Artikel ini membahas peran penting pengelolaan likuiditas dan perputaran modal kerja dalam mendukung stabilitas keuangan dan keberlanjutan bisnis di PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, salah satu perusahaan terkemuka di sektor agribisnis Indonesia. Melalui analisis rasio keuangan, khususnya Current Ratio dan perputaran modal kerja, artikel ini mengeksplorasi bagaimana strategi pengelolaan keuangan dapat meningkatkan efisiensi operasional dan profitabilitas perusahaan. Selain itu, artikel ini juga menyoroti tantangan dalam pengelolaan likuiditas dan memberikan rekomendasi untuk memperkuat kinerja keuangan. Dengan demikian, pengelolaan likuiditas dan modal kerja yang efektif tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai indikator kesehatan keuangan, tetapi juga sebagai faktor penentu keberlanjutan bisnis dalam industri agribisnis yang kompetitif. This article discusses the crucial role of liquidity management and working capital turnover in supporting financial stability and business sustainability at PT Astra Agro Lestari Tbk, one of Indonesia's leading agribusiness companies. Through an analysis of financial ratios, particularly the Current Ratio and working capital turnover, this article explores how financial management strategies can enhance operational efficiency and profitability. Additionally, the article highlights the challenges in managing liquidity and provides recommendations to strengthen financial performance. Effective liquidity and working capital management thus serve not only as indicators of financial health but also as key factors in ensuring business sustainability in the competitive agribusiness industry.

The purpose of this research is to find out the factors that influence customer satisfaction such as the amount of fees and late fees for gold pawning customers at Pawnshops in the city of Palangka Raya. This research is ex post facto in which this study looks at the direct influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression. The research population was all 705 gold pawning customers with a sample of 225 customers, the sample was determined using the Slovin technique with a tolerance of 5%. Data analysis used multiple linear regression with t, F and R Square tests. The results showed that the amount of ujrah and late fines had a significant positive effect on the satisfaction of Pawn Pawn customers in Palangka Raya. This is evidenced that the calculated t value is much greater than t table (variables X 1 11.590> 1.969 and X 2 7.783> 1.969) and the calculated F value is greater than F table (98.255> 3.031). Then the contribution value of R Square is 0.438, where it can be seen that the contribution of the independent variable to the dependent variable is 43.8%.

Real work lecture is one of the activities that aims to increase student participation in assisting community development, especially in the social and religious fields. This article discusses efforts to optimize social and religious activities in Muara Laung II Village through the KKN program. This activity involves students in various work programs and religious guidance in accordance with the needs of the local community. The results of this program show an increase in community participation in social and religious activities, an improvement in the quality of life, and an awareness of the importance of developing local potential. Optimization of this activity is expected to become a sustainable model of village community empowerment, with a positive impact on the social and spiritual welfare of the Muara Laung II community.

The ability to read the Koran well, correctly (tajwid) and beautifully (qiro'ah) is very important for every Muslim. This research was carried out by involving KKN students who collaborated with this institution to organize interactive and interesting learning programs. The method used is Participation Action Research (PAR). The research results show that this activity not only improves Al-Qur'an reading skills, but also builds children's interest and motivation to learn. In addition, this program has succeeded in involving parents and the community in supporting children's religious education, creating a positive learning environment. Thus, the role of KKN students has proven to be significant in the development of religious education in the community and a significant increase in certain aspects, such as recitation, recitation and interest in reading the Al-Qur'an. This research recommends increasing collaboration between educational institutions and the community for the sustainability of Al-Qur'an-based education programs in the future.

This study examines the effect of productive zakat utilisation on improving the welfare of mustahik in BAZNAS Kotawaringin Barat Regency, Central Kalimantan, with a focus on the role of business development as an intermediary variable. The phenomenon underlying this study is the still low level of welfare among zakat recipients in the region, as well as the suboptimal implementation of productive zakat programmes by BAZNAS in driving sustainable welfare improvement. This study employs a quantitative approach with path analysis to test the causal relationship between productive zakat, business development, and the welfare of zakat recipients. The research sample consisted of 35 mustahik recipients of productive zakat for the period 2019-2023, selected using saturated sampling techniques. The results showed that productive zakat had a significant positive effect on the welfare of mustahik and business development. However, business development did not significantly mediate the relationship between productive zakat and the welfare of mustahik. Determination analysis (R-Square) shows that productive zakat utilization explains 32.7% of the variation in mustahik welfare and 35.4% of business development. These findings indicate that other factors beyond business development, such as access to education, health, and the environment, play a more dominant role in determining the level of mustahik welfare.

The results of the analysis found three main categories of variables that affect the performance of stock mutual funds: macroeconomic variables (inflation, interest rates, and exchange rates); mutual fund characteristics (size, age, and operational costs); and the ability of investment managers (the ability to choose securities and the ability to determine market time). While the influence of interest rates and exchange rates varies, the findings show that inflation generally has a negative impact on the performance ofstockmutual funds. The age ofmutualfunds usually has a positive impact on performance. This study shows that a holistic approach to assessing stock mutual funds is very important for investors; that investment managers should have a better ability to choose securities; and that regulators should make policies that increase the transparency and effectiveness of the mutual fund industry. This research increases our understanding ofthe dynamics ofstock mutual fund performance and shows areas that require further research in the context of the ever-changing capital market

This study analyzes the role of financial management in the management of MSMEs to support business sustainability. Using a descriptive qualitative method based on literature studies, this study collects data from various reliable literature during the period 2017–2024. The focus of the research includes financial management strategies such as transaction recording, cash flow management, the use of technology, and financial literacy. The results show that good financial literacy and the application of modern technology greatly affect the efficiency and sustainability of MSMEs. Proper financial management helps MSMEs overcome challenges such as access to capital, financial records, and cost efficiency. Support from the government through the Kredit Usaha Rakyat (KUR) program and financial training is a strategic step to increase the competitiveness of MSMEs in the global market.

Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) merupakan hasil penggabungan (merger) dari tiga bank syariah yaitu Bank Syariah Mandiri, BRI Syariah, dan BNI Syariah yang mulai beroperasi pada tanggal 1 Februari 2021. Adanya proses penggabungan ini menciptakan proses adaptasi dan budaya baru pasca merger yang dapat menimbulkan perbedaan pada kondisi sumber daya manusia di dalamnya, seperti kinerja karyawan dan kepuasan kerja. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan kinerja dan kepuasan kerja karyawan Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) sebelum dan sesudah merger. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis penelitian komparatif. Lokasi penelitian bertempat di BSI KC Palangka Raya Diponegoro. Pemilihan sampel dilakukan dengan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga didapatkan 42 sampel yang menjadi responden untuk penelitian ini. Dalam penelitian ini pengumpulan data melalui kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada responden. Analisis data dalam penelitian ini dilakukan dengan uji non parametrik uji Wilcoxon, yang sebelumnya telah dilakukan uji instrumen penelitian yaitu uji validitas, uji reliabilitas, dan selanjutnya uji normalitas. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa pada variabel kinerja karyawan H0 diterima dan H1 ditolak, artinya tidak terdapat perbedaan signifikan sebelum dan sesudah merger yang ditunjukkan dari nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,432 > 0,05. Sedangkan pada variabel kepuasan kerja H2 diterima dan H0 ditolak, artinya terdapat perbedaan signifikan kepuasan kerja sebelum dan sesudah merger yang ditunjukkan dengan hasil nilai signifikansinya yaitu 0,000 < 0,05.
