Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen pengelolaan sampah Bantargebang di KotaBekasi. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif dengan sumberdata primer maupun sekunder. Metode pengumpulan data berupa wawancara, observasi dandokumentasi. Hasil penelitian ini mengungkapkan Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta telahmenunjukkan perannya untuk mengolah sampah agar dapat diproses lebih lanjut yang memberikanmanfaat dan tidak berbahaya bagi lingkungan. Fungsi-fungsi Manajemen seperti perencanaan,pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan sudah berjalan tapi belum maksimal. Dalammelakukan pengelolaan sampah, Dinas Lingkungan Hidup DKI Jakarta sudah memberikan kepadapegawai dan pekerja yang ada di Bantargebang berupa sertifikat, penghargaan, alat pelindung diri.Perihal edukasi terhadap masyarakat mengenai pengelolaan sampah dirasa masih kurang oleh karenaitu pemerintah harus berusaha untuk terus memberikan pengetahuan kepada masyrakat agar bisamembantu Dinas Lingkungan Hidup Provinsi DKI Jakarta.Kata Kunci : Manajemen, Pengelolaan, Pengelolaan Sampah.

Abstract

Tourism is a service industry which is a barometer of economic growth, especially in creating sustainable development. Seeing developments in the tourism sector which is increasingly rapid, it turns out that there are still problems that make the management of tourism objects in Woloan ineffective. So that this study aims to determine the effectiveness of the management of tourism objects in the Woloan Raya area, West Tomohon District, Tomohon City. The research method used is descriptive qualitative. The focus of this research is based on the opinion of Duncan and Steers with four indicators to measure effectiveness, namely: integration, adaptation, quality, and external assessment. Sources of data collected in this study is through primary data and secondary data. The data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, and documentation. With nine informants consisting of managers of tourist objects and tourists. Based on the results of the study, it shows that the management of tourism objects in the Woloan Raya area is still not effective, where the quality of services provided is still lacking due to a lack of discipline and knowledge about good tourism governance, inadequate facilities, no realization of programs for the development of related tourism objects, and lack of interaction between tourism object managers and tourists. So it is necessary to improve the quality of service, improve the quality and quality of the infrastructure provided, and build communication with tourists to get an assessment or response related to the management of tourism objects. Abstract

Pemberdayaan masyarakat adalah proses partisipasi yang memberi kepercayaan dan kesempatan kepadamasyarakat untuk mengkaji tantangan utama pembangunan mereka dan mengajukan kegiatan-kegiatan yangdirancang untuk mengatasi masalah tersebut. Adanya Dana Desa memberikan manfaat dan perubahan untukDesa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Dana Desa merupakan kebijakanyang tepat dalam perubahan pembangunan di Desa Wanga Kecamatan Motoling Timur Kabupaten MinahasaSelatan. Ketepatan pelaksanaan, dinilai tepat apabila dalam pelaksanaan terjalin sebuah kerjasama antarapemerintah, pihak swasta serta masyarakat. Dalam penelitian yang dilakukan peneliti didapatkan sebuah hasilbahwa kerjasama tersebut telah terjalin. Dalam APBDes Desa Wanga tahun 2019, target pembangunan yangbersumber pada Dana Desa adalah pembangunan jalan desa, pembangunan drainase/talud sertapembangunan bidang pembinaan kemasyarakatan. Dalam lingkungan kebijakan, interaksi yang dilakukanpemerintah pusat dan daerah sudah sesuai. Dalam hal ini pengumpulan Laporan Pertanggungjawaban (LPJ)selalu tepat waktu. Kebijakan Dana Desa ini diterima dan dilaksanakan sesuai dengan tujuan dari Dana Desa.Yakni pemerataan pembangunan di Desa Wanga Kecamtan Motoling Timur Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.Kata Kunci : Program Dana Desa

Abstract

This study aims to determine the implementation of the self-help housing stimulant program inthe provision of livable houses in Tolok Satu Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency.This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach by describing the data obtained from the resultsof research on the implementation of self-help housing stimulant assistance programs in the provision oflivable houses. The types of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. Data wascollected by means of observation, interviews, documentation, and data analysis techniques consisting ofdata reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The theory used in this study consists of sixaspects: policy standards and objectives, resources, inter-organizational relations, characteristics ofimplementing agents, social, political and economic conditions as well as the disposition of theimplementor.The results of this study indicate that the implementation of the self-help housing stimulantprogram in providing decent housing in Tolok Satu Village, Tompaso District, Minahasa Regency has notrun optimally. Viewed from the aspect of the standard target recipients, the program has not gone well, therecruitment of beneficiaries has not been realized entirely because of the unpreparedness of thecommunity to receive this assistance. the two sources of funds from this program were not sufficient, thethree problems of socialization carried out by TFL as field facilitators only carried out socialization at thebeginning of the introduction of the program and did not re-socialize it to the recipient community so thatpeople did not understand the mechanism of this BSPS program, the four dispositions or attitudes TFLimplementors, field facilitators, do not yet have firmness in providing understanding to the recipientcommunity about the BSPS program, it must be carried out in predetermined groups, but the reality on theground is that the community only builds their own houses.Keywords: Implementation, Assistance Program, BSPS, Decent Homes

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out how the supervisory function of junior high school supervisors atthe Ciamis District Education Office during the covid-19 pandemic. The research was conducted usingdescriptive qualitative research methods. Sources of data used in this study are primary and secondary datawith data collection techniques namely observation, interviews, and documentation, the data obtained arethen analyzed into a conclusion from the research process. The findings of this study indicate that thefunction of implementing supervision by junior high school supervisors at the Ciamis Regency educationoffice during the covid-19 pandemic is still not good enough and implemented optimally from the fouraspects, two aspects namely the quality of the supervision program, program implementation, creativity,innovation, in the preparation of the supervisory activity/discipline program during the process ofimplementing supervision, as well as reports on program implementation and the supervisor's commitment incarrying out their duties, sensitivity to problems and their dexterity in overcoming problems are considerednot maximal enough in practice in the field, therefore it is expected that school supervisors are more improvethe quality of human resources and supervision programs as well as their commitment to the implementationof supervision so that the implementation of supervision of schools is carried out optimally in order toachieve good school quality.Keywords: Supervision Function, Supervisory Staff, Covid-19

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the performance of the Village Consultative Body in PinamoronganVillage, Tarerean District, South Minahasa Regency. This study used qualitative research methods. Based onthe problems encountered, in carrying out its duties and responsibilities, the Village Consultative Body inPinamorongan Village has not been optimal in carrying out supervision of village administration inPinamorongan village. And based on the results of the research, the members of the Village Consultative Bodyin Pinamorongan Village still lack self-awareness of their duties and responsibilities and there are also somemembers who are inactive and lack a positive response from the village community.Keywords: Implementation , Village Consultative Body, Village Government

Abstract

In this increasingly developing era, a nation is required to be able to design sustainable developmentstrategies in advancing its nation. This development can be in the form of physical development or otherresources, community empowerment as one of the methods or methods that can be used in the grandframework of national development. The purpose of this study was to determine Community Empowermentthrough the Immanuel Farmer Group Program in Raringis Village, West Langowan District, MinahasaRegency. The theory used in this study is the theory of Community Empowerment from Sumodiningrat(2007) which contains three stages of empowerment, namely the stage of awareness and behavior formation,the stage of transformation of work abilities, and the stage of increasing intellectual abilities. This studyuses descriptive qualitative research, namely to obtain more complete, more in-depth, credible andmeaningful data by conducting interviews with 8 informants and also by collecting documents related tocommunity empowerment so that the objectives of the research will be achieved. The results of this studydescribe community empowerment through the Immanuel farmer group program in Raringis Village, WestLangowan District, Minahasa Regency, it has been going quite well in terms of the application of the threeindicators of the empowerment stage.Keywords : Empowerment, Program, Farmer Group

Abstract

Penelitian ini peneliti menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif (Creswell,2002), yaitu suatupenelitian kontekstual yang menjadikan manusia sebagai instrumen, dan disesuaikan dengan situasiyang wajar dalam kaitannya dengan pengumpulan data yang pada umumnya bersifat kualitatif.Pendekatan kualitatif dicirikan oleh tujuan penelitian yang berupaya memahami gejala-gejala yangsedemikian rupa yang tidak memerlukan kuantifikasi, karena gejala tidak memungkinkan untukdiukur secara tepat. Penelitian ini diarahkan pada latar dan individu secara holistik danmenekankan pentingnya pemahaman tingkah laku menurut pola berpikir pada pelayanan kesehatanyang dilakukan di Desa Ranoyapo Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan.Untuk dapat mengatahui dan menjelaskan pelayanan kesehatan yang dilakukan dan terjadi di DesaRanoyapo Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan diperlukan suatu aktivitas penelitian yang secara kualitatifsebagai serangkaian kegiatan mengumpulkan, menggambarkan dan menafsirkan data tentangsituasi yang dialami, kegiatan, hubungan tertentu, pandangan atau sikap yang tunjukkan atautentang kecenderungan yang tampak dalam proses yang sedang berlangsung. Melalui desain inidapat diperoleh gambaran fenomena, fakta, sifat serta hubungan fenomena tentang pelayanankesehatan yang dilakukan di Desa Ranoyapo Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan sebagai jawaban atasperumusan masalah sebagai temuan penelitian

Abstract

Membangunan dan mensejahtrakan masyarakat desa merupakan bagian yang tidak dapatdipisahkan dari tujuan pembangunan nasional. Sebab tujuan pembangunan secara nasional adalahuntuk menjesahtrakan masyarakat melalui pencapaian pemerataan pembangunan. Pemerataanpembangunan inilah yang dilakukan bukan hanya di kota akan tetapi juga di desa. Mewujudkan lahtersebut maka pemerintah melalui Undang – Undang Nomor 6 Tahun 2014 tentang desa dan berbagaiprogram pembangunan yang dilakukan menjadikan desa sebagai titik sentral pembangunan.Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui dan menjelaskan efektivitas program pembangunaninfrastruktur pedesaan melalui penggunaan dana desa di Desa Elusan Kecamatan Amurang BaratKabupaten Minahasa Selatan. Efektivitas program pembangunan infrastruktur pedesaan melaluipenggunaan dana desa di Desa Elusan Kecamatan Amurang Barat Kabupaten Minahasa Selatan telahtercapai pada aspek pemahaman program, ketepatan sasaran, tercapainya tujuan dan perubahannyata, akan tetapi belum efektif dalam hal ketepatan waktu.Kata Kunci : Efektivitas Program, Pembangunan Infrastruktur, Dana Desa.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui proses bagaimana pelayanan pengaduan wajibpajak di UPTD Samsat Kota Manado. Penelitian ini menggunakan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Teoriyang digunakan berdasarkan prinsip-prinsip pengaduan yaitu Keterbukaan Menerima Pengaduan,Aksesibilitas, Kemampuan Bereaksi, Transparansi dan Bertanggung Jawab. Teknik pengumpulandata yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu: observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi data yangdiperoleh dari berbagai sumber kemudian dianalisis menjadi satu kesimpulan dari proses penelitian.Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pelayanan pengaduan wajib pajak di UPTD SamsatKota Manado telah dilaksanakan dengan baik dilihat dari keterbukaan, kemudahan, kemampuanbereaksi, dan bertanggung jawab dalam menyelesaikan permasalahan pengaduan. Untuk lebihmeningkatkan prinsip pelayanan pengaduan di UPTD Samsat Kota Manado, maka diharapkan untuklebih melatih kemampuan dan komitmen setiap petugas dalam melayani agar masalah pengaduansemakin berkurang.Kata kunci: Pelayanan, Pengaduan, Wajib Pajak.
