Abstract

 Integrated service post in Indonesia known as Pos Pelayanan Terpadu (Posyandu) is a meeting place between professional services from Posyandu health workers and Posyandu's role in improving the quality of maternal and child health, Posyandu is also a center for public health information. The aim of this outreach activity to the community is to increase public knowledge and awareness about the utilization of health services at posyandu. The method used in this study is qualitative with data collection techniques through interviews, observation, and question and answer. Respondents in this study were posyandu cadres, Dusun PKK cadres, medical personnel, and the community, especially mothers with toddlers with a total of 90 participants. The results of the study show that the community's perception of the Posyandu program is quite positive, Posyandu has an important role in improving the quality of maternal and child health through the health service process, and Posyandu has become a center for public health information

Abstract

Kemampuan literasi merupakan keterampilan penting yang harus dimiliki siswa dalam menghadapi tantangan di era disrupsi digital. Namun, minat dan kemampuan literasi siswa sekolah dasar saat ini masih tergolong rendah. Salah satu penyebabnya adalah tingginya keterlibatan siswa dengan media sosial serta kurangnya pembiasaan membaca sejak dini. Kegiatan ini bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa melalui program “Pojok Baca” yang dilaksanakan di Sekolah Dasar Terpadu Bojong Nangka, Kabupaten Tasikmalaya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi observasi awal, pelaksanaan pre-test AKM literasi, implementasi pojok baca, dan post-test AKM untuk mengukur hasil intervensi. Hasil Kegiatan menunjukkan adanya peningkatan signifikan kemampuan literasi siswa, di mana jumlah siswa yang memperoleh skor tinggi (80–95) meningkat dari 2 orang menjadi 18 orang. Kegiatan pojok baca terbukti efektif dalam menumbuhkan minat baca serta meningkatkan kemampuan literasi siswa secara aplikatif.

Abstract

ABSTRACT. Compound of N-phenyl-3-(4-chlorophenyl)-5-(3,4-dimethoxy-phenyl) pyrazoline was synthesized by cycloaddition reaction. The structure of the product was chracterized by FTIR, 1H-NMR and 13C-NMR spectrometers. The pyrazoline was screened for antibacterial activity using agar diffusion method against Staphylococcus aureus, Bacillus cereus, Bacillus subtillis, Shigella flexnerri, and Escherichia coli. The pyrazoline had been synthesized from chalcone with phenylhydrazine to give 52.90% yield. Antibacterial screening showed that pyrazoline was active against selected gram positive bacteria. The pyrazoline was found to exhibits an antibacterial activity and its zone of inhibition/concentration against S. aureus (8.75/300), B. cereus (7.75/1000), B. subtillis (6.50/1000), and E. coli (3.50/300). The result showed that pyrazoline which was subtituted with chloro and methoxy, was able to posse broad spectrum of the tested pathogenic bacteria. Keywords: chalcone, pyrazoline, antibacterial

Abstract

The Jatiluhur Reservoir is an important structure in West Java Province that damming the Citarum River. This reservoir is a reservoir for domestic, industrial, and agricultural wastewater pollution originating from the catchment area, causing water quality to decline. This study was conducted to determine the water quality of the Jatiluhur reservoir in the 2020-2021 period using the IP, Storet, and CCMW WQI methods. Samples were taken from 5 stations, namely: Karamba, Kerenceng, Taroko, Parung Kalong, and Cilalawi, at several depths. Based on the results of the study, it is known that pH, DO, BOD, and free ammonia at the monitoring location do not meet the quality standards. The analysis found the lowest DO was 2 mg/L, the highest pH value was 10, BOD was 13 mg/L, and free ammonia was 1 mg/L. These four parameters contributed to the decline in water quality. Determination of water quality status showed lightly polluted for the IP method and moderately polluted for the Storet and CCMW WQI methods, thus affecting the utilization of this reservoir, especially as drinking water. Of the three methods, IP is the appropriate method used in this study because it has the lowest standard error. The decline in water quality in Jatiluhur Reservoir is caused by organic substances originating from floating net cage waste.  Keywords: Jatiluhur; floating net cage; water quality method  Abstrak  Waduk Jatiluhur merupakan bangunan penting di Provinsi Jawa Barat yang membendung Sungai Citarum. Waduk ini menjadi tempat penampungan pencemaran air limbah domestik, industri, dan pertanian yang berasal dari daerah tangkapan air sehingga menyebabkan kualitas air menurun. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui kualitas air Waduk Jatiluhur pada periode 2020-2021 dengan metode IP, Storet, dan CCMW WQI. Sampel diambil dari 5 stasiun yaitu: Karamba, Kerenceng, Taroko, Parung Kalong, dan Cilalawi, pada beberapa kedalaman. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, diketahui bahwa pH, DO, BOD, dan amonia bebas di lokasi pemantauan tidak memenuhi baku mutu. Dari hasil analisis ditemukan nilai DO terendah 2 mg/L, pH tertinggi 10, BOD 13 mg/L, dan amonia bebas 1 mg/L. Keempat parameter ini berkontribusi terhadap penurunan kualitas air. Penentuan status mutu air menunjukkan tercemar ringan untuk metode IP dan tercemar sedang untuk metode Storet dan CCMW WQI, sehingga berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan waduk terutama sebagai air baku untuk air minum. Dari ketiga metode tersebut, IP merupakan metode yang sesuai digunakan pada penelitian ini karena memiliki standar eror terendah. Penurunan kualitas air di Waduk Jatiluhur disebabkan oleh zat-zat organik yang berasal dari limbah keramba jaring apung.  Kata Kunci: Jatiluhur; keramba jarring apung; metode mutu air

Abstract

Organic waste is the dominant component of daily market refuse and has substantial potential to be converted into renewable energy. This study analyzes the characteristics of organic waste at Cikurubuk Market in Tasikmalaya and proposes a 335 m³ fixed-dome biodigester as a treatment and energy-recovery solution. The organic waste stream, reaching 3,276.09 kg/day, can generate approximately 61.39 m³ of methane per day. The economic assessment indicates that electricity generation offers the most favorable outcome, yielding Rp 94.9 million annually, with a benefit–cost ratio of 2.27 and a payback period of about 16 years. Environmentally, the biodigester can substantially reduce the amount of organic waste sent to landfills and lower methane emissions from open decomposition, while producing digestate suitable for use as organic fertilizer. These results demonstrate that community-scale biodigesters represent an effective, sustainable, and economically viable option for managing market waste and supplying renewable energy in urban areas.

Abstract

Kerusakan jalan merupakan permasalahan infrastruktur yang berdampak pada keselamatan dan kenyamanan pengguna jalan. Identifikasi kerusakan jalan umumnya dilakukan melalui inspeksi visual yang memerlukan waktu dan tenaga cukup besar. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis luas kerusakan lubang jalan menggunakan perangkat lunak ImageJ sebagai metode alternatif berbasis analisis citra digital. Pengambilan citra dilakukan secara manual menggunakan kamera smartphone pada 23 titik jalan berlubang di kawasan Kampung Sindangreret, Kota Tasikmalaya. Pada setiap titik lokasi dilakukan pengambilan citra sebanyak dua kali untuk menguji konsistensi hasil pengukuran. Dari seluruh citra yang diperoleh, dipilih 5 citra dengan kualitas terbaik untuk dianalisis. Tahapan pengolahan citra meliputi kalibrasi skala, konversi citra RGB ke grayscale, segmentasi menggunakan thresholding, serta noise reduction. Segmentasi menggunakan thresholding, serta noise reduction dilakukan untuk mengurangi gangguan akibat kerikil dan tekstur permukaan jalan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa metode ini dapat digunakan untuk mengukur luas lubang jalan. Pengambilan citra berulang tidak memberikan perbedaan signifikan terhadap hasil pengukuran luas lubang jalan, sehingga memiliki konsistensi yang baik. ImageJ terbukti mampu mengukur luas lubang jalan secara akurat dan efisien, sehingga berpotensi menjadi alat bantu dalam pemantauan kondisi jalan dan perencanaan pemeliharaan yang lebih efektif.
