Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitiaan ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penambahan daun manggis hutan (Garcinia Hombroniana Pierre) terhadap umur simpan nira aren. G.Hombroniana Pierre yang ditambahkan dalam 1 liter nira aren memiliki bobot dan jumlah yang bervariasi yaitu 2 gram, 3 gram, dan 4 gram. G.Hombroniana Pierre dan nira aren yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini berasal dari Dusun Kappang, Kecamatan Cendrana, Kabupaten Maros. Nira yang telah ditambahkan dengan G.Hombroniana Pierre selanjutnya dianalisis untuk mengetahui kualitas atau daya simpan dari nira aren. Parameter kualitas nira aren ditinjau dari nilai pH, kadar gula pereduksi, kadar sukrosa dan total asam yang diukur pada waktu 0 jam, 4 jam, 8 jam dan 24 jam. Dari hasil penelitian yang dilakukan, diketahui bahwa sampel nira baik yang ditambahkan maupun yang tidak ditambahkan G.Hombroniana Pierre memiliki kualitas yang hampir sama, yang disebabkan karena penambahan dilakukan sebanyak dua kali yaitu saat penyadapan dan saat analisis di laboratorium, akibatnya G.Hombroniana Pierre tidak menunjukkan efektivitas yang baik. Namun penambahan G.Hombroniana Pierre yang lebih baik jika dibandingkan dengan yang lain adalah yang ditambahkan G.Hombroniana Pierre dengan bobot 2 gram pada 1 liter nira aren.Kata kunci: G.Hombroniana Pierre, Nira aren, Waktu, dan Kualitas niraABSTRACTThe aim of this study was determinate the influence of addition forest mangosteen leaves (G.Hombroniana Pierre) towards palm sap store ability. G.Hombroniana Pierre that have been added in to palm sap has a various weight of 2 grams, 3 grams, and 4 grams. G.Hombroniana Pierre and palm sap that used in this study took from Dusun Kappang, Kecamatan Cendrana, Kabupaten Maros. Palm sap was added by G.Hombroniana Pierre, then analyze to determine the quality or store ability of palm sap. The parameter of palm sap quality can be determine by pH value, concentration of reducing sugar and sucrose, and acid total, these variable werw measured at 0 hours, 4 hours, 8 hours, and 24 hours. Based on the results, palm sap addeed with G.Hombroniana Pierre as well as not had almost same quality, because added of G.Hombroniana Pierre done as many as two times was tapping and then analyze in laboratory, consequently G.Hombroniana Pierre not indicate good effectivity. But added of G.Hombroniana Pierre is better if be compared with others when added by 2 grams of G.Hombroniana Pierre on 1 litre palm sap.Keywords: G.Hombroniana Pierre, Palm sap, Time, and Sap quality

Abstract

This study is an analysis and test of dried fish content circulating in the Salomekko district of Kabpaten Bone, which aims to find out the nutritional content of dried fish in the Salomekko district of Bone Regency such as organoleptic test, formalin content test, and Pb content test, which aims to enrich information to society especially bone district society related to nutritional content contained in dried fish that they have been consuming, the results of the study show that the organoleptic test of dried fish products in terms of taste and odor is normal, for the test formalin content of dried fish product the results are negative while the contamination content test Pb in dried fish products results were not detected at 0.0074 ppm LOD where the maximum allowable condition is a maximum of 0.2 mg / kg which can be concluded that processed fish products circulating in Salomekko sub-district, bone district are very suitable for consumption.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian eksperimen semu yang bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh media audiovisual pada model Discovery Learning terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 9 Maros pada materi pokok reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi. Dalam penelitian yang digunakan adalah posttest only control design. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 9 Maros. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah kelas X MIPA 1 sebagai kelompok eksperimen dan kelas X MIPA 2 sebagai kelompok kontrol yang masing-masing berjumlah 36 orang. Kedua kelas dipilih secara simple random sampling, yaitu pengambilan sampel dari populasi secara acak. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes hasil belajar dan lembar observasi keterlaksanaan pembelajaran. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis statistik deskriptif dan teknik analisis statistik inferensial. Hasil analisis statistik deskriptif kelompok eksperimen diperoleh rata-rata hasil belajar yaitu 74,5 dan kelompok kontrol yaitu 65,94. Hasil uji prasyarat pada analisis statistik inferensial menunjukkan data kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok kontrol berasal dari populasi yang homogen tetapi tidak terdistribusi normal. Oleh karena data yang tidak terdistribusi normal, maka uji hipotesis yang digunakan adalah uji Mann-Whitney. Hasil uji hipotesis pada taraf signifikansi 0,05 diperoleh nilai Zhitung > Ztabel (2,54 > 1,64). Hal ini menunjukkan penggunaan media audiovisual pada model Discovery Learning berpengaruh terhadap hasil belajar peserta didik kelas X MIPA SMA Negeri 9 Maros pada materi pokok reaksi reduksi dan oksidasi.

Abstract

This quasy-experimental research aims to determine the effect of Dart Board media in the Discovery Learning Model toward the motivation learning. The research design used was pretest - posttest control group design. The population in this study were students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Soppeng who studied chemistry totaling three classes. Sampling used was simple random technique so as to obtain class XI 9 as an experimental group and class XI 10 as a control group. Data collection was done by giving motivation questionnaire at the beginning and end of the meeting. The results of descriptive statistical analysis obtained the average learning motivation value of the experimental group pretest of 73,5 and posttest of 80,83, and the control group pretest of 73,90 and posttest of 77,25. The results of the inferential statistical analysis at a significant level of 0,05 obtained Zcount> Ztable (2,62 > 0,65), then H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the test results it can be concluded that there is effect of Dart Board media in the Discovery Learning Model toward the motivation learning.
