Abstract

This research was aimed to discover and analyze the impact of Working from Home on employee performance with Work-Life Balance as the mediating variable. It used a quantitative approach with primary data. The data collection technique was conducted through questionnaires distributed to 76 respondents via Google Forms. The data analysis technique was SmartPLS-SEM. The research findings reveaedl that Work from Home creates a positive and significant impact on Work-Life Balance; Work-Life Balance impacts positively and significantly on employee performance; Work from Home brings a positive impact but not significant on employee performance; and Work from Home creates a positive and significant impact on employee performance with Work-Life Balance as the mediating variable.

Abstract

The aim of the research is to analyze and explain the influence of charismatic leadership style and organizational culture on organizational commitment of the Nahdlatul Wathan congregation in the district. East Lombok. The population in this research is all people in East Lombok who claim or declare themselves to be citizens or congregations of Nahdatul Wathan (NW). with purposive and random sampling techniques, the number of samples in this study was 211 respondents. This type of research is causal associative research which aims to analyze the relationship between one variable and other variables. The research results show: 1). Charismatic Leadership Style has a variably positive influence on Organizational Commitment, 2). And Organizational Culture has a variably positive influence on Organizational Commitment and is significant, 3.) Charismatic Leadership Style and Organizational Culture are simultaneously positive on Organizational Commitment, 4). Organizational Culture has more influence on Organizational Commitment compared to Charismatic Leadership.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explore the influence of the quality of human resources, motivation, discipline and compensation on the performance of village officials in the Sambelia sub-district, East Lombok district. The population in this study was all Village Officials in the Sambelia sub-district, East Lombok Regency, totaling 187 people, and based on the full sample technique, namely the entire population. Thus, the samples in this study were a number of collected questionnaires which had been distributed by the researcher to all Village Apparatus in the Sambelia Sub-district. East Lombok Regency. The number of samples in this research was 155 respondents. This research includes quantitative descriptive research (descriptive quantitative research), namely research that aims to describe or describe the properties (characteristics) of a situation or research object carried out through collecting quantitative data analysis and statistical testing. The research results explain that 1). The quality of Human Resources partially influences the performance of Village Officials in the Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency. 2). Motivation partially influences the performance of Village Officials in Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency, 3). Discipline has a partial effect on the performance of Village Officials in Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency, 4). Compensation has a partial effect on the performance of Village Officials in the Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency, 5). The quality of human resources, motivation, discipline and compensation simultaneously influence the performance of Village Officials in the Sambelia District, East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of competence, compensation and organizational commitment on the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The data analysis technique uses multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously it has a significant influence on the performance of village officials. Partially, the variables of competence and organizational commitment each have a significant positive influence on the performance of village officials. Meanwhile, the compensation variable has no influence on the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency. The coefficient of determination value on the adjusted R square was obtained at 30.1%. This means that 30.1% of the performance of village officials in Keruak District, East Lombok Regency is influenced by the variables of competency, compensation and organizational commitment.

Abstract

This study was meant 1) to partially analyze the influence of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation on the performance of Educators in State Vocational High Schools in East Lombok Regency. 2) to analyze whether the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation simultaneously influence the performance of Educators in State Vocational High Schools in East Lombok Regency. 3) to analyze the variables of leadership style, organizational culture and motivation, which variables had the most dominant influence on the performance of Educators in State Vocational High Schools in East Lombok Regency. This study was a causal associative research. This study was also a population research where the respondents who returned the questionnaire were 78 respondents. Quantitative analysis technique was used in this study along with the assistance of the SPSS 20 aplication. It showed that 1) Leadership Style had a positive influence on the performance of educators. 2) Organizational culture had a positive influence on the performance of educators but was not significant. 3) Motivation had a positive influence on the performance of educators. 4) Leadership Style, Organizational Culture and Motivation simultaneously influence on the Performance of Educators. 5) Among the three independent variables, motivation variable had the most dominant influence in improving the performance of Educators in State Vocational High Schools in East Lombok Regency.

Abstract

This study was a causal associative research. This study was also a population study where the number of respondents who returned the questionnaire was 105 respondents. Quantitative analysis technique was used in this study with the assistance of SPSS 20. This study showed that 1) Emotional Intelligence had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators in State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 2) The work environment had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators at State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District. 3) Work Discipline had a positive influence on the productivity of the performance of educators at State Elementary Schools in West Sakra District.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to explore and describe leadership strategies in improving the performance of BUMD PD Selaparang Agro employees, East Lombok Regency. In this research, researchers used descriptive qualitative research where the presentation of the data was done by describing the data in the form of words and language. Data collection techniques use observation, interviews and documentation. The data analysis method uses stages starting from data reduction, data presentation and verification. Research results Leadership strategies in improving employee performance in PD. Selaparang Agro does several things, namely: 1) Building good communication with employees by briefing every morning and open communication. 2) Provide motivation to employees. 3) Provide comparative study opportunities in order to increase employee experience, skills and abilities at work. 4) Apply discipline. 5) Give rewards or awards to employees who achieve achievements.

Abstract

Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menghitung kerugian ekonomi rusaknya terumbu karang akibat tabrakan kapal Caledonian Sky di Raja Ampat dan merumuskan kebijakan terkait penanggulangan kerugian ekonomi rusaknya terumbu karang akibat tabrakan. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi literatur dengan mengkaji berbagai literatur, data pendukung serta hasil studi yang telah dilakukan oleh berbagai pihak terutama yang berhubungan dengan penelitian. Analisis data yang digunakan mengacu pada PERMEN Lingkungan Hidup No 7 Tahun 2014 tentang Kerugian Lingkungan Hidup Akibat Pencemaran dan/atau Kerusakan Lingkungan Hidup.  Data yang diperoleh dari hasil penelusuran literatur selanjutnya dianalisis menggunakan metode benefit  transfer. Analisis lainnya adalah analisis habitat equivalent analysis yang menghitung ukuran atau skala perproyek restorasi yang dibutuhkan untuk mengembalikan layanan sumberdaya ke kondisi awal dan analisis deskritif yang dilakukan terhadap angka yang didapat dari hasil analisis dan sebagai dasar estimasi besaran kerugian yang diklaim oleh pemerintah Indonesia terhadap pihak Kapal Caledonian Sky. Berdasarkan hasil analisis estimasi jumlah kerugian ekonomi rusaknya terumbu karang akibat tabrakan Kapal Pesiar Caledonian Sky di Raja Ampat sebesar 23 juta US Dolar dengan luasan terdampak 18.882 m2 dan rekomendasi kebijakan yang dapat diambil sebagai opsi pemerintah untuk menghadapi kerusakan terumbu karang akibat tabrakan Kapal Pesiar Caledonia Sky adalah mempertimbangkan untuk mengadakan negosiasi penyelesaian sengketa tentang tuntutan kerugian  kepada perusahaan kapal pesiar Inggris Caledonian Sky atas rusaknya terumbu karang diluar pengadilan dan mempertimbangkan langkah hukum untuk menuntut ganti rugi kepada perusahaan kapal pesiar Inggris Caledonian Sky sesuai dengan hukum yang berlaku di Indonesia. Title: Estimated Economic Loss Of Coral Reefs Due To Ship Caledonian Sky Shipping In King AmpatThis study aims to calculate the economic loss of coral damage due to collision of Caledonian Sky cruise vessels in Raja Ampat and formulate policies related to the economic loss mitigation of coral damage due to collision. The method that used in this study is study of literature by reviewing various literature, supporting data and study results that have been done by various parties and related to this study. The data analysis that is used refers to Regulation Minister of Environment No. 7 of 2014 on Environmental Losses Due to Pollution and / or Environmental Degradation. Data that are obtained from literature searching results then analyzed by using benefit transfer method. Another analysis is the habitat equivalent analysis that calculate the size or scale of the restoration project that needed to return resource services to initial conditions and descriptive analysis of the figures that obtained from the analysis and as a basis for estimating the amount of losses that claimed by the Indonesian government against the Caledonian Skycruise vessel. Based on the results of the estimation analysis, the amount of economic loss from coral damage due to the collision of Caledonian Sky Cruise vessel in Raja Ampat is 23 million US Dollars with an affected area of 18,882 m2. The policy recommendations that can be taken as the government option to deal with coral reef damage due to collision of Caledonia Sky Cruise is considering negotiation on the settlement of disputes concerning the claims of losses to British cruise vessel Caledonian Sky on the destruction of coral reefs outside the court and considering legal action to indemnify the British cruise vessel corporation Caledonian Sky in accordance with Indonesian law.

Abstract

The implementation of the scheme for working from home in both the government and private sectors is one of the consequences of the PSBB (Working from Home/WFH). BPJamsostek plans to implement Work At Office (WAO) by complying with health protocols, and also implements Work From Home (WFH) to support activities during the Covid-19 pandemic. Based on a case study at BPJamsostek Pandaan Branch which has implemented Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home (WFH) in the Covid-19 Pandemic Era, the author focuses on employee performance achievements by implementing Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home ( WFH). The aim of this research is to determine the implementation and performance achievements of BPJamsostek Pasuruan Pandaan employees by implementing Work At Office (WAO) and Work From Home (WFH).The method in this research uses qualitative research, with the data analysis technique used in this research being descriptive analysis.

Abstract

This research aims to analyse and prove the effect of work motivation on performance, work motivation on organisational commitment, workload on employee performance, workload on organisational commitment, organisational commitment on employee performance, work motivation on employee performance through organisational commitment and workload on performance employees through organisational commitment. The type of research used is explanatory research. Data collection used a questionnaire method, while the statistical analysis method used was PLS-SEM. The results of the research are that work motivation affects employee performance; work motivation does not affect organisational commitment; the workload does not affect employee performance; the workload affects organisational commitment, organisational commitment affects employee performance, organisational commitment has no effect in mediating work motivation on employee performance, organisational commitment influences mediating the influence of workload on employee performance.
