Abstract

The quality of the meat can be seen from the level of freshness of the meat. The level of freshness of the meat will determine the meat that is suitable for consumption and the meat that is no longer suitable for consumption. There is a lot of public interest in consuming fish and beef, so there are unscrupulous meat sellers who commit fraud by continuing to market meat that is not fresh and even given preservatives so as not to get a loss. Therefore, a system was designed that can detect the level of freshness and formalin in fish and beef. This tool is designed using Arduino Uno, HCHO sensor, MQ 135 sensor, pH sensor,Sensor Ultrasonic, LCD, Buzzer,Water Pump and DC fan. This tool will detect the formalin contained in the meat by using the HCHO sensor if > 1 ppm. Then the ammonia value and pH value were processed using the Fuzzy Logic Tsukamoto method so as to get the level of freshness of the meat

Abstract

The development of information technology in the modern era is currently very rapid and has a significant impact on various aspects of life, including data processing in companies and MSMEs. Data processing that is still carried out traditionally tends to take a long time and has a low level of accuracy and precision. As technology advances, the use of computer-based applications has become a common solution to support data processing and decision-making. The use of computer technology can help improve work efficiency, speed up data processing, and increase the accuracy and precision of the resulting information. OkeStoRen is an MSME engaged in PPOB, selling mobile phone accessories, and various other goods located in Padang City, West Sumatra. In the process of processing transaction data, OkeStoRen still uses traditional methods with paper and pen media, so the recording process is considered ineffective because it requires a long time, has a low level of accuracy, and has a fairly high risk of data loss. Therefore, a computerized data processing system is needed to improve the effectiveness, efficiency, and security of transaction data at OkeStoRen..

Abstract

The rapid development of information technology has significantly impacted the need for fast, accurate, and relevant information in the business world. Proper use of technology can help companies improve information quality through computerized systems, allowing data to be neatly organized, structured, and securely stored in databases. One technology widely utilized in the business world is the website, which serves not only as an information medium but also as a means of online product sales and promotion. Sales systems that still rely on direct interaction with customers and are centered on specific locations make it difficult for companies to expand their market, increase promotions, and maintain competitiveness amidst a growing number of competitors. Furthermore, limited access to product information, inflexible promotional media, and rising operational costs hinder the sales process. Taltuis Distributor Padang, a mukena distributor in Padang City, is in need of innovation to expand its product promotion and marketing both domestically and internationally. Abstract

Silvia Wedding is a party equipment and music rental business in Pariaman City. The business has been operating for approximately 10 years and offers a variety of services, including Minang traditional wedding stage rentals, event decorations, photography, video shooting, catering, dance services, makeup, and music services. In managing rental and reservation transactions, Silvia Wedding still uses a manual system, recording customer data, party equipment rentals, and music reservations in a ledger. This system creates various problems, such as the risk of recording errors, data loss, and delays in obtaining information regarding the availability of party equipment according to customer schedules. To address these issues, the application of information technology is necessary through the development of a computer-based information system for party equipment rentals and music reservations. This information system is designed to facilitate more effective and efficient transaction management, facilitate owner access to asset availability information, and generate transaction reports quickly and accurately. With this information system, Silvia Wedding is expected to streamline business processes and improve the quality of service to customers.

Abstract

Abstract In the current era of globalization, the development of science and technology continues to advance rapidly. This encourages various changes that are very fast in terms of life and it is undeniable that these changes are felt in everyday life. One of the results of utilizing technological advances is the use of computers, and one of the main supporting factors is because computer users are more effective in the current era of globalization and because of that in this day and age it feels very minimal if a company cannot rely on existing technology. Abstract

Registration and Queuing Number at the puskesmas is one of the important factors for the community that can facilitate the process of health services and obtain more complete and efficient information. However, the registration information and queue number are still manually not using queuing tools or machines, causing long queues and patients taking too long to wait. By designing an information system, it is hoped that it can be received optimally and the development of registration and queue numbers can be planned properly. Based on these problems, it is necessary to build a system that can make it easier to overcome problems in the registration process and queue numbers, it is necessary to build a registration information system and patient queue numbers at the Padang Sibusuk Health Center web-based.

Abstract

Sistem informasi telah menjadi komponen penting dalam mendukung efektivitas dan efisiensi operasional organisasi. Namun, keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi tidak hanya ditentukan oleh aspek teknis, tetapi juga oleh tingkat kualitas sistem dan kepuasan penggunanya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi kualitas sistem informasi menggunakan model kesuksesan sistem informasi DeLone dan McLean. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah metode kuantitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada pengguna sistem informasi. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, kualitas layanan, penggunaan, kepuasan pengguna, dan manfaat bersih (net benefits). Data yang diperoleh dianalisis menggunakan teknik analisis statistik untuk mengetahui pengaruh masing-masing variabel terhadap kesuksesan sistem informasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas sistem, kualitas informasi, dan kualitas layanan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap kepuasan pengguna dan manfaat bersih yang dihasilkan oleh sistem informasi. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan rekomendasi bagi pengelola sistem informasi dalam meningkatkan kualitas dan keberhasilan implementasi sistem informasi di lingkungan organisasi.

Abstract

Hama dan penyakit tanaman merupakan salah satu permasalahan utama yang dapat menurunkan produktivitas dan kualitas hasil pertanian. Keterbatasan pengetahuan petani dalam mengidentifikasi jenis hama dan penyakit berdasarkan gejala yang muncul sering menyebabkan penanganan yang kurang tepat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang dan membangun sistem pakar yang mampu mengidentifikasi hama dan penyakit tanaman berdasarkan gejala yang dialami tanaman. Sistem pakar dikembangkan menggunakan metode Forward Chaining sebagai mekanisme penelusuran aturan dan metode Certainty Factor untuk menghitung tingkat keyakinan diagnosis berdasarkan kombinasi nilai keyakinan pakar dan pengguna. Data pengetahuan diperoleh dari aturan yang menghubungkan gejala dengan jenis hama atau penyakit tertentu. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa sistem mampu memberikan diagnosis hama dan penyakit tanaman beserta tingkat kepastian dan rekomendasi solusi secara informatif. Sistem ini diharapkan dapat membantu pengguna, khususnya petani, dalam melakukan identifikasi awal hama dan penyakit tanaman secara cepat dan akurat sebagai dasar pengambilan keputusan penanganan.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi Artificial Intelligence (AI) telah memberikan dampak signifikan dalam dunia pendidikan, khususnya dalam mendukung proses pembelajaran dan peningkatan produktivitas akademik. Namun, masih banyak mahasiswa dan masyarakat akademik yang belum memahami pemanfaatan teknologi AI secara optimal, efektif, dan etis. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat (PKM) ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan peserta dalam memanfaatkan ChatGPT dan berbagai AI tools sebagai media pembelajaran serta pendukung produktivitas akademik. Metode pelaksanaan kegiatan dilakukan melalui sosialisasi, pelatihan praktik langsung, diskusi, dan pendampingan penggunaan AI tools dalam berbagai aktivitas akademik seperti pencarian ide, penyusunan materi, pembuatan presentasi, penulisan akademik, serta manajemen waktu belajar. Kegiatan ini melibatkan peserta dari kalangan mahasiswa dan generasi muda yang memiliki kebutuhan terhadap peningkatan literasi digital dan teknologi AI. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa peserta memiliki antusiasme yang tinggi dan mengalami peningkatan pemahaman terkait penggunaan AI tools secara produktif, kreatif, dan bertanggung jawab. Selain itu, peserta juga mampu memanfaatkan teknologi AI untuk membantu proses belajar secara lebih efektif dan efisien. Dengan adanya kegiatan ini, diharapkan pemanfaatan teknologi AI dapat mendukung peningkatan kualitas pembelajaran dan kompetensi digital masyarakat akademik dalam menghadapi era transformasi digital.
