Abstract

Bounding attachment is a bond that develops between parents and a newborn baby, which involves the expression of affection and mutual emotional interaction. Bounding attachment is one of the important factors in the success of exclusive breastfeeding. Breast milk not only provides optimal nutrition but also warmth and emotional comfort, thereby maintaining emotional bonding and emotional attachment between mother and child. The level of family knowledge, especially maternal knowledge, plays a significant role in the success of bounding attachment. The objective of this study was to describe the level of knowledge of pregnant women regarding bounding attachment. The benefit of this study was to obtain data describing pregnant women’s level of knowledge about bounding attachment. This study employed a descriptive observational design with a cross-sectional approach. A total of 30 pregnant women participated in this study, selected using accidental sampling. The study was conducted from Agustus 2025. Data were collected using a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. The results showed that out of 30 respondents, 5 respondents (16.67%) had good knowledge of bounding attachment, 20 respondents (66.67%) had moderate knowledge, and 5 respondents (16.67%) had poor knowledge. In conclusion, most pregnant women at BPM Supartmi Bulu Sukoharjo had a moderate level of knowledge regarding bounding attachment, accounting for 20 respondents (66.67%).

Abstract

Background: Anemia is a health problem that persists in adolescent girls and impacts learning ability, physical fitness, and quality of life. Lack of knowledge about anemia can lead to poor preventive behaviors, such as inadequate nutritional intake and non-compliance with iron supplementation (IBT) consumption. Purpose: To determine the relationship between knowledge of adolescent girls and anemia prevention behavior Method: This quantitative research used a cross-sectional approach and held in October 2025 at State Senior High School 1 Gamping Sleman Yogyakarta. The sampling technique used stratified random sampling with a sample size of 64 respondents. The independent variable in this study was the level of knowledge, while the dependent variable was anemia prevention behavior. Data analysis used univariate in the form of frequency distribution and bivariate using the Kendall tau test. Results: Respondents had good knowledge about anemia (51.6%) and good prevention behavior (43.8%). The Kendall Tau test showed a p-value of 0.000 (<0.05), indicating a relationship between knowledge about anemia and anemia prevention behavior. Conclusion: There was a significant relationship between knowledge about anemia and anemia prevention behavior   Keywords: Anemia; Adolescent; Behavior; Knowledge; Prevention.   Pendahuluan: Anemia merupakan masalah kesehatan yang masih banyak terjadi pada remaja putri dan berdampak pada kemampuan belajar, kebugaran fisik, dan kualitas hidup. Pengetahuan yang kurang mengenai anemia dapat menyebabkan rendahnya perilaku pencegahan, seperti asupan gizi yang tidak adekuat dan ketidakpatuhan konsumsi Tablet Tambah Darah (TTD). Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui hubungan antara tingkat pengetahuan dan perilaku pencegahan anemia remaja putri. Metode: Penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional, dilaksanakan bulan Oktober 2025 di SMA Negeri 1 Gamping Sleman, Yogyakarta. Teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan stratified random sampling dengan jumlah sampel yang digunakan sebanyak 64 responden. Variabel independent dalam penelitian ini adalah tingkat pengetahuan, sedangkan variabel dependen adalah perilaku pencegahan anemia. Analisis data yang digunakan univariat dalam bentuk distribusi frekuensi dan bivariate menggunakan uji Kendall Tau. Hasil: Responden memiliki pengetahuan yang baik tentang anemia (51.6%) dan perilaku baik dalam pencegahan (43.8%). Uji Kendall Tau menunjukkan p-value = 0.000 (<0.05), artinya terdapat hubungan antara pengetahuan tentang anemia dengan perilaku pencegahan anemia. Simpulan: Terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara pengetahuan tentang anemia dengan perilaku pencegahan anemia.   Kata Kunci : Anemia; Pengetahuan; Perilaku; Pencegahan; Remaja.

Abstract

Cesarean section (CS) is a surgical procedure to deliver a fetus through an incision in the abdominal wall and uterus. One of the factors for performing a cesarean section (CS) is breech presentation. Mothers who undergo cesarean section due to breech presentation require intensive care and monitoring. To reduce possible complications, postpartum mothers with this indication require monitoring in nursing care. To analyze nursing care for patients with Primigravida P1A0 in the Kalibiru Lor Ward of Wates Kulon Progo Regional General Hospital.  The research design used an observational case study with the research object obtained from 1 patient with Primigravida Breech Presentation in the Kalibiru Lor Ward of Wates Kulon Progo Regional General Hospital. This case had nursing diagnoses of acute pain, ineffective breastfeeding, and risk of falling. Nursing outcomes were pain level, breastfeeding status, and fall risk. Nursing interventions and implementation included pain management, breastfeeding education, and environmental fall prevention. Conclusion: Nursing care in this case resulted in the resolution of acute pain, effective breastfeeding, and the mitigation of fall risk.

Abstract

Background: Knowledge about anemia among adolescents is the understanding of the definition, causes, signs, impacts, and prevention of anemia. The level of knowledge about anemia among adolescents is influenced by education, age, socioeconomic-cultural factors, environment, and the lack of health education, which is the main cause of low knowledge. Purpose: To determine the effectiveness of health education on the level of knowledge about anemia among adolescents. Method: This study wa s pre-experimental study with a one-group prestes-posttest design. Ninety adolescents at SMP Negeri 1 Ngluwar Magelang waresampled using a purposeve sampling technique. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. The results ware analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed rank test. Results: This study was a pre-experimental study with a one-group pretest-posttest design. A purposive sampling technique was used to select 90 adolescents. The research instrument used a questionnaire. The results of the study were analyzed using the Wilcoxon signed-rank test. Conclusion: Health education is effective in improving the level of knowledge about anemia among adolescents. Keywords: Adolescent Knowledge; Health Education; Knowledge About Anemia. Pendahuluan: Pengetahuan anemia pada remaja adalah pemahaman tentang definisi, penyebab, tanda, dampak, dan pencegahan anemia. Tingkat pengetahuan anemia remaja dipengaruhi pendidikan, usia, sosial-ekonomi-budaya, lingkungan, dan kurangnya penyuluhan kesehatan yang menjadi penyebab utama rendahnya pengetahuan. Tujuan: Untuk mengetahui efektivitas penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan anemia pada remaja. Metode: Jenis penelitian ini adalah pre-eksperimental dengan rancangan one-group pretest-posttest design. Sempel diambil dengan teknik purposive sampling sebanyak 90 remaja di SMP Negeri 1 Ngluwar Magelang. Intrumen penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Hasil penelitian dianalisis dengan uji wilcoxon sign rank test. Hasil: Tingkat pengetahuan anemia sebelum diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang pada remaja sebagian besar adalah kategori tingkat pengetahuan kurang sebanyak 64 remaja (71.1%). Tingkat pengetahun remaja setelah diberikan penyuluhan kesehatan tentang anemia pada remaja sebagian besar adalah dengan katerogri baik sebanyak 85 remaja (94.4%). Hasil uji wilcoxon sign rank test diperoleh p-value 0.000. Simpulan: Terdapat efektivitas penyuluhan kesehatan terhadap tingkat pengetahuan anemia pada remaja.
