Abstract

The purpose in this research to discuss about the change of agricultural land, social economy condition of local in East Lombok Regency, and the planning model of land conversion to social economy of local in East Lombok Regency. The type of research in this study used applied research. Data analysis used GIS analysis method through ArcGIS software to get the change of agricultural land use into built up area in East Lombok Regency, social economy condition through statistic analysis and modeling through ISM analysis. The results of the research are: 1) The conversion of agricultural land into built up area in East Lombok Regency from 2012 until 2015 increases the extent which commonly used local for tobacco plantations; 2) the social economy condition of local in East Lombok Regency, in terms of profession, most of the people are farmers, traders and services, in economy productivity of East Lombok Regency derived from agricultural products and services, East Lombok local income most of them who work as agricultural laborers and service workers have a low income because not landowners or services. 3) social economy planning model based on land use change in East Lombok is to empower communities based on the potential of each sub-district by optimizing agricultural tourism, cultural tourism, integrated CBD through the role of government and local in land use which managed by local and supported by infrastructure, tourism promotion, and government regulations.

Abstract

Budaya Mapalus yang merupakan budaya yang sudah menjadi kegiatan sehari-hari masyarakat Minahasa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengupayakan pelestariannya melalui akulturasi adaptasi budaya. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode kualilatif melalui observasi, wawancara dan dokumentasi. Data akan diolah dengan melalui analisis SWOT dan model kebijakan melalui analisis AHP. Berdasarkan hasil analisis SWOT strategi pelestarian Budaya Mapalus yang adaptif, yaitu (1) pembentukan kelompok-kelompok Mapalus yang diintegrasikan dengan perkembangan global, (2) integrasi pemerintah daerah dengan lembaga masyarakat dalam menjaga keutuhan Budaya Mapalus, (3) filtrasi budaya yang sesuai dengan hakikat Budaya Mapalus, (4) kaderisasi masyarakat untuk melestarikan Budaya Mapalus melalui kegiatan partisipatif, (5) penanaman esensi Budaya Mapalus dalam diri masing-masing individu melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan secara berkala, dan (6) membuat agenda kegiatan yang melibatkan masyarakat untuk berperan aktif sesuai dengan norma yang terkandung pada Budaya Mapalus. Model kebijakan awal yang harus ditempuh dari hasil analisis AHP adalah penanaman esensi Budaya Mapalus dalam diri masing-masing individu melalui kegiatan pelatihan dan penyuluhan.

Abstract

Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk memberikan enrichment kepada siswa maupun lingkungan sekolah untuk bisa membentuk karakter peduli lingkungan terhadap permasalahan sampah yang ada disekitar. Metode yang digunakan dalam menindaklanjuti permasalahan yang terjadi di SMA Negeri 1 Ratahan akan diuraikan secara deskriptif. Solusi penyelesaian masalah yang dilaksanakan terdiri dari 3 program kegiatan, yaitu Program Senin Bersih, Torang Pe Budaya Mapalus, Mengolah Sampah Menjadi Olahan Bernilai. Seluruh rangkaian kegiatan dapat berupa pelatihan atau penyuluhan dan rangkaian konsep perencanaan yang dapat dilaksanakan disekolah. Kegiatan PKM yang telah dilaksanakan diperoleh hasil yang cukup baik diantaranya yaitu terjadi peningkatan pemahaman esensi dari program senin bersih yang mampu menciptakan suatu habit atau kebiasaan untuk melestarikan lingkungan dengan Pola Hidup Bersih dan Sehat. Kedua, meningkatnya keterampilan mitra sekolah merumuskan tatanan proses awal yang dapat ditempuh untuk membentuk karakter mapalus melalui program Torang Pe Budaya Mapalus. Ketiga, mitra sekolah antusias dalam mengkonsep program Mengolah Sampah Menjadi Olahan Bernilai secara daring karena terbatasnya aktivitas akibat pandemi Covid-19.

Abstract

The problem in this study is related to the number of developments, especially those aimed at their designation, which is not by the existing regional spatial plan. This is because many developments are located in disaster-prone areas, coastal border areas, and protected areas. This also triggers changes in land use that are quite large from time to time. This study aims to determine the use of utilization with a regional spatial plan. This study uses quantitative methods to determine developments based on data in the Sangihe Islands Regency, analyzing image data and knowing the level of suitability of land use with the RTRW. The method of analysis in this study uses a method of spatial analysis based on geographic information systems (GIS) using supervised classification, scoring, weighting, overlay. The variables in this study include land use, spatial planning, and adjustments. The results show that the land area in the Regional Spatial Plan is suitable for land use in particular for an area of ​​3,202.65 hectares and not suitable for an area of ​​17,946.03 hectares from the total area of ​​the existing land use.

Abstract

This study illustrates the growth model of Jambi City until 2035 supported by several driving factors derived from human activities and patterns of movement. Sampling based on the administrative Area of Interest (AOI) of Jambi City. Sources of data obtained from relevant agencies and remote sensing imagery (Landsat Image). Analysis of research data using demographic analysis, GIS, Cellular Automata and statistics. The results showed that there was a change in land cover during the predictions between 2016-2035; Judging from the growth of settlements, each year it is increasingly referring to the expansion diffusion model with concentric shapes through Cellular Automata modeling. Settlements will always grow in the Central Business District, namely Pasar Jambi District and Jelutung District and South Jambi District will further develop in 2035.

Abstract

This research is verification research or descriptive research. The investigated variables are family harmony (X1), school environment (X2) and students learning achievements (Y). The research was conducted at SMAN 4 Barru District with 105 students as the samples from 144 students as the populations. The samples werw taken through propotional and random sampling procedure. The data were collected by employing questionnaires, test and documentation. The hypothesis was tested and analyzed by using simple regression and double regression. The results of the research reveal that (1) There is positive influence and significant influence of family harmony on Sociology learning achievements of IPS students at SMA Negeri 4 Barru, (2) There is positive influence and significant influence of school environment on Sociology learning achievements of IPS students at SMAN 4 Barru, and (3) There is positive and significant influence between family harmony and school environment simultaneously on learning achievements of the IPS students at SMAN 4 Barru.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi perilaku spasial anak usia sekolah dalam mitigasi bencana banjir. Penelitian dilakukan dengan metode survei. Subjek penelitian merupakan siswa usia sekolah pada jenjang pendidikan SD, SMP dan SMA. Sampel penelitian dilakukan dengan Teknik penyampelan dilakukan dengan teknik proportional random sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan cara observasi, kuesioner dan dokumentasi penelitian. Proses analisis data menggunakan analisis statistik deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pada setiap fase dalam jenjang pendidikan menunjukkan perilaku spasial yang dinilai melalui respon dari parameter-parameter tindakan bencana. Dilihat dari jenjang pendidikannya, pada jenjang sekolah dasar memiliki persentase tindakan spasial dalam mitigasi bencana banjir paling rendah dibandingkan dengan jenjang SMP dan SMA/SMK. Pada masing-masing fase tindakan mitigasi bencana banjir berdasarkan jenjang pendidikannya terlihat bahwa pada fase pra bencana merupakan fase tindakan yang memiliki persentase terendah. Sekolah memegang peranan utama karena merupakan titik sentral untuk pembentukan pengetahuan spasial dan sadar bencana. Selain itu, peranan pemerintah daerah, BPBD dan masyarakat sangat diperlukan untuk membangun resiliensi terhadap bencana banjir.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the strategies employed by geography teachers at SMA Negeri 1 Airmadidi to enhance students' intrinsic and extrinsic motivation. A qualitative methodology was utilized, incorporating literature review, observations, interviews, and documentation for data collection. Data analysis was conducted through reduction, presentation, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that students respond positively to the strategies implemented by teachers, such as paying attention to the teacher, engaging with the material presented, and demonstrating active participation in learning activities. These strategies contribute to positive student behaviors, including helping peers, effective time management, active engagement in the learning process, achieving good academic results, and striving for success. However, several factors hinder the efforts of teachers to enhance student motivation in geography learning. These factors include individual motives, lack of uniformity in teaching methods, limited media usage, inadequate environmental conditions, insufficient parental attention, and low motivation levels among students. To overcome these barriers, teachers can create a conducive learning environment, intensify interactions with students, employ enjoyable learning traps, and establish a supportive atmosphere for learning.

Abstract

Burake Religious Tourism Attraction is one of the tourist attractions built in a limestone hilly area (karst) on which the tallest statue of Jesus Christ in the world is built. This research aims to find out how efforts are made to develop the Burake Religious Tourism Object. The research method used is descriptive quantitative with SWOT analysis techniques. Data collection techniques in this research are observation, interviews, documentation and literature study. The research results show that based on the ALI weighting results, the internal factor of strength has a score of 3.60, which means the internal position is strong and the ALE on external factors of opportunity has a score of 3.70, which also means the external position is strong. Several things that need to be pursued in developing the Buntu Burake Religious Tourism Object are tourist attraction, accessibility, promotion, potential, facilities and infrastructure.

Abstract

Pendidikan kebencanaan merupakan hal penting terutama bagi negara seperti indonesia. Pendidikan kebencanaan diimplementasikan salah satu melalui pembelajaran geografi, pembelajarn geografi tersedia pendidikan mitigasi bencana sebagai arah dalam pembentukan karakter peduli lingkungan dan lainya. salah satu bentuk implementasi yakni melalui projek pelajar pencasila Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan penelitian kajian teoritis yang bertujuan untuk menegaskan pentingnya pembelajaran geografi dalam mendukung implementasi projek pelajar pancasila. Metodologi kajian teoritis merupakan pendekatan yang berfokus pada penelaahan, analisis, dan sintesis literatur serta teori-teori yang relevan untuk membangun kerangka konseptual yang kuat dalam suatu penelitian Pembelajaran geografi memiliki peran yang sangat krusial dalam memberikan pemahaman yang mendalam tentang risiko bencana yang dihadapi oleh Indonesia, Implementasi Projek Pelajar Pancasila merupakan inisiatif strategis yang bertujuan untuk mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai Pancasila ke dalam pendidikan sehari-hari, sehingga membentuk karakter siswa yang berintegritas, berdaya saing, dan mampu berkontribusi positif bagi bangsaimplementasi Projek Pelajar Pancasila merupakan upaya untuk menciptakan lingkungan belajar yang tidak hanya fokus pada pencapaian akademis, tetapi juga pada pembentukan karakter dan keterampilan hidup yang esensial. Oleh karenanya dalam pengembangan projek pancasila berbasis pada pembelajaran geografi diperlukan kreativitas dalam perencanaan, pelekasnaan, dan evaluasi pembelajaran.
