Abstract

Komunitas Samin merupakan bagian dari masyarakat desa Klopoduwur yang menganut dan mempertahankan ajaran Samin Surosentiko. Komunitas Samin mempunyai tata cara, adat istiadat, bahasa serta norma-norma yang berbeda dengan masyarakat pada umumnya. Dalam kajian ini penulis menjelaskan tentang bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur, faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi interaksi sosial antar komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat desa Klopoduwur dan kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa bentuk-bentuk interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar berupa kerja sama, akomodasi dan asimilasi. Sedangkan konflik atau pertentangan dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan mayarakat sekitar desa Klopoduwur tidak tampak jelas. Interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor, yakni situasi sosial, kekuasaan norma kelompok, tujuan pribadi, kedudukan dan kondisi individu serta penafsiran situasi. Kendala-kendala yang dihadapi dalam interaksi sosial antara komunitas Samin dengan masyarakat sekitar adalah perbedaan bahasa yang sulit dipahami oleh masyarakat sekitar,dan adanya perbedaan nilai antara kedua kelompok sosial tersebut.. Samin community is part of the village community Klopoduwur who embrace and defend the teachings of Surosentiko Samin. Samin community has ordinances, customs, language and norms that are different from society at large. In this study, the author describes forms of social interaction between Samin and their surrounding community in Klopoduwur village, factors that affect the social interaction and the obstacles they faced. The study results indicate that these forms of social interaction between the community of Samin and local residents take the form of cooperation, accommodation and assimilation. There are no conflicts or contradictions in the social interaction between the Samin community and their neighbours. Samin social interaction between communities and local residents affected by various factors, namely the social situation, the power of group norms, personal goals, status and condition of the individual as well as the interpretation of the situation. Constraints encountered in the social interaction between communities and local residents Samin is the difference in language, and the value difference between the two social groups.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas bentonit teraktivasi dalam menurunkan kadar ion fosfat dalam perairan menggunakan metode adsorpsi. Bentonit yang digunakan pada penelitian ini diaktivasi menggunakan asam sulfat 2 M, dan bentonit alam sebagai pembanding. Kondisi optimum adsoprsi dicari dengan menentukan waktu kontak optimum serta konsentrasi awal optimum. Kondisi optimum proses adsorpsi bentonit aktif yaitu pada waktu kontak 180 menit pada konsentrasi 110 ppm, sedangkan bentonit alam pada waktu kontak 120 menit pada konsentrasi 100 ppm. Pada kondisi optimum bentonit aktif memiliki kapasitas adsorpsi sebesar 7,0323 mg/g sedangkan kapasitas adsoprsi bentonit alam sebesar 0,6566 mg/g. Proses adsorpsi pada bentonit ini termasuk adsorpsi kimia dan mengikuti pola isoterm adsorpsi Langmuir. Hasil aplikasi bentonit aktif secara langsung pada perairan (sawah) yaitu bentonit aktif mampu menurunkan kadar ion fosfat dalam perairan sebesar 3,2043 ppm atau sebesar 9,057%.

Abstract

This study aims to develop mathematical teaching materials on the subject of multiplication and find out their feasibility and practicality. This research is based on the lack of students' understanding of multiplication material and the lack of references other than worksheets or textbooks used by teachers. The renewal of this teaching material is the presence of a QR code in each chapter that can connect students to videos created by researchers and uploaded on YouTube. This study uses the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluate). Based on the five stages, the development of You-MathBook teaching materials resulted in a percentage of eligibility from three validators of 90.9%, a practical percentage of 84.1% and effectiveness calculated with a Gain Test of 0.35 indicating an increase in student learning outcomes in the 'medium' category. Based on these results You-MathBook teaching materials are declared feasible, practical and effective to increase understanding of the concept of multiplication in fifth (V) grade students of Darul Huda Islamic Elementary School in Semarang.

Abstract

This research is motivated by an emerging phenomenon, namely bullying on student interest in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur, where there are forms of bullying that occur in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur and the effect of bullying on student interest in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur, based on Based on this background, the problem of this research can be formulated as to whether the dominant form of bullying occurs in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur and whether there is an effect of bullying on student interest in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. This study aims to determine the dominant form of bullying that occurs in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur and to examine the effect of bullying on student interest in SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative with the measuring tools used for each variable are questionnaires and interviews. The population used in this study was 1.095 students and a sample of 110 students of class XI SMAN 1 Kampar Timur with purposive sampling technique. The scoring uses a Likert scale for each question item with two types of scales, namely the scale of bullying behavior and interest in learning. Data analysis using SPSS Version 16.0 application assistance. Based on the calculation results of the SPSS version 16.0 application, the F test obtained the value of Ftable≤Fcount, namely 1.197≤3.08 so that H0 is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means that bullying has no significant effect on student interest in learning at SMAN 1 Kampar Timur. While the coefficient of determination (R Square) of 0.011 indicates that the effect of bullying on interest in learning is only 1.1% and 98.9% is another factor that affects student interest in learning besides bullying at school. This means that the hypothesis in this study is rejected.Key Words: Influence, Bullying, Student Interest In Learning.

Abstract

Pekalongan Village is a village in Winong District, Pati Regency, Central Java Province, Indonesia. The Real Work Lecture (KKN) activity which was held from January 26 to February 26, 2021, Based on data obtained, Pekalongan Village has different conditions, potentials, and problems such as problems felt by elementary, middle, and high school students who are affected by Covid -19 makes it inevitable for students to carry out learning programs from home. Real Work Lecture (KKN) is a form of community service activity that is special, because in KKN, education and teaching, research and community service are integrated into it and involve a number of students and a number of teaching staff, as well as elements of the community. Based on this, the KKN PGRI Semarang University students cannot be separated from their function as education students, they are expected to be able to distribute the knowledge or knowledge gained from the lecture bench to others. The data collection technique used in this article is a participatory approach, to provide an overview of learning assistance activities from home to build the enthusiasm of elementary school students in Pekalongan Village, Winong District, Pati Regency. So this article aims to continue to understand the phenomenon of home learning assistance that occurs holistically (whole) related to building the learning spirit of elementary school students by means of inductive analysis descriptions in the form of words and language.

Abstract

The Eclectic Style is a combination of more than one architectural and design style from various eras. Although the style is a combination, but it has a unique and beautiful appearance because it is well organized. Likewise, what is contained in the interior design of the Heritage House of the Batik Keris. One of the heritage buildings in Surakarta, which is currently being restored with an adaptive reuse strategy. This century-old building is represented with a different function compared to its previous function. The façade of the building is fresher and the interior arrangement is also unique. The purpose of this study was to examine the implementation of the Eclectic style in the interior of the Heritage House of the Batik Keris. The research method uses the descriptive analysis method. The Heritage House of the Batik Keris or often called 'Omah Lowo' was founded in 1920. The building was originally a residential house and then converted (adaptive reuse) as a batik gallery building, Nusantara craft center, and cafe. Alterations to heritage buildings are minimal, even physically maintained, change is only strengthening. The existence of history is still well tracked and documented through heritage buildings. Heritage buildings can also be a potential for economic development through tourism.

Abstract

Tuberkulosis (TB) merupakan penyakit menular yang merupakan penyebab kematian tertinggi sebelum HIV/AIDS. Fenomena resistensi obat dari Mycobacterium tuberculosis menimbulkan permasalahan besar sehingga perlu dilakukan pencarian obat tradisional dengan cara menyeleksi metabolit sekunder tanaman obat. Salah satu tanaman obat yang mempunyai senyawa metabolit sekunder adalah tanaman beluntas (Pluchea indica) karena memiliki manfaat salah satunya sebagai antibakteri. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memvalidasi kemampuan aktivitas antibakteri dari Pluchea indica melalui metode in silico. Pada penelitian ini, proses docking dilakukan pada software PyRx dengan memanfaatkan protein arabinosyltransferase yang bersumber dari bakteri. Mycobacterium tuberculosis. Senyawa uji yang digunakan merupakan metabolit sekunder dari tanaman beluntas (Pluchea indica) dan obat pembanding Ethambutol. Kemudian hasil docking skor metabolit sekunder dibandingkan dengan skor docking Ethambutol. Hasil docking Ethambutol sebagai pembanding mempunyai ikatan afinitas sebesar -4,1 kkal/mol sedangkan Plucheoside E (-7,0 kkal/mol) mempunyai nilai ikatan afinitas yang lebih rendah dibandingkan Ethambutol dan mempunyai ikatan asam amino yang sama dengan Ethambutol sebagai kontrol sehingga Plucheoside E dapat dianggap sebagai senyawa yang efektif dalam menghambat enzim arabinosyltransferase.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model assisted by DiPin media on students' conceptual understanding in the topic of data collection. The research employed a quantitative method with a quasi-experimental design involving two classes at SD Tanwirul Qulub Kudus: class 5A as the experimental group using the PBL model assisted by media, and class 5B as the control group using only the conventional model. The instruments used were pre-test and post-test questions designed to measure students' mathematical conceptual understanding. Data analysis was conducted using five statistical tests: normality test, homogeneity test, ANOVA, Paired Sample t-Test, N-Gain, and Independent Samples t-Test. The results showed that learning with visual aids was more effective in improving students’ conceptual understanding and numerical abilities compared to conventional learning. The test data from classes 5A and 5B were normally distributed (p > 0.05) and had homogeneous variances (p = 0.411), fulfilling the requirements for parametric testing. The ANOVA test showed a significant difference between the two classes (p = 0.000; F = 31.370). In class 5A, the Paired Sample t-Test indicated a significant increase from pre-test to post-test (a 25-point increase; p = 0.000). The N-Gain score in class 5A was also higher (63.79%) compared to class 5B (23.51%). The Independent Samples t-Test confirmed these findings with significant results (p = 0.000), and the average post-test score was higher in class 5A (84.67) compared to 5B (65.67). Thus, learning using visual aids has been proven to be more effective in improving student learning outcomes.
