Abstract

The aims this research to determine whether there is influence of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning. The type of this study is a correlational survey involving independent variables consisting of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation while the dependent variable is forward roll of achievement learning. The research sample was 40 students from SMK Layoa Bantaeng who were taken by purposive random sampling. The research instrument was arm muscle strength test using push and pull dynamometer, leg muscle strength test using leg dynamometer, and motivational questionnaire as well as forward roll process instruments. The results showed that there was a significant effect of upper extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05), there was a significant effect of lower extremity strength on forward roll of achievement learning 0.05), there was a significant effect of motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05) and there is a significant effect together of upper extremity strength, lower extremity strength and motivation on forward roll of achievement learning (p 0.05).

Abstract

This research is classroom action research. The series of cycles 1 and 2 used are: 1) planning, 2) action, 3) observation, 4) reflection. The subjects of this study were fifth graders of Elementary School 156 Wonosari, Sukamaju Region of North Luwu totaled 17 students. Research data were taken through written tests and practical tests. Test data collection tools used in the form of observation guidelines, journals, questionnaires, and photo documentation. Data were analyzed quantitatively. Based on the data analysis that had been carried out, the conclusions obtained are: 1) in the first cycle has not reached the predetermined success indicators, which 75% of students get a score of 70 or more. The percentage of completeness obtained in cycle 1 is 29.41% or 5 people who completed from 17 students. Thus the research was continued to the next cycle. 2) At the second cycle meeting, the results were 94.12% or 16 students who scored > 70 out of 17 students overall. The indicators of research success which is set in this study have been achieved. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the improvement of student learning outcomes for fifth graders of Elementary School 156 Wonosari, Sukamaju Region of North Luwu is significant. It is suggested that teachers should apply a scientific approach using a cooperative learning model using peer teaching methods to improve learning outcomes.

Abstract

Fundament of motion was recognized as essential to social and emotional lives of children. Because the fundament motion helps individuals become dependent on others and can play a role in the intellectual development of children. The aims this studi are to determine how big the fundament motion of elementary school students in the city of Makassar and profile picture of the level of the fundament motion of elementary school students in Makassar. This research is a study with a description of a single variable, namely the fundament motion consists of locomotor movements, nonlokomotor and manipulatif. With a sample of some 408 people consisting of 207 students and 201 female students were taken by purposive random sampling from seven primary schools, namely SD Inpres Manggala Makassar, SD Rama Sejahtera Makassar, SD Negeri Tamamaung I Makassar, SD Negeri Melayu Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Aisyiah Muhammadiyah 3 Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Negeri KIP Maccini Makassar  dan SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang I Makassar. Locomotor instrument uses sprinting 30 meters, nonlokomotor stroke stand, manipulatif shuttle run and throwing a tennis ball catching. Data were analyzed with descriptive statistics. The results showed that the average fundament motion the men's category was high (35.27%). With a profile of Very High category 4 (1.93%), High 73 (35.27%), Medium 65 (31.40%), Low 43 people (20.77%) and Very Low 22 (10.63%). While the average fundament motion girls is moderate (42.29%), with the profile category of Very High 14 (6.97%), High 42 (20.89%), Medium 85 people (42.29%), Low 52 (25.87%) and very Low 8 people (3.98%). Keywords: Fundament Motion, Childhood, Elementary School, Locomotor, Non Locomotor, Manipulatif AbstrakGerak dasar dikenal sebagai bagian esensial bagi kehidupan sosial dan emosional anak. Karena gerak dasar membantu individu menjadi tidak tergantung pada orang lain dan dapat memainkan peran dalam perkembangan intelektual anak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar tingkat gerak dasar siswa SD di Kota Makassar dan gambaran profil tingkat gerak dasar siswa SD di Kota Makassar. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskripsi dengan variable tunggal yaitu kemampuan gerak dasar terdiri atas gerak lokomotor, nonlokomotor dan manipulatif. Dengan sampel penelitian sejumlah 408 orang terdiri atas siswa 207 orang dan siswi 201 orang yang diambil secara purposive random sampling yang berasal dari tujuh sekolah dasar, yaitu SD Inpres Manggala Makassar, SD Rama Sejahtera Makassar, SD Negeri Tamamaung I Makassar, SD Negeri Melayu Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Aisyiah Muhammadiyah 3 Kec Wajo Makassar, SD Negeri KIP Maccini Makassar  dan SD Inpres Bertingkat Mamajang I Makassar. Instrumen lonomotor menggunakan lari cepat 30 meter, nonlokomotor stroke stand, manipulatif shuttle run dan lempar tangkap bola tenis. Data dianalisis dengan statistik deskriptif.  Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa rata-rata gerak dasar kelompok putra kategori adalah tinggi (35.27%). Dengan profil kategori Sangat Tinggi  4 orang (1.93%), Tinggi 73 orang (35.27%), Sedang 65 orang (31.40%), Rendah 43 orang (20.77%) dan Sangat Rendah 22 orang (10.63%). Sedangkan rata-rata gerak dasar putri adalah sedang (42.29%), dengan profil kategori Sangat Tinggi 14 orang (6.97%), Tinggi 42 orang (20.89%), Sedang 85 orang (42.29%), Rendah 52 orang (25.87%) dan Sangat Rendah 8 orang (3.98%). Kata Kunci: Gerak Dasar, Anak, Sekolah Dasar, Lokomotor, Non Lokomotor, Manipulatif

Abstract

Saat ini sedang berkembang pencatatan waktu otomatis yang dijual oleh beberapa perusahan perlatan olahraga ternama seperti. Namun sayangnya, harga perangkat tersebut sangatlah mahal, dan membuat setiap pelatih ataupun praktisi olahraga terkendala untuk mendapatkannya. Karena fakta dan permasalahan tersebut, maka penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan prototipe sistem pencatatan waktu untuk pengukuran kecepatan secara otomatis pada sprint 60-meter, dengan menggunakan perangkat sederhana dengan harga yang murah, namun memiliki tingkat presisi dan akurasi yang baik. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian research and development, dimana dalam proses pengembangan dan pembuatan pencatatan waktu otomatis, penelitian ini mengambil contoh dari timing gate yang sudah divalidasi sebelumnya. Dalam penelitian ini, kami juga sudah melakukan uji coba kepada 12 atlet sprinter (tinggi badan 172.8 ± 9.31, berat badan 61.05 ± 6.90, BMI 20.38 ± 0.87) terkait kegunaan alat tersebut. Rata-rata kecepatan lari seluruh subjek pada pos 10-meter adalah 2.44 ± 0.23 detik, pos 20-meter adalah 3.71 ± 0.18 detik, pos 30-meter adalah 4.75 ± 0.22 detik, pos 40-meter adalah 6.39 ± 0.31 detik, 50-meter adalah 7.65 ± 0.41 detik, dan 60-meter adalah 9.12 ± 0.49 detik. Penelitian research and development terkait pengembangan pencatatan waktu otomatis dalam penelitian ini, menunjukkan bahwa pencatatan waktu otomatis dapat dibuat dengan harga ekonomis, dan dapat digunakan untuk mengukur kecepatan lari 60-meter.Development of track timer prototype system for automatic speed measurement on 60-meter sprints AbstractCurrently, automatic track timers are being sold by several well-known sports equipment companies. Unfortunately, the price of the device is very expensive and makes every coach or practitioner constrained to get it. Because of these facts and problems, this research was aimed to develop a prototype track timer system for automatic speed measurement on a 60-meter sprint, using a simple device at a low price, but has a good level of precision and accuracy. This study used to research and development research methods, wherein the process of developing and manufacturing automatic track timers, this study takes the example of a timing gate that has been validated before. In this study, we have also tested 12 sprinters (height 172.8 ± 9.31, weight 61.05 ± 6.90, BMI 20.38 ± 0.87) related to the use of the tools. The average running speed of all subjects on a 10-meter post is 2.44 ± 0.23 seconds, a 20-meter post is 3.71 ± 0.18 seconds, a 30-meter post is 4.75 ± 0.22 seconds, a 40-meter post is 6.39 ± 0.31 seconds, 50- The meter is 7.65 ± 0.41 seconds, and the 60-meter is 9.12 ± 0.49 seconds. This research shows that track timers can be made at economical prices, and can be used to measure 60-meter running speed.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan pengaruh latihan leg press eksentrik, latihan leg press konsentrik, dan latihan leg press konvensional terhadap kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh. Jenis penelitian eksperimen lapangan dengan desain randomized group pretest-postest design. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa putra SMA Negeri 2 Makassar yang terpilih 60 orang secara random, kemudian subjek dibagi menjadi tiga kelompok berdasarkan hasil tes awal kekuatan otot tungkai. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 8 minggu dengan frekuensi latihan 3 kali per minggu. Sebelum perlakuan terlebih dulu subjek penelitian diberi pretest, yang materi tesnya sama dengan materi posttest, yaitu tes kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa latihan leg press konvensional lebih besar meningkatkan kekuatan otot tungkai dan kemampuan lompat jauh daripada latihan leg press konsentrik dan latihan leg press eksentrik (p < 0.05).

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sejauh mana perbedaan gaya mengajar latihan dan gaya mengajar komando  terhadap keterampilan passing atas bolavoli. Subjek penelitian ini adalah siswa putera kelas 2 SMA Negeri 1 Gangking Kec. Gantarang Bulukumba, yang terpilih 20 orang secara maching ordinal, kemudian subjek dibagi menjadi dua kelompok berdasarkan urutan. Penelitian ini dilakukan selama 16 kali pertemuan. Sebelum perlakuan, terlebih dulu subjek penelitian diberi pretest, yang materi tesnya sama dengan materi posttest, yaitu tes keterampilan passing atas. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa gaya mengajar latihan lebih besar meningkatkan keterampilan passing atas bolavoli daripada gaya mengajar komando (p<0.05).Kata-kata Kunci : Gaya Mengajar, Keterampilan Passing AtasABSTRACT This study aims to determine the extent to which differences in training style of teaching and commando style of teaching to over passing of volleyball skills. The subject of this study is the grade 2 students SMA Negeri 1 Gangking Gantarang Bulukumba, which elected 20 people in maching ordinal, then the subjects were divided into two groups based on sequence. The research was conducted over 16 sessions. Before the first treatment subjects were given a pretest, the test material with posttest materials, namely passing on skills tests. The results showed that the exercise style of teaching greater skills the passing of volleyball of skills than commando style of teaching (p <0.05).Key Words : Style of Teaching and Over Passing of Volleyball Skills

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan keterampilan bermain bola basket antara metode komando dengan metode konvensional ditinjau dari tingkat kelincahan. Desain penelitian factorial 2X2 dengan variable perlakuan metode komando dan metode konvensional serta variable terikat adalah keterampilan bermain bola basket sedangkan variabel moderator, yaitu kelincahan. Sampel penelitian adalah siswa putera SMP Negeri 1 Binamu sejumlah 60 orang dan dibagi 15 orang setiap sel. Pelaksanaan eksperimen selama 18 kali pertemuan. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah tes menggiring bola (dribbling) dan mengoper (passing)  serta tes kelincahan dengan shuttle run test 4X10 meter. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa 1) keterampilan bermain bola basket kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando (A1) lebih bak daripada kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar konvensional (A2) (XA1= 31.43 > XA2 = 28.93), 2) kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando kelincahan tinggi (A1B1) lebih baik meningkatkan keterampilan bermain bola basket secara signifikan daripada metode mengajar konvensional kelincahan tinggi (A2B1) (XA1B1 = 38.226 > XA2B1 = 32.4), 3) Tidak terdapat perbedaan kelompok siswa yang diajar dengan metode mengajar komando kelincahan rendah (A1B2) dan metode mengajar konvensional kelincahan rendah (A2B2) (XA1B2= 24.6 = X A2B2 = 25.466). dan 4) terdapat interaksi yang signifikan antara metode mengajar (A) dan kelincahan (B) terhadap  keterampilan bermain bola basket (Fo = 12.497,  sig = 0.001 < α = 0.05).Kata-Kata Kunci : Metode Komando, Metode Konvensional, Kelincahan dan Keterampilan Bermain Bola Basket ABSTRACT        The aism this research to determine the difference between the skills of playing basketball command methods with conventional methods in terms of level of agility. This research use factorial design 2X2 with variable treatment are conventional methods and command methods and the dependent variable is the skill of playing basketball while moderator variables, namely agility. Samples were students of SMP Negeri 1 Binamu son some 60 people and divided 15 people each cell. Implementation of the experiment for 18 meetings. The research instrument used was a test dribbling (dribbling) and pass (passing) as well as the agility test with 4x10 meter shuttle run test. The results research showed that 1) the skills to play basketball group of students who are taught by the teaching methods of command (A1) is more like than any group of students who are taught by the teaching methods of conventional (A2) (XA1 = 31.43> XA2 = 28.93), 2) a group of students taught by the teaching method command high agility (A1B1) better improve the skills of playing basketball significantly than the teaching methods of conventional high agility (A2B1) (XA1B1 = 38 226> XA2B1 = 32.4), 3) There is no difference in the group of students who are taught by the teaching methods low agility command (A1B2) and conventional teaching methods agility low (A2B2) (XA1B2 = 24.6 = X A2B2 = 25 466). and 4) there is a significant interaction between method of teaching (A) and agility (B) the skills to play basketball (Fo = 12 497, sig = 0.001 <α = 0.05). Keywords: Command Methods, Conventional Methods, Agility and Play Skills Basketball

Abstract

This study aims to determine is there any effect of direct learning methods (MPL) on high jump skills, is there any influence of problem solving learning methods (MPM) on high jump skills, and there are differences in the effect of direct learning methods (MPL) and problem solving learning methods (MPM) on high jump skills. The research subjects were students SMP Negeri 29 Makassar and were randomly selected and 20 people were gathered, and made into two groups consisting of 10 people each group. The research used a pretest-posttest design. This research was conducted during eight meetings. Before treatment, samples were given in a process high jump of skill test, then were treated according to the methods of each group then after treatment were given a posttest. The results showed that there was a significant effect of MPL on high jumping of skills (p <0.05); there was a significant effect of MPM on increasing the high jump process of skills (p <0.05); and MPM significantly improved high jumping of skills than MPL (p <0.05). The conclusion of this study 1) MPL improves high jumping skills, 2) MPM increases high jumping skills, and 3) MPM is better than MPL.

Abstract

There are 2 problems which become the urgency in this research; student activity unit for badminton is a new sports medium, thus it needs improvement in training forms, one of the training form is the improvement of smash basic skill. The aims of this research are to discover the influence of fullover training towards badminton smash basic skill , and also applying the research and training process which correspond with Covid 19 health protocol. This research is an experiment type. Independent variable (badminton smash basic skill) dependent variable (fullover training). Sampling technique used saturated sample wich is all the population of badminton student activity unit at UM Palopo which are 20 atlethes. Test instrument used smash basic skill test. Time and place corresponded with WFH( work from home), research processes (pre test, treatment, post test) were monitored online through Zoom meeting and UM Palopo E-learning . The results of hypothesis test found that t-count 3,647 bigger than t-table 1,833 at the 5% significancy or 0,05. according to the hypothesis test, it can be concluded that Fullover training influence the badminton smash basic skill.
