Strategies for Improving Lecturer Performance Through Servant Leadership, Organizational Climate, Knowledge Management, and Job SatisfactionAbstract Higher education in Indonesia must prepare high-quality and adaptive human resources in facing rapid and dynamic global changes. Lecturers play an important role in achieving this goal by effectively implementing the tri dharma of higher education. However, there are still many lecturers who still need to meet the established quality standards. The Indonesian Defence University (Unhan RI) faces challenges in achieving lecturer performance targets, including certification and education levels, which still need closer to the target. This study aims to understand the factors influencing lecturer performance and its integration with other aspects, such as leadership and organizational climate. This study uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive survey method to test the hypothesis regarding how servant leadership, organizational climate, and knowledge management affect lecturer performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. The data will be analyzed using path analysis and SITOREM. The study was conducted on lecturers at the Defense University in three locations. The study shows that Servant Leadership, Organizational Climate, Knowledge Management, and Job Satisfaction directly influence Lecturer Performance, with Servant Leadership and Organizational Climate also indirectly affecting Lecturer Performance through Job Satisfaction. To improve lecturer performance, it is necessary to strengthen weak indicators in various aspects with priority improvements starting from organizational management. The Rector of the Defense University is advised to strengthen servant leadership, organizational climate, and knowledge management, and improve job satisfaction supervision. In contrast, lecturers are advised to improve performance through cooperation and time utilization.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a video product for learning heat transfer material using Powtoon in class V of SDN Panaragan 2 Bogor City with a total of 28 students. This product development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The research began by conducting a needs analysis, curriculum analysis, student analysis, creating a product design, then developing a learning media product, then carrying out expert validation, after that conducting a limited trial of learning videos on heat transfer materials using Powtoon on predetermined respondents. The results of validation research from material experts, language experts and media experts show that valid video learning media using Powtoon is very suitable for use, obtaining an average percentage of 96%. At the trial stage, there were limited to 28 students who responded very well and were very suitable for use by obtaining an average percentage of 92.3%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the video learning material on heat transfer using Powtoon developed in this research has proven to be valid, easy and interesting for students to use and is very worthy of study.

Abstract

This research aims to find strategies to improve performance by analyzing the influence of organizational culture, servant leadership, personality, and work motivation. The research method used is quantitative. The sample consisted of 124 people from a population of 178 spread across twelve study programs using the proportional random sampling method. Path analysis and SITOREM are used in data analysis methodologies. Based on the analysis’s results, it was concluded that a) Organizational culture directly affects performance by 19.9%; b) Servant leadership directly affects performance by 14.4%; c) Personality directly affects performance by 10.6%; d) Work motivation directly affects performance by 6.9%; e) Organizational culture directly affects motivation at work by 23.1%; f) Servant leadership directly affects workplace motivation by 40.3%; g) Personality does not directly affect workplace motivation by 25.1%; h) Organizational culture has a 1.6% indirect impact on performance through work motivation; i) Servant leadership has a 2.8% indirect impact on performance through work motivation; and j) Personality has a 1.7% indirect impact on performance through work motivation.

Abstract

Abstract In the teaching and learning process so that the material can be understood optimally the role of the teacher is needed. The rapid development of technology requires teachers to have abilities in the field. However, knowledge and operation of technology in this case ICT, is still minimal to master. Therefore, training and mentoring as a first step towards learning sustainability in accordance with RI 4.0 platform continue to be developed. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of teacher responses and products made by teachers after attending training and mentoring. The method used is descriptive qualitative method. Respondents from this study were 34 teachers. Data collection techniques are done by interview and questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out to find out how high the response to the training and mentoring was carried out. The results of the analysis found that the response of teachers in participating in training and mentoring was very high or very positive. This is evident from the results of questionnaire data and products made. The importance of training and mentoring is felt by teachers in facing learning that is increasingly developing along with the flow of technology. Teachers are required to be technology literate, innovate or create technology-based learning. Therefore training and mentoring are the first step of continuous learning in accordance with RI 4.0 playtform.Abstrak Dalam proses belajar mengajar agar materi dapat dipahami secara optimal peran guru sangat diperlukan. Perkembangan teknologi yang semakin pesat mengharuskan guru memiliki kemmapuan dalam bidang tersebut. Namun, pengetahuan dan pengoperasian teknologi dalam hal ini TIK, masih minim dikuasai. Oleh sebab itu pelatihan dan pendampingan sebagai langkah awal keberlanjutan pembelajaran sesuai dengan platform RI 4.0 terus dikembangkan. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui tingkat respon guru dan produk yang dibuat oleh guru setelah mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan. Metode yang digunakan merupakan metode kualitatif deskripstif. Responden dari penelitian ini berjumlah 34 orang guru. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan wawancara dan angket. Analisis data dilakukan untuk nngetahui seberapa tinggi respon terhadap pelatihan dan pendampingannyang telah dilaksanakan.  Hasil penelitian ditemukan respon guru dalam mengikuti pelatihan dan pendampingan ini sangat tinggi atau sangat positif. Hal tersebut terbukti dari hasil data angket dan produk yang dibuat. Pentingnya pelatihan dan pendampingan dirasakan guru dalam menghadapi pembelajaran yang semakin berkembang mengikuti arus teknologi. Guru dituntut untuk melek teknologi, berinovasi atau menciptakan pembelajaran yang berbasis teknologi. Oleh sebab itu pelatihan dan pendampingan merupakan langkah awal dari keberlanjutan pembelajaran yang sesuai dengan playtform RI 4.0

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to produce a learning evaluation product using educaplay on the sub-theme of my obligations and rights at home, in class III-A of SDN Ciheuleut 02 with 23 participants. The development of this product uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The research begins with need analysis, curriculum analysis, learner analysis, product design, then developing learning evaluation products, validating experts and conducting limited trials of learning evaluation using educaplay on the sub-theme of my obligations and rights at home on predetermined respondents. The validation research result from subject matter experts, language experts and media experts show that learning evaluation using educaplay is highly valid and very suitable for use, obtaining an average percentage of 93,32%. In the trial phase, with 23 participants, respondents responded very well and found it very interesting to use, obtaining an average percentage of 88,52%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that learning evaluation using educaplay on the sub-theme of my obligations and rights at home developed in this study is proven to be valid, easy and interesting for learners to use and is worthy of being studied. Abstract

This study aims to examine teachers' innovation strategies based on local wisdom through strengthening servant leadership, employee engagement, organizational climate, and learning organizations. Educational innovation is an important aspect in improving the quality of learning, and local wisdom as the foundation of innovation strategies can provide a relevant and contextual approach. This study adopts a quantitative approach using surveys to collect data from teachers and staff in several schools. The main variables studied include servant leadership, employee engagement, organizational climate, and learning organization, which are linked to the implementation of innovation based on local wisdom. The results show that strengthening servant leadership and employee engagement plays a significant role in creating an organizational climate that supports sustainable learning. Additionally, strong learning organizations can facilitate the effective implementation of innovation. These findings have practical implications for the development of education policies that focus more on human resource empowerment and the integration of local values into learning practices.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to produce teaching material products on Indonesian cultural riches in class IV at SDN Cilangkap 8, Depok City. This product development uses the ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) model. The research began by conducting a needs analysis, student analysis, creating a product design, then developing an e-module product, carrying out expert validation, after that conducting a trial of the e-module on Indonesian cultural wealth material. The results of validation research by media experts, language experts and material experts show that the valid e-module using flip builder is very suitable for use by obtaining an average percentage of 97%. At the trial stage, 33 students gave very good responses and were very suitable for use by obtaining an average percentage of 99%. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the e-module teaching materials using flip builder on Indonesian cultural wealth material developed by this research are proven to be valid, easy and interesting for students to use and are very worthy of study.

Abstract

Development of Wordwall-Based Electronic Student Worksheets on Theme 7 Events in Life Learning 1. This research is a Research and Development (R&D) research using the ADDIE research method (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation). The subjects involved in this study were 2 (two) Pakuan University lecturers as media experts and linguists, and also 1 (one) BPK PENABUR Bogor Elementary teacher as material experts, as well as students in class V (five) at BPK PENABUR Bogor Elementary School. Media experts gave a validation score to the Wordwall of 96% with very good qualifications, linguists gave a validation score to the Wordwall of 100% with very good qualifications, material experts gave a validation score to Wordwall-based E-LKPD application Wordwall 96% with very good qualifications, and based on field trials on students in grade V (five) getting a score of 90% with very good qualifications. Thus it can be concluded and stated that the Wordwall is stated to be very valid and is feasible to be tested on fifth-grade students and applied to theme 7 sub-theme 2 learning 1 and used by the teacher.
