Abstract

This study aims to explore the communication ethics between children and parents from the perspective of the Qur'an, focusing on the interpretations found in Tafsir al-Azhar and Tafsir al-Mişbāh. The primary objective is to analyze the comparative interpretations of Surah Al-Isra’ [17:23] regarding communication ethics. This research is a library study that applies a scientific paradigm, treating the Qur'an as a general conceptual framework. A comparative approach, known as the muqāran method in tafsir studies, was used to analyze the data. The findings indicate that, according to Tafsir al-Azhar, Surah Al-Isra’ [17:23] emphasizes the prohibition of disrespectful speech, particularly in the relationship between children and parents. This ethical communication is viewed as a reflection of the principles of tauhid (the oneness of God), encouraging children to replace harsh or negative words with expressions of love and compassion. On the other hand, Tafsir al-Mişbāh underscores the significance of showing the utmost respect to parents, advocating for the use of the most respectful and courteous communication in interactions with them. Both interpretations agree on the importance of maintaining respectful communication, but they differ in the emphasis placed on specific aspects of that communication—Tafsir al-Azhar focuses more on avoiding disrespect, while Tafsir al-Mişbāh highlights the need for the highest level of respect. This comparative analysis provides valuable insights into the Qur’anic guidance on communication ethics between children and parents

Abstract

In the learning there are usually students who are already fluent in reading the Quran, there are students who are very smart or quickin accepting material delivered by the teacher, even memorizing the Knowledge Islamic Education subject matter, and instead there also students who already know the meaning of educational lessons the religion of islam that has been conveyed by the teacher. But the student has not been able to apply it in daily life such as not respecting parents, not respecting the teacher, even not wanting to practice religious teachings islam is like prayer and fasting. In order to instill religious character of children in schools need to be held effective and efficient learning. Role learning methods and deposits are very important because this method is right to develop extra practice of Islamic religious education. This research is aimed to describe how the teacher plants religious characters children at school, in the research method uses qualitative research. The results of this study are: (1) The implementation of memorization and deposit methods by the teacher in instilling religious character in students in the school is the 4545 student memorizing the material and its explanation such as verses of the holy Quran and its translation, students will deposit the memorization results tothe teacher with the target that has been specified in the learning plan. (2) Problems with the implementation of memorization methods and teacher deposits in instilling religious character in students in schools are: students have not been able to read Arabic script, students’ abilities are still lacking, learning media are still minimal. (3) The teacher’s solution in solving the problematic implementation of memorization and deposit methods for inclution of the religious character of student is: students attend extracurricular activies, student are given additional assignments, the teacher makes learning media.

Abstract

The aims of this study is. Describe efforts to improve juz amma memorization through super tahfidz method. Know the prototype of juz amma memorization for children through super tahfidz method. Know the level of validity and practice for efforts to improve juz amma memorization through super method. tahfidz in Arrahman Kindergarten Kertosono. Type of research: a type of research and development (Research and development). The results showed that efforts to increase juz amma memorization through super tahfidz methods in Arrahman Kertosono Kindergarten can be illustrated by the lack of understanding of educators, especially teachers and students about the use of juz amma memorization methods in kindergarten children. A description of the efforts Improvement of memorization of juz amma in children using the super tahfidz method consists of two components namely the philosophy component of the model and the component implementation of the model. While the operational components of the model are detailed in all types of methods used. All activities are packaged with the aim to improve children's memorization through the super tahfidz method. The level of content validity and practicality of improving juvenile juz memorization through the super tahfidz method shows that the validator's assessment of all devices that have been presented can be declared valid for use in efforts to improve memorization children through the super tahfidz method, fulfill the practical aspects so that it is appropriate to use.

Abstract

Abstrak Membaca kitab kuning (kitab gundul) tidaklah mudah, begitu juga menguasai isi dan maksud dalam kitab tersebut, untuk mengatasi hal tersebut diperlukan pemahaman dasar kitab membaca kitab yakni Nahwu-Shorof. Dengan menggunakan metode Asset Based Community Development (ABCD), penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menumbuhkan minat baca pada santri terhadap kitab kuning yang mana pada saat ini pemahaman dan kemampuan membaca kitab santri masih kurang. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kurangnya minat dan kurangnya rutinitas santri terhadap membaca kitab. Pemberdayaan Madin Ponpes Sufi AL-Kabir dengan cara pengajaran kitab Nahwu-Shorof guna meningkatkan kemampuan santri terhadap penguasaan kitab kuning (kitab gundul). Santri perlu mengetahui pentingnya belajar dan memahami kitab Nahwu-Shorof agar bisa menguasai semua kitab serta memahami maksud dan tujuan dari isi kitab tersebut. Kata kunci: Pemberdayaan, penguasaan kitab kuning, metode ABCD.

Abstract

Budidaya tanaman holtikultura merupakan suatu rangkaian kegiatan pertanian dari awal penanaman hingga proses pemanenan. Berbeda dengan penanaman holtikultura yang di tanam di lahan persawahan, penanaman holtikultura ini penulis tanam pada media polibek yang tidak memerlukan lahan yang sangat luas. Sebab di sini penulis ingin memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan warga yang sangat luas tapi tidak di tanami apa-apa. Karena lahan pekarangan di sini yaitu di desa Jatikalen hanya di biarkan begitu saja tanpa ada pemanfaatan yang maksimal. Selain bisa memanfaatkan lahan pekarangan rumah yang kosong, penanaman tanaman holtikultura ini juga bisa menambah penghasilan warga jika tanaman holtikultura ini panen. Dari uraian diatas timbul rumusan masalah: 1. Bagaimana kondisi masyarakat des jatikalen dalam mengolah lahan dilingkungan sekitar sebelum ada pendampingan 2. Kegiatan apa saja yang dilakukan untuk mendukung tewujudnya masyarakat yang berdaya dan mandiri dibidang mengolah lahan kosong untuk meningkatkan taraf ekonomi 3. Bagaimana kondisi masyarakat desa jatikalen setelah ada pendampingan terutama dibidang ekonomi. Setelah diadakan pendampingan diperoleh kesimpulan: 1. Kondisi masyarakat desa jatikalen sebelum pendampingan meskipun semangat mencari nafkah akan tetapi penghasilan masih kurang 2. Bentuk kegiatan pendampingan yang dilakukan meliputi pengolahan lahan kosong disekitar lingkungan rumah melalui budidaya tanaman holtikultura melalui pemberian materi dan pelatihan 3. Setelah program pendampingan selesai, muncul kepercayaan masyarakat akan potensi diri secara ekonomi sehingga melahirkan tenaga pekerja baru dan lapangan kerja baru serta meningkatkan penghasilan ekonomi

Abstract

Masyarakat Jawa dikenal religius dengan tradisi budaya yang beragam, mulai dari harian hingga tahunan. Dalam pandangan Geertz, agama merupakan bagian dari sistem kebudayaan, dan budaya sendiri adalah pola perilaku yang mengatur kehidupan manusia. Islam yang datang ke Nusantara membawa kedamaian dan berinteraksi dengan kepercayaan lokal seperti animisme, Hindu, dan Budha, sehingga melahirkan bentuk Islam yang beragam. Pendampingan ini mengkaji interaksi Islam dan Hindu-Bali dalam budaya lokal melalui proses akulturasi dan asimilasi, serta memaknai Islam sebagai sistem simbolik. Studi kasus dilakukan di Dusun Nglarangan, Desa Bajulan, Kabupaten Nganjuk, menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dan studi kasus mendalam. Fokus utama adalah komitmen religius masyarakat dalam pergumulan budaya dengan keislaman. Hasilnya diharapkan memberikan pemahaman tentang proses panjang pertemuan antara Islam dan nilai-nilai lokal yang membentuk dinamika budaya masyarakat.

Abstract

Kegagalan sistem konvensional membuat terjadi penyimpangan dari nilai sosial dan nilai normatif moral masyarakat sehingga sistem itu dianggap gagal dalam membentuk sarana ekonomi masyarakat. Instrument ekonomi syariah merupakan salah satu alternatif dalam pembentukan ekonomi masyarakat madani melalui instrument baitul mall lembaga zakat, lembaga wakaf, sedekah dan sebagainya. untuk menjamin kepastian hukum dan memberikan perlindungan kepada masyarakat, pemerintah sudah selayaknya memberikan perhatian dan kewaspadaan yang lebih serius terhadap perkembangan dan maraknya bisnis PLBS. Penjualan Langsung Berjenjang yang harus dilaksanakan oleh PayTren agar sesuai dengan prinsip syari’ah harus mengacu pada fatwa DSN MUI No. 75/DSN-MUI/VII/2009. Tujuan penelitian ini apakah dalam bisnis PayTren telah sesuai dengan prinsip-prinsip syari’ah serta bagaimana perlindungan hukum bagi para pihak PayTren. Adanya thayyib (berkualitas) dan menjauhi syubhat (sesuatu yang masih meragukan), produk jasa yang halal, tidak ada transaksi yang mengandung riba, gharar, dharar, dzulm, dan money game sehingga merugikan para mitra dan konsumen dan dalam hal perlindungan hukum sebagai upaya dalam melindungi hak hak para pihak, dilakukan oleh Pelaku Usaha Paytren dengan sebaikbaiknya dan pemberian bantuan untuk memberikan rasa aman kepada saksi dan/atau korban, perlindungan hukum korban kejahatan sebagai bagian dari perlindungan masyarakat oleh pemerintah melalui badan etik Paytren sendiri.

Abstract

This study was motivated by the researchers’ concern over the limited ability of kindergarten-age children to memorize Juz Amma. The objectives of this research are to describe the efforts to improve children’s Juz Amma memorization through the implementation of the Super Tahfidz method, to identify the prototype of the memorization enhancement model, and to examine the validity and practicality levels of the Super Tahfidz method as an effort to strengthen Juz Amma memorization among children at TK Al Huda Nganjuk. The research employed a research and development (R&D) design, with teachers and students as the research subjects. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of the Super Tahfidz method in improving Juz Amma memorization among kindergarten children still encounters several challenges, particularly in the understanding of teachers and students regarding its application. Nevertheless, the developed model demonstrates two main components, namely the philosophical component and the implementation component, which collectively contribute to enhancing children’s memorization ability. The results of the content validity and practicality tests show that all developed learning instruments are valid and meet the criteria of practicality, making them feasible to be applied as an effective approach to improve children’s Juz Amma memorization at TK Al Huda Nganjuk.

Abstract

The aims and objectives of this research are to answer three research questions: 1). to analyze the influence of leadership style on teacher performance; 2). Analyzing the influence of Organizational Climate on Teacher performance, and 3). analyze the influence of Leadership Style and organizational climate together on Teacher performance. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive analysis, simple linear regression, and multiple linear regression, using simultaneous significance experiments (F-test) and partial experiments (t-test), and the coefficient of certainty (R2), and using the SPSS type application program 21.0 version. The illustrations used in this research were obtained through the Non-Probability Sampling method of collecting images, namely sampling with 100 teachers. After testing the information, it is known that the Leadership Style (X1) has a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.481; significance level of 0.000 < 0.05; as a result (t-count) 5.284 > 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 90.005 + 0.481 X1 + e. After that, it was known that Organization Climate (X2) had a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with a Regression Coefficient of +0.662; degrees of significance 0.000 < 0.05, as a result (t-count) 7.499 > 1.985 (t-table), with a regression obtained Y = 71.101 + 0.662 X1 + e. Finally, the Elastic Leadership Style (X1) and the Elastic Group Eve (X2) jointly have a positive effect on Teacher Ability (Y), with an F number of 31,614 and a chart F-number of 3,09. As a result, the F number is more significant than the F chart (31.614 > 3.09), with a significance level of 0.000 < 0.05.
