Abstract

Tulisan ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis sejauhmana upaya penuntutan penyelesaian pelanggaran HAM pada tragedi Semanggi I tanggal 11-13 November 1998. Melalui penelusuran pustaka dan media massa, diuraikan dengan membuat acara bertajuk "Antologi: Pameran, Cerita, Memoribilia, dan Foto Tragedi Semanggi". Peristiwa ini menjadikan pembelajaran khususnya kepada mahasiswa yang menghendaki adanya perubahan sistem pemerintahan, terwujudnya pemerintahan yang demokratis, menginginkan adanya perubahan di dalam agenda perubahan reformasi. Kesadaran dan pemahaman terhadap Hak Asasi Manusia dan hukum harus terus ditingkatkan agar tercipta iklim yang damai, aman, serta nyaman di Indonesia. Pemerintah Jokowi-JK berkomitmen untuk menyelesaikan kasus-kasus terkait pelanggaran HAM di masa lalu termasuk Tragedi Semanggi I yang selama ini menjadi beban sosial masyarakat Indonesia. Langkah-langkah nyata telah dilakukan oleh pemerintah dalam mewujudkan komitmennya. Dengan demikian, upaya penuntutan penyelesaian pelanggaran HAM dari tragedi Semanggi I diharapkan segera tuntas, tidak hanya harapan kosong yang diberikan

Abstract

This study evaluates the implementation of Occupational Safety and Health (OSH) practices at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang. The electricity sector faces significant OSH challenges, and while research has explored OSH in various settings, a gap remains in the evaluation of OSH practices within Indonesian office environments. This study aims to address this gap by evaluating OSH work environment implementation at PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang based on the Indonesian Ministry of Manpower Regulation/ Pemenaker No. 5 of 2018. The research employs a primarily quantitative approach, utilizing a descriptive survey design. Data, gathered through questionnaires, assessed OSH implementation (based on Permenaker No. 5 of 2018), safety climate, and employee safety behavior. The results indicate that PT. PLN (Persero) UP3 Padang has demonstrated a strong commitment to OSH, achieving a generally high level of compliance with Permenaker No. 5 of 2018. Employees reported a positive safety climate, with high average scores for management commitment (approximately 3.55). Employee adherence to safe work practices was also high, although hazard reporting behavior received a lower average score of 3.56. Furthermore, the reporting and communication culture dimension within the safety climate was the lowest at 3.28. A strong positive correlation was found between safety climate and OSH implementation (ρ = 0.7218; p < 0.001). The study concludes that while OSH implementation is generally effective, there are areas for improvement, including controls for specific hazards and hazard reporting. Continuous improvement and targeted interventions are crucial for enhancing OSH performance within the organization and similar office settings.

Abstract

The research entitled "Development of Pantun Card Media to Improve Pantun Writing Skills of Grade VII Students of SMP Negeri 4 Percut Sei Tuan" was motivated by the low ability of students in writing pantun due to a lack of understanding of pantun structure and limited interesting learning media. The method used is Research and Development (R&D) with the ADDIE development model through the stages of analysis, design, development, implementation, and evaluation. Data were obtained through validation by media experts, material experts, and language experts, teacher and student response questionnaires, and pretest and posttest tests in the experimental and control classes. The validation results showed that the pantun card media was included in the "very valid" category with a percentage score of 92% from media experts, 92% from language experts, and 100% from material experts with an average of 94.67%, as well as practicality tests by teachers of 92% and 89.85% from students which indicated that this media was very suitable for use and well received. The effectiveness test showed a significant increase in the ability to write pantun in the experimental class compared to the control class with an N-Gain score of 57.83%, so that the pantun card media is quite effective to be used as an innovative alternative in learning Indonesian, especially the material for writing pantun.
