Abstract

Social media is currently an effective marketing tool for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The Emak Cantik Community consists of business actors who utilize social media for marketing. This study aims to confirm the effectiveness of the synergy between product innovation, financial literacy, and market orientation on business performance in the Emak Cantik community, both directly and indirectly through strategic agility. This study employed a descriptive method and quantitative analysis using a questionnaire distributed to 155 respondents who are members of the Emak Cantik community. The results of the LISREL analysis show that strategic agility (48%) and financial literacy (44%) have a significant effect on business performance, while product innovation (5.2%) and market orientation (0.24%) have no effect. Meanwhile, product innovation (42%), financial literacy (39%), and market orientation (51%) have a significant effect on strategic agility. The mediation test shows that strategic agility successfully mediates the influence of product innovation, financial literacy, and market orientation on business performance. The contribution of this study is to provide the latest empirical evidence on the mediation mechanism of strategic agility that can be used as a basis for developing strategies to strengthen MSMEs in the digital era.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh secara parsial dan simultan dari variabel Profitabilitas, Persepsi Harga, Gaya Hidup, Etnosentrisme terhadap Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan (Studi Pada Konsumen di Wilayah Pekalongan). Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan metode kuesioner dan studi pustaka. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh pengunjung Pasar Grosir Setono Pekalongan. Sampel penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian responden yang telah melakukan pembelian batik di Pasar Grosir Setono Pekalongan. Pengolahan data menggunakan aplikasi SPSS versi 22. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa: (1) Persepsi Harga secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan dengan nilai signifikan 0,467(t=8,767, prob. 0,000<0,05) (2) Gaya Hidup secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Corporate Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan dengan nilai signifikan 0, 377 (t=7,397, prob. 0,000<0,05) (3) Etnosentirsme secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan dengan nilai signifikan 0, 210 (t=4,654, prob. 0,000<0,05) (4) Persepsi Harga, Gaya Hidup, Etnosentirsme secara parsial berpengaruh terhadap Minat Beli Batik Pekalongan dengan nilai signifikan 95% (F=163,637, Prob. 0,000<0,05)

Abstract

This research examined and explored the role of religious product advantage to improve marketing performance. Religious product advantage represented the company's advantage to placing products in the minds of consumers by using the uniqueness of syariah products, unique consequence products and irreplaceable experiential products. This advantage indicated that the products produced by the company were more distinctive and unique than competitors' products. This research is based on a survey of 155 halal industry MSMEs respondents in Brebes, Central Java. The proposed hypotheses were tested using Structural Equation Model using the AMOS program. The results found that religious product advantage could increase sales volume, number of buyers, growth in profits and sales. The halal industry MSMEs have the specifics and uniqueness of syariah products, they did not require product configuration capability that were always changing. Product configuration capability has no effect on religious product advantage. This research was expected to provided a contribution to both theoretical and practical knowledge of strategic management. Business players had focussed on developing company advantages to address the constantly changing business environment.

Abstract

Brebes Regency, Indonesia, exhibits significant economic growth but also the highest poverty rate in Pekalongan Residency, indicating uneven development. This study identifies local economic potential and prioritizes infrastructure needs for sustainable economic growth in rapidly developing small towns within Brebes Regency, Indonesia. Data were collected through Focus Group Discussions (FGDs) and supplemented by secondary data from relevant Local Government Agencies (OPDs), providing insights on existing infrastructure, potential economic activities, and necessary facilities for local development. The analysis utilized qualitative descriptive methods, regression to assess economic growth trends, and Klassen's typology to classify economic activities. Findings indicate significant opportunities in key sectors such as agriculture and fisheries, highlighting the urgent need for targeted infrastructure investments, including rice mills, fish hatcheries, and vocational training centers, to bolster these sectors. The study concludes that strategic infrastructure development, informed by both primary and secondary data sources, is essential for maximizing economic potential and fostering sustainable growth in Brebes Regency's small towns. This research supports informed policy decisions regarding resource allocation and infrastructure planning, contributing to equitable development and enhanced economic resilience in the region.

Abstract

Tujuan dilakukannya pada penelitian ini adalah untuk menge­tahui pengaruh quality of work life, person organization fit, karak­te­ristik individu terhadap organizational citizenship behavior, menge­ta­hui pengaruh quality of work life, person organization fit, karakteristik indi­vidu terhadap komitmen organisasional, mengetahui pengaruh komit­men organisasional, quality of work life terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai pemediasi, menge­tahui pengaruh person organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai peme­diasi, mengetahui pengaruh karakteristik individu terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour dengan komitmen organisasional sebagai peme­diasi. Subyek penelitian ini adalah pegawai Kementerian Agama di kota Tegal yang berjumlah 79 pegawai. Teknik yang digunakan untuk me­ngum­pulkan data di penelitian ini adalah kuesioner. Metode Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah pengujian instrumen pene­litian, analisis deskriptif, analisis kuantitatif. Beberapa simpulan yang dapat diambil dari penelitian ini adalah bahwa quality of work life, karakteristik individu dan komitmen organisasional berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour, sedangkan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap organizational citizenship behaviour. Karakteristik individu berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organi­sa­sio­nal sedangkan quality of work life dan person organization fit tidak berpengaruh terhadap komitmen organisasional. Komitmen organi­sa­sio­nal mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh karakteristik indi­vi­du terhadap organizational citizenship behavior tetapi komitmen organi­sasional belum mampu memediasi secara signifikan pengaruh quality of work life dan person organization fit terhadap organizational citizenship behavior.

Abstract

Program sertifikasi guru merupakan Upaya dari pemerintah guna mengidentifikasi pendidik yang berkualitas. Guru yang disertifikasi sebagai kualifikasi berdasar pada hasil sertifikasi digunakan sebagai dasar pemberian sokongan profesi. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk melihat dampak dari sertifikasi guru, kedisiplinan, sumber daya manusia terhadap kinerja, dengan di moderasi oleh komitmen organisasi. Sampel yang diguanakn yaitu guru SMA Negeri yang ada di Brebes Selatan. Analisis menggunakan SEM. Hasil yang diperoleh yaitu sertifikasi guru, kedisiplinan, sumber daya manusia, kepemimpinan dan komit­men organisasi berpengaruh pada kinerja guru. Kedisiplinan, sumber daya ma­nu­sia, dan kepemimpinan berdampak pada kinerja guru, sedangkan sertifikasi guru tidak berpengaruh pada komitmen organisasi. Komitmen organisasi tidak mam­pu meperangkatsi pengaruh sertifikasi guru, sumber daya manusia, kedi­sip­linan dan kepemimpinan pada kinerja guru
