Abstract

Masyakarat dewasa ini sudah sangat aktif dalam beratifitas yang berhubungan dengan internet termasuk dalam berbisnis dan pemasaran. Pemasaran melalui media sosial juga disebut sebagai pemasaran digital. Pemanfaatkan teknologi informasi khususnya dalam komunikasi elektronik dapat menjadi kunci keberhasilan dalam berbisnis. Penggunaan aplikasi Whatsapp diharapkan dapat menjawab pertanyaan tersebut, namun perlu diketahui dan dipahami terlebih dahulu State of the Art (SOTA). Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah studi kepustakaan dengan mengkaji penelitian terdahulu yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa pelaku usaha dapat memanfaatkan media sosial sebagai sarana dalam melakukan pemasaran digital seperti mempromosikan produk, membangun jaringan, dan menjangkau pangsa pasar yang lebih luas. Sedangkan WhatsApp dalam pemasaran digunakan untuk membangun komunikasi yang intens dengan target konsumen.

Abstract

The shopping pattern may change selectivity based on the differences in customers view toward a product or service offered. In order to grow, the company must be able to create a competitive advantage in the form of good quality service to the consumers.This reseach use to analyze the development of the business of Rumah Lulur  Salon Wanita, the first ever SPA for women available in the City of Ternate. The purpose of this reseach is to reveal the obstacles and challenges faced and how to overcome them with suitable business strategies. This research used a qualitative study analysis with an explotarative method by interview the owner observes the location. The result of analysis shows that some key factors that can be applied in the future for the development of Rumah Lulur Salon Wanita are: First, design business strategy through 7P’s Marketing Mix (Service, Physical Evidence, Promotion, and People). Second, develop the business model canvas through the value proposition and key partners.

Abstract

Pharmaceutical companies are one industry that is expected to provide benefits to the wider community. In carrying out its operational activities, pharmaceutical companies use quite a few assets. PT This can cause PT XYZ to become a bankrupt company which is not good for employee continuity while working. This research aims to examine the influence of work ethic and psychological safety on organizational commitment at PT XYZ. The method that will be used in this research is quantitative, data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires to 166 respondents and using simple random sampling techniques. The research results show that work ethic has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, psychological safety has a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment.

Abstract

This reseach analyze the strategic partnership strategy to accelerate the business growth of Pertamina, in another word to explain an effect of non-financial performance of Pertamina. The objectives of study is to reveal the current strategic partnership strategy that implemented by Pertamina and to recommend the advance strategic partnership to accelerate their business growth. This research used qualitative research approach and explanatory method which employs both primary data and secondary data to gauge the impacts of strategic partnership onto Pertamina. The result of analysis shows that strategic partnership contributes moderately towards acceleration of the business growth of Pertamina.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi digital yang pesat telah merubah paradigma dan pandangan individu atau kelompok terhadap pemasaran dan cara berkomunikasi dalam pemasaran. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang definisi komunikasi pemasaran digital dalam teori dan praktek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif. Data primer dikumpulkan dari observasi terhadap objek praktek dan didukung oleh data sekunder berupa kajian literatur yang sesuai dengan topik penelitian. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat beberapa jenis pendekatan dalam komunikasi pemasaran digital seperti hubungan pemasaran, pengalaman konsumen, komunikasi interaktif, influencer non-human, perjalanan konsumen, citra merek, pemasaran konten, kampanye pemasaran, hingga pemasaran alternatif. Selain menyerahkan nilai kepada pelanggan, komunikasi pemasaran digital dapat merubah pandangan konsumen tentang produk, merubah sikap, dan keputusan untuk bertindak. Penelitian selanjutnya dapat mengembangkan kajian teori dan praktek komunikasi pemasaran digital dari sudut pandang yang berbeda.

Abstract

Perusahaan harus memperhatikan kredibilitas mereknya di mata konsumen ditengah industri produk perawatan kulit yang semakin kompetitif. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis Brand Credibility dipengaruhi oleh Brand Familiarity dan Perceived Quality. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk metode serta teknik yang digunakan untuk pengambilan sampel adalah purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah 100 orang responden pengguna produk perawatan kulit merek Skintific yang dikumpulkan melalui Google Form. Analisis data dilakukan dengan menggunakan Partial Least Square (PLS) dengan alat Smart PLS versi 4.1.0.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat penolakan terhadap hipotesis awal yang menyatakan bahwa Brand Familiarity mempengaruhi Brand Credibility. Selain itu, ditemukan juga bahwa Perceived Quality memang berpengaruh terhadap Brand Credibility.

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji mengenai pengaruh penghargaan, hukuman, dan makna kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan Alfamidi. Penghargaan berfungsi sebagai bentuk pengakuan atas pencapaian, hukuman sebagai upaya koreksi, dan makna kerja sebagai persepsi karyawan terhadap pentingnya kontribusi yang mereka berikan. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan teknik analisis kuantitatif. Data primer diperoleh dengan cara menyebar kuesioner kepada 100 responden di 10 toko Alfamidi di Kecamatan Jagakarsa. Data diolah dan dianalisis dengan menggunakan SPSS versi 30. Hasil menunjukkan bahwa variabel penghargaan dan makna kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan, sementara variabel hukuman tidak berpengaruh signifikan. Secara simultan, ketiga variabel mampu menjelaskan 69,1% variasi dalam kinerja karyawan berdasarkan nilai koefisien determinasi (R²), sedangkan sisanya dipengaruhi oleh faktor lain di luar model penelitian. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem penghargaan dan makna kerja memiliki peran penting dalam meningkatkan kinerja karyawan di sektor ritel. Implikasi penelitian ini memberikan wawasan bagi manajemen Alfamidi untuk memperkuat sistem penghargaan dan meningkatkan makna kerja guna memotivasi karyawan, sedangkan sistem hukuman perlu ditinjau kembali agar tidak menimbulkan dampak negatif. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengelolaan sumber daya manusia di sektor ritel dengan pendekatan yang lebih manusiawi dan berbasis pada psikologi kerja.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out and explain the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) in 2021 using the Islamicity Performance Index approach using a quantitative descriptive type of research. The sample in this study is Indonesian Sharia Banks listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2021. The data source used is secondary data and data collection techniques use literature searches. Data analysis techniques using non-statistical quantitative methods descriptive quantitative methods. In the Islamicity Performance Index indicators, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia is as follows: Profit Sharing Ratio (PSR) results of the analysis are in very good predicate, Zakat Performance Index (ZPR) is in bad predicate, Equitable Distribution Ratio (EDR) which includes Qardh and Donation is not good, Employee Expense is not good, and Net Profit is not good, Islamic Investment vs. Non-Islamic Investment Ratio is very good, and Islamic Income vs. Non-Islamic Income Ratio is very good. Thus, the results of the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) for the 2021 period using the Islamicity Performance Index approach, the performance of Bank Syariah Indonesia has obtained results that are in accordance with using this method.

Abstract

Higher Education Institution (HEI) in Indonesia plays an important role as central position in the development of science and technology in general and the improvement of human resources in particular. Rapid change in the world current economic condition and else digital technology transformation has tend the higher education to adapt and adjust with such phenomenon. The objective of this research is to remind the practitioners of higher education sector to be fully responsive to the change occurred in global. The research method is analytical descriptive analysis. The data gathered and obtained from the books, journals, and other sources which relevant to the topic of research. The result of analysis found that quick anticipation (QA) is required and top management of higher education must adopt change management and innovation in order to compete with others, attract the students, and gain excellence performance.

Abstract

This study explores the application of the Human Resources (HR) STIFIn method as an innovative approach to human resource management in Islamic educational institutions, focusing on its impact on employee performance. STIFIn is a personality profiling method based on genetic intelligence, identifying five dominant "Machines of Intelligence": Sensing, Thinking, Intuiting, Feeling, and Instinct. Conducted at Aya Sophia Islamic School, this qualitative research adopts a case study approach to analyze how HR STIFIn is implemented in organizational practice, and how it influences work productivity, communication, and collaboration among teachers and staff. Findings show that HR STIFIn improves task suitability, enhances motivation, and supports harmonious working relationships by aligning responsibilities with individual cognitive tendencies. The study also identifies critical supporting factors, including strong leadership commitment and internal STIFIn expertise, At the same time, challenges include the need for continuous training, among new staff, and integration with parents' understanding. The research concludes that HR STIFIn not only boosts employee performance but also fosters a personalized and humanistic work culture. This model offers a promising alternative for Islamic schools aiming to integrate character-based education with strategic HR development.
