Abstract

International human rights treaties bind states to protect fundamental human rights. In the context of public international law, state obligations extend beyond ratification; they also encompass direct implementation at the national level through enforcement mechanisms, policy harmonization, and enforcement mechanisms. By reviewing public international law principles such as pacta sunt servanda and good faith, this article aims to examine how and where states should implement international human rights treaties.

Abstract

The rapid growth of e-commerce platforms presents challenges in understanding customer behaviour to apply targeted marketing strategies. This research combines the K-Means clustering method and Artificial Intelligence (AI) techniques for customer segmentation, enabling personalized marketing. A publicly available e-commerce customer transaction dataset was processed using the Recency, Frequency, Monetary (RFM) model and additional behavioural features. The Elbow and Silhouette methods were applied to determine the optimal number of clusters. The findings identified three main customer segments: “Premium Customers”, “Potential Customers”, and “New/Transient Customers”. AI was used to predict the segment membership of new customers based on historical data. The results are implemented through a simple blue-and-white web interface that provides personalized marketing campaign recommendations for each segment. This research contributes an end-to-end framework from data analysis to practical AI-based segmentation implementation for e-commerce. Abstract

This study aims to analyze Muhammad Abduh’s concept of ijtihad and his critique of blind taqlid, as well as to describe the relevance and application of ijtihad principles in the learning process at SDN 01 Jatimulyo. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing interviews, observations, and documentation for data collection. The subjects include the school principal, Islamic Education (PAI) teachers, classroom teachers, and students from grades IV to VI. The findings reveal that Muhammad Abduh’s ideas on ijtihad can be applied in elementary education through the cultivation of critical thinking, rational reasoning, and the avoidance of blind imitation in learning. The relevance of ijtihad is reflected in the curriculum and teaching methods that integrate religious and general sciences, supported by the implementation of Problem Based Learning (PBL) to foster analytical and independent thinking. The application of this concept is a strategic effort to prepare Muslim generations who are spiritually devout, intellectually intelligent, and adaptive to modern challenges.

Abstract

The development of information technology encourages companies to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of business operations, including in the sales transaction process. PT. Akari requires a system that can simplify transaction management and sales recording and minimize errors. This study designs and builds an Android-based Point of Sale (POS) application that utilizes QR Code technology as a product identification medium. This POS application has a main feature in the form of QR code scanning to accelerate the process of product data input, sales data management, stock recording, and automatic report preparation. Test results indicate that all functions in the application can operate properly on Android devices and are able to increase transaction speed and sales recording accuracy. With this application, PT. Akari obtains a more modern and efficient sales system that supports the digitalization of business processes.

Abstract

The background of this research is that there are still low learning outcomes in students because teachers only explain the material using the same learning methods and media. The purpose of this study is to find out whether there is an influence in the application of Blooket Application-basedlearning media on PAI subjects at SMA Nurul Amal Palembang. This research was conducted using a quantitative research design using the One Group Pretest Posttest research design. Based on the results of the study, the researcher grouped the learning outcomes into three groups, namely high, medium and low. From the results of the research, there is a significant difference in student learning outcomes, this is evidenced by the percentage of final grades where initially there were 5 students who got very low scores, but after being implemented there were only 3 students who had low scores.

Abstract

Pengelolaan aset tetap memiliki peran penting dalam menjaga efisiensi operasional perusahaan, termasuk dalam proses penghapusan aset yang sudah tidak produktif. Namun, dalam praktiknya masih terdapat berbagai kendala administratif maupun teknis yang dapat memperlambat proses tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis prosedur penghapusan aset tetap, mengidentifikasi kendala yang dihadapi, serta merumuskan strategi yang dilakukan PT Angkasa Pura Indonesia dalam meningkatkan efisiensi penghapusan aset. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam bersama 5 informan dari berbagai unit terkait, observasi langsung, serta analisis dokumen seperti SOP, regulasi perusahaan, dan laporan aset. Teknik analisis data meliputi reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan, sedangkan validitas data diperkuat melalui triangulasi sumber. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prosedur penghapusan aset telah dilaksanakan sesuai regulasi seperti PMK No. 201/PMK.06/2018, PER 02/MBU/2023, dan KEP-26 Tahun 2012, serta didukung sistem SAP yang mempermudah verifikasi data. Kendala utama meliputi ketidaksesuaian data, kelengkapan dokumen, keterlambatan persetujuan, dan birokrasi berjenjang. Strategi yang diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi mencakup koordinasi intensif antarunit, rekonsiliasi data, pemantauan administrasi, peningkatan pemahaman SDM, dukungan aktif manajemen dalam mempercepat persetujuan dan monitoring proses, serta digitalisasi manajemen aset untuk meningkatkan akurasi data dan kecepatan pengambilan keputusan. Secara keseluruhan, strategi tersebut mampu meningkatkan ketertiban administrasi dan mengurangi biaya akibat aset tidak produktif.

Abstract

The lack of standardized teaching materials hampers practical learning of AC installation systems at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. Although AC trainers are available, students lack structured, industry-standard practice guides. This study aims to develop and assess the validity and practicality of a 21st-century competency-based teaching module for AC installation systems in vocational schools. Using the Research and Development (R&D) method with the 4D model (Define, Design, Develop, Disseminate), this study emphasizes the Develop stage for feasibility testing, while the Disseminate stage is limited to a trial at SMK Negeri 5 Padang. This study involved needs analysis, module and worksheet design, validation by material and media experts, and practicality testing by teachers and students. Validation results confirmed the module's feasibility in terms of content, visuals, language, and alignment with 21st-century learning principles. The practicality test showed the module was user-friendly, logically structured, and supported learning objectives. Each worksheet was equipped with a 4C-based assessment rubric to help teachers evaluate learning outcomes objectively. Therefore, this module is considered valid, practical, and appropriate for teaching refrigeration and air conditioning engineering in vocational settings. This research suggests that this module can serve as a reference for similar programs, supporting more structured, measurable, and student-centered learning in refrigeration and air conditioning engineering majors.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis peran strategis kepala sekolah dalam mengembangkan Kurikulum Merdeka di MIN 1 Samarinda. Fokus utama kajian ini adalah bagaimana kepemimpinan instruksional kepala sekolah mampu mengatasi kendala transisi kurikulum dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai madrasah ke dalam struktur kurikulum nasional. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah kualitatif deskriptif dengan desain studi kasus. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumentasi dengan teknik purposive sampling yang melibatkan kepala sekolah, koordinator kurikulum, dan guru kelas sebagai informan. Analisis data dilakukan menggunakan model interaktif Miles, Huberman, dan Saldana yang meliputi kondensasi data, penyajian data, serta penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepala sekolah menjalankan peran vital sebagai manajer, edukator, dan inovator melalui tiga strategi utama: penyusunan Kurikulum Operasional Satuan Pendidikan (KOSP) yang partisipatif, pelaksanaan supervisi akademik klinis untuk mendampingi penyusunan Modul Ajar, serta fasilitasi integrasi Projek Penguatan Profil Pelajar Pancasila (P5) dengan Profil Pelajar Rahmatan Lil Alamin (P2RA). Kepemimpinan transformasional yang diterapkan terbukti mampu meningkatkan kesiapan pedagogis guru dan menciptakan iklim kolaboratif di madrasah. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa keberhasilan implementasi Kurikulum Merdeka di tingkat madrasah sangat bergantung pada kemampuan adaptif kepala sekolah dalam menjembatani kebijakan nasional dengan karakteristik lokal lembaga pendidikan.

Abstract

Kegiatan Kuliah Kerja Lapangan (KKL) merupakan bentuk pengabdian kepada masyarakat yang bertujuan mendukung peningkatan kualitas pendidikan bagi peserta didik dan tenaga pendidik. Kegiatan ini dilatarbelakangi oleh terbatasnya pemanfaatan media digital dalam pembelajaran serta rendahnya literasi digital siswa di SDS Darul Amal Desa Bojonggenteng, Kecamatan Jampangkulon, Kabupaten Sukabumi, Provinsi Jawa Barat. Selain itu, pemahaman siswa terkait etika digital dan penguatan karakter, termasuk sikap disiplin dan anti-bullying, masih perlu ditingkatkan. Kegiatan ini bertujuan meningkatkan kemampuan guru dan siswa dalam memanfaatkan teknologi melalui pelatihan aplikasi Canva, penguatan literasi digital, serta pembinaan karakter. Kegiaatan dilaksanakan pada 13-23 November 2025. Program ini melibatkan 283 siswa kelas 3-6 dan 33 orang guru. Metode pelaksanaan mencakup ceramah interaktif, praktik langsung, diskusi, dan pendampingan. Evaluasi dilakukan melalui pre-test untuk mengukur peningkatan pemahaman literasi digital, serta penilaian produk berupa karya desain (poster dan media pembelajaran) menggunakan rubrik keterampilan. Hasil menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman siswa terhadap penggunaan teknologi digital secara positif, meningkatnya kreativitas dalam proses pembelajaran, serta tumbuhnya kesadaran akan pentingnya sikap saling menghargai, toleransi, dan keadilan sejak usia dini. Siswa juga mampu menghasilkan karya poster digital menggunakan Canva dengan kategori baik. Di sisi lain guru juga mampu memanfaatkan canva untuk membuat bahan ajar sederhana seperti LKS dan media presentasi. Secara keseluruhan, kegiatan ini memberikan dampak nyata dalam peningkatan keterampilan digital dan penguatan karakter siswa, serta mendukung guru dalam mengembangkan pembelajaran berbasis teknologi di sekolah dasar.
