) which involves some components such as competitive pricing, good quality, product innovation and time to market. This research is qualitative research with case study research because the researcher want to observe the information about what can be learned or pulled from related case. Data are collected by using direct observation by doing deep interview and documentation. The result of this research shows that competitive pricing, Maxim has decided basic pricing from all features so the users of Maxim application satisfied with cheap price compared with competitor. The quality of Maxim product keeps developing by increasing the comfort feeling from the users or drivers. Product innovation shows that Maxim has launched some product innovation which can be used to support and help the application user carrying their daily needs. Time to Market in conducting of promotion strategy has run very well online and offline.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the Public Relations Framing of PT. Angkasa Pura II Fatmawati Soekarno Airport Bengkulu. This study uses a qualitative approach, focusing on the general principles that underlie the embodiment of a meaning from social phenomena in society. The object of analysis in a qualitative approach is the meaning of social and cultural phenomena by using the culture of the community concerned to obtain an overview of certain categorizations and this research is qualitative in nature in that its implementation is carried out more on the meaning of the text. This analysis is not used to look for frequency data, but to analyze from the visible data, so this analysis is used to understand facts and not to explain these facts. Difine Problem or problem definition, congestion that occurs at the airport as a result of the imposition of non-cash parking rate regulations at the airport is more intended so that the party targeted by PT.Angkasa Pura II can follow up on the congestion that occurs and receive input from one of the airport visitors involved in the traffic jam. Diagnose Couses The traffic jam that occurred at the airport, written by the Bengkuluinfo Instagram account, occurred because there were several visitors who did not have parking access cards, causing traffic jams. Make Moral Judgment in this news Bengkuluinfo wrote down the input and criticism of one of the airport visitors who was involved in a traffic jam and hoped that the parties involved would be PT. Angkasa Pura II can solve congestion problems that occur due to the imposition of non-cash parking rates. Treatment Recommendation from PT. Angkasa Pura II has followed up and evaluated the news reported by the Bengkuinfo Instagram account regarding the traffic jam that occurred due to the imposition of non-cash parking rates. so that there will be no more traffic jams at the airport due to non-cash parking rates.

Abstract

The importance of a democratic country that upholds people's sovereignty which basically aims to realize good governance in the process of making KTPs at the Office of Population and Civil Registration. This study aims to determine the management of Public Information Disclosure at the Central Bengkulu Civil Registry Service in making e-KTPs. This study uses the Dipopramono theory in Law Number 14 of 2008 concerning Public Information Disclosure and the type of research used is qualitative research. The results of this study indicate that there are 3 things that support the disclosure of information at the Central Bengkulu Dukcapil Service in the Making of E-KTP, namely the first, information that must be provided and announced periodically that the announcement of the dukcapil information is conveyed to the village head who gets a circular letter given by the dukcapil to the head villages in the Central Bengkulu region, Facebook social media, whatsapp groups, and through the website, secondly, information that must be announced evenly that it is carried out with fast and targeted action so that in terms of the needs needed by the community can be realized properly, provision services are carried out quickly and evenly through social media, dukcapil info and the Central Bengkulu dukcapil telephone number which can be accessed via the website, the third is information that must be available at any time that this information applies through circular letters delivered by dukcapil to the Central Bengkulu district village head, the media social, wa groups, websites and direct actions of officers at the Central Bengkulu dukcapil office, which means that dukcapil information service actions are available at any time, so that the public does not have to worry about this information not being available because dukcapil information can be accessed through social media circulars, wa groups, websites and You can go directly to the Central Bengkulu Civil Registry Office
