Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui program dan impelementasi pendayagunaan zakat produktif LAZnas PHR South Area terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Riau. Penelitian ini juga bertujuan untuk mengetahui kendala-kendala yang dihadapi oleh LAZnas PHR South Area dalam mengimplementasikan program pendayagunaan zakat produktif terhadap kesejahteraan masyarakat di Provinsi Riau. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan penelitian deskriptif analisis. Teknik dalam menentukan informan menggunakan teknik purposive dan snowball sampling. Informan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari Manager Operasional LAZnas PHR, Supervisor, Fasilitator Program dan Mustahik. Proses menganalisa data dilakukan melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan, program-program LAZnas PHR lebih dominan dalam program produktif daripada program konsumtif. Program ekonomi produktif dan sarana air bersih dilakukan melalui pendampingan dan pembinaan kelompok usaha. Kendala yang dihadapi adalah tingkat mental kewirausahaan mustahik yang rendah dan kemampuan fasilitator lapangan dalam memberikan pembinaan. Kata Kunci: Program, Implementasi, Zakat Produktif, Kesejahteraan Masyarakat Abstract This research aims to determine the program and implementation of the productive zakat utilization of LAZnas PHR South Area towards the welfare of the community in Riau Province. This research also aims to determine the obstacles faced by LAZnas PHR South Area in implementing a productive zakat utilization program for community welfare in Riau Province. The method used in this research is a qualitative research method with a descriptive analysis research approach. The technique for determining informants uses purposive and snowball sampling techniques. The informants in this research consisted of the LAZnas PHR Operations Manager, Supervisor, Program Facilitator and Mustahik. The process of analyzing data is carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. The research results show that LAZnas PHR programs are more dominant in productive programs than in consumptive programs. Productive economic programs and clean water facilities are carried out through mentoring and coaching business groups. The obstacles faced were the mustahik's low entrepreneurial mental level and the ability of field facilitators to provide guidance. Abstract

Artikel ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji konsep pendidikan etika menurut Hamka dan relevansinya dalam membentuk akhlak Generasi Z di era digital. Generasi Z sebagai generasi digital native menghadapi berbagai tantangan moral, seperti disorientasi nilai, lemahnya keteladanan, serta pengaruh negatif media sosial. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif melalui studi pustaka terhadap karya-karya utama Hamka seperti Tasawuf Modern, Falsafah Hidup, dan Lembaga Budi. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa nilai-nilai inti seperti kejujuran, tanggung jawab, kesederhanaan, keikhlasan, dan pengendalian diri yang dikembangkan Hamka masih sangat relevan dengan konteks pendidikan karakter saat ini. Nilai-nilai tersebut sejalan dengan profil Pelajar Pancasila dalam Kurikulum Merdeka dan dapat diintegrasikan dalam pembelajaran di sekolah serta pembinaan di keluarga dan masyarakat. Dengan demikian, pemikiran etika Hamka dapat menjadi landasan kuat dalam menghadapi krisis moral dan membentuk pribadi Gen Z yang berakhlak mulia.   Kata Kunci: Pendidikan Etika; Hamka; Generasi Z; Akhlak

Abstract

In the study, the implementation of annotated bibliography writing is explored as the educational method for improving research writing skills for students in English Education courses. Writing based on research is perceived as one of the most difficult aspects for EFL learners, especially when it comes to source evaluation, gathering new knowledge, and creating well-structured research arguments in academic writing. In the study, which employed the methodological framework that included students’ work on their own annotated bibliography analyses and interviews, it was found that research writing skills can be improved for students using the method of annotated bibliography writing as they gain abilities to successfully sum up research sources, assess their applicability and credibility, and combine ideas for research arguments. However, several factors, such as their limited capacity to understand complex research sources, produce appropriate research parodies, assess research methods, and combine sources for analytical arguments, worked against EFL learners, resulting in the production of research arguments in descriptive mode instead of using analysis.

Abstract

International human rights treaties bind states to protect fundamental human rights. In the context of public international law, state obligations extend beyond ratification; they also encompass direct implementation at the national level through enforcement mechanisms, policy harmonization, and enforcement mechanisms. By reviewing public international law principles such as pacta sunt servanda and good faith, this article aims to examine how and where states should implement international human rights treaties.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms presents challenges in understanding customer behaviour to apply targeted marketing strategies. This research combines the K-Means clustering method and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques for customer segmentation, enabling personalized marketing. A publicly available e-commerce customer transaction dataset was processed using the Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) model and additional behavioural features. The Elbow and Silhouette methods were applied to determine the optimal number of clusters. The findings identified three main customer segments: “Premium Customers”, “Potential Customers”, and “New/Transient Customers”. AI was used to predict the segment membership of new customers based on historical data. The results are implemented through a simple blue-and-white web interface that provides personalized marketing campaign recommendations for each segment. This research contributes an end-to-end framework from data analysis to practical AI-based segmentation implementation for e-commerce.
