Abstract

Human resources who work in an organization or company have the ability to improve thequality of their performance, so that every employee who works in an organization mustreally be able to carry out factors that can help employees get the title with good qualityperformance. To achieve satisfactory employee performance, professional skills are neededto achieve it through several stages, in the world of organizations paying attention toemployee performance is something that is very important to do in achieving anorganizational goal or in increasing competitiveness and maintaining sustainability. researchsamples are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City. The research design is aquantitative research method used in this study is a survey and questionnaire. The populationand sample of this research are employees of PT. Indo Metro Surya Andala Metro City with apopulation of 70 and a sample of 56 employees. Data collection techniques using aquestionnaire. The analytical tool used is Regression Analysis. The results of the study showthat training, satisfaction and teamwork on employee performance with leadership as amoderating variable have a positive and significant effect on employees

Abstract

Due to the low level of student entrepreneurship, the author conducted research to see whatthe actual conditions are regarding interest in entrepreneurship among management studentsclass of 2019. The aim of the research is to determine the influence of internal and externalfactors on interest in entrepreneurship among management students class of 2019. The typeof research used in this research is quantitative research. Abstract

Based on the data, increasing customers within the company is not only related to the problem of scheduling work and skills in completing marketing, but also regarding how the atmosphere or how to promote products and pay attention to prices and relationships with customers at PT. Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Metro City Branch certainly needs a good promotion and strategy to attract customers so they can compete with other providers. The number of product sales depends on how the company promotes and develops the product brand itself. This study has a goal, namely to whether there is a direct effect on brand image and price on customer loyalty and customer satisfaction. The sample of this research is the customers of PT.Smartfren Telecom Tbk. Metro City branch as many as 36 people. Data collection used a questionnaire, and data analysis used a Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Homogeneity Test, Linearity Test and Regression Significance and Path 2 Substructural Analysis with the program (SPSS 20). The results showed that there was a direct effect of Brand Image and Work Environment on Customer Loyalty, there was a direct effect of Brand Image and Work Environment on Customer Satisfaction, and there was a direct effect of Customer Satisfaction on Customer Loyalty.

Abstract

Service is the most important thing to prioritize in the service sector. Service that is well received by consumers means that the service is right on target. Apart from that, this will be a consumer assessment of the airline's employees and company which can provide a positive image. The formulation of the problem in this research is 1) Does empowerment have an effect on employee commitment? 2) Does internal service quality influence employee commitment? 3) Do empowerment and internal service quality together influence employee commitment? The research sample was Lion Group employees at Radin Inten II International Airport. This research has a population of 18 people < 30 people, so this research will use the entire population without drawing a research sample as a unit of observation which is called a census technique. The analysis technique in this research uses multiple linear regression tests with the SPSS application. From the research results it can be concluded that empowerment has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Internal service quality has a positive and significant influence on employee commitment. Empowerment and internal service quality together have a positive and significant influence on employee commitment.

Abstract

the author gives the title of this thesis "The influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable among consumers of Beautycare Metro Lampung" The main problem in the research is the fluctuation in the number of visitors to Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung, however, to maintain its position as one of the superior beauty clinics, Cantika Beauycare must be able to implement the right marketing strategy. This research aims to examine the influence of marketing communications on purchasing decisions with purchase interest as an intervening variable for Cantika Beautycare Metro Lampung consumers. The variables used in this research are marketing communications as an independent variable, purchase interest as an intervening variable and purchasing decisions as a dependent variable. The data source in the research is primary data where the data collection method uses a questionnaire method distributed at Cantika Beautycare Lampung. The number of samples whose data were successfully processed was 50 respondents. The sample selection method used was the simple random sampling method. Where all populations have the same opportunity to be selected as samples. The data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results of hypothesis testing in this research show that marketing communication and purchasing interest have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions for Cantika BeautycareMetro Lampung products. Abstract

This study aimed at knowing whether product quality was a purchasing decision on batik Silabi Metro city. To find out whether the price of the purchase decision on batik Silabi Metro city. To find out whether promotion on purchasing decisions at Silabi batik Metro city. To find out whether product quality, price and promotion have a significant effect on purchasing decisions at Silabi batik Metro city. The sample in this study amounted to 96 consumers at batik Silabi metro city. Data collection using a questionnaire and data analysis using Validity Test, Reliability Test, Normality Test, Linearity Test, Multicollinearity Test, Multiple Linear Analysis Test, t test, f test, determination r test and Statistical Hypothesis Test. Using the SPSS data processing program. The results showed that 1. product quality had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. 2. Price had a negative and insignificant effect on Purchasing Decisions. 3. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions. 4. Product Quality, Price, and Promotion had a positive and significant effect on Purchasing Decisions.

Abstract

In order to win the competition, each entrepreneur carries out their own marketing strategy,among the marketing strategies that are generally implemented by each company includeincreasing sales promotions and providing complete stock and types of goods so that buyerswill not move to another shop that has complete stock of goods. Apart from that, settingcompetitive prices is also the key to winning the competition, because price is one of the mainconsiderations for consumers in determining where they will shop. This research aims todetermine the effect of sales promotions and inventory on purchasing decisions with price asa mediating variable for customers of the Classic Part & Custom Part & Custom Shop inMetro City. The research design is quantitative research or verification research. The objectof this research is sales promotion, inventory and purchasing decisions with price as amediating variable. The research population and sample were customers of the "SalahParkir" Classic Part & Custom Shop in Metro City with a total sample of 96 people. Datacollection techniques use questionnaires. The Analitical Tool used is data quality analysis and path analysis using the SPSS program. The research results show that sales promotions,inventory and price have a significant direct effect on customer purchasing decisions. Salespromotions and inventory have a direct and significant effect on prices. Price significantlymediates the influence of sales promotions and inventory on customer purchasing decisionsat the "Salah Parkir" Clasics Part & Custom Shop in Metro City

Abstract

In an effort to develop a business, there are a number of tasks and steps that must be taken toachieve optimal business opportunities and maintain competitiveness in the market. Thebroiler business is one example of a promising business that has good potential in thebusiness world, this can be seen from the continuous increase in demand. The purpose of thisstudy was to determine the development strategy of broiler business by identifying relatedmatters in internal factors including strengths and weaknesses, as well as external factorsincluding opportunities and threats. This research uses qualitative methods, with datacollection techniques carried out by interviewing business owners and observation. The dataobtained was analyzed using SWOT which includes IFAS, EFAS, IE matrix and SWOT matrixmethods. The results of this study indicate that UD. 28 Broiler is in quadrant 2, where in thisquadrant it is required to carry out a diversification strategy that requires the Company tomake changes by changing or expanding the product range, in order to close weaknesses andtake advantage of existing opportunities.

Abstract

Customer loyalty is a form of customer loyalty to the company for purchasing the company's products. Customers who are loyal will of course make repeat purchases of the products they buy. The aim of this research is to find out whether there is a direct influence on service quality, price and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty among Metro City Memories Coffee consumers. This research uses a quantitative method by measuring research variables using an instrument in the form of a questionnaire given by Kopi Kenangan consumers in Metro City. The research population was all consumers of memorable coffee with samples taken using an accidental sampling technique so that the number of samples encountered during the research period was 68 people. The collected questionnaire data was then analyzed using a path analysis formula with two structural models. The research results show that there is a direct influence of service quality on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of price on satisfaction, there is a direct influence of service quality on loyalty, there is a direct influence of price on loyalty and there is a direct influence of customer satisfaction on loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work spirit, work commitment on employee performance. This type of research is a quantitative study with a population of 63 employees registered at PT. Pln (Persero) Up3 Metro City only 54 samples used were in accordance with predetermined criteria. The data used is secondary data distribution of questionnaires in the form of a list of questions with several alternative answers for respondents. The statistical test used to test the hypothesis is multiple linear regression analysis and tested using the statistical packages for the social science (SPSS) version 21 program.Based on the results of statistical tests show that Work Discipline, Work Environment has a positive and significant influence on employee performance.
