Abstract

Studi kuasi ini dilaksanakan di SDN Cihaurgeulis 2 Bandung pada tahun ajaran 2011-2012 dengan tujuan untuk mengkaji pemanfaatan bahan ajar bernuansa literasi sains dalam model pembelajaran IPA terpadu untuk meningkatkan pemahaman konsep IPA dan keterampilan berinkuiri siswa SD khususnya kelas 3. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuasi eksperimen dengan disain yang disebut nonequivalent kontrol group design, yang menggunakan satu kelas kontrol dengan pembelajaran konvensional dan satu kelas eksperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran IPA terpadu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa peningkatan pemahaman konsep IPA (N-gain=0,60) dan keterampilan berinkuiri (0,65) siswa kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi dibandingkan kelas control dengan N-Gain pemahaman konsep IPA sebesar 0,34 dan N-Gain keterampilan berinkuiri siswa sebesar 0,30. Peningkatan pemahaman konsep IPA dan keterampilan berinkuiri siswa kelas eksperimen selain dipengaruhi oleh model pembelajaran IPA terpadu yang diterapkan, juga dipengaruhi oleh tingkat klasifikasi kemampuan siswa (tinggi, sedang, rendah). Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diharapkan agar ada penelitian lanjutan berkenaan dengan pembentukan sikap ilmiah melalui pembelajaran tematik serta penelitian untuk mengembangkan bahan ajar tematik yang memiliki peranan penting dalam keberhasilan siswa dalam pembelajaran. Abstract

This study aims to describe the communication and cognitive argumentation ability of Biology Education students of FKIP Universitas Pasundan Bandung through the application of guided inkuiri model based on Lesson Study on animal ecology concept material. This research is a qualitative descriptive research with biology research subjects as many as 30 people who are attending animal ecology courses in the third semester. Implementation of Class Action Research (RAK) based on lesson study is carried out in 2 cycles, using a guided inkuiri model. Data can be through analysis of the process of activities directly by observers through the filling of student activity sheets for 4 meetings and written tests at the end of the cycle. As a result of the study, in the first phase of writing communication proficiency by 72.3% and the second cycle phase by 85.8%, and for oral in the first cycle phase of 57.8%, and in the second cycle phase by 85.8%. Student cognitive learning outcomes increased significantly by 15.7%, from the first phase of the cycle, with an average score of 60, and the second cycle phase by 72.7%. In conclusion, the ability to argue student communication in the learning process of animal ecology is considered still lacking, but through the application of a guided inkuiri model based on Lesson Study on the concept of animal ecology there is an increase in communication skills both written and oral, as well as the cognitive ability of students to improve. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hasil belajar siswa SMA dengan menerapkan model pembelajaran aktif-kooperatif tipe Listen-Say-Arrange (LSA) pada subkonsep sistem imun manusia. Metode yang digunakan adalah Quasi-Experimental, desain penelitian Static Group Pretest-Posttest Design, melalui pengadaan kelas kontrol. Populasi penelitian ialah kelas XI IPA SMA Negeri 10 Bandung, dengan sampel sebanyak 2 kelas, yaitu kelas XI IPA 1 (kelas kontrol) dan XI IPA 2 (kelas eksperimen). Instrumen penelitian berupa tes objektif yang mengukur ranah kognitif dalam bentuk pilihan ganda sebanyak 20 butir soal yang diberikan melalui pretest dan posttest. Berdasarkan analisis data hasil penelitian, diperoleh nilai rata-rata ) pretest kelas kontrol yang menggunakan model pembelajaran konvensional (ceramah) sebesar 52,62 dan nilai rata-rata ) posttest sebesar 68,91. Sedangkan pada kelas eskperimen yang menggunakan model pembelajaran aktif-kooperatif tipe LSA, diperoleh nilai rata-rata ) pretest sebesar 56,58 dan nilai rata-rata ) posttest sebesar 77,58. Setelah diketahui hasil pretest dan posttest tiap kelas maka dilakukan uji-t, kemudian diperoleh hasil uji-t nilai pretest dan posttest kelas kontrol dengan thitung (4,85) > t0,01 (66) (2,66) yang berbeda secara signifikan, serta pada hasil uji-t nilai pretest dan posttest kelas eksperimen dengan thitung (8,54) > t0,01 (72) (2,65) yang berbeda secara signifikan pula. Pengujian dilanjutkan dengan perhitungan N-Gain, dimana kelas kontrol memperoleh N-Gain sebesar 0,34 dan kelas eksperimen memperoleh N-gain sebesar 0,48. Kriteria nilai N-Gain pada kelas kontrol dan kelas eksperimen sama-sama termasuk dalam kategori sedang. Dari hasil penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa penerapan model pembelajaran aktif-kooperatif tipe LSA pada subkonsep sistem imun manusia dapat meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa.

Abstract

Abstract – Still the low subjects of Science Sciences Elementary School grade IV students became an issue for teaching teachers in schools. IPA Science is an important student eye in improving the way constructive thinking students in responding to the development of the world and the universe. Research objectives to increase student learning activities as per expectations and target goals set by the school. Research methods using quasi experiments are descriptive survey, field study, Instrutemen, and literature study. The results showed significant differences in student creative thinking skills and class teachers after using the Think-Pair-Share (TPS) Cooperative learning model for SCIENCE subjects for elementary school grade IV students. Abstrak – Masih rendahnya mata pelajaran sains IPA siswa kelas IV SD menjadi persoalan bagi guru ajar di sekolah. Sains IPA adalah mata pelajar penting dalam meningkatkan cara berpikir konstruktif siswa dalam merespon perkembangan ilmu pengetahuan alam semesta. Tujuan penelitian untuk meningkatkan aktivitas belajar siswa sesuai harapan dan sasaran target yang ditetapkan sekolah. Metode penelitian menggunakan quasi eksperimen bersifat descriptive survey, field study, instrutemen, dan studi literature. Hasil penelitian menunjukan terdapat perbedaan signifikan kemampuan berpikir siswa dan guru kelas setelah menggunakan model pembelajaran kooperatif Think-Pair-Share (TPS) untuk mata pelajaran IPA bagi siswa kelas IV Sekolah Dasar.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic is still something that worries everyone. The Covid-19 outbreak has made everyone cannot carry out activities both in the fields of education, society, and Village government. In Indonesia itself, there have been large restrictions on activities namely PSBB and PPKM. This research activity was carried out during PPKM conditions. The students try continue to serve in the fields of education, community, and village government. College student What is done in terms of education is to provide online learning assistance and activities other. While in the social community service is carried out by counseling or work devotion. And the last service in the field of village government is helping the village in run village programs. By providing learning assistance, students can produce good study quality. While in community service, realizing how to live live healthy during the current pandemic. The village government is helped by the service that is done by assisting in carrying out village programs. The thematic student study service work program that has been planned can run well even though there are some activities that have been changed due to several obstacles in the field. Forming students to be more mature in responding to existing problems and being able to understand how to live in society, besides that they can form independent personalities and are responsible for the tasks that must be carried out. Students gain new knowledge that is not found in the material in class that is useful later for use in everyday life. The local government and the community were enthusiastic and very helpful in the implementation of the Thematic Community Service Program. This thematic student study service activity is a student service effort to the community.

Abstract

During the current pandemic, people are looking for activities that can fill their spare time, one of which is the cultivation of ornamental plants. In addition to channeling hobbies, ornamental plant cultivation can increase people's income by marketing products to the market. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills in the cultivation of Sirih Gading (Epipremnum aureum) ornamental plants vegetatively and by cuttings, to partners and provide information about business prospects and marketing strategies for fruit and ornamental plants in Griya Prima Asri Complex, Kec. Baleendah, Kab. Bandung. The selection of the Sirih Gading (Epipremnum aureum) ornamental plant as the object of service because this plant can grow in Indonesian climatic conditions, easy to care for, easy to observe and measure its growth, such as number of leaves, leaf width, leaf length, stem height, and root length. In addition, marketing assistance for ornamental plant products and fruit plants that are developed vegetatively is also carried out. The methods used are socialization, workshops/training, and monitoring. The results of this activity were 90% of the participants stated that the ornamental plant propagation training provided benefits and knowledge to cultivate and develop them into entrepreneurial prospects, in the midst of many people who lost their jobs due to the impact of the pandemic.

Abstract

One of the obstacles to the development of interactive learning media is the lack of mastery of interactive media development technology by teachers, so that the development of interactive learning materials with computers is not optimal. The purpose of this study was to test the effectiveness of interactive learning on motion system material assisted by the Lectora inspire software in improving learning outcomes. Using the pre-experimental method, this study involved 36 participants. Data collection techniques using test questions and questionnaires. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon test. The results of this study indicate that the effectiveness of using interactive Lectora Inspire software on motion material can improve student learning outcomes with a p-value of 0.006 where the p-value < α = 0.05. Thus the application of the Lectora Inspire software can be used as a solution, especially in online learning as a form of learning innovation.

Abstract

Kondisi intenal dan kondisi eksternal berperan penting dalam proses pembelajaran. salah satu faktor internal yang mempengaruhi hasil belajar siswa adalah prior knowledge dan self regulation. Prior knowledge merupakan faktor utama yang akan mempengaruhi pengalaman belajar bagi para peserta didik dan amat penting perannya dalam meningkatkan kebermaknaan pengajaran, selain itu belajar juga dikontrol oleh aspek internal yang diatur oleh diri sendiri (self regulation) dengan mengelola proses belajar individu melalui pengaturan dan pencapaian tujuan dengan menggunakan strategi yang melibakan kognitif, motivasi dan perilaku. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi mengenai prior knowledge dan kemampuan self regulation serta mendapatkan informasi mengenai hubungan antara prior knowledge dan self regulation pada pembelajaran sistem reproduksi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif. Subjek pada  penelitain ini adalah siswa SMA Pasundan 2 Cimahi, kelas XI IPA 1 dengan total 32 siswa. Teknik pengumpulan data untuk prior knowledge menggunakan tes, sedangkan untuk self regulation menggunakan angket. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan uji normalitas, uji homogenitas, uji korelasi dan uji regresi. Hasil penelitian menujukan bahwa, prior knowledge siswa termasuk kedalam kategori tinggi, yaitu sebanyak 62,5% memiliki skor di atas KKM. Self regulation  siswa  dikategorikan baik, dengan 8 aspek yang sudah baik dan 2 aspek yang masih harus ditingkatkan. Terdapat kontribusi yang signifikan pada prior knowledge terhadap self regulation yaitu sebesar 56,6%. Dengan demikian dapat disimpulakn bahwa  prior knowledge merupakan kemampuan yang harus dimiliki siswa karena secara tidak langsung akan membentuk self regulation siswa dengan sendirinya.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of using the problem based learning model on learning outcomes and achievement of Pancasila student profiles in class IV students in the 2022/2023 academic year. In this study using a quantitative approach using a research design that is quasi-experimental (Quasi-Experimental Design). The sample of this research was class IVB which consisted of 26 students as the experimental class and class IVA which consisted of 27 students as the control class. The technique of collecting data is through a multiple choice test and a description of the material changing the form of energy and observation sheets as supporting data. The tests used are pre-test and post-test which are used as data on learning outcomes and achievement of the Pancasila student profile towards students. Data analysis techniques were carried out using validation tests, reliability tests, index difficulty level tests, and discriminatory power. Research conducted at SDN 151 Sukasenang, Bandung City, showed that the average post-test score for the experimental class was 88.23, and the average value for the control class was 86.70. By calculating using the Independent sample t-test formula using IBM SPSS Statistics 26 software, the results of the analysis show that tcount = 2.317> ttable = 2.009 and a sig value of 0.025 <0.05. That is, there are differences in the results of the post-test, it can be concluded that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) model significantly influences learning outcomes and achievement of Pancasila student profiles.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektivitas siswa saat penerapan inquiry-based instructional model berbantuan virtual lab OLabs dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi dan mengetahui respon siswa setelah pembelajaran dilaksanakan. Penelitian ini memakai metode pre-experimental dengan One Group pretest-Posttest Design. Sampel penelitian yakni 28 siswa XI MIPA 4. Instrumen yang diterapkan yakni instrumen tes kognitif (C1, C2, C3, C4) dan non tes (lembar observasi dan angket). Hasil belajar siswa menyatakan tingkat N-gain 0,947 (tinggi) dan pada tahap signifikansi α= 0,05. Hasil rata-rata hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif sebesar 98,16% (tinggi), ranah afektif sebesar 80,86% (sangat baik), dan ranah psikomotor 76,84% (baik). Hasil penelitian menyatakan yakni hasil belajar siswa pada ranah kognitif dalam kategori tinggi, terindikasi dari kemampuan mengajukan masalah, membuat hipotesis, mengumpulkan data, menganalisis data, menggeneralisasi temuan dan menganalisis proses. Hal ini didukung dengan adanya hasil respon siswa setelah pelaksanaan pembelajaran dengan nilai sebesar 76,95%(baik). Pada temuan penelitian ini, bisa diambil kesimpulan yakni inquiry based instructional model efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa pada materi sistem reproduksi.Kata Kunci: inquiry based instructional model, hasil belajar, sistem reproduksi
