Abstract

AbstractIndonesia's mining industry, encompassing coal, nickel, gold, and other resources, is crucial to its economy. However, this research aims to investigate the multifaceted economic impact of mining activities on coastal communities. Findings reveal both positive and negative consequences. Positively, mining generates employment, increases local income, stimulates business, and enhances purchasing power. Conversely, it triggers environmental degradation, including murky waters, coral reef damage, and mangrove ecosystem disruption, as well as harm to public infrastructure, causing floods and clean water scarcity. From an Islamic economic standpoint, these mining practices in the coastal area of Bungku are inconsistent with Quranic and Hadith teachings and violate ethical principles governing resource management.AbstrakIndonesia adalah salah satu negara yang memiliki industri pertambangan seperti batu bara, nikel, emas, perak, tima, dan minyak bumi lainnya. Abstract

Qisya Buah Andonohu is a fruit sales business whose sales process uses an offline and online buying and selling system. Buying and selling itself is an activity of exchanging goods for money, by relinquishing property rights from one to another. Meanwhile, online buying and selling is a buying and selling contract carried out using electronic means as a medium. When buying and selling activities take place in order to realize a good and honest transaction, it is best for the seller and buyer to apply khiyar in their buying and selling. Where khiyar is the perpetrator's right to choose to continue or cancel the transaction. In transaction activities there will definitely still be problems, the same thing happens in the buying and selling system at Qisya Buah Andonohu. The situation where buyers find that the fruit they have purchased is damaged or defective, this cannot be avoided considering that no matter how good or good the seller is at making sales, there will definitely be times when things will not be in accordance with the desired wishes. So the existing problems make it important to implement khiyar. Based on the background description, the problems that can be formulated are 1) what type of khiyar is applied at Qisya Buah Andonohu, and 2) how is khiyar applied at Qisya Buah Andonohu. This research uses a qualitative descriptive research method, the data collected is based on the results of observations, interviews and documentation carried out by researchers. The Khiyar that have been applied to the buying and selling system at Qisya Buah Andonohu are Khiyar Majlis, Khiyar 'Aib, and Khiyar Terms.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of the Governor as the budget executor in influencing the performance of members of the Regional House of Representatives (DPRD) of Southeast Sulawesi Province. The research method employed is descriptive qualitative, using a literature/media documentation approach, in-depth interviews, and budget document analysis. Data were collected from local government financial reports, as well as the perspectives of DPRD members and executive officials. The findings indicate that: (1) the performance of DPRD members of Southeast Sulawesi Province in budget-related matters is influenced by the timeliness of discussions in accordance with the schedule, the quality of oversight, responsiveness, accountability, and coordination with the Governor as the budget executor; (2) there is a lack of technical capacity among council members in “reading” complex financial reports; and (3) the executive branch still tends to play a dominant role as a governmental partner.
