Abstract

Using e-commerce platforms to improve product marketing is the right choice for every business in the digital era. According to recent research, online shopping is increasingly popular among customers who prefer to shop without physically visiting a store. This study aims to investigate the quality of electronic services provided by online e-commerce stores to encourage customer satisfaction and loyalty. This study measures the quality of electronic services in terms of website design, customer service, security/privacy, and fulfillment using the most recent WebQual model. The Partial Least Square method (SmartPLS-v3) was utilized to analyze the sample data collected using 159 respondents who met the specified criteria as the research sample. The research demonstrates that all hypotheses are found to have significant positive results. Positive correlations have been found between the four dimensions of the model and the quality of electronic services, as well as their impact on customer satisfaction and intentions to stay loyal. This study is beneficial for determining the electronic service model customers in online e-commerce stores want to gain customer loyalty.

Abstract

PT. Bank Central Asia, Tbk, founded in 1957, is one of the largest private banks in Indonesia today with an asset value of 1,408 trillion rupiah with a net profit of 48.6 trillion rupiah. The results of the Bank Service Excellence Monitor (BSEM) survey conducted by Marketing Research Indonesia (MRI) in the 2020-2021 edition produced data that BCA Mobile was ranked second and the 2023-2024 edition was ranked fifth in the 10 best mobile banking performances in Indonesia. The problem in this research is that there has been a decline in BCA Mobile's performance followed by many complaints about the use of the BCA Mobile application, which has become a trending topic on the X social media platform (Twitter). BCA Mobile must attention to this so that customers do not think about looking for alternatives to other mobile banking. The aim of this research is to test whether service quality and customer satisfaction have an influence on BCA Mobile customer loyalty in Bandar Lampung City. This research uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to 90 respondents via Google Form.  The analytical method used is simple regression using the partial test (t test) and Sobel test with the SPSS 25 application. The results of the research show that the service quality variable and customer satisfaction variable have an influence on the BCA Mobile customer loyalty variable in Bandar Lampung City.

Abstract

Timezone merupakan pelopor dalam industri Pusat Hiburan Keluarga. Timezone sebagai pusat hiburan yang menawarkan kegiatan Multiple Intelligence pendidikan yang berkualitas, permainan eksklusif, dan layanan pelanggan yang unggul. Lingkungan unik Timezone memungkinkan anak-anak dari segala usia dan semua tahap perkembangan untuk bersenang-senang dan belajar pada saat yang sama. Namun tidak semua orang mendapatkan pengalaman yang mereka inginkan, seperti review pelanggan yang di dapat dari google ulasan yang menggambarkan kekecewaan pelanggan atas layanan yang didapatkan saat bermain di Timezone. Terkait dengan kondisi tersebut, penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa adanya pengaruh variabel pada Experiential Marketing yang terdiri dari Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate terhadap Kepuasan Pelanggan Timezone Mall Boemi Kedaton Bandar Lampung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuantitatif dengan populasi sampel pelanggan sebanyak 138 orang menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. selanjutnya data dianalisis, Alat analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS, pengujian simultan (uji f), pengujian parsial (uji t) dan analisis determinasi (R2). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa variabel pada Experiential Marketing yang terdiri dari Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate memiliki pengaruh positif dan singnifikan. Nilai koefisien determinasi Adjust R Square (R2) pada besarnya variabel Experiential Marketing dalam menjelaskan pengaruhnya terhadap kepuasan pelanggan sebesar 66,7% sedangkan sisanya 33,3% dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain yang tidak diukur dalam penelitian ini. dan diketahui hasil dari uji f, variabel Experiential Marketing dapat menerangkan Kepuasan Pelanggan dengan koefisien signifikan. Hasil uji t pada variabel Experiential Marketing dapat menerangkan Kepuasan Pelanggan memiliki pengaruh positif. Hal ini berarti, variabel yang ada pada Experiential Marketing yang terdiri dari Sense, Feel, Think, Act, dan Relate berperan dalam mempengaruhi setiap variabel Kepuasan Pelanggan.

Abstract

The community service team had an idea to increase public awareness of paying taxes by holding a socialization of NPWP registration to the community in the Rajabasah sub-district. The community service was carried out in two sessions, namely: the first session, the community service team to improve participants' understanding of the socialization of NPWP registration was carried out using the lecture method. The lecture method is considered effective in improving participants' knowledge of socialization. The second session, a Focus Group Discussion (FGD), involved training participants in small groups accompanied by community service team members. The FGD method is expected to improve participants' understanding of the socialization of the requirements, processes, and steps taken during NPWP registration. Data was taken in two stages. The first stage of the questionnaire was distributed at the beginning of the socialization, and the second stage of data collection was completed at the end of the meeting. The analysis results showed increased participants' understanding of the requirements, processes, and steps needed during NPWP registration.

Abstract

At present the advancement of data innovation is endlessly quick, remembering for Indonesia itself. Information technology in the world, even in Indonesia has been widely used as a tool for human life activities in various aspects of life, including business activities. The current e-commerce phenomenon is increasingly causing the rise of various online stores in Indonesia. One of the providers of online business digital platforms is Bukalapak. This study was conducted to determine whether there is a significant effect given by the variabel Shopping Lifestyle and Hedonic Shopping Motivation as an independent variable on the Impulse Buying variable as the dependent variable (Study on Bukalapak Consumers in Bandar Lampung). The data used in this study is primary data, which was obtained from the results of respondents answers which were collected with the help of a questionnaire. The number of samples in this study were 108 respondents. The sampling method uses a non-probability sampling technique, which is a technique to determine the sample with certain considerations. The analytical method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, analysis multiple liniear regression, and hypothesis testing, namely t test and coefficient of determnination (R2), with the help of the IBM SPSS 26 application program for windows. The results of this study indicate that the Shopping Lifestyle variable has a significant effect on the Impulse Buying variable as evidenced by the t-count values of 3.009 > from the t-table value of 1.98304 with a significance level of 0,003 < 0,05. The the Hedonic Shopping Motivation variable also has a significant effect on the Impulse Buying variable as evidenced by the t-count value of 2.684 > from the t-table value of 1.98304 with a significance level of 0,008 < 0.05. Meanwhile, in this study, the independent variable was able to explain the dependent variable by 47,3% while the rest was influenced by other variables outside the variable of this study.

Abstract

Kurungan Nyawa Village in Pesawaran District shows signs of weakness in BUMDes management. The implementation of BUMDes in Kurungan Nyawa Village is constrained by three main problems, namely economic, social, and human potential issues. Academics who can help improve the management and administration of BUMDes business units that are not producing at peak production levels, even in a state of suspended animation, can help solve three problems faced by BUMDes in Kurungan Nyawa Village, Pesawaran Regency.

Abstract

Badan Usaha Milik Desa (BUMDes) dalam melaksanakan operasional diwajibkan untuk menyusun laporan keuangan yang sesuai dengan standar akuntansi keuangan. Dilihat dari tingkat Pendidikan masyarakat di Kabupaten Pringsewu mayoritas lulus sekolah SD. Sehingga masih memerlukan diadakan pelatihan persamaan akuntansi untuk penyusunan laporan keuangan BUMDes. Pelatihan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman pegawai BUMDes terhadap persamaan dasar akuntansi dengan harapan dapat meningkatkan penyajian laporan keuangan yang berkualitas. Laporan keuangan yang berkualitas ketika mengandung unsur-unsur sebagai berikut: relevan, andal, dapat dibandingkan, dan mudah dipahami. Informasi dikatakan relevan ketika dapat digunakan sebagai dasar untuk pengambil keputusan pengguna laporan keuangan tersebut. Laporan keuangan dikatakan andal ketika menyajikan informasi yang lengkap, netral, dan bebas dari salah saji yang material. Laporan keuangan dapat dibandingkan ketika disusun sesuai dengan standar laporan keuangan yang berlaku umum sehingga dapat dibandingkan dengan periode sebelumnya atau dibandingkan dengan perusahaan yang sama dalam satu periode tertentu. Laporan keuangan dapat dipahami ketika penyajiannya sesuai dengan Standar Akuntansi Keuangan yang berlaku umum dengan penyajian yang jelas. Metode yang digunakan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman peserta terhadap persamaan akuntansi dengan mengkombinasikan metode ceramah, metode diskusi, dan metode praktek. Kesimpulan peserta pelatihan mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terhadap penyusunan persamaan akuntansi.
