Abstract

Advances in digitalization technology make it easier to carry out daily activities, especially shopping activities online is a trend that continues to grow in the digital era, including among the people of Bandar Lampung. Alfagift application, as one platform shopping online, offers easy shopping with various attractive features. However, as usage increases, issues arise such as inconsistent service quality, questionable effectiveness of promotions, and on time delivery that does not match what is offered and sometimes does not meet customer expectations. The problem of this research is whether service quality, promotions and on time delivery have an effect on customer satisfaction for Alfagift application users. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of service quality, promotions and timeliness of delivery on customer satisfaction among Alfagift application users in Bandar Lampung. The method used in this research is a quantitative approach with data collection through surveys and questionnaires as research instruments and a sample of 100 people using the method purposive sampling. The data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression technique. The calculation results from the determination test (R2) shows that 82% of customer satisfaction is influenced by the independent variables of service quality, promotions and on time delivery. Meanwhile, the remaining 18% is influenced by other variables not studied. So it can be concluded that service quality, promotions and on time delivery can influence customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Era digital saat ini sudah mulai berkembang sangat pesat khususnya teknologi yang memegang peranan penting bagi manusia untuk dapat bersaing dan beradaptasi di era yang semakin canggih dan cepat ini. Teknologi telah menghasilkan banyak perubahan yang memudahkan berbagai aspek kehidupan manusia, seperti inovasi produk-produk pendukung dalam memenuhi aktivitas sehari-hari sehingga kehadiran berbagai model bisnis baru yang berbasis teknologi. Fenomena yang terjadi di Indonesia adalah menerapkan sistem pembayaran tanpa uang tunai dengan menggunakan e-wallet. Salah satu e-wallet di Indonesia adalah ShopeePay. Penelitian ini untuk mengetahui apakah terdapat pengaruh yang diberikan oleh variabel Persepsi Kegunaan dan Persepsi Kemudahan sebagai variabel bebas terhadap variabel Niat Pengunaan sebagai variabel terikat (Sudi Pada Pengguna ShopeePay di Bandar Lampung). Adapun data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu data primer dan data sekunder. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah sebanyak 130 responden. Metode pengambilan sampel menggunakan teknik non probability sampling yaitu teknik untuk menentukan sampel dengan pertimbangan tertentu. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa variabel Persepsi Kegunaan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Niat. Lalu variabel Persepsi Kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap variabel Niat Penggunaan.

Abstract

Sustainable tourism aims to maximize the potential of travel destinations while maintaining a careful balance between social, economic, and environmental factors, and coastal tourism such as that found at Mutun Beach in Lampung illustrates both the promise and the urgency of this approach. Coastal tourism is one of the fastest-growing segments of the global travel industry, offering visitors natural beauty, recreational activities, and cultural experiences that generate significant income for local economies. In Indonesia, beaches are major attractions that can boost regional development through job creation, small business opportunities, and improved infrastructure. Mutun Beach, a well-known coastal destination on the southern coast of Sumatra, contributes greatly to the Regional Original Income (PAD) of Lampung Province and provides livelihoods for surrounding communities. Yet despite its popularity, the area continues to face persistent problems such as weak administrative management, limited community participation, inadequate facilities, and signs of environmental degradation, all of which threaten its long-term sustainability. This service project therefore focuses on designing a comprehensive plan for sustainable tourism growth at Mutun Beach for the 2025–2030 period. A participatory strategy is employed through Focus Group Discussions (FGD) involving local government, tourism stakeholders, community members, academics, and potential investors to ensure inclusive decision-making. The resulting five-stage roadmap emphasizes strengthening tourism regulations, constructing eco-friendly infrastructure, empowering residents with training and entrepreneurial opportunities, creating tourism products that highlight environmental and cultural values, and adopting digital marketing to reach broader audiences. Success indicators include increased regional revenue, rising visitor numbers, higher tourist satisfaction, and measurable improvements in coastal environmental health. Implementing this roadmap is urgent because coastal tourism directly supports economic growth, provides steady employment, and safeguards natural resources, ensuring that Mutun Beach remains both competitive and environmentally resilient for generations to come.
