Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui implementasi manajemen yang meliputi perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengawasan pendidikan karakter religius di SDIT Permata Bunda di Kecamatan Mranggen Kabupaten Demak. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Penentuan subjek penelitian menggunakan key informan dan objek penelitian adalah masalah yang telah dirumuskan dalam rumusan masalah. Penelitian ini menggunakan tiga teknik pengumpulan data, yaitu wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Instrumen pengumpulan data adalah daftar pertanyaan wawancara, lembar pencermatan dokumen dan lembar pengamatan observasi. Uji validitas data dengan triangulasi (gabungan), analisis data bersifat induktif/kualitatif dan hasil penelitian kualitatif lebih menekankan pada makna dari pada generalisasi. Penelitian ini tidak dimaksudkan untuk pengujian hipotesis, tetapi lebih menekankan pada pengumpulan data untuk mendeskripsikan keadaan sebenarnya. Penelitian difokuskan pada perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan, dan pengendalian program penguatan karakter religius di SDIT Permata Bunda Kabupaten Demak. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa perencanaan implimentasi pendidikan karakter religius di SDIT Permata Bunda Kabupaten Demak tidak berdiri sendiri tetapi menyatu dengan program sekolah. Penyusunan program dilakukan oleh tim manajemen sekolah yang terdiri dari kepala sekolah dan wakil kepala sekolah. Hasil dari penyusunan pihak manajajemen kemudian disamapaikan ke koordinator kelas, dari koordinator diteruskan kepada wali kelas masing-masing kelas sehingga implementasi pendidikan religius bisa berjalan sesuai yang direncanakan. Program yang dibuat selama 1 tahun dengan memadukan Standar Kompetensi Lulusan (SKL) dari dinas pendidikan dan Jaringan Sekolah Islam Terpadu (JSIT). Pengorganisasian program penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan oleh semua komponen pendukung pendidikan meliputi kepala sekolah, wakil kepala sekolah, guru, karyawan dan orang tua wali murid sesuai dengan peran masing-masing. Pembagian tugas di bawah koordinir wakil kepala sekolah bidang kurikulum, kesiswaan, sarana prasarana. Untuk pelaksanaan program penguatan pendidikan karakter dilakukan dalam semua kegiatan sekolah melalui kegiatan pembelajaran, pembiasaan, dan kegiatan pengembangan diri. Sedangkan pengawasan dilakukan dengan mengevaluasi dan mengadakan perbaikan oleh kepala sekolah selaku penanggung jawab implementasi pendidikan karakter di sekolah. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, manajemen implementasi pendidikan karakter di SDIT Permata Bunda Kabupaten Demak sudah berjalan sesuai dengan teori yang ada.

Abstract

Fokus penelitian yaitu 1) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis perencanaan peningkatan mutu SMP IT Tsamrotul Fuad Pemalang, 2) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengorganisasian peningkatan mutu SMP IT Tsamrotul Fuad Pemalang. 3) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis penggerakan peningkatan mutu SMP IT Tsamrotul Fuad Pemalang. 4) mendeskripsikan dan menganalisis pengawasan peningkatan mutu SMP IT Tsamrotul Fuad Pemalang. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus, lokasi penelitian di SMP IT Tsamrotul Fuad Pemalang. Pengumpulan data dilakukan menggunakan observasi nonpartisipatif, wawancara terstruktur dan mendalam serta dokumentasi. Analisis dengan cara: pengumpulan data, reduksi, display dan penarikan kesimpulan. Pengecekan keabsahan temuan dilakukan dengan ketekunan pengamatan, triangulasi dan kecukupan referensi. Dari hasil penelitian ditemukan bahwa: 1) peran kepala sekolah dalam perencanaan dilakukan dengan prosedur perencanaan meliputi identifikasi kebutuhan, program prioritas, dan sosialisasi program sekolah. 2) peran kepala sekolah dalam pengorganisasian dilakukan dengan prosedur pengorganisasian meliputi penentuan sumber daya sekolah, pengembangan sumber daya sekolah, penugasan dan pendelegasian wewenang. 3) peran kepala sekolah dalam penggerakkan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah meliputi pengarahan kepala sekolah dan motivasi kepala sekolah. 4) peran kepala sekolah dalam pengawasan dilakukan oleh kepala sekolah meliputi penentuan instrumen penilaian, evaluasi kegiatan, dan tindak lanjut.

Abstract

Penelitian kuantitatif ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah, kompetensi profesional guru, dan kesejahteraan psikologis guru terhadap mutu pendidikan di SMP/MTs Kecamatan Tersono, Kabupaten Batang, dengan sampel penuh 111 responden. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan dianalisis melalui SPSS for Windows versi 29.0 dan SPSS Amos versi 26.0. Hasil menunjukkan kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap mutu pendidikan sebesar 46,3%, sementara kompetensi profesional guru berkontribusi positif sebesar 45,0%. Kesejahteraan psikologis guru juga menunjukkan pengaruh positif signifikan sebesar 26,1%. Secara keseluruhan, variabel kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, kompetensi guru, dan kesejahteraan guru secara bersamaan berkontribusi sebesar 80,2% terhadap mutu pendidikan, ditunjukkan oleh nilai Adjusted R Square 0,802, dengan 19,8% sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar penelitian ini. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa peningkatan mutu pendidikan memerlukan sinergi antara kepemimpinan yang efektif, peningkatan kompetensi profesional guru, dan dukungan kesejahteraan psikologis guru. Pengelolaan sekolah yang baik serta sistem pendukung bagi guru memainkan peran penting dalam mendorong kualitas pendidikan yang lebih tinggi dan hasil yang optimal.

Abstract

Abstract: The Independent Curriculum encourages teachers to design interesting and relevant learning to the needs of students. This requires teachers to have high pedagogical competence. SD Negeri Doplang 02 is one of the elementary schools that has implemented the Independent Curriculum and is accompanied by an increase in the pedagogical competence of its teachers. This study aims to describe and analyze the planning, implementation and evaluation of learning in the implementation of the independent curriculum at SD Negeri Doplang 02, Bawen District, Semarang Regency. The approach used in this study is a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques use interviews, observations, documentation. This study uses two types of triangulation, namely source triangulation and method triangulation to test the validity of the data. The results of the study show that: 1) Planning for the implementation of the independent curriculum has been carried out well by formulating objectives, formulating content, designing learning activities, determining learning resources and determining evaluations. 2) The implementation of the independent curriculum is effective by focusing on six aspects of independent curriculum learning, including conducting initial assessments, providing opportunities for students to participate, differentiated learning, utilizing technology-based learning media, implementing learning reflections, and implementing formative and summative assessments. 3) Evaluation of the implementation of the independent curriculum is carried out systematically with the stages of compiling evaluation objectives, developing instruments, collecting evaluation data, analyzing data, providing feedback, and utilizing evaluation results. 4) The implementation of the independent curriculum has a positive impact on improving teacher pedagogical competence. There was an increase in pedagogical competence of 15.10 or 21%. This increase occurred in the indicators of mastering students from various aspects, designing and organizing educational learning, facilitating the development of student potential, conducting learning evaluations/assessments, and utilizing information and communication technology for learning purposes. Abstract

Abstract: Problem Formulation 1) Is there a significant influence of the Principal's leadership on the performance of teachers in Private MI Warungasem District; 2) Is there a significant influence of school climate on teacher performance in Private MI Warungasem District; 3) Is there a significant influence of work discipline on teacher performance in Private MI Warungasem District; 4) Is there a significant influence of the principal's leadership, school climate, and work discipline on teacher performance in Private MI Warungasem District. This research uses a quantitative approach, located in Private MI in Warungasem sub-district. The data collection technique is by distributing questionnaires or questionnaires. The data analysis used was using simple correlation analysis and multiple regretion analysis with the help of the SPSS windows program The results of this study show that there is a significant influence of the principal's leadership on teacher performance which is stated by the statement Y= 86,187+0.095X_1. with a α < value of 0.50; Correlation Strength is 0.310. With a contribution of 9.6%. There is a significant influence of school climate on teacher performance which is stated by the statement Y = 105.034-0.113X_2 with a value of α = 0.50 correlation force of -0.113 with a contribution of 1.3%. There was a significant influence of teacher discipline on teacher performance which was stated by the statement Y = 84.456 + 0.103X_3. with a value of α = 0.50 the correlation force is 0.291 with a contribution of 9.6%. There is an influence of the principal's leadership, school climate, and teacher work discipline on teacher performance which is stated by the statement Y= 86.785 + 0.089X1 – 0.104X2 + 0.094X3; correlation strength of 0.763. With a contribution of 58.2%. The results of the study show that there is an influence between the principal's leadership, school climate, and teacher work discipline on teacher performance. Therefore, it is recommended that school principals always increase their potential in coaching teachers more openly, in addition to being able to coordinate between school residents so that the school climate is more conducive, and teacher discipline to be reconsidered so that teacher performance can be improved. Abstract

Education plays an important role in improving human resources. Through education, it can create a superior and competitive generation that is qualified to face challenges in the future. This study aims to determine the effect of: 1) principal supervision on the quality of learning; 2) school culture on the quality of learning; 3) teacher work motivation on the quality of learning; and 4) principal supervision, school culture, and teacher work motivation together on the quality of learning in Public Junior High Schools in Sub Rayon 01 Pekalongan Regency. The type of research is quantitative research with a survey method. The population consists of 288 teachers of Public Junior High Schools in Sub Rayon 01 Pekalongan Regency. The sample in this study was 165 teachers selected using the proportional random sampling technique. Data collection was carried out using the questionnaire technique. Data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that: 1) there is a positive and significant effect of principal supervision on the quality of learning. This is indicated by the results of the statistical t test of 9,800 which is significant at α = 0.05; 2) there is a positive and significant influence of school culture on the quality of learning. This is indicated by the results of the statistical t test of 11,512 which is significant at α = 0.05; 3) there is a positive and significant influence of teacher work motivation on the quality of learning. This is indicated by the results of the statistical t test of 5,478 which is significant at α = 0.05; and 4) there is a positive and significant influence of principal supervision, school culture, and teacher work motivation together on the quality of learning at Public Junior High Schools in Sub Rayon 01 Pekalongan Regency. This is indicated by the results of the statistical F test of 1359,529 which is significant at α = 0.05. The magnitude of the influence of the variables of principal supervision, school culture, and teacher work motivation together on the quality of learning is determined by the value of the coefficient of determination (R2) produced, which is 0.961. The regression equation produced in this study is Y = -6.558 + 0.365X1 + 0.490X2 + 0.198X3 + e.

Abstract

This study aims to test and analyze: (1) the influence of the principal's academic supervision on teacher professional competence; (2) the influence of work culture on teacher professional competence; (3) the influence of teacher work motivation on teacher professional competence; (4) the influence of the principal's academic supervision, work culture, and teacher work motivation on teacher professional competence. Population 251 people, sample 154 people. The instrument test used is validity and reliability test. The classical assumption test uses normality test, linearity test, multicollinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. Data analysis uses multiple linear regression test, F test (ANOVA) and t test. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded as follows: (1) Academic Supervision has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Professional Competence. This is based on the results of the t test, proven by the results of t count ≥ t table, namely 11.388> t table 1.65, and the Sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 <0.05; (2) Work Culture has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Professional Competence. This is based on the results of the t-test, proven by the calculated t of 8.796 > t table 1.65, and the Sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05; (3) Work Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Teacher Professional Competence. This is based on the results of the t-test, proven by the calculated t ≥ t table 6.650 ≥ 1.6509, and the Sig value (2-tailed) 0.000 < 0.05; (4) Academic Supervision, Work Culture and Work Motivation simultaneously have an effect on the variable of Teacher Professional Competence, obtained by the calculated F of 80.582 with a significance level of 0.000. The calculation results obtained the calculated F value > F table (80.582 > l2.66) and the significance value is 0.000 < 0.005.

Abstract

Kinerja Guru di SD Negeri Se Kecamatan Sayung selama ini masih pada kategori kurang, sebagian guru kinerjanya masih tergolong rendah. Kinerja guru dipengaruh banyak faktor diantaranya kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan budaya kerja. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak. Jenis penelitian ini yaitu penelitian korelasi dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Penelitian dilaksanakan bulan Oktober-November 2024 di SD Negeri Dabin 1 Kecamatan Sayung. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah semua guru PNS dan Non PNS di SD Negeri Dabin 1 Kecamatan Sayung yang berjumlah 155 guru. Dengan menggunakan teknik proporsional random sampling, sampel penelitian ini sebesar 112 guru. Instrumen penelitian ini menggunakan angket. Analisis data meliputi uji instrument, uji asumsi klasik dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: 1) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak, nilai Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 2) Ada pengaruh motivasi kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak, nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 3) Ada pengaruh budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak, Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05. 4) Ada pengaruh kepemimpinan kepala sekolah, motivasi kerja guru, dan budaya kerja terhadap kinerja guru SD Negeri Se-Kecamatan Sayung Kabupaten Demak, Sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe (1) school quality planning at SD Negeri Tuntang 03 Semarang Regency, (2) school quality organization at SD Negeri Tuntang 03 Semarang Regency, (3) school quality implementation at SD Negeri Tuntang 03 Semarang Regency and (4) school quality supervision at SD Negeri Tuntang 03 Semarang Regency. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method with a case study research type, the subjects of this study are the principal, teachers, School Quality Assurance Team and school committee. Data collection techniques are interviews, documentation and observation. Data analysis used is qualitative analysis including data collection, data reduction, data display and drawing conclusions. The results of the study indicate that (1) The school quality planning process at SDN Tuntang 03, Semarang Regency is quite good where the school has a quality policy, availability and readiness of GTK, and has high achievement expectations. (2) The organization of school quality is carried out well, the formation of TPMS and the Internal Audit Team at the organizational stage is carried out based on good selection. (3) The implementation of school quality is quite good by running priority scale programs: implementing differentiated learning and holding excellent school programs, (4) Supervision of school quality is quite good, namely by internal and external audit teams.

Abstract

There is often a gap between public and private teachers. Many factors influence and lead to their professionalism as teachers. Professional teachers are needed to improve the quality of education in schools. This study aims to determine the effect of teacher welfare on teacher professionalism, the effect of work motivation on teacher professionalism, and to determine the effect of welfare and work motivation on teacher professionalism in private vocational schools in Bojonegoro district. This research is a quantitative research type with a research sample of 166 private vocational school teachers in Bojonegoro sub-district. The results of the study showed that there was an influence of teacher welfare on teacher professionalism (regression equation Y = 60.087 + 0.312X1, r = 0.561 and contribution of 31.5%); there was an influence of work motivation on teacher professionalism (regression equation Y = 45.625 + 0.827X2, r = 0.639 with contribution of 40.8%.; and there was an influence of teacher welfare, and work motivation on teacher professionalism equation Y = 10.751 + 0.114X1 + 0.377X2, r = 0.689 and contribution of 47.5%). The results of this study provide recommendations to related parties to develop a program for mentoring private teacher professionalism in order to meet the target goals of developing educators and education personnel. Teacher professionalism mentoring will look at factors that increase teacher capacity as professional teachers who have relatively the same opportunities for improving welfare and motivation.
