Abstract

Background of study:  Accurate fruit classification is vital for agricultural automation, yet traditional methods are often subjective and inefficient. Convolutional Neural Networks (CNNs) are effective but struggle with global context in fine-grained tasks. Vision Transformers (ViTs), inspired by NLP models, offer global attention mechanisms that may improve classification in complex scenarios.Aims and scope of paper: This study compares the performance of EfficientNet-B0 (a CNN model) and ViT-B/16 (a Transformer model) on a fruit classification task involving five fruit types. The goal is to evaluate their strengths and weaknesses under controlled experimental conditions using a moderately sized dataset.Methods: A dataset of 10,000 fruit images was preprocessed with standard augmentation techniques and split into training and validation sets. Both models were fine-tuned using pretrained weights. Performance was evaluated using accuracy, precision, recall, F1-score, and confusion matrices.Result: EfficientNet-B0 achieved higher overall accuracy (94%) than ViT-B/16 (92%). The CNN model performed consistently across all classes, particularly excelling in bananas and strawberries. ViT-B/16 showed superior results for strawberries but struggled with apples. Confusion matrices revealed class-specific strengths and weaknesses.Conclusion: EfficientNet-B0 is better suited for general fruit classification due to its balanced performance, while ViT-B/16 excels in capturing fine-grained visual features. A hybrid approach may leverage both models’ strengths for enhanced performance in real-world applications.

Abstract

SUTT 150 kV memiliki potensi yang besar mengalami gangguan transmisi. Sebagian besar penyebab gangguan transmisi bersifat temporer yang akan segera hilang setelah Pemutus Tenaga (PMT) trip. Agar kesinambungan penyaluran tenaga listrik tetap terjaga maka PMT dicoba masuk kembali sesaat setelah kejadian trip (reclose) dan dalam kondisi siap (healthy) untuk memutus (trip) apabila gangguan masih ada setelah PMT masuk kembali (reclose). SUTT dengan saluran panjang rentan mengalami gangguan permanen atau gangguan yang terjadi lebih dari satu kali dalam waktu yang berdekatan. Tugas Akhir ini membahas setting relai jarak dan unjuk kerja fungsi autoreclose dalam mengakomodir gangguan permanen SUTT. Proses perhitungan dilakukan untuk mengetahui bagaimana setting relai jarak yang andal untuk SUTT 150 kV Sangatta – Maloy. Untuk mengetahui keandalan setting yang telah ditentukan, dilakukan pengujian karakteristik menggunakan software Omicron Distance Operating Characteristic. Hasil pengujian karakteristik impedansi menunjukkan deviasi antara nilai perhitungan dengan nilai aktual relai adalah 0,2%, sementara pada karakteristik waktu kerja, deviasi berkisar pada 3% sampai 6%. Untuk mengetahui unjuk kerja fungsi autoreclose doubleshoot pada relai jarak, dilakukan pengujian fungsi dengan metode simulasi gangguan menggunakan software Omicron State Sequencer. Dari empat kondisi gangguan yang diujikan, didapatkan hasil bahwa relai mampu mengakomodir gangguan permanen (dua gangguan berturut-turut) tanpa mengalami trip lockout.Kata kunci: Relai Jarak, Impedansi, Autoreclose, Gangguan Permanen

Abstract

According to the Head of the Indonesian National Police (Kapolri) General Idham Azis, the number of deaths from accidents that occurred in 2019 reached 23,530. A total of 40% of the deaths from traffic accidents are caused by human error and the influence of alcohol. The high number of deaths from traffic accidents due to the influence of alcohol is a concern for all of us. Excessive alcohol consumption is dangerous when driving because consuming alcohol will affect a person's temperament and worsen driving behavior by reducing awareness, leading to accidents. A system that is able to detect the alcohol level of a vehicle driver that can be monitored anywhere is needed, as information to alert motorists to the influence of alcohol in order to prevent traffic accidents online and on a web-based basis. Using the MQ-3 sensor for alcohol detection and the ESP8266 processor in WeMos WiFi.  The average percentage error in the measurement of the measured sample was found to have an error value of: 3.6%. Research has also succeeded in reading alcohol levels through websites.

Abstract

Penggunaan material ferromagnetik pada support kabel incoming untuk kabel power tegangan menengah sisi sekunder transformator 150/20 kV GI Jatibarang memiliki peran penting secara mekanis dalam menunjang keamanan elektris panel cubicle incoming. Metode penelitian yang digunakan melibatkan pengukuran lapangan untuk mendeteksi temuan yang disebabkan oleh pemasangan support kabel serta analisis untuk mengevaluasi hubungan antara anomali hasil pengujian tersebut dengan degradasi kabel. Selain itu, perhitungan secara manual dan membandingkan hasil pengujian sebagai landasan utama kalkulasi seberapa besar pengaruh terhadap healty index kabel power tegangan menengah. Data serta hasil perhitungan manual yang diperoleh dianalisis untuk mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi kerusakan isolasi kabel dan proses penuaan material. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa medan elektromagnetik yang dihasilkan kabel pendukung berbahan ferromagnetik secara signifikan mempercepat penurunan healthy index kabel. Penelitian ini berkontribusi dalam peningkatan sistem transmisi serta distribusi energi listrik yang andal. Temuan ini merekomendasikan penggunaan material alternatif atau metode instalasi tertentu untuk mengurangi dampak penurunan kualitas isolasi terhadap kabel. Dengan hasil penelitian ini dapat dijadikan rujukan serta optimasi desain instalasi kabel power tegangan menengah transformator daya 150/20 kV untuk meningkatkan keandalan dan efisiensi sistem transmisi listrik.

Abstract

An innovative technological development, the position tracking system uses latitude and longitude coordinates to determine the GPS's location. The covid-19 pandemic has caused the demand for cool box delivery for convalescent blood plasma to increase significantly. The obstacle in the field is the hospital's position and patient rooms far from the reach convalescent donors, so they require a cool box for delivery. The problem is tracking the cool box accurately and precisely so that it can be monitored by the hospital properly. For this reason, it is necessary to increase the accuracy of the GPS position in the cool box by using fuzzy logic algorithms The Ublox NEO-6M is one GPS module that can be utilized for navigation. This module uses UART connection using the NMEA 0183 protocol and has an accuracy level of around 2.5 meters to 10 meters. In this research, validation of the accuracy of the GPS coordinate position was carried out on a Blood Cool Box device which was designed using the fuzzy logic method. The Sugeno method fuzzy logic algorithm is used to validate the accuracy of GPS coordinate positions based on latitude and longitude obtained from the GPS sensor module. The test results show a Mean Absolute Percent Error (MAPE) value of 21.66% which can be concluded that the Sugeno fuzzy logic method algorithm has forecasting model capabilities that are suitable for use as a validation method for testing GPS position coordinates.

Abstract

Penelitian ini membahas tentang optimasi daya turbin angin jalan raya. Model ditetapkan sebagai pembangkit listrik tenaga bayu di jalan raya dengan parameter yang ditentukan meliputi: dimensi turbin, rasio gear dan kecepatan angin. Fuzzy digunakan untuk mensimulasikan turbin angin jalan raya sehingga didapatkan daya yang dihasilkan. Hasil menunjukan bahwa dengan dimensi blade 20 cm serta rasio gear 28 dengan kecepatan angin 3 m/s pada analisis matlab hasil 3,67 watt sedangkan pada analisis perhitungan manual 3,75 watt dengan nilai mean squared error (MSE) adalah 0,0064 watt. Untuk dimensi blade 20 cm serta rasio gear 60 dengan kecepatan angin 3 m/s pada analisis matlab hasil 6,417 watt sedangkan pada analisis perhitungan manual 7,13 dengan nilai mean squared error (MSE) adalah 0,9. Karena pembangkit listrik yang dihasilkan paling rendah, turbin angin jalan raya tidak direkomendasikan dipasang di jalan raya Indonesia.Keyword: Turbin Angin, Rasio Gear, Kecepatan Angin, Fuzzy Logic.
