Abstract

As a part of the Nawa Cita program of the President of the Republic of Indonesia, the suspension bridge construction program is building Indonesia from the periphery by strengthening regions and villages within the framework of the unitary state. The construction of suspension bridges is intended to assist local governments and communities in overcoming problems such as improving inter-village development, alleviating centralized regional development, cutting down limited access to inter-village transportation that has not been connected with education, health facilities, or other facilities, as infrastructure for disaster mitigation or evacuation, as well as development Inadequate infrastructure for isolated villages and outermost villages. Setting priorities for the proposals of construction of a suspension bridge for pedestrians need the criteria and judgments that will simplify the determination of the priority of the suspension bridge proposal. The criteria and judgment need to be substantiated scientifically, by applying Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) method in determining the priority of the proposals. From this study, we can interpret that the benefit of the bridge to economic activity has the biggest percentage 26.50% of the overall importance of the criteria and on the other hand, administrative requirements have the smallest percentage 6.34% of the overall importance of the criteria. Abstract

Pekerjaan struktur beton pada proyek hotel bertingkat di Surabaya, banyak menggunakan metode konvensional, salah satunya adalah pekerjaan plat lantai. Sehingga perlu dilakukan perbandingan metode kerja untuk pekerjaan plat lantai, dengan metode perbandingan antara slab konvensional ,precast half slab danprecast full slab, yang dikhususkan untuk membandingkan tingkat efisiensi waktu dan biaya. Jumlah lantai pada kasus ini adalah 39 lantai. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dan perbandingan, dapat disimpulkan bahwa durasi pelaksanaan menggunakan metode slab konvensional, paling lama dibandingkan dengan menggunakan metode precast full slabdan precast half slab. Durasi konvensional sekitar 229% dibanding full slab, dan half slab lebih lama 20% dibanding full slab. Sedangkan biaya termurah adalah metode slab konvensioanl dibanding 2 (dua) metode alternative lainnya, untuk harga per lantai per m², Harga pekerjaan per m² , untuk metode precast full slab Rp 500.589 , precast half slab Rp 485.851 , dan slabkonvensional Rp 444.917. Prosentase deviasi harga per m², antara precast full slab dan precast half slab adalah 3% , sedangkan bila precast full slab dan slab konvensional adalah 11%.

Abstract

Environmental problems have become one of the things that are most often considered in recent years, the problems that we often hear about are the problems of globalization. The problem of globalization has led to many innovations among the community, especially in universities, namely the Green Campus. Green Open Space (RTH) has become a key indicator in Green Campus-based spatial planning. Along with the increasing number of physical infrastructure developments, the existence of private Green Open Space (GOS) has also begun to decrease and change functions. This study aims to determine the extent of Green Open Space (GOS) in the Narotama University Surabaya. The total value of the Green Area Coefficient (GAC) of Narotama University Surabaya is 10.7%, which value has fulfilled the minimum requirement for private green open space, which is 10%. Narotama University Surabaya is also not ready to become a green campus, due to the existence of a smoking area, where criteria for a green campus are that there should be no smoking area within the campus.

Abstract

Apartments are an option for vertical housing. Currently, with the rapid development of technology, a person will tend to choose housing that can support their mobility. So it is planned that an apartment building structure is planned using a Special Moment Frame System using Performance Based Design referring to SNI 1729: 2015 and SNI 1726: 2019. Planned with columns HC 582x500x50x65 and HC 508x462x75x75 as well as WF beams 400x300x12x22 and WF 400x200x12x22. The results show that the columns and beams are strong but wasteful.

Abstract

Project development and how to control time and costs in the construction project of a public junior high school 1 Surabaya. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing and comparing the amount of duration and cost after acceleration by using the alternative Earned Value Analysis. The case study in this research takes the construction project of a public junior high school 1 Surabaya which is located in Surabaya. The data needed in this study include the S curve, recapitulation of project cost calculations, a list of budget plans (RAB), and a list of unit wage prices for workers. The research method used is to design network planning, calculate the cost variance and variance schedule for each activity that changes due to changes in the duration of implementation, acceleration of work duration, and determination of the optimum cost and duration due to the application of the Earned Value Analysis method. For the calculation of the variance Schedule on week 34 shows a positive result of Rp. 109,550,470. For the calculation of the cost variance from week 34 shows - Rp. 2,488,159. For the calculation of Estimate at completion (EAC) on week 34 of Rp. 6,663,998,229. For the calculation of Estimate temporary schedule, the evaluation week 34 experienced a delay of 53 days from the original schedule. So the work completion time is 233 calendar days

Abstract

Accelerating infrastructure development in Indonesia is a good thing, but this is not without problems. The COVID-19 pandemic is a problem that has a large and global impact, not least in Indonesia, especially in the construction industry sector. The construction project of the Soedono Madiun Hospital is one of the construction projects that have experienced the direct impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to review and analyze the impact of the covid-19 pandemic on construction projects in the case study of the construction project of the Soedono Madiun Hospital, and to find out the biggest impact of the covid-19 pandemic which has the most influence on construction projects in the case study of the construction project of the Soedono Hospital. Madison. The research method used to determine the biggest impact of the covid-19 pandemic on the cost and time aspects is the multiple linear regression analysis method with the help of Microsoft Excel. The other data analysis methods used in this study were the validity and reliability tests used in testing the questionnaire. The results of data analysis conducted in this study indicate that there are seven independent variables affect the dependent variable, namely the suitability of planning and project realization with the equation y= 94.186-0.376x1-0.108x2-1.014x3+0.873x4 for the time aspect, and the equation y=87,009 -0.0006x5-0.001x6-0.0002x7 for the cost aspect. With this equation, it can be seen that the independent variable that has the most influence on the dependent variable on the time aspect is the independent variable X3, namely the change in the time schedule due to delays in the arrival of construction materials by 1.014, while in the cost aspect is the independent variable X6, namely changes in costs due to instability. the price of construction materials is 0.001. So, it is hoped that there will be a project management handling that focuses on the most influential variable, namely construction materials.

Abstract

Terdapat bermacam-macam tipe dengan ukuran bentang berbeda-beda pada suatu kompleks pergudangan di Sidoarjo. Penelitian ini membandingkan aspek desain struktur dan biaya antara masing-masing tipe gudang dengan bentang yang berbeda tetapi dengan total luasan yang sama. Dari analisa perbandingan biaya pada proyek PT. Gudang Multi Indonesia ini didapatkan hasil perhitungan biaya sebesar Rp. 898.682.023,00 pada gudang dengan bentang 10 meter, bentang 20 meter sebesar Rp. 950.895.615,50, dan gudang dengan bentang 30 meter sebesar Rp. 1.145.691.463,00. Hal ini menunjukkan bahwa bentang 30 meter lebih mahal 17% dari pada bentang 20 meter dan bentang 20 meter lebih mahal 5.81% dari bentang 10 meter.Dari analisa tersebut dapat diketahui bahwa gudang dengan bentang 10 meter lebih ekonomis dan efisien dari segi biaya.

Abstract

Perusahaan konstruksi harus menerapkan sistem manajemen mutu, sistem manajemen mutu adalah sistem manajemen untuk mengendalikan organisasi dalam hal mutu, sistem manajemen yang digunakan adalah sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015. Dalam upaya mengetahui wujud aplikasi sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 maka dilaksanakan penelitian. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui kelayakan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 pada pekerjaan Hotel Kampoeng Kidz Batu, yang dikerjakan oleh PT.MURINDA. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan kuisioner dengan memakai instrument skala likert 1-7. Variabel yang dianalisis meliputi : (1) Konteks Organisasi (A1), (2) Kepemimpinan (A2), (3) Perencanaan (A3), (4) Pendukung (A4), (5) Operasi (A5), (6) Evaluasi Kinerja (A6), (7) Peningkatan (A7). Hasil penelitian menyimpulkan bahwa penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 adalah sangat baik dengan nilai persentase 84,24% dan faktor yang menjadi kendala adalah perencanaan penanganan resiko dan peluang untuk mencapai sasaran pekerjaan. Disarankan agar penerapan sistem manajemen mutu ISO 9001:2015 tetap dipertahankan atau ditingkatkan.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Profil C baja ringan adalah suatu produk yang terbuat dari bahan dasar baja dan sifat dasar baja ringan sangatlah kaku, jadi sangat kuat untuk menopang beban berat. Pemakaian profil C baja ringan bisa membuat proses pembangungan menjadi lebih cepat dan biaya pengerjaan bisa sangat singkat. Dan mengetahui nilai detail kuat lentur beton dengan menggunakan tulangan profil C baja ringan dan beton tulangan besi normal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji kelayakan beton tulangan profil C baja ringan sebagai komponen bangunan. Di harapkan dalam penelitian ini, profil C baja ringan mendapatkan hasil uji kuat lentur dengan efektifitas dan kualitas yang optimal sehingga dapat diproduksi secara massal. Dari hasil penelitian dan pembahasan mengenai kuat lentur beton tulangan profil C baja ringan dan beton tulangan normal mendapatkan nilai kuat lentur yang berbeda. Hasil tes kuat lentur benda uji balok beton diumur 7, 14 dan 28 hari untuk nilai kuat lentur beton tulangan normal 68 kg/cm², 92.5 kg/cm², 103.36 kg/cm² dan nilai beton tulangan profil C baja ringan 95.2 kg/cm², 106.08 kg/cm², 111.52 kg/cm².

Abstract

In the matter of parking lot problems, there are many ways to solve the problems that always arise from the parking lot with more and more and require a very large land with adequate capacity, therefore one of them is by making a multi-storey parking building. The more development of construction work, the more problems that arise during construction, one of which is project management problems which before the implementation or implementation of development are always planned to determine the schedule, time, and cost needed. In the construction of the Airlangga University multi-storey parking building project, controlling the schedule of the plan should have been carried out in 300 days. With the CPM and PERT methods used, the calculation duration is 340 days with a probability of 99.85% to speed up work and delays. Acceleration is carried out by adding workers so that it will affect costs, so after adding workers with normal costs of Rp. 49.139.000.850,26. and after the addition of manpower to speed up the implementation time with a total cost of Rp 49,227,563,678.83. after accelerating.
