Abstract

This study was conducted with the aim of assessing the level of physical fitness of MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students. The type of research used is descriptive quantitative, and the method applied is survey. The population that became the focus of the research was all MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students. The research sample consisted of 267 students, selected through the total sampling method. Data collection techniques were carried out through TKJI tests and measurements, including sit-ups, vertical jump, pull-ups, 40 meter sprints, and 600 meter runs. Data analysis used a percentage-based quantitative descriptive statistical approach. The results showed that students' physical fitness level could be categorized as "Excellent" in 2 students (0.75%), "Good" in 68 students (25.47%), "Moderate" in 117 students (43.82%), "Less" in 70 students (26.22%), and "Very Poor" in 10 students (3.75%). Thus, it can be concluded that the level of physical fitness of MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir students in general is in the "Moderate" category.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengethui minat masyarakat dalam partisipasi aktivitas fisik di Lapang Merdeka Sukabumi. Metodologi yang digunakan adalah campuran (mixed-method) yang memadukan metode penelitian kuantitatif dan kualitatif yang didukung dengann metode explanatory sequential design (rancangan seksuensial eksplanatori). Sampel penelitian ini adalah masyarakat berusia 16 – 18 tahun yang sedang melakukan aktivitas fisik di lapang Merdeka kota Sukabumi dan diperoleh responden sebanyak 250 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa penelitian menghasilkan dua hasil dari kuantitatif dan kualitatif, hasil kuantitatif dengan pengukuran kuesioner GPAQ pada aktivitas fisik masyarakat di Lapang Merdeka Kota Sukabumi dibagi pada 3 kategori yaitu kategori rendah sebesar “21%” (21 orang), sedang sebesar “66%” (66 orang) dan tinggi sebesar “13%” (13 orang). Berdasarkan nilai rata-rata, yaitu 1808 aktivitas fisik berada pada kategori sedang karena jarang melakukan aktivitas fisik berat dan sering melakukan aktivitas fisik sedang. Hasil kualitatif menunjukkan dengan metode wawancara mennjukkan bahwa rata-rata sampel memiliki aktivitas fisik dengan kategori sedang karena jarang melakukan aktivitas fisik.

Abstract

Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah Socialization and Training is a training and outreach activity regarding Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah which can be used as one of the physical activities to improve the degree of physical fitness of students in Muhammadiyah schools and the Muhammadiyah community. This fitness exercise involves all ages and has irreversible movements, so it can be done together. The activity locations were in several Muhammadiyah schools, namely MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir with 287 students and 14 teachers, MTs Muhammadiyah Cipoho 27 students, SMA Muhammadiyah Sukabumi City with 37 students and in Kp. Cigrass Ds. Sela Awi kec. There were 40 people in Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency, bringing the total activity participants to 405 participants. Activities carried out for 6 months with meetings once a week. Schedule of activities attached. The achievement of the success of the training was 65% of the participants had memorized the Muhamamdoyah fitness movement and the rest had not memorized it well. We can say that the activity went quite well. There were several factors that hindered the implementation of socialization and training including limited time at school which was cut short by the Ramadan holidays and Eid al-Fitr holidays so that it had quite an effect on the results of the Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah training because participants were cut off for training and when the exercises started again, the participants forgot again with the movements so they had to start over from the beginning in providing training, the characteristics of students who were still difficult to instruct and students' interest in gymnastic activities were still lacking. However, the supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, teacher participation, and conducive school support.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan pada saat mengikuti Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) Beach 3 di Universitas Muhammadiyah Sorong. Tujuan dari penelitian ini tidak lain untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat aktivitas fisik Mahasiswa dalam Program Kampus Merdeka Di Sorong dengan menggunakan kuesioner IPAQ dan GPAQ. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan populasi berjumlah 367 Mahasiswa dari 207 perguruan tinggi di Indonesia dan jumlah sampel yang diambil 191 Mahasiswa. Teknik pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan angket. Analisis data statistik deskriptif dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Microsoft Excel. Dari analisis data yang dilakukan dengan kuesioner IPAQ adalah 107 Mahasiswa (56%) kategori Tinggi, 75 Mahasiswa (39%) kategori Sedang, 9 Mahasiswa (5%) kategori Rendah. Sedangkan untuk kuesioner GPAQ yakni 139 Mahasiswa (73%) kategori Tinggi, 38 Mahasiswa (20%) kategori Sedang, 14 Mahasiswa (7%) kategori Rendah. Dari data tersebut bisa disimpulkan bahwa aktivitas fisik Mahasiswa dalam mengikuti Program Pertukaran Mahasiswa Merdeka (PMM) Beach 3 di Sorong termasuk dalam kategori Tinggi.

Abstract

The problem of this research is the lack of basic lay-up techniques in the Garuda Sukabumi basketball club. This study aims to determine the increase in basic lay-up technique skills through audio-visual media in basketball games. This type of research is qualitative with the action research method and the research design uses the Kemmis and Taggart spiral models. The population of this research is 20 people taken by purposive sampling technique. This research was conducted in 10 meetings with a lay-up training process using audio-visual media, in which the initial test (pretest) was carried out for the first meeting, then the second to ninth meetings were given actions and for the tenth meeting, the final test was carried out (posttest). . Based on data processing, the results of the research during the training process in cycle I were that the participants experienced an increase in the lay-up movement, the increase in the training process for the participants in the lay-up movement can be seen from the results of the instrument test on the lay-up movement through audio-visual media and got 83% of the meeting first to the 10th meeting in cycle I. In conclusion, the training process is given easily and the knowledge of lay up increases.

Abstract

Objective :This study aims to examine the effect of the blended learning model on learning motivation in physical education for fifth-grade students at SD Aisyiyah, Sukabumi. Method: The research employed a quantitative pre-experimental design using a One-Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population consisted of all fifth-grade students, and a sample of 21 students was selected using cluster random sampling within a probability sampling framework. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired-sample t-test. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics and a paired sample t-test. Results: The analysis demonstrated an increase in student learning motivation after the implementation of blended learning. The pretest produced a mean score of 27.04 (SD=9.255), while the posttest mean score increased to 38.00 (SD=3.619). The paired-sample t-test yielded a significance value of 0.000 (<0.05), that the blended learning model had a significant effect on students’ learning motivation. Novelty: This study contributes to the existing literature on blended learning by emphasizing its effectiveness in enhancing motivation in physical education, an area that often receives less attention compared to academic subjects. The findings offer empirical evidence that blended learning can be a valuable approach in elementary school to promote students’ engagement and motivation in physical activity learning.
