Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of (1) Organizational culture on Employee Performance (2) Job satisfaction on Employee Performance (3) OCB on Employee performance (4) Organizational culture, job satisfaction and OCB together affect the performance of Employees of the Livestock and Animal Health Service of South Coast District. The population in this study across all employees was 65 people. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study show that (1) Organizational culture has a significant positive influence on Employee performance (2) Job satisfaction has a positive and significant influence on employee performance (3) OCB has a positive and significant influence on Employee performance (4) Organizational Culture, Job Satisfaction and OCB together have a positive and significant effect on employee performance in DPKH Pantai Selatan Regency. It is expected that agency management must pay attention to organizational culture, employee job satisfaction, and create good job satisfaction in the agency, because job satisfaction is a big influence in improving performance. Because to achieve better productivity and achievement of agency goals, good job satisfaction, organizational culture and good OCB are needed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji secara empiris sejauhmana investasi, angkatan kerja , pengeluaran pemerintah berpengaruh terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi di Provinsi Sumatera Barat. Penelitian ini menggunakan data kuantitatif, yaitu data yang berupa angka atau bisa diangkakan, analisis statistik lebih tepat digunakan pada data ini. Analisis statistik terdiri dari statistik deskriptif dan statistik inferensial. Analisis deskriptif di sini dibantu dengan menggunakan tabel dan grafik. Secara inferensial akan digunakan pendekatan hasil perhitungan model regresi linear berganda, termasuk uji statistik. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, ternyata secara parsial Investasi berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, Angkatan kerja berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah (rutin dan pembangunan) berpengaruh signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Sumatera Barat. Begitu pula secara simultan (bersama-sama) Investasi, Angkatan Kerja dan Pengeluaran Pemerintah signifikan mempengaruhi Pertumbuhan Ekonomi Sumatera Barat.Kata Kunci : Investasi, angkatan kerja, pengeluaran pemerintah dan pertumbuhan ekonomi

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas pelayanan terhadapkepuasan masyarakat pada Kantor Camat Kecamatan Siberut Selatan KabupatenKepulauan Mentawai. Jenis penelitian ini adalah jenis penelitian penjelasan(explanatory research), karena dalam penelitian ini berusaha mengembangkankonsep, menghimpun fakta, dan menjelaskan hubungan kausal antara variabelpenelitian melalui pengujian hipotesa. Populasinya adalah seluruh masyarakat yangada di Kecamatan Siberut Selatan yang berurusan dengan aparatur Kecamatansedangkan metode sampling menggunakan teknik accidental sampling sehinggaditetapkan jumlah sampel 100 orang. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalampenelitian ini adalah Regresi Linear Sederhana.Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas pelayanan berpengaruh signifikanterhadap kepuasan masyarakat pada pada Kantor Kecamatan Siberut SelatanKabupaten Kepulauan Mentawai yang diperlihatkan oleh t hitung > t tabel (10,716 >1,645). Hal ini juga dibuktikan dari hasil pengujian signifikansi yang menyertainyayaitu Sig = 0,00 yang lebih kecil dari α = 0,05.Kata kunci: pelayanan, kepuasan, kantor camat mentawai

Abstract

The survey conducted turned out to be the low performance of PT. Incasi Raya Padang. This is certainly influenced by several factors, including the work environment, work discipline and work motivation. This study aims to see the influence of: a) The influence of the work environment, work discipline on employee work motivation. b). The influence of work motivation, work environment and work discipline on employee performance. c). The influence of the work environment and work discipline on the performance of PT. Incasi Raya Padang with work motivation as an intervention. The population and samples in this study were employees of PT. Incasi Raya Padang as many as 60 people. Sample determination using total sampling. Data processing using Path Analysis. The results of this study show that the work environment has a significant effect on employee motivation. Work discipline has no significant effect on employee motivation.  Motivation has a significant effect on employee performance. The work environment does not have a significant effect on the performance of PT. Incasi Raya Padang. Work discipline has a significant effect on the performance of PT. Incasi Raya Padang.  Indirectly, the work environment (X1) through motivation (Y) has a significant effect on employee performance. Indirectly, work discipline through motivation has an insignificant effect on PT. Incasi Raya Padang. The advice that can be conveyed in this study is for PT. Incasi Raya Padang can pay attention to employee comfort at work, because this is seen from the results of surveys and respondents' results on the work environment, it still shows poor results. Employee discipline must be prioritized and improved, so as to increase work motivation which has an impact on improving employee performance in carrying out tasks. Giving awards to employees in the form of position promotion can increase work motivation, so that it has a direct impact on employee performance.

Abstract

The purpose of this PKM activity is for the resulting product to have a wider market, so that the Product has a brand and pirt permit so that it can be marketed to the supermarket, so that the resulting product has an elegant packaging and attracts consumers to buy the product and the resulting product has a better quality is not easily musty, oily and melempem. The methods used are superstition, training, mentoring and evaluation. From the results of this activity obtained the quality of the product no longer smells musty, not greasy and does not melt because it uses a spiner machine and impulse sealer. PKM partners already have packaging and brand products and household industrial products (PIRT) numbers so that products can have a wider market, one of which is supermarkets. To be able to obtain pirt number PKM partners must follow the training conducted by the Pekanbaru Health Office. Participants will get a certificate of counseling and then for health center.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of competence, interpersonal communication and service quality on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. The method used in this research is quantitative research with a descriptive and associative approach. The population in this study were 8,462 patients who came during 2021. The sample used was 100 people using a purposive sampling technique. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the study show that: (1) Competence has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (2) Interpersonal communication has a positive and significant effect on BPJS patient satisfaction at Padang Pariaman District Hospital. (3) Service quality has a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. (4) Competence, interpersonal communication and quality of service simultaneously have a positive and significant effect on patient satisfaction at the BPJS RSUD Padang Pariaman Regency. The conclusion of the research results shows, the higher the competence, the higher patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the competence, the lower patient satisfaction. The better the interpersonal communication, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the worse the interpersonal communication, the lower the patient satisfaction. The higher the quality of service, the higher the patient satisfaction, conversely the lower the quality of service, the lower the patient satisfaction.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of (1) work placement on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (2) work ability on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (3) career development on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees, (4) promotion on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees and (5) work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously on the work motivation of BPKPD Kota Pariaman employees. The sample is all employees at BPKPD Kota Pariaman as many as 60 people. Data processing uses Multiple Linear Regression using the SPSS 25 application program. The results of this study indicate that (1) Work placement has a significant positive effect on work motivation (2) Work ability has a positive influence on work motivation (3) Career development has a positive influence positive effect on employee motivation (4) Promotion has a positive effect on work motivation and (5) Work placement, work ability, career development and promotion simultaneously affect employee motivation in BPKPD Kota Pariaman.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors of corruption and governance in determining the amount of Regional Government Revenue in all provinces in Indonesia. This research method uses quantitative approach by analyzing the number of corruption cases that have been taken in kracht in court as well as the results of evaluations of the regional government performance from 2010 to 2017. A total of 30 provinces from 34 provinces in Indonesia were taken as samples to avoid abnormal distribution. The model used is the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) showing that the factors of corruption and governance determine significantly in the opposite direction, where the corruption factor determines the negative direction while the governance factor determines the Regional Government Revenue positively. The two independent variables show that there is a close relationship between corruption and governance, this can occur with improved governance, which will reduce the level of corruption so that it can increase Regional Government Revenue. One way of governance to reduce the occurrence of corruption is to implement the application of one-stop service and e-system.

Abstract

This study aims to identify and analyze the factors that influence Customer Satisfiction KM Ambu-Ambu In Mentawai Islands. Methodology/approach - This study uses a quantitative method, because it meets scientific principles, namely concrete, objective, measurable, rational and systematic. Data collection techniques is conducted by giving or distributing a list of questions to respondents in the hope that they will respond to the list of questions. The research instrument uses validity, reliability, and classic assumption tests. Then to test the Path Analysis hypothesis is by using SPSS.Findings - Facilities and convenience have a significant effect on consumer satisfaction, while services are not significant on consumer satisfaction. to get to the service is influenced by facilities and comfort. furthermore, facilities and comfort are not significant to consumer satisfaction due to intervening in the form of services. Novelty/value - In light of this, we believe it is crucial to examine how comfort and failure affect satisfaction in KM vessels. Ambu-Ambu. An overview of the impact of amenities and comfort on patron satisfaction at KM Ambu-Ambu is given in this article.

Abstract

This study aims to see the effect of 1) The effect of sense experience on customer satisfaction. 2). The effect of Feel experience on customer satisfaction. 3). the effect of think experience on customer satisfaction. 4). the impact of act insight on consumer loyalty. 5). The effect of relate experience on customer satisfaction. 6). the effect of customer satisfaction on word of mouth. The results of this study indicate that 1). Sense experience fundamentally affects consumer loyalty. 2). Feel experience has a significant effect on customer satisfaction. 3). Think experience fundamentally affects consumer loyalty. 4). Act experience essentially affects consumer loyalty. 5). Relate experience fundamentally affects consumer loyalty. 6). Consumer loyalty fundamentally affects verbal. Variable sense insight, Feel insight, think insight, act insight, relate insight with a critical worth of 0.00<0.05 and variable Consumer loyalty with a huge worth of 0.00 <0.05. The author suggests that promotional activities through word of mouth can continue to be improved in the future because this will be able to increase consumer trust and loyalty and improve experiental marketing by paying attention to sense insight, Feel insight, think insight, act insight, relate insight.
