Abstract

Pelatihan pengolahan data menggunakan Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) di Dinas Sosial Kabupaten Lombok Tengah bertujuan untuk meningkatkan kompetensi teknis pegawai dalam mengelola dan menganalisis data secara sistematis. Kegiatan ini dilakukan mengingat pentingnya data sebagai dasar dalam pengambilan keputusan berbasis bukti. Metode pelatihan yang digunakan mencakup pemaparan teori, praktik langsung, serta evaluasi menggunakan pre-test dan post-test. Pelaksanaan pelatihan melibatkan beberapa tahap, mulai dari persiapan materi dan fasilitas, penyampaian materi, praktik penggunaan SPSS, serta evaluasi pemahaman peserta. Hasil evaluasi menunjukkan bahwa pelatihan memberikan dampak yang signifikan terhadap peningkatan kompetensi peserta. Berdasarkan hasil pretest dan posttest, diketahui bahwa 100% peserta mengalami peningkatan skor. Rata-rata nilai pretest peserta adalah 25, sedangkan nilai rata-rata posttest meningkat menjadi 86,43, sehingga terjadi peningkatan rata-rata sebesar 61,43 poin. Peningkatan tertinggi dicapai oleh peserta dengan selisih 78,57 poin, dan peningkatan terendah sebesar 50 poin. Secara umum, lebih dari 60% peserta mengalami peningkatan lebih dari 60 poin, yang menunjukkan efektivitas pelatihan dalam meningkatkan pemahaman dan keterampilan pengolahan data menggunakan SPSS. Selain itu, peserta memberikan tanggapan positif terhadap efektivitas pelatihan dalam membantu mereka memahami dan menerapkan SPSS dalam pekerjaan sehari-hari. Namun, masih ditemukan beberapa kendala seperti keterbatasan waktu pelatihan dan tingkat pemahaman peserta yang beragam. Oleh karena itu, direkomendasikan adanya pelatihan lanjutan serta sesi konsultasi pasca-pelatihan untuk memastikan implementasi yang optimal. Pelatihan ini diharapkan dapat berkontribusi dalam meningkatkan efisiensi dan akurasi pengolahan data di lingkungan Dinas Sosial, sehingga mendukung kebijakan sosial yang lebih tepat sasaran.

Abstract

The Forum Persatuan Pemuda Kreatif (FP2K) of Sambelia District was initially established as a platform for discussion and talent exploration, as well as for carrying out social activities in the community. The forum consists of 32 members with diverse backgrounds in terms of education, profession, and age. Most of its members are young people who rely on the agriculture and livestock sectors. One of the main products produced by FP2K is organic fertilizer, with 95% of its raw materials sourced from goat manure, a resource that is very abundant in the region. However, despite producing organic fertilizer since 2016, its output has not yet been able to meet the needs of farmers in Sambelia Village, especially considering that the demand for chemical fertilizers from the industry is often insufficient and the prices are high. The purpose of this training is to increase knowledge and skills in organic fertilizer production, develop more effective fertilizer business management, utilize digital media as a promotional tool to expand the market, promote economic independence for the youth, and increase the sales and production of organic fertilizer to meet the needs of farmers in Sambelia Village. The training method in this community service activity includes several stages, namely socialization, training, technology implementation, mentoring, evaluation, and program sustainability. The training provided covers various topics, including the production and packaging of compost fertilizer, creating promotional video content using Canva, managing Facebook pages, YouTube, promotional content, and financial management using MS Excel. The results of the community service training have been well executed, with an average understanding rate for each training topic of 85.98, and the training activities were conducted smoothly, receiving positive feedback from participants, the Head of Sambelia Village, the District Head of Sambelia, and the surrounding community. The average pre-test results for each training topic were 54.4, and the post-test results showed an increase of 31.58, reaching 85.98.

Abstract

The evaluation of honorary teachers’ performance plays a crucial role in efforts to enhance the quality of education. This study aims to assess the performance of honorary teachers at SMK Negeri 1 Praya Tengah by applying the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and the Technique for Order Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods. The assessment is based on four main criteria—pedagogical, personal, social, and professional competencies—which are further broken down into several sub-criteria. AHP is utilized to determine the weight of each criterion according to its level of importance, while TOPSIS is employed to rank the teachers based on their proximity to the ideal solution. The results show that the teacher labeled A3, Susilawati, S.Pd, achieved the highest preference score of 0,831, making her the top-performing honorary teacher. The combination of these methods provides an objective and measurable evaluation that can serve as a valuable reference for decision-making by the school administration.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh media sosial, motivasi belajar, dan lingkungan belajar terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis siswa SMK Negeri di Jakarta Barat. Pendekatan kuantitatif asosiatif kausal digunakan dengan sampel 141 siswa kelas XI jurusan Akuntansi Keuangan Lembaga dari SMKN 11, 17, dan 45, dipilih melalui teknik purposive sampling. Data dikumpulkan melalui kuesioner daring dan dianalisis menggunakan SPSS 26 dengan uji statistik deskriptif, validitas, reliabilitas, normalitas, multikolinearitas, heteroskedastisitas, serta regresi linier berganda. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa media sosial (β=0,069, p=0,035), motivasi belajar (β=0,452, p=0,000), dan lingkungan belajar (β=0,447, p=0,000) secara parsial dan simultan (F=105,483, p=0,000) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kemampuan berpikir kritis, dengan lingkungan belajar memiliki pengaruh terkuat (B=0,959). Adjusted R² sebesar 0,760 menunjukkan 76% variasi kemampuan berpikir kritis dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel, sedangkan 24% dipengaruhi faktor lain. Implikasinya, sekolah perlu mengintegrasikan media sosial secara strategis, meningkatkan motivasi intrinsik, dan menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang kondusif untuk mengoptimalkan keterampilan berpikir kritis siswa.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of intellectual capital on firm value with Price Book Value (PBV) as the dependent variable, and VACA, VAHU, and STVA as independent variables. The population in this study are public companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and LQ45. The sampling method used in this study was purposive sampling method, with a total sample of 108 samples. As for analyzing data using multiple regression analysis. Meanwhile, the results of this study indicate that the VACA and VAHU variables have no effect on firm value, while the STVA variable affects firm value. The company will have a competitive advantage if it can codify corporate knowledge and build structural capital. therefore, companies need to consider other strategies for increasing firm value. Thus, this study makes a new contribution by examining the effect of intellectual capital on firm value in companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange and included in the LQ45 index in 2019-2022. This research also provides a new understanding of the relationship between intellectual capital and firm value in the context of public companies in Indonesia.

Abstract

The Family Hope Program (PKH) is directed towards a group of family-oriented systematic social assistance programs. The aim of this research is to examine the implementation of the Family Hope Program (PKH) in an effort to improve community welfare and to identify factors that support and hinder its implementation in Lampoko Village, Barebbo District, Bone Regency. This research uses a quantitative approach by collecting data through a survey using a structured questionnaire to a random sample of PKH beneficiary families in the village. The sampling technique used was stratified random sampling with a survey population of 293 families in Lampoko Village. The research results show that the Family Hope Program (PKH) has had a positive impact in improving the welfare of the community in Lampoko Village, Barebbo District, Bone Regency, although it still faces several challenges in its implementation. This research highlights the importance of updating accurate data, increasing efficiency in aid distribution, and adjusting aid according to the actual needs of recipient communities. This program can be used as a reference for similar programs in other areas, with recommendations to continue to carry out continuous evaluation and improvement to maximize the benefits provided to deserving communities

Abstract

In this study, the goal is to test empirically the effect of recruitment, selection and motivation of the employee performance at Datacomm Diangraha Company. The samples used were employees of Datacomm Diangraha especially the engineers with the total number of respondents was 126. The analysis used a linear regression, this research examines four variables: Recruitment (X1), Selection (X2) and Motivation (X3) as independent variables, and Performance employees (Y) as the dependent variable. Partial test shows that the recruitment effect of 0175 (positive and significant) on the performance. While the selection is also influenced significantly by 0347 on employee performance. And further motivation for 0295 was a significant influence on employee performance.Measurement model analysis in this study showed that all variables have met the criteria of validity and reliability, while at the structural model analysis shows that testing of hypotheses H1, H2, and H3 supports the hypothesis proposed. The resulting model of the independent variables and the effect on the dependent variable is Y = 16,408 + 0175 0347 X1 + X2 + X3 0295. The study concluded that the recruitment, selection and motivation affect the performance of employees with the results affect the performance of 95%, while 5% is determined by other variables. Abstract

This research is to find out how is the employees’ job satisfaction at PT Pelopor, and how the impact of compansation and motivation to job satisfaction. Research will be conducted at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. In accordance with the title, then that will be examined are all employees of PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo. This study does not use samples, so the entire population to be studied because the number of employees at PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo only numbered thirty- three (33) staff. And the result shown that (1) there is a significant effect between Job Satisfaction Employee Compensation for PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo, (2) There is a significant effect of Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo; (3) There is a significant influence jointly between Compensation and Motivation on Employee Job Satisfaction PT. Pelopor Avonturir Campindo.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to verify and investigate the moderating effect of firm size on the effects of taxes, foreign ownership, and debt covenants on transfer pricing. Financial reports and annual reports of companies that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for 2020-2021 are used as secondary data sources in this research with a quantitative approach. Based on the purposive sampling technique, 71 companies were obtained that met the criteria, bringing the total sample to 142 data. Multiple regression analysis uses the Ordinary Least Square (OLS) approach with the help of the EViews 12 application. The research's findings demonstrate that foreign ownership and debt covenants have an effect on transfer pricing, but taxes have no effect on transfer pricing. Then firm size cannot moderate taxes and debt covenants on transfer pricing, but can moderate the influence of foreign ownership on transfer pricing. Simultaneously, tax, foreign ownership, debt covenants, firm size as a moderating variable, and interaction variables influence transfer pricing with the coefficient of determination in this study only being 17.55%, which means there are still 82.45% of other variables that can influence transfer pricing.
