Abstract

Pandemi covid-19 telah mengubah pendidikan di seluruh dunia. Setelah beberapa waktu pandemi, pembelajaran campuran yang menggabungkan pembelajaran jarak jauh dan tatap muka menjadi alternatif pembelajaran dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran penuh secara online. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menggali persepsi mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tentang potensi, kelebihan dan kekurangan model pembelajaran campuran atau blended learning. Sebuah survei online digunakan untuk melihat pandangan 135 mahasiswa pendidikan jasmani tentang blended learning. Teknik analisis data menggunakan IBM SPSS versi 25.0, dengan populasinya mahasiswa pendidikan Jasmani dan sampelnya itu menggunakan total sampling. Temuan utama dalam penelitian ini yaitu persepsi mahasiswa terhadap pembelajaran campuran atau blended learning ini mengaggap bahwa pembelajaran campuran lebih memperburuk hubungan sosial dan membebankan guru pendidikan jasmani dikarenakan guru pendidikan jasmani pada masa pandemi ini harus bisa menggunakan berbagai media untuk pembelajaran secara online. Dan juga dalam pembelajaran campuran atau blended learning ini, keterbatasan sarana teknologi bagi siswa sangat berpengaruh terhadap pembelajaran. Penelitian lebih lanjut diperlukan untuk menganalisis tentang pembelajaran campuran atau blended learning dalam pendidikan jasmani.

Abstract

The game of woodball requires athletes to concentrate fully on themselves and other objects that are internalized into the body, namely between hitting movements and other objects, namely the beater (malet) so that when the body reaches full attention or concentration, the accuracy of the strokes can hit the target properly. This study tries to reveal the effect of yoga on gating hitting in woodball athletes in Sukabumi City. The study used an experimental method with a one-group pretest-posttest research design. The population in this study were all Woodball athletes from Sukabumi, totaling 30 athletes.The instrument in this study was the gating skill test. The data analysis technique used in this study used t-test analysis using SPSS version 21. The results showed that there was an effect of yoga practice on the results of Woodball gating strokes in Woodball athletes from Sukabumi City. From the results of this study, yoga movements in general can have a positive effect on calmness and concentration when doing gating shots in woodball. The conclusion is that yoga exercises in increasing gating woodball strokes are yoga exercises that can help improve calm and concentration when hitting woodball.

Abstract

The end of the woodball game is to put a wooden ball through a gate installed in the ground. Victory is obtained from the lowest shot or few strokes on each track or several tracks. Gating is one of the techniques in woodball that determines the end of the game. Success in gating strokes cannot be separated from the training process carried out. Training is carried out on PWbC woodball players by adjusting the distance and position of the ball, without any training aids. Beginner players find it difficult to practice basic swing gating. Gating shots that are not yet stable and not right on target. PWbC woodball players waste gating shots when playing 12 fairways and 24 fairways. The aim of this research is to provide a gating practice model using a drill gating tool. Media tools have a role in training the basics of a consistent swing. The research method used in this research is experimentation. Using a one group pretest-posttest design. Data collection was carried out by measuring gating precision on 25 PWbC club participants in South Tangerang city, carrying out the test using a gating accuracy test instrument. The results obtained were 4 (four) participants in the very good category. Gating ability in the good category numbered 10 (ten) participants, in the medium category there were 7 (seven) people, then there were only 3 (three) participants who had the poor category in gating ability.

Abstract

Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah Socialization and Training is a training and outreach activity regarding Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah which can be used as one of the physical activities to improve the degree of physical fitness of students in Muhammadiyah schools and the Muhammadiyah community. This fitness exercise involves all ages and has irreversible movements, so it can be done together. The activity locations were in several Muhammadiyah schools, namely MI Muhammadiyah Cipetir with 287 students and 14 teachers, MTs Muhammadiyah Cipoho 27 students, SMA Muhammadiyah Sukabumi City with 37 students and in Kp. Cigrass Ds. Sela Awi kec. There were 40 people in Sukaraja, Sukabumi Regency, bringing the total activity participants to 405 participants. Activities carried out for 6 months with meetings once a week. Schedule of activities attached. The achievement of the success of the training was 65% of the participants had memorized the Muhamamdoyah fitness movement and the rest had not memorized it well. We can say that the activity went quite well. There were several factors that hindered the implementation of socialization and training including limited time at school which was cut short by the Ramadan holidays and Eid al-Fitr holidays so that it had quite an effect on the results of the Senam Bugar Muhamamdiyah training because participants were cut off for training and when the exercises started again, the participants forgot again with the movements so they had to start over from the beginning in providing training, the characteristics of students who were still difficult to instruct and students' interest in gymnastic activities were still lacking. However, the supporting factors include adequate facilities and infrastructure, teacher participation, and conducive school support.

Abstract

Sepak bola merupakan olahraga yang populer dan menuntut keterampilan tinggi dalam dribbling. Dalam rangka meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling pemain, penelitian ini menguji efektivitas latihan berbasis permainan dan latihan ball feeling pada tim sepak bola Marshal FC. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain eksperimen pre-test dan post-test dua kelompok. Sebanyak 20 pemain Marshal FC menjadi sampel penelitian. Instrumen tes yang digunakan adalah tes dribbling dengan alat bantu seperti bola sepak dan cones. Data dikumpulkan dari hasil pre-test dan post-test serta dianalisis menggunakan uji statistik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kedua metode latihan, baik berbasis permainan maupun ball feeling, memberikan peningkatan signifikan dalam kemampuan dribbling pemain. Hasil post-test menunjukkan penurunan waktu dalam menyelesaikan tes dribbling dibandingkan dengan pre-test, dengan nilai signifikan pada kedua kelompok. Uji homogenitas menunjukkan bahwa data homogen, sedangkan uji hipotesis menunjukkan pengaruh signifikan dari kedua metode latihan terhadap kemampuan dribbling. Kesimpulannya, latihan berbasis permainan dan ball feeling efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan dribbling pemain sepak bola. Namun, latihan berbasis permainan cenderung memberikan peningkatan yang lebih besar dibandingkan dengan ball feeling. Oleh karena itu, dalam mengembangkan kemampuan dribbling, latihan berbasis permainan dapat menjadi pilihan yang lebih disukai bagi pemain sepak bola.

Abstract

Muhammadiyah is the largest religious organization in Indonesia which has various charitable efforts, one of which is in the field of education. These charities range from kindergarten to tertiary levels spread throughout Indonesia, including in the city and district of Sukabumi, West Java. There are 13 Muhammadiyah schools in Sukabumi city and district ranging from elementary school to high school. Based on research, the level of physical fitness of students in the city and regency of Sukabumi is 21.77% in the poor category and 65.31% in the very poor category. Apart from that, based on the results of interviews and observations, it was found that physical education learning at school was not optimal and there were minimal alternative physical activities carried out at school. This socialization and training was carried out to provide knowledge and skills to physical education teachers and students regarding alternative physical activities that can be used to improve fitness for students. The method used in this socialization and training was to invite teacher and student representatives from each school partner to be provided with training. During the training, partners were very active in paying attention to the resource person's explanations and practising “Senam Bugar Pelajar Muhammadiyah”, starting from warm-up, core and cool-down movements. This activity provides benefits for partners, namely knowledge related to alternative physical activities for students and skills in providing “Senam Bugar Pelajar Muhammadiyah”.

Abstract

This research focuses on the development of ELOK (Educational Train Locomotive) Gymnastics aimed at early childhood. ELOK Gymnastics is designed to increase children's gross motor activity through a series of fun and structured movements. The development of this exercise follows the ADDIE model which consists of five stages: analysis, planning, development, implementation and evaluation. The research involved an initial survey of 10 HIMPAUDI teachers in Sukabumi District to understand the needs and expectations of early childhood gymnastics. The results showed that ELOK Gymnastics was effective in improving children's motor activity and was well received by teachers and students. The implementation of this exercise is expected to be a positive contribution to early childhood development and provide a reference for future research and development of the exercise.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that hit Indonesia had a significant impact on the education sector, so schools were forced to carry out distance learning (online). In the implementation of face-to-face learning (offline), there are still many students who show a low level of responsibility, especially in participating in the PJOK learning process. This study aims to determine the level of student responsibility in post-Covid-19 pandemic offline PJOK learning at SMP Negeri 2 Megamendung, which uses the Teaching Personal And Social Responsibility (TPSR) model. This research uses quantitative descriptive method. The study population amounted to 348 students in class VIII, with a research sample of 160 students selected using random sampling technique. The research instrument used was the responsibility observation format. The results showed that most of the VIII grade students at SMP Negeri 2 Megamendung had a high level of responsibility in learning PJOK. Students with high responsibility amounted to 65 students (40.6%), students with moderate responsibility amounted to 30 students (18.7%), and students with low responsibility amounted to 64 students (40%). From these results, it can be concluded that most students show high responsibility in learning PJOK at the school.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kebugaran jasmani pada siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Cipetir. Tes dan pengukuran dilakukan menggunakan instrumen yang sesuai dengan Tes Kebugaran Jasmani Indonesia (TKJI) untuk usia 13-15. Jumlah populasi dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 176 siswa dan sampel penelitian ini adalah 176 siswa dengan teknik total sampling. Data yang dikumpulkan di lapangan mencakup hasil tes dan pengukuran kebugaran jasmani menggunakan TKJI dengan persentase hasil menunjukkan siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Cipetir sebanyak 29 Siswa (17%) tergolong kategori Baik, 113 siswa (64%) tergolong dalam kategori Sedang dan 34 siswa (19%) termasuk dalam kategori kurang. Dengan demikian, dapat disimpulkan bahwa tingkat kebugaran jasmani siswa SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Cipetir dapat dikategorikan sebagai sedang dengan persentase 113 (64%).
