Abstract

Abstract: Rattan handicraft production continues to increase along with the increasing number of rattan handicraft industry entrepreneurs in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. However, the problem in the production of the rattan handicraft industry in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City is the lack of attention of craftsmen to the quality of the goods produced and price competition that does not compete with other non-handicraft products. This study aims to analyze the technical, price and economic efficiency in the use of capital production factors, raw materials and labor in the rattan handicraft industry in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City. The object of this research is the rattan industry entrepreneurs in Rumbai District, Pekanbaru City, amounting to 23 rattan handicraft industry entrepreneurs based on data obtained from the Pekanbaru City Industry and Trade Office in 2018. Data analysis uses descriptive analysis and data analysis uses Stochastic Production Frontier- Technical Efficiency ( SPF-TE). The results of this study indicate that the efficiency of rattan production in Rumbai District based on the stochastic frontier is considered efficient because the average efficiency value is close to 1. Furthermore, the efficiency of rattan prices is considered inefficient because the average value of efficiency is small from 1.Finally, the economic efficiency of rattan in Based on the stochastic frontier, Rumbai District is considered efficient because the average efficiency value is close to 1.Keyword : Efficiency, Production Factors, Rattan Crafts

Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this study is to find out the effect of social financial of parents to the result of social study of the first dan second year students of MTs Datuk Batu Hampar Bagansiapiapi Rokan Hilir Regency. The population of this research was all the fisrt dan second year students which consist of 53 students, in this research the writer used purposive sampling related to the students who didn’t pass the minimum standart of achievement (KKM). However, only 33 students were participated in this study. The analysis in this research were descriptive, uji normalitas, uji linieritas, uji f, uji t, determinasi and uji persamaan regresi berganda. The result of descriptive analysis show that the majority of education of student’s parentsis <Rp 1.500.000 and beside that, there are nothing of side income from the result of hypothesis test, it was found that there was significant influence between education of parents for the result of students was t value (4,624) > table t (2,042) and sig (0,000) < 0,05and parents financial for the result of student was t value (3,945) > table t (2,042) and sig (0,000) < 0,05. From the result of data analysis, it wa found education value and financial were significant influences for variabel of learning result was t value (18,062) > table f (3,316)and sig (0,000) < 0,05 . Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the influence of fixed asset investment and working capital on profitability both of simultaneously and partially at manufacturing companies of automotive and components sub sector which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 until 2017. The population of this study is all of the companies of automotive sector and components which is listing in the Indonesia Stock Exchange for 2013 until 2017 which data was examined by census. This study used secondary data sourced from annual report. The data analysis technique used multiple linier regression with the help of the program called SPSS (Statistical Package for Social Science). The result of this study showed that fixed asset investment and working capital simultaneously had an influence on profitability. Fixed asset investment partially had a negative influence on profitability. While working capital had a positive influence on profitability.Key Words: Fixed Asset Investment, Working Capital, and Profitability

Abstract

Abstract : The purpose of this study was to determine the economic teachers understanding level to implementing assessment activities based on curriculum 2013 at Public Senior High School in Bagan Sinembah District.The population in this study is the economics teacher at Public Senior High School In Bagan Sinembah District and the sample to be studied was 19 teachers. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis uses quantitative descriptive analysis. The results showed the level of understanding of economics teachers in carrying out assessment activities based on the 2013 curriculum that is 38.22%, the level of understanding of economics teachers in carrying out assessment activities based on the 2013 curriculum seen from the assessment plan that is 43.27%, the level of understanding of economics teachers in carrying out assessment activities based on the 2013 curriculum seen from the implementation of the assessment is 31.02%, the level of understanding of the economics teacher in carrying out assessment activities based on the 2013 curriculum viewed from the management of the assessment results is 62.96%, the level of understanding of economics teachers in carrying out assessment activities based on the 2013 curriculum seen from the utilization and follow-up of the assessment results which is 38.89%.Keywords: assessment, understanding level, curriculum 2013.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to find out how the level of service quality and participation of members in the Koperasi Wanita Pesona Marta Pekanbaru. The population in this study was 149 people. Sampling in this study used simple random sampling technique used the Slovin formula amounted to 60 people. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive quantitative method. The results showed that the level of service quality of the Pesona Marta Pekanbaru Women's Cooperative was in the low category with a percentage of 61.66%. And the level of participation of members of the Koperasi Wanita Pesona Marta Pekanbaru is in the 46.67% category.Key Words: Service Quality, Member’s Participation

Abstract

Abstract: The aims of this research was to determine the effect of learning habits and family environment on student achievement on economic subjects class X and XI IPS at SMA Muhammadiyah bangkinang. The Population of this research were students of X dan XI social class at SMA Muhammadiyah bangkinang and the total is 44 students. This Research takes all of population as a sample or is called a cencus study. The data collection was done by using documentation and questionnaire. And the data analysis by using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research indicate (1) study habits have a significant effect on learning achievement with tcount (3,910) > ttabel (2,020) or sig. (0,011) < 0,05 (2) family environment have significant effect to learning achievement with value fcount (32,262) > ftabel (3,226) with sig. (0,000) < 0,05 with a R square value 0,661. It could be concluded that the perchantage of influence of learning habit and family environment to learning achievement variable was equal 61,6%. While the remaining 38,9% influenced by other variables were school environment, community environment, self motivation. Multiple regression equation obtained in this research was = 40,112 + 0,398 + 0,437. It means that if the study habits (X1) and family environment (X2) does not exist then the amount of learning achievement (Y) equal 40,112 and every existence of increase of habit learning then will improve the student achievement of 0,398 and any increase in attention from the family environment will increase student achievement of 0,437.Keywords: Study Habits, Family Environment And Learning Achievement

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine whether there are differences in accounting student perceptions between male and female students. The population in this study was 216 students. The type of data used in this study is primary data. The sample in this study was taken based on Slovin method, namely as many as 68 students consisting of 23 male and 45 female and using proportional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques using questionnaire retrieval.Data analysis using descriptive analysis and Independent Simple t-test. Based on the Independent Simple Test showed that there were no differences in perceptions between male and female accounting students towards accountant professional ethics with a significance value of 0.558 which is greater than decision making, ie 0.05Key Words: Perception, The Accountant Profession Ethics, Gender, University Student’s.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the factors that influence the existence of cooperative students in Pekanbaru State Vocational School, the impact of positive and negative. The informants in this study were student vice-director, quality deputy director, teacher and student. The type of data used in this study is primary and secondary data. Data collection techniques with the help of observation and interviews. Data analysis using descriptive analysis. The results of the study showed that public vocational training in Pekanbaru had 5 cooperative schools and those who did not have 4 schools. The State Vocational Schools that have cooperatives are the reason for cooperative students as a training field for students, cooperative students as learning labs for students and cooperative students who meet all student needs. The State Vocational School that does not have a cooperative is the reason that the human resources in the school do not know what cooperatives are, do not feel the existence of cooperative benefits of students and the lack of student participation. The positive impact of cooperative students is that students and students do not have to leave school to meet their needs, learn students as responsible and independent individuals, cooperative students also teach students to work together. The negative effect is that students are disturbed in time to take care of cooperatives.Key Words: Cooperatives, Student Cooperatives, and Factors Affecting the Exictence

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to know the influence of teaching ability of teachers and independence learning on the social learning achievement of seven grade student at pekanbaru 34 junior high school. The population in this study is 160 students from class VII 4 – VII 7. The samples in this study were taken by the Slovin method of up to 62 students, using a proporsional random sampling technique. Data collection techniques by using documentation and questionnaires. Data analysis using descriptive analysis and multiple linear regression. Descriptive, teacher’s teaching abilities is included in the medium category, independence learning included in the good category, and learning achievement is included in the enough category. The teaching ability of teacher and independence learning has a significant impact on learning achievement with the regression equation Y= 4,291+0,566X1+0,219X2 and contribute to the learning achievement by 54,1%Key Words: Teaching Ability of Teachers, Independence Learning, and Learning Achievement.

Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to determine the differences in learning outcomes between private tutoring and the application of the ruang guru. The population used in this study were all students of SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The sample in this study amounted to 35 students consisting of class X, XI, and XII at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru. The data was obtained by using a google form which contains a questionnaire and the value of tutoring and the ruang guru application. The research data was taken using purposive sampling with the criteria of the research sample being students who had taken private lessons and had used the ruang guru application. The data analysis technique used in this research is the independent t test. The results of this study indicate that private lessons with a percentage of 47% and a ruang guru application with a percentage of 64.7% are categorized very well for student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru based on the results of variable categorization. From the learning outcomes obtained, data. From the simple linear regression hypothesis test obtained, the data shows a significance > 0.05, this means that private tutoring and the application of the ruang guru have no effect in improving learning outcomes. From the independent t test, the results of the F test show that the F value is 0.424 with sig. 0.519. Because the value of sig > 0.05, the variance of the two groups is homogeneous. Therefore, the t test used is the top t test (pooled t test). The results of the t test found the t value of -1.784 with a sig (2-tailed) of 0.084. Because the value of sig > 0.05, information is obtained that there is no difference in the results of the questionnaire between private lessons and ruang guru application. This means, students who have taken lessons and have used the teacher's room both assume that following both can improve learning outcomes. From the statistical table performed in hypothesis testing using the independent t test, it shows that the average score of students who have used the ruang guru application is more effective in improving learning outcomes with a difference of 3.06. Then it was obtained information that using the ruang guru application was more influential in improving student learning outcomes at SMA Negeri 5 Pekanbaru.Key Words : Private Tutoring, Ruang Guru Application, Learning Outcomes
