Abstract

The poverty rate for Pasuruan Regency in 2021 according to BPS data is 9.70%, this poverty rate is still above the East Java Province poverty rate of 11.4% and the National poverty rate of 10.14%. Multidimensional poverty in Pasuruan Regency is 32% out of 68%, there is no multidimensional poverty. The aim of the following research is to analyze aspects of the causes of multidimensional poverty in Pasuruan Regency in 2023. The sample population in the research is 396 poor families in Pasuruan Regency in 2023 with a degree of error () of 5%. The sampling technique is proportional random sampling. Data collection methods are carried out through questionnaires, observation and documentation. The analysis techniques applied are Alkire-Foster Analysis and Factor Analysis. The research results show that 33% of sub-districts are included in multidimensional poverty. The factors that most influence the multidimensional poverty of Pasuruan Regency in 2023 include cooking fuel and lighting sources.

Abstract

Buncitan Village is one of the UMKM villages in Sidoarjo which is located near the east coast of Sidoarjo. Based on the results of the 2023 survey, Buncitan Village has the potential for small-scale industries, especially household industries such as the food and beverage industry, weaving, and so on. The types of MSMEs in this village are quite diverse, so a spatial location should be made for the location of the MSMEs for each type in the form of a map of the distribution of MSMEs. The purpose of this PKM is community empowerment in making maps of the distribution of MSMEs in order to increase sales of Buncitan Village, Sedati District, Sidoarjo Regency. The solution offered is the dissemination of understanding and empowerment of making maps of the distribution of MSMEs in Buncitan Village. Based on the results of this PKM activity, it can be seen the types of businesses and MSMEs in Buncitan Village along with their distribution of spatial patterns.

Abstract

Based onthe conditions of the Village Development Index (IDM) for Putren Village, usingscoring analysis in 2023, the score was 0.694, with a detailed Social Resilience Index (IKS) score ofSocial Resilience Index (IKS) is 0.748, the Economic Resilience Index (IKE)is 0.667, and the Environmental Resilience Index (IKL) is 0.667. With this IDM score, Putren Villageis classified as a developing village because it has not yetoptimized its Economic Resilience Index and Environmental Resilience Index.This study aims to formulate a development strategy for Putren Villagetowards becoming an independent village based on the IDM. The analysis method applied inthis study is descriptive qualitative through content analysis. Thedata collection methods used are questionnaires and interviews. The results of the analysisshow that the development strategy for Putren Village towards becoming an independentvillage based on IDM criteria and community expectations is directed at the developmentand repair of village roads, the provision of integrated drainage, the formation of BUMDesand the improvement of the competence of the community

Abstract

Stasiun Bangil merupakan stasiun kelas sedang berada di Daerah Operasi 8 Surabaya yang melayani jalure Surabaya-Banyuwangi dan Surabaya-Malang. Jumlah penumpang pada tahun 2023, tercatat untuk keberangkatan sebesar 79.983 sedangkan kedatangan sebesar 81.202 orang. Tujuan penelitian adalah untuk mengembangkan fasilitas stasiun berdesarkan pergerakan penumpang dan standar pelayanan minimal. Penelitian menggunakan data primer dari hasil observasi dan dokumentasi. Fasilitas yang telah tersedia berdasarkan pergerakan penumpang sebanyak 30 jenis sedangkan yang belum tersedia 3 jenis. Fasilitas yang belum tersedia berdasarkan Peraturan Menteri Perhubungan Nomor 63 Tahun 2019, terdapat di aspek keselamatan, aspek kehandalan dan aspek kemudahan. Pengembangan fasilitas diperlukan penambahan marka petunjuk atau pembatas antrian naik turun penumpang, informasi ketersediaan tempat duduk pada KA perkotaan dan fasilitas layanan penumpang.

Abstract

Berkembangnya Kota Surabaya secara tidak langsung berpengaruh terhadap perkembangan wilayah Kabupaten Gresik. Perkembangan perumahan real estate di wilayah Pembangunan Gresik Selatan pada lima tahun terakhir sangat pesat, diawali dengan perkembangan Perumahan Kota Baru Driyorejo pada Tahun 1995. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengkaji tipologi dan pola urban sprawl dari aspek kepadatan penduduk, kepadatan bangunan, jarak ke pusat Kota Surabaya dan pembangunan dalam jangkauan jaringan jalan. Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif evaluatif dengan teknik analisis skoring untuk analisis tipologi dan komparasi antara eksisting dengan Teori Bentuk Kota untuk analisis pola urban sprawl.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 64% desa di wilayah penelitian tingkat urban sprawl sedang, namun pada wilayah Kecamatan Driyorejo 69% termasuk tingkat urban sprawl tinggi. Pola urban sprawl adalah ribbon development mengikuti jaringan jalan kolektor primer.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of urban sprawl development from 2016 to 2020, the influence of land prices on urban sprawl development and urban sprawl control efforts in Driyorejo District based on land prices. The analysis methods used are spatial analysis, scoring, linear regression and AWOT. Data collection techniques were observation, questionnaires, documentation and agency surveys. The results showed that there was only 1 village that experienced a decrease in the level of urban sprawl from 2016-2020, namely Randegansari Village. The development of urban sprawl level in Driyorejo Subdistrict has no significant relationship with land price, but is influenced by other factors. Efforts to control urban sprawl based on the results of the AWOT analysis that the local government needs to compile and implement the Detailed Spatial Plan and Zoning Regulations of Driyorejo District based on applicable regulations and improve connectivity and accessibility between regions.
