Abstract

The innovation of home food gardening aims to improve public health by providing access to healthy, nutritious, and diverse food independently. The background of this article is the need for sustainable solutions to address malnutrition, dependency on chemically-treated food, and low public awareness of healthy living habits. This article employs a literature review method to analyze various relevant sources regarding the role of home food gardens in supporting community health. The discussion focuses on the benefits of home food gardening in providing organic food, reducing household expenses, and raising awareness of healthy lifestyle practices. The findings reveal that this innovation enhances access to nutritious food, improves environmental quality, and empowers communities sustainably. Thus, home food gardening serves as an effective strategy to improve public health across different regions.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the impact of the work environment, work compensation on turnover intention from job satisfaction at PT Albadriyah Wisata. This research was conducted at PT Albadriyah Wisata involving 50 employees, using a sampling technique purposive sampling, ie selecting a sample according to certain criteria, namely only smartphone use. Data were analyzed in the SEM method on a PLS basis. The research results show that if The work environment has a positive impact on turnover intention. Work compensation has a positive impact on turnover intention. Job happiness is positively influenced by the workplace. Salary and intention to leave the company both have beneficial effects on job satisfaction. Through turnover intention, the workplace has an impact which benefits job satisfaction. Through turnover intention, the workplace has a beneficial impact on job satisfaction. Keywords: work environment, work compensation, turnover intention and job satisfaction

Abstract

Employees play a significant part in determining the fate of a company. Employees are anticipated to retain innovative actions for the effectiveness and sustainability of a company. One of the factors that can impact Employees innovative work behavior is through job crafting, which refers to the tone- initiated changes made by workers to balance job demands and coffers. This, in turn, affects the position of organizational or company success in achieving its pretensions. Organizational support plays a pivotal part in enhancing Employees provocation to develop their capabilities. Employees innovative behavior can also be enhanced through work engagement, which is a concept where employees have a high commitment and enthusiasm for their work. This study aims to examine the influence of job crafting and organizational support on Employees innovative behavior with work engagement as the interceding variable. The exploration system used is quantitative descriptive system. The repliers in this study were 77 workers of PT. Infomedia Nusantara. Data collection ways used questionnaires, and data analysis ways used Partial Least Forecourt (SmartPls). The results of the study showed that organizational support had a significant positive effect on work engagement as a mediator. Job crafting was proven to have a significant and positive effect on workers' innovative behavior. Job crafting also had a positive and significant effect on work engagement as a mediator. Work engagement as a mediator had a positive and significant effect on innovative behavior. Keywords: job crafting, organizational support, work engagement, innovative behavior

Abstract

Tujuan dari kegiatan pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah meningkatkan motivasi, pengetahuan dan pemahaman kelompok masyarakat UMKM di Kabupaten Wajo, Sulawesi Selatan tentang motivasi untuk pengembangan usaha bagi UMKM binaan Dinas Perindustrian, perdagangan, koperasi dan UKM Kabupaten Wajo. Dua UMKM yang menjadi mitra adalah UMKM Lion Putra Perdana, dan UMKM Wanita Sejahtera. Metode pendekatan yang ditawarkan untuk menyelesaikan permasalahan mitra tersebut adalah: (1) Pertemuan secara daring dan luring; (2) Ceramah singkat tentang penjelasan materi yang disajikan pada kegiatan ini; (3) Diskusi dan Latihan Kelompok untuk membahas kasus-kasus dengan mengambil contoh kasus usaha dari beberapa peserta sehubungan dengan  materi yang disajikan; (4) Game dan Simulasi dengan menyajikan beberapa games/permainan-permainan yang terkait dengan bisnis untuk memperoleh refleksi sekaitan dengan aktifitas usaha anggota/pengurus UMKM. Pihak-pihak yang terlibat dalam ceramah, diskusi serta games dan simulasi adalah pemateri, peserta, fasilitator, dan panitia. Beberapa metode dikombinasikan dalam aplikasinya sehingga meningkatkan partisipasi dan pemahaman seluruh peserta dalam proses pelatihan. Output pengabdian ini adalah artikel yang diterbitkan pada jurnal pengabdian pada masyarakat atau jurnal yang relevan dan sebagai tambahan dimuat pada media cetak online yakni fajar.com. Kata kunci: Pelatihan, motivasi, daring dan luring. ABSTRACT The purpose of this community service activity is to increase the motivation, knowledge and understanding of MSME community groups in Wajo Regency, South Sulawesi about the motivation for business development for MSMEs assisted by the Department of Industry, trade, cooperatives and SMEs of Wajo Regency. The two MSMEs that become partners are the Lion Putra Perdana MSME and the Wanita Sejahtera MSME. The approach methods offered to resolve the partners' problems are: (1) Online and offline meetings; (2) a short lecture on the explanation of the material presented in this activity; (3) Group Discussions and Exercises to discuss cases by taking examples of business cases from several participants in relation to the material presented; (4) Games and Simulations by presenting several games/games related to business to gain reflection in relation to the business activities of MSME members/managers. The parties involved in lectures, discussions as well as games and simulations are presenters, participants, facilitators, and committees. Several methods are combined in their application so as to increase participation and understanding of all participants in the training process. The output of this service is articles published in community service journals or relevant journals and additionally published in online print media, namely Fajar.com.
