Abstract

Workers photographers not only to sell their photographs, but also sells services to tourists with polite and friendly. Photographers try to make a good first impression for tourists to be willing to use their services. Photographers workers very existence needs to be improved, because it provides positive benefits. Types and Sources of data used is qualitative and quantitative, primary data and secondary data. Data collected by observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature, and documentation. Determination of mechanical informants using purposive sampling, sample collection techniques using analysis of compound interest and use acsidental sampling. The number of domestic tourists responses calculated using a Likert scale The existence of photographers at Tanah Lot tourist attraction really have a positive impact for tourist attraction and the local community. Because it can be an additional income.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study discusses the effectiveness of the program in which the program Denpasar City Tour effect on the increase in the number of tourist arrivals. Denpasar City Tour program is one program that is offered to tourists to visit tourist destinations in the city of Denpasar. One of the areas that fall into the tourist destination Denpasar City tour is Bali Museum. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the program Denpasar City Tour in increasing the number of tourist visits. Sources of data taken from one of the existing tourist tuuan the Bali Museum in Denpasar and Regional Tourism Office, with data collection techniques of observation, interviews, questionnaires, literature study. Sampling using accidental sampling, respondents were taken by 30 respondents. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative. Results of this study can be concluded about the effectiveness of the program Denpasar City Tour is supported by the perception of tourists who visited Bali Museum in Denpasar and traveled through the attitude scale showed good enough category with an average of 3.28 and it can be seen from the increasing number of tourists visit to Bali from 2006-2011 with an average growth of 17,86% as well as visits to Bali Museum from 2009-2012 with an average growth of 7,36%. Based on the results of this study suggested that the implementation of Denpasar City Tour program remain to be implemented and necessary to improve promotional activities Denpasar City Tour Program to enhance cooperation with the private sector (BPW), as well as improve and build supporting facilities Denpasar City Tour Program.

Abstract

Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort is natural tourist attraction located in Penatahan vilage, Tabanan regency.Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort has uniqueness such as hot springs tourist attraction with the beautiful scene.The research study aimed to provide an overview about the community participation typology in management of Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort. The research method used is qualitativeand quantitavive.The theory and concept used are concept of tourist attraction, concept of management and theory of participation typology in participation.To answer the research questions, data collection was conducted through observation, interviews, and literature study.The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling. Data were analyzed by using descriptive qualitative analysis such as reduction data, collection data and verification. The analysis show that community participation typology in the management of tourist attraction in Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort is induced participation because because local community invite to involve by PT Sentra Tirta in management of tourist attraction in Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort.The characteristic of induced participation in Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort is top-down, local community get sharing to benefit, local community hear and be heard but their views are not necessarily considered by decision-makers and feedback from the local community. Therefore, people need to be empowered in management of tourist attraction in Espa Yeh Panes Natural Hot Spring Resort to get benefit from the development of tourism in the region. Abstract

A cottage is one of the businesses that is able to contribute to the community's economy and become a product to support tourism activities in the East Lombok Regency. The increase in tourist visits to the Tetebatu Tourism Village is an opportunity for the community to develop home-based businesses to improve the welfare of the community. This study aims to determine the participation of local communities in the development of home-based businesses in Tetebatu Tourism Village, East Lombok Regency.This study uses qualitative and quantitative data types. The data sources used are primary and secondary. Data collection techniques in this study were observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The informant determination technique used was a purposive sampling technique, and the data analysis technique used was descriptive and qualitative.The results of this study indicate that the tourist cottage business in the Tetebatu Tourism Village is owned by the local community, has complete facilities and infrastructure, the number of rooms is adjusted to the ability of the homeowner, the room prices vary, and the service to tourists is very good and is carried out by the owner of the cottage., as well as the type of community participation in the development of the tourist cottage business, which initially spontaneously turned into a passive business because of public disappointment with the government. Abstract

Urban society is synonymous with high levels ofstress. One of the activities that made the citizens in relieving stress and boredom of the mind is a leisure and recreation activity like in border of Tukad Badung. Denpasar City Government seeks to improve the Tukad Badung border area in various ways but until now still not optimal. Another stakeholders tried to improve the border of Tukad Badung for better and could be developed into a leisure and recreation suggestion for the citizens Each stakeholder certainly has different roles in accordance with the competence and ability. It is interesting how the role of each stakeholder. The research method used in this research is qualitative research. Where qualitative research used in-depth interview technique, observation and qualitative documents and also used the role concept to reviewing the research. The result of the research showed that stakeholders from the government consist of Banjar Gelogor Carik, Desa Pemogan, Dinas Pariwisata Kota Denpasar, Dinas Pekerjaan Umum Denpasar And Balai Wilayah Sungai Bali-Nusa Penida. While the stakeholder of the community consists of Kelompok Bank Sampah Pemogan Dan Komunitas Kali Bersih Pemogan. All these stakeholders have their respective roles in maintaining and expanding the badung border ropes in the path of the fishing pole, pemogan. Despite having different roles but all the stakeholders are hand in hand to realize the tidal river borders that are neat, beautiful and clean. Abstract

Sayan Village is one of the villages in Ubud that has a lot of potential to be used as a tourism village. The first three great potentials are natural tourism, potential opportunities for water tubing tourism, and also the potential of Puri Sayan as a heritage tourism object in Sayan Village, which is being planned by the village government and local communities. In addition to the three great potentials, Sayan Village also has the potential for water tourism with beji spring sources which are a source of water that is purified by the local community and is usually used for melukat. In this case, the researcher focused more on discussing the development of biology natural tourism which is currently used as the center of tourism village activities in Sayan Village. This study uses collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis technique used is descriptive qualitative analysis and SWOT analysis. The technique of determining informants used purposive sampling technique. The results of this study contain the existing conditions of Desa Sayan based on tourism product components, namely attractions, amenities, accessibility, and ancilliary. And the strategy for developing SWOT-based Sayan Tourism Village. So that the strategies obtained produce the best ways to realize one of the missions of Desa Sayan as a sustainable tourism village. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to know the existence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, as well as synergies between tourism stakeholder in the Baha tourism village in making Baha as a tourism village in Badung Regency This research is located in Bahavillage, MengwiSubdistrict, BadungRegency.The type of research is in the form of qualitative data and quantitative data. The data sources obtained from the primary data and secondary data. The method of data collecting used are observation, interviews, and literature study. The determination of informants used purposive sampling. Data analysis technique used descriptive qualitative. The results of this study revealed that the presence of stakeholder in tourism in the tourist village of Baha, that consists of: (1) Government (Tourism Office of Badung Regency and the Dinas village of Baha). (2) The organizers of tourism business, comes from the local community who made their houses as homestays, and (3) local communities play a role in tourist attraction, which is coordinated by POKDARWIS. Based on the synergy between stakeholder involved in Baha tourism, can be said that the synergies between tourism stakeholder in Baha tourism village has not been maximum yet. Abstract

“Pura Puseh Pura Desa” keeps safely the inheritance things and its histories in the past. In addition, the existence of unique spiritual rituals of Batuan people as cultural attraction will support the development of “Pura Puseh Pura Desa” become a cultural tourism which is managed by elitist of Batuan village. This research is located in Batuan village, Gianyar regency. The type of data in this research is qualitative data. The data source obtained from primary and secondarydata. The method of this research is descriptive qualitative data that collected through through interviews, observation, and documentation. The determination of informant used purposive sampling. The result of this research shows that “Pura Puseh Pura Desa” become an attracttion of cultural tourism which is managed by elite as the representative of Batuan village. The managed “Pura Puseh Pura Desa” by doing function of management such as planning, organization, actuating, controlling. Abstract

This research is motivated by the important roles of the Kedonganan people to gather in a fishing group community to develop of tourism activityin Kedonganan Beach. Fishermen Group in Kedonganan Beach is required to become a tourism actors with many demands of tourists that visiting to Kedongananvillage of FishermenGroup.The purpose of this research to find out the forms of involvement or the roles by fishermen group in supporting the tourism activity ini Kedonganan village. The type of data in this study usedescriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques use in this research are interviews, study documentsorliterature.Techniques of informan determining use dept interviews with determining the key informan. The key informant which is selected in this study is Putra Bali’s Fishermen Group in Kedonganan village. The data analysis techniques are uingData Reduction, Data Display, and Conclusion Drawing/Verification. The research concludes that fishermen group hasan important role in tourism activity in Kedongananvillage, there arein economic, social, cultural, environmental, and political. But there are problemsof the role of the fishermen in the field of the environment, because it is less in keeping it clean, the plastic waste and used garbage incinerator make badsights and the sand starts to dirty.The fishing groups should form a section in them organizational structure that works specifically to maintain the cleanliness of the beach area. They should alsoadd some attractions, which besides being a tourist guide who wants to see the beauty beneath the sea, the fishing activity such as knitting nets can also be used as an educational tour on marine fisheries. Thus, tourists canalso invited to participate in fishing activity, and diving to study marine tourism, and preservation. Abstract

The strategy forming tourist attraction to attract repeating guest is by developing entertainment tourism which offers sense of pleasure, satisfaction, and valuable experience. Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance in Outer Area Uluwatu Temple was recognized as the most famous entertainment forms by domestic visitors. This aim of study is to identifying characteristics and measuring perception of domestic visitors to Uluwatu Kecak Fire Dance based on seven operational dimensions of entertainment tourism (Learning, Enjoyment, Escape, Refreshment, Novelty, Involvement, and Local Culture). The research used qualitative method with data collection techniques are questionnaire (number of samples were 65 respondents) and literature study. The data analysis technique used descriptive statistical analysis with continuum lines. The results showed that the perception of 65 domestic visitors for entertainment tourism in Uluwatu Temple were strongly agreed on Learning (277.5) and Enjoyment (285). While perception that were agreed are Escape (227), Refreshment (248.5), Novelty (259.25), Involvement (266), and Local Culture (272.33). In determining the dominant indicators of each dimension of entertainment tourism, the author uses the highest frequency capacity value. The three dimensions with highest average value are Enjoyment (285), Learning (277.5), and Local Culture (272.33). The administrator Outer Area Uluwatu Temple emphasize strategies that can maintain the three dimensions of entertainment tourism that have a dominant value, which is the Enjoyment dimension, Learning dimension, and the Local Culture dimension.
