Abstract

Currently collector businessmen are experiencing problems, namely the absence of data collection for suppliers and collapsed transaction activities. In addition, the administrative data collection process is still carried out manually by the admin, , one of which is using notes when making junk transactions and when partners make payments to collectors, there are often communication errors in junk transactions between suppliers and partners often occur. In order to overcome the existing problems, this research proposes the development of a collector administration information system named SIKEPUL using the laravel framework. The method in developing the system used is the waterfall method. The results showed that the SIKEPUL information system could solve the problems faced. The overall results of the questionnaire for 30 respondents were that 20% said it was very good, 52% said it was good, and 28% said it was enough for this system.

Abstract

Information technology integration is expected to be able to accommodate the ease and improvement in supporting database platforms through intranet and internet infrastructure. Integration is intended to blend desktop and web database systems. Medical Checkup Purwokerto is a designated place to facilitate the checkup health of the official PJTKI Banyumas Disnaker BNP2TKI. The current system, which is a check-up application, is carried out by prospective Indonesian Workers or Medical checkup units, covering many processes including registration, health checks, types, results, payments and reports. There was a buildup of operational activities Clinical work on a daily basis, by the administrator of the medical record so that management aimed at developing a web-based clinical information system includes the scope of the processed database components, access authorization, and security. The method used is the software development life cycle (SDLC) with the Evolutionary Prototype Model. Results, patient data can be integrated as a whole process flow with a client-server network architecture

Abstract

The teacher is a professional educator who has the duties, functions, and roles to educate the nation's children. In Desa Maos Lor Cilacap, some elementary school teachers experienced problems in using Microsoft Office and Google Docs software as a means used in classroom learning media. In the implementation of community service, this discusses how to improve the knowledge and skills of elementary school teachers in Desa Maos Lor in order to optimize Microsoft Office and Google software in supporting academic and non-academic activities in the school environment. The object of research is elementary school teachers in the Maos region by using the method of delivering material directly to participants accompanied by module guides and independent exercises working on case studies. From the results of the activity, the knowledge of Maos Primary School teachers about the use of Microsoft Office and Google Docs has increased so that all activities are well managed and teachers can complete tasks at school to be more effective and efficient so that the main goal of learning to educate the nation's children can be achieved.

Abstract

Usaha kecil menengah (UKM) memiliki peran yang besar dalam pembangunan ekonomi nasional. Di Indonesia, pelaku UKM mayoritas didonimasi oleh masyarakat berpendidikan rendah sehingga dalam proses pemasarannya masih menggunakan cara konvensional. Kegiatan pengabdian ini melakukan pelatihan pemanfaatan internet untuk meningkatkan daya saing bisnis UKM di kabupaten Cilacap. Materi yang disampaikan mulai dari membuat website pribadi untuk penjualan online, membuat deskripsi produk, membuat video dan pengenalan SEO untuk optimasi. Luaran dari pelatihan ini berupa website penjualan online yang dimiliki oleh masing – masing peserta. Harapannya dengan adanya website pribadi kepercayaan calon pembeli mulai terbangun dan produk dari UKM lebih banyak diakses oleh masyarakat dari pemanfaatan google keyword planner.

Abstract

Pesta demokrasi bangsa Indonesia yaitu mengadakan PEMILU untuk menentukan siapa pemimpin bangsa ini akan dilaksanakan kurang lebih satu tahun lagi yaitu pada bulan April tahun 2014 nanti. Walaupun demikian beberapa tokoh bangsa ini telah berani mendeklarasikan diri untuk maju sebagai bakal calon presiden RI 2014 serta tokoh-tokoh lain yang ramai diperbincangkan untuk maju dalam pemilihan presiden nanti. Diantara tokoh-tokoh tersebut ada beberapa wajah lama yang telah dikenali oleh masyarakat luas namun juga muncul wajah-wajah baru diblantika politik Indonesia yang memiliki track record positif yang dapat mengambil simpati masyarakat. Memilih pemimpin negeri ini tentunya bukanlah hal yang mudah. Diperlukan sikap hati-hati dalam memberikan suara karena banyak janji-janji politik yang akan kita dengarkan terutama saat kampanye politik nanti, bahkan tidak jarang strategi money politik masih menjadi senjata ampuh di negeri ini. Hal ini menuntut seseorang agar lebih cermat dalam memilih dan menentukan siapa yang akan memimpin negeri ini, karena salah dalam memilih pemimpin  akan berakibat fatal bagi masa depan bangsa selama lima tahun kedepan. Makalah ini membahas mengenai pengambilan keputusan untuk menentukan kelayakan bakal calon presiden RI 2014. Untuk memecahkan masalah ini penulis menggunakan metode Analytic Hierarchy Process(AHP). Software super decision digunakan untuk melihat nilai konsistensi dari masing-masing tabel perbandingan. Pada akhirnya hasil dari metode ini diharapkan dapat membantu semua pihak yaitu masyarakat Indonesia dalam memilih bakal calon presiden terbaik. Kata kunci: Bakal calon presiden, pengambilan keputusan, AHP (Analytic Hierarchy Process) dan super decision.

Abstract

The Department of Student Association (HMJ) is a student organization at the department level in a university which is an extracurricular activity. HMTI or Informatics Engineering Student Association is one of the HMJ at the Politeknik Negeri Cilacap (PNC). HMTI certainly has a vision and mission, therefore, in order to realize the vision and mission, candidates for management are needed according to the expected criteria. The criteria for determining the decision making of HMTI management include organizational experience, psychology, public speaking, self-confidence, having a warning letter (SP) and IPK. This problem was overcome by making a Decision Support System for the recruitment of HMTI management using the weighted product method. This system makes it easy for HMTI coaches and administrators to determine the candidate for the board. Decision Support System (DSS) is an application of information systems aimed at assisting leaders in the decision-making process. This study resulted in recommendations for prospective HMTI PNC administrators who through optimization of the weighted product method with various criteria used had the highest value, so that they became a reference for HMTI supervisors and administrators to choose candidates for the following year.

Abstract

Abstract               There are many beach tourist destinations in Cilacap Regency, Central Java that can be visited, one of which is Widarapayung beach. Widarapayung Beach is located in Binangun District, Cilacap Regency which is managed under the auspices of the Cilacap Regency Tourism and Culture Office whose implementation is managed by the KODIM 0703 Cilacap Cooperative. The impact of the COVID-19 pandemic and the implementation of the PSBB caused the manager to have difficulty in providing information regarding the facilities available at Widarapayung Beach to potential visitors.                During the pandemic and the implementation of the PSBB, all information publications on Widarapayung beach were limited. Not all information about Widarapayung beach is known by the surrounding community or people from outside Cilacap. One of the multimedia developments that can provide visitors with the introduction of Widarapayung beach landmarks to make it easier to find more interesting information about Widarapayung beach by developing Augmented Reality technology. The result of this research activity is to implement Augmented Reality technology for the introduction of Widarapayung beach landmarks, Cilacap Regency so that visitors can more easily find out the facilities and information in Widarapayung based on Android. Keywords: augmented reality; landmark; widarapayung beach

Abstract

Internship is one of the efforts to align the knowledge or competencies obtained during the lecture with the world of work directly. In this research will be built an industrial internship management system starting from industry submissions, internship guidance and assessment of industry seminars with User Centered Design. This UCD method focuses on designing user-oriented systems. The results of the study were conducted with a usability test with 20 items (items) and 19 respondents, it can be concluded that each component of usability gets a value of > 80% which means it has a very good predicate, while the overall usability test of 87.69% includes a very good predicate.

Abstract

One of the factors that affect the comfort of the learning process at school is students who violate school rules. To maintain school order, it is necessary to give punishment as stipulated in the school's decision. Decision Support System can be implemented as a media to support decision making in giving punishment to problematic students. In general, punishment for problematic students uses a point system according to the type of violation. However, the calculation and management process is still done conventionally which is prone to human error. Engineering punishment is very likely to occur due to the like and dislike factor. This of course causes the school's decision to be wrong. This study aims to make a Decision Support System application to determine the level of punishment for problematic students using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) method and the Decision Table. The weighting of violation points is based on three criteria, namely academic violations, aesthetic violations, and ethical violations. The results showed that the calculation of the weighted score of each type of student violation became more precise.
