Abstract

Online learning is currently one of the lecture models that is widely applied on various campuses. However, learning control raises a problem so a solution is needed to maintain the quality of learning. This study aims to test the effectiveness of textbooks in online learning in morphology courses. The method used is a mix of quantitative and qualitative methods. to assess the feasibility of textbooks, researchers distributed questionnaires to students. statistical test results showed that there is a significant influence between the use of exercise-based textbook with students’ learning outcomes (Sig. = 0.021<0.05) in which class B who used textbooks scored 81.190 or higher than class A who did not use textbooks with a score of 70.727. Students’ response to the textbooks used are 71% good so that the textbook is suitable for use as textbooks. Thus, the use of exercise-based textbook on online learning in morphology courses is very helpful in improving the quality of learning.

Abstract

Lingual or language is an integral part of the cultural expression of a society, is used as a means of communicating values, beliefs and customs, has an important social function and fosters a sense of group identity and solidarity. Traditional Balinese snacks for the Cemagi Village society are not just food but also have an important role as a means of traditional ceremonies. A linguistic anthropology approach was used by researchers to reveal the culture of the Cemagi people, in the process of inheriting and passing on the role of traditional snacks in their beliefs as Hindus. It is hoped that the role of traditional snacks can be learned, inherited, passed on from one generation to the next, through actions in the form of face-to-face interactions, and of course through linguistic communication, both verbal and non-verbal. -verbal form. The proposed research is to find out how traditional food exists and to know the lexicon of traditional snacks and their meaning in a traditional ceremony. There were 12 lexicons found in this first research and explained in terms of processing processes and fields of meaning in the beliefs of the Cemagi society. Traditional snacks are used as the main filling material and function as a means in traditional ceremonial processions. Traditional snacks are symbolic and expressive, both in terms of shape, ingredients and taste.

Abstract

The aim of this community service is to increase teachers' knowledge and competence related to computational thinking in school subjects and support the program of implementing computational thinking skills for elementary and junior and senior high schools. The method of implementing the service is in the form of a workshop which includes preparation activities, material presentation, and sessions for making CT-based questions. The material is collaborated with existing school subjects such as Mathematics, Language and Social and Physical Science. The target partners of this service are MI and MTs teachers who teach at the Islamic Boarding School of Selaparang Kediri in West Lombok who totaled 31 teachers. In the final session of the activity, an evaluation is carried out using a questionnaire and is analyzed descriptively. The results of this service show that there is an increase in computational thingking knowledge and teachers are able to infuse CT in the subjects they teach.
