Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh variabel (1) literasi informasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, (2) literasi media terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, (3) literasi digital terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, (4) literasi informasi terhadap literasi media, (5) literasi informasi terhadap literasi digital (6) literasi media terhadap literasi digital. Responden penelitian ini adalah guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sukajadi Pekanbaru yang berjumlah 197 orang dengan sampel 132. Analisis data yang digunakan yaitu analisis jalur (Path Analisis). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan adanya pengaruh tidak langsung antara literasi informasi terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung antara literasi media terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara literasi digital terhadap kompetensi pedagogik, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara literasi informasi terhadap literasi media, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara literasi informasi terhadap literasi digital, terdapat pengaruh langsung antara literasi media terhadap lietrasi digital

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengangkat masalah tentang: apakah terdapat pengaruh lingkungan kerja terhadap altruisme guru SMP Kecamatan Tapung Hulu? Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah jenis penelitian ex post facto. Dengan populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh guru SMP di Kecamatan Tapung Hulu sebanyak 212 orang dan sampel penelitian sebesar 139 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam bentuk angket. Sementara itu, yang digunakan untuk mengolah dan analisis data dalam penelitian ini adalah statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Hasil penelitian diperoleh pengaruh signifikan lingkungan kerja terhadap altruism guru. Lingkungan kerja dapat membuat suasana nyaman dan memberikan ketenangan maka akan membuat suasana kerja menjadi kondusif, sehingga dapat meningkatkan hasil kerja seseorang menjadi lebih baik karena bekerja tanpa gangguan. Kepala sekolah dan para pihak yang berkaitan dengan pengelolaan lembaga sekolah diharapkan agar dapat meningkatkan dan memberikan lingkungan kerja yang nyaman dan kondusif bagi guru maupun siswa.

Abstract

This research is a type of quantitative descriptive research which aims to determine the influence of entrepreneurial knowledge and the use of social media on the interest in entrepreneurship of Riau University FKIP students. The population in this study was 1,404 students, with a sample of 93 students. This research uses secondary data and primary data. Secondary data was obtained through entrepreneurship course grades, while primary data was obtained through questionnaires. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. The research results show that entrepreneurial knowledge and the use of social media have a positive and significant effect on the entrepreneurial interest of FKIP Riau University students with a coefficient of determination (R2) of 68.1% at a significance level smaller than 0.05, namely 0.000. This shows that the better the entrepreneurial knowledge obtained, the greater the student's interest in entrepreneurship and the greater the use of social media, the greater the interest in entrepreneurship of FKIP University of Riau students.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of economic literacy and lifestyle on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu. The population in this study were students of class XI IPS SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu with a total of 210 students. The sample of this research was 138 students with purposive sampling technique. The data collection method used a questionnaire containing tests and questionnaires which were distributed via the Google form and the data collected was then tabulated and analyzed using multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing is done by partial significant test and simultaneous test. Based on the results of the study, it was found that economic literacy had a significant negative effect on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu, lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on the impulse buying behavior of students at SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu, economic literacy and lifestyle had a positive and significant effect on impulse buying behavior of students of SMA Negeri 2 Siak Hulu.

Abstract

This research aims to find out (1) how the use of social media is related to the sustainability of the chili crackers MSME business in Dumai City. (2) and what is the relationship between creativity and the sustainability of the chili cracker UMKM business in Dumai City. This research is included in quantitative research. The population in this study were 20 Chili Cracker MSME businesses in Dumai City with a research sample of 15 Chili Cracker MSME businesses in Dumai City. The sampling technique is saturated sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, questionnaires and documentation. This research uses descriptive analysis techniques, normality tests and Spearman rank correlation statistical tests. The results of this research show (1) the use of social media has a positive and significant relationship with the sustainability of the chili cracker MSME business in Dumai City. (2) creativity has a positive and significant relationship with the sustainability of the chili cracker MSME business in Dumai City.
