Abstract

Indonesia is a developing country, and poverty is an issue that is the focus of consideration. The issue of needs can be seen from the components that influence it. These elements combine sluggish economic development, a low human development index, and rising unemployment. Accordingly, this investigation is expected to determine the impact of the aforementioned factors. This study uses a quantitative methodology with an elucidation approach. The source of data in this test is secondary data, the data used in this test is data from 2017 – 2020. This assessment plans to determine the effect of the human development index in West Kalimantan on poverty levels using time series data. The results of the estimation analysis show that the HDI variable has a negative and significant effect on the level of poor people in West Kalimantan, HDI affects Poverty by 18.6%, the HDI variable shows a significant value of 0.001 and is smaller than 0.05, therefore H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted. It can be concluded that HDI affects the poverty rate in West Kalimantan throughout 2017 – 2020.

Abstract

Tujuan dari Kegiatan Kolaborasi antara Dai dan Aparat Desa adalah meningkatkan kepedulian dan partisipasi masyarakat dalam menjaga lingkungan pesisir pantai kuala putri dan muara untuk menciptakan lingkungan  yang bersih dan lestari serta meningkatkan kerjasama lintas sektor dalam pengelolaan sampah dari muara dan pesisir. Selain itu, diharapkan kegiatan Bersih Pantai ini juga bisa mendukung Peraturan Pemerintah Republik Indonesia Nomor 83 Tahun 2018 tentang Penanganan   Sampah   Laut. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian kualitatif.   Adapun   rencanaa    pembersihan    daerah  pesisir  pantai kuala putri kabupaten Serdang Bedagai adalah Berdasarkan pembersihan yang telah dilakukan, sampah yang dominan ditemukan di kawasan pesisir adalah sampah plastik seperti sedotan, popok bayi, kemasan makanan, minuman dan sendok plastik bahkan karpet bekas, handuk bekas, bahkan berbagai jenis pakaian yang dibuang oleh masyarakat yang ada di pesisir pantai. Sebagian  besar plastik yang ditemukan sudah dalam kondisi rapuh dan mudah terurai menjadi butiran –  butiran plastik yang lebih kecil. Hal ini menunjukkan sampah plastik tersebut sudah berada di kawasan pesisir cukup lama dan tidak bisa terurai, meskipun menjadi butiran – butiran kecil yang kita kenal dengan mikroplastik. Mikroplastik ini justru lebih berbahaya karena bisa terakumulasi dalam tubuh organisme laut.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to describe the form of implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District, and to describe the inhibiting factors, and supporting factors for the implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District. This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The research informants consisted of three ornamental fish traders and three ornamental fish consumers. Data collection tools are carried out through the stages of observation, interviews (interviews), and documentation. Data analysis techniques used data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. Based on the results of the study it was found that the form of implementation of da'wah bil hal ornamental fish traders in economic empowerment in Sekip Village, Lubuk Pakam District as follows: not reducing weight, selling good quality goods, being responsible for the quality of goods, promotion, loose and generous. Researchers also found the obstacles faced by ornamental fish traders in Sekip Village in trading, including factors of unpreparedness to compete, factors of lack of motivation, and factors of limited capital. Supporting factors include: increasing income and giving alms.

Abstract

This study aims to find out how the leadership style is applied by the Community of Orphans and Dhuafa in open donation activities for village communities. This study used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Research data was obtained from interviews, and observation. Data analysis techniques using data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this study indicate that the leadership style applied by the orphan and dhuafa community in carrying out open donation activities is a participatory leadership style. This participative leadership style invites all sections of the management to participate in carrying out the activities carried out. Give each other ideas and ideas to each other so as to create a benefit for fellow community administrators. Donations obtained by this community were obtained from donors and community cooperation with alms troops. With this community, orphans and poor people in Bandar Setia Village are more assisted both in terms of economy and education.

Abstract

Punti Village, Soromandi District, Bima Regency, has significant local shrimp potential, but it has not been fully utilized for the development of value-added products. The MBKM Thematic Community Service Program (KKN) plays a key role in optimizing this potential by processing shrimp into shrimp cracker products. Using a participatory approach, KKN students collaborated with the local community in various stages of shrimp cracker production, including raw material selection, production processes, and marketing. The results of this program indicate that optimizing local shrimp potential enhances community skills in shrimp cracker production and creates opportunities for increased income. The conclusion of this activity is that optimizing local shrimp potential through the KKN program has a positive impact on local economic empowerment and improves the welfare of the community.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of price and promotion on Shopee e-commerce purchasing decisions through a case study of Primagraha University students. Students also often shop through this application by exploring e-commerce. With the prices and promotions offered, many factors influence consumer purchasing decisions. In this research, the author considers price and promotion factors. This research methodology uses quantitative research with Primagraha University student respondents, with 103 respondents who often shop using the Shopee e-commerce application. Then data was obtained using a questionnaire. The results of this research show that the price impact is 8.4% and the promotion impact is 72.8%. Although the combined impact of price and promotion is 60% the remaining 40% is explained by other variables not considered in this study, such as product, location, people, process, physical evidence, wom and others.

Abstract

Bullying is one of the issues that frequently occurs in elementary school environments and has serious impacts on children’s psychological, social, and academic development. Efforts to prevent and address bullying are essential through education involving students, teachers, and the surrounding community. This study aims to describe the role of Community Service Program (Kuliah Kerja Nyata, KKN) students in providing anti-bullying education at UPT SDN 033915 Pasi. The research employed a descriptive qualitative method with a case study approach. Data were obtained through observation, simple interviews, and documentation of the anti-bullying seminar activities conducted by KKN students at the school. The results indicate that KKN students act as educators by explaining the definition, forms, and impacts of bullying; as facilitators by creating interactive discussion spaces with students; and as motivators encouraging students to respect one another and reject bullying behavior. Educational strategies were implemented through lectures, discussions, Q&A sessions, and the use of simple visual media. Students’ responses were very positive, demonstrated by their enthusiasm during activities and increased understanding of the dangers of bullying. The study concludes that KKN students play an important role in preventing bullying in elementary schools, while also serving as a tangible contribution of students as agents of social change.
