Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze 1) the contribution of academic supervision to the work ethic of junior high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir; 2) the contribution of self-efficacy to the work ethic of junior high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir; 3) the contribution of academic supervision and self-efficacy to the work ethic of middle school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. This research is quantitative with the type of explanatory research. The population is 105 people with the sample in this study being 116 junior high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir. Data collection in this research is by using a questionnaire technique. The data analysis technique used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical analysis using Microsoft Excel and SPSS version 23 for Windows. The results of this study indicate that (1) There is a significant and positive contribution between the variables of academic supervision on the work ethic of junior high school teachers in Bagan Sinembah District, Rokan Hilir, with a low interpretation. (2) A significant and positive contribution was found between self-efficacy on the work ethic of SMP teachers in Bagan Sinembah Subdistrict, Rokan Hilir, with a low interpretation. (3) A significant and positive contribution was found between the variables of academic supervision and self-efficacy on the work ethic of the subdistrict junior high school teacher. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of variables (1) teacher work discipline on teacher commitment, (2) teacher loyalty to teacher commitment, (3) teacher work discipline and teacher work discipline and teacher loyalty together with teacher commitment. The research respondents were State Elementary School teachers in Tanjung Medan District, Rokan Hilir Regency, totaling 118 people with a sample of 91. The data was collected through questionnaires as a research instrument. The data analysis used is descriptive analysis and inferential statistical analysis. The instrument reliability coefficient was calculated using the Cronbach alpha formula. The results showed that there was a positive and significant effect of teacher work discipline on teacher commitment of 0.470, and there was a positive and significant effect of teacher loyalty on teacher commitment of 0.555. Meanwhile, together there is an effect of teacher discipline and teacher loyalty on teacher commitment of 0.477.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh kompensasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Survey dengan teknik korelasional (correlational resarch). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan 42 responden dari 71 semua Pegawai Dinas Pendidikan dan Kebudayaan Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang dipilih secara acak sebagai sampel menggunakan rumus Slovin. Metode penelitian dilakukan yaitu responden memberikan tanggapan terhadap kuesioner dalam bentuk skala likert yang terdiri dari lima pilihan jawaban yaitu Sangat Sering, Sering, Kadang-kadang, Jarang, dan Tidak Pernah. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan dari analisis data Diperoleh pengaruh yang siginifikan antara variabel kompensasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 17,70% dengan tafsiran rendah, karena masih terdapat 82,30% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; selanjutnya, Diperoleh pengaruh yang siginifikan antara variabel iklim organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 32,00% dengan tafsiran rendah, karena masih terdapat 68,00% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; dan Diperoleh pengaruh yang siginifikan secara bersama-sama antara variabel kompensasi dan iklim organisasi terhadap kualitas pelayanan sebesar 34,70% dengan tafsiran rendah, karena masih terdapat 65,30% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Proses membelajaran matematika mulai pada akhir tahun 2019 sampai pada awal tahun 2022 mengalami banyak perubahan. Adapun proses pembelajaran yang di alami peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran matematika yaitu proses pembelajaran secara online atau daring, proses pembelajaran campuran atau blended learning dan proses pembelajaran tatap muka. Pada penelitian ini fokus untuk mengetahui respons peserta didik terhadap proses pembelajaran matematika. Penelitian yang dilakukan merupakan penelitian kualitatif deskriptif dengan tipe penelitian studi kasus intrisik. Subjek dalam penelitian ini yaitu peserta didik SMP dengan jumlah sampelnya 120 orang. Instrument pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis data dalam penilitian ini adalah analisis deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa pembelajaran online atau daring berada pada kategori yang kurang positif dengan nilai 54,5%. Respons peserta didik pada pembelajaran blended learning atau campuran pada kategori yang kurang positif dengan nilai rata-rata 64,5%. Pembelajaran tatap muka mendapatkan respon dari peserta didik pada kategori positif dengan nilai rata-rata 79,4 %. Dari data yang diperoleh bahwa peserta didik pada proses pembelajaran matematika lebih menyukai proses pembelajaran tatap muka. Dengan pembelajaran tatap muka dapat membantu peserta didik lebih memahami materi yang disampaikan

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan Pengaruh konsep diri dan kecerdasan sosial terhadap kompetensi pedagogik PAI di kecamatan mempura Kabupaten Siak. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan dengan metode explanatory. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah nonprobability sampling dengan teknik yang diambil yaitu sampling jenuh (sensus). Berdasarkan dari analisis data diperoleh Diperoleh pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 28,1%, artinya besar pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak adalah 28,1%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pengaruh konsep diri terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak memiliki tafsiran atau pengaruh yang rendah; selanjutnya, Diperoleh pengaruh kecerdasan sosial terhadap kompetensi pedagogik sebesar 14,6%, artinya besar pengaruh variabel kecerdasan sosial terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak adalah 14,6%. Dengan demikan dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pengaruh variabel kecerdasan sosial terhadap kompetensi pedagogik memiliki tafsiran atau pengaruh dalam kategori rendah; dan Diperoleh pengaruh konsep diri dan kecerdasan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi pedagogic sebesar 29,2%, artinya besar pengaruh variabel konsep diri dan kecerdasan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi pedagogik adalah 29,2%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulkan, bahwa pengaruh konsep diri dan kecerdasan sosial secara bersama-sama terhadap kompetensi pedagogik guru PAI di Kecamatan Mempura Kabupaten Siak memiliki tafsiran atau pengaruh dalam kategori rendah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dan metode Survey dengan teknik korelasional (correlational resarch). Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah kuisioner dengan responden 62 orang SMP di kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir yang dipilih secara teknik pengambilan sampel menggunakan Total Sampling. Analisis data yang digunakan adalah statistik deskriptif dan inferensial. Berdasarkan dari analisis data ditemukan pengaruh positif variabel Supervisi Kepala Sekolah terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 34,4%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 65,6% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; selanjutnya, ditemukan pengaruh positif variabel motivasi kerja terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 21%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 79% ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini; dan ditemukan pengaruh positif variabel Supervisi Kepala Sekolah dan Motivasi Kerja Guru Terhadap Kinerja Guru SMP di Kecamatan Sinaboi Kabupaten Rokan Hilir adalah 44,6%, sedangkan sisanya sebesar 55,4% lagi ditentukan oleh faktor lain yang tidak menjadi bagian dari penelitian ini.

Abstract

Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pemanfaatan google classroom dan aktivitas belajar terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Universitas Riau. Berdasarkan penelitian yang telah dilakukan maka diperoleh hasil bahwa pemanfaatan google classroom dan aktivitas belajar berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap hasil belajar mahasiswa. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh mahasiswa Pendidikan Ekonomi Angkatan 2020 berjumlah 109 mahasiswa dan sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 52 mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan dokumentasi dan angket. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu analisis deskriptif, uji prasyarat yang terdiri dari uji normalitas, uji multikolinearitas, uji heteroskedastisitas, uji autokorelasi, pengujian hipotesis, diantaranya uji F, uji t, uji regresi linear berganda, dan uji koefisien determinasi.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the differences in the number of single tuition fees and non-single tuition; the proportion of resources and the allocation of funds before and after the single tuition policy; and the quality of educational services by single tuition and non-single tuition college students. The data was collected from students and leaders at the University of Riau through questionnaires, documentation, and interviews. Data were analyzed descriptively and different test. The results show that the amount of a single tuition fee is not much different from the non-single tuition fee. The proportion of funding sources from the public increased after a single tuition policy, but the proportion of allocations for operational costs decreased. Single tuition college students rated the quality of educational services lower than the non-single tuition of students with significant differences. Single tuition does not significantly affect the quality of education services.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine the effect of the work ethic and commitment of the principal on the visionary leadership of Junior High School principals in Pekanbaru City. This study was ex post facto research and used a quantitative approach. The population in this study was composed of 151 principals of junior high schools in Pekanbaru City. The research samples were 110 headmasters of a junior high school in the city of Pekanbaru. The technique used to determine the sample was the cluster sampling method. The data analysis technique used was descriptive statistical analysis and inferential statistical, which consists of F test, Multiple Regression Test, and Determinant test analysis using the SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science) Version.23 program. The results of the study show that the principal's work ethic and commitment affect the principal's visionary leadership. This means that the better the work ethic and commitment of the principal, the better the visionary leadership of the principal in developing the school. Good visionary leadership can be seen from the leader's insight, the leader's ability to make changes and make decisions, establish good relationships, be innovative and adhere to spiritual values. The principal is a visionary leader to advance the school as shown by his attitude in carrying out work and his concern for the progress of the school.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and obtain information about the analysis of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum in public vocational high schools (SMKN) 3 Pekanbaru. The method used in this study is a qualitative descriptive method, which describes the subject about the situation and data obtained during observations and questions so that it becomes useful information and is easily understood by readers. The samples in this study were school principals, vice-curriculum administrators and subject teachers. Data was collected by conducting interviews, observation and documentation. The results showed that the analysis of the implementation of the independent learning curriculum at the public vocational high school (SMKN) 3 Pekanbaru has been carried out optimally and is ongoing, although there are still obstacles in its implementation. The key to success in implementing the independent learning curriculum is that the principal and teachers must have the will to make changes. The principal as a leader must be able to change the mindset of the human resources in the school to want to make changes and provide equipment for each major class so that this independent curriculum can be implemented.
