Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the community's satisfaction with the beach reclamation policyin the Malalayang area, Manado City. This study uses descriptive qualitative research methods. Communitysatisfaction with the coastal reclamation policy can be seen through the relationship between the results in thefield and what the community previously hoped for. There are 3 indicators to measure community satisfaction,namely perceived quality, perceived value, and service user expectations. Based on the results of the study thatcommunity satisfaction with the beach reclamation policy in the Malalayang area of Manado City for theperceived quality it can be said to be quite good, but the government no longer pays attention to the shoulderreclamation area which has resulted in some being neglected and uncontrolled. Meanwhile, the perceivedvalue of this beach reclamation policy has not been fulfilled properly because the impact of losses that thecommunity feels is more and greater than the benefits of this beach reclamation. And the last is the expectationof service users to improve, control and provide assistance to coastal communities.Keywords : Community Satisfaction, Public Policy, Coastal Reclamation

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the Electronic Ticketing Program Implementationat the Traffic Directorate (Ditlantas) of the North Sulawesi Police. This research uses descriptivequalitative research. Sources of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data withdata collection techniques, namely observation, interviews and documentation. The theory used isthe theory of Smith (2016) which looks at policy implementation from four variables, namely;Ideal Policies, Target Groups, Implementing Organizations and Environmental Factors. Basedon the results of the study, it shows that the implementation of the electronic ticketing program atthe North Sulawesi Regional Police Traffic Directorate has not been running optimally. This isrelated to the constraints seen from the aspects of Idealized Policy, Target Group, andEnvironmental Factors.Keywords: Implementation, Program, Electronic Ticketing

Abstract

This study aims to determine the waste management of the environmental and land office of Sitaro district. This research was conducted using a descriptive method with a qualitative approach with data sources in the form of interviews, observations and documentation. The results of this study reveal that the Department of Environment and Land of Sitaro Regency has shown its role in managing waste so that it can be further processed that provides benefits for the environment. In carrying out waste management, the Environment and Land Office of Sitaro Regency through planning has been going well. However, the implementation of waste transportation is still very minimal because of the lack of accommodation for transportation of waste. Regarding education to the community, Department employees must always carry out effective communication so that collaboration is maintained to provide benefits for the community.  Keywords: Management, Management, Waste Management

Abstract

: Design This study is being used in a descriptive method derives Researchers want to describe give elaborate on how the implementation of waste management policy in East kecamatan wanea District Government of the State, with the face of data collection is done by interview give documentation. This is Reported in Research Vice   give subdistrict head wanea, Head 5 (five), Head 4 (empathy) give the Community. Results showed realization give waste management program in kecamatan wanea State in 2014 in 4 (empathy) District of running properly, Environmental cleanliness program's budget from the central government, namely the Ministry of Internal Affairs of Manado City. Implementation of policy initiatives dominated give more initiative from the Central Government (Top Down). wanea district Government, giving it more community empowerment practicing general education as well as specialized as well as an evaluation of the implementation of the policy of the Government in the implementation of the waste management program. Then, in order to obtain the existence of political support from all elements of society and the social party political.

Abstract

Pemerintah dalam upaya pemenuhan energi memaksimalkan potensi yang ada di Negara Kesatuan Republik Indonesia. Melalui kebijakan pengelolaan energi panas bumi maka masyarakat yang ada di wilayah tersebut terdampak secara social, ekonomi dan lingkungan. Dengan menggunakan desain penelitian kualitatif penelitian ini mengkaji dampak secara social, ekonomi dan lingkungan yang dirasakan oleh masyarakat dari kebijakan pengeoperasian PT. Geothermal di Desa Tonsewer Kecamatan Tompaso Barat Kabupaten Minahasa. Temuan penelitian bahwa Dampak yang dirasakan masyarakat dalam aspek sosial yakni meningkatnya kualitas sumber daya manusia lewat pemberdayaan CSR. Aspek ekonomi adanya kesempatan kerja bagi masyarakat untuk bisa bekerja di PGE yang membantu meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat dimana gai yang didapatkan bisa dijadikan modal bisnis  juga mengurangi angka kemiskinan dan pengangguran. Dampak pada aspek lingkungan tidak terlalu dirasakan oleh masyarakat karena kegiatan PGE termasuk kegiatan ekplorasi yang ramah lingkungan.Kata Kunci : Dampak Kebijakan; Sosial; Ekonomi; Lingkungan; Masyarakat; Geothermal.

Abstract

Institution Employees. This study used descriptive qualitative research methods. The data collection technique used is the result of observation, interviews and documentation. In this study, the data analysis techniques used were data reduction, data display, and verification and conclusion drawing. The results showed that employees at the Class II A Manado Correctional Institution had the ability to adjust themselves through work mapping, work time division, use of work facilities, all planned tasks were carried out properly and all planned tasks were carried out. well. So it can be concluded that the ability to adapt through work mapping, work time sharing, use of work facilities and the achievement of work results in accordance with the plan, is well received by the leadership and in solving prisoner problems and the satisfaction felt by employees can be seen from the awards received. in the form of performance allowances, training and career paths as well as cooperation and mutual respect between the leadership and staff..Keywords : Work Effectiveness, Correctional Institution

Abstract

This research aims to explain and analyze the implementation of the family planning program at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City based on the scientific research process on the science of development resource management. The research was conducted from March to April 2023. This research took place at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City. The results showed that the human resources of program implementers were divided into three groups of work units, namely employees at the Bitung City Population Control and Family Planning Office, employees at the District UPTD. Cadres and PPKBD at the kelurahan level. Employees at the Population Control and Family Planning Office of Bitung City have responsibilities in implementing the program in accordance with their main tasks and functions in the field of population control, counseling and mobilization. Employees at the sub-district UPTD in implementing the program conduct counseling, family planning services and family data collection. Cadres and PPKBD at the village level in implementing the program function to increase family planning participation, reduce alocon dropout, reduce stunting rates, help facilitate family planning services, counseling and family assistance and report regularly every month.

Abstract

Masalah kesehatan gigi dan mulut masih menjadi tantangan serius dalam sistem pelayanan kesehatan di Indonesia, khususnya pada anak usia sekolah dasar. UKGS merupakan salah satu program puskesmas yang bertujuan untuk meningkatkan derajat kesehatan gigi siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengevaluasi pelaksanaan program Usaha Kesehatan Gigi Sekolah (UKGS) di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Talawaan menggunakan pendekatan model evaluasi CIPP (Context, Input, Process, Product). Penelitian ini bersifat kualitatif deskriptif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan telaah dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaksanaan UKGS belum berjalan optimal. Sistem regulasi yang tidak jelas, keterbatasan sumber daya manusia di sekolah, kurangnya sarana prasarana penduking kegiatan, serta anggaran terbatas menjadi hambatan utama dalam pelaksanaan program. Selain itu, kegiatan UKGS seperti sikat gigi massal, pelatihan guru pembina UKGS dan dokter gigi kecil, belum dilakukan secara rutin dan sistematis. Kesimpulan dari penelitian ini menegaskan bahwa program ini masih butuh perhatian khusus dari berbagai pihak mengingat kasus kejadian karies sampai saat ini masih terus meningkat. Penelitian ini merekomendasikan perlunya regulasi teknis yang jelas, pelatihan petugas UKGS, peningkatan anggaran, serta kelengkapan sarana prasarana untuk mengoptimalkan pelaksanaan UKGS.
