Abstract

Pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk 1) untuk mengetahui jenis kegiatan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa selama terjun langsung ke masyarakat dalam kerja praktik; dan 2) Apakah ada relevansi antara kurikulum kampus merdeka yang diambil mahasiswa dengan kegiatan kerja praktik yang dilakukan di Dinas Komunikasi dan Informasi kota Surabaya. Metoda yang digunakan adalah deskriptif kualitatif dimana data yang dikumpulkan berupa pengalaman pengalaman yang didapat dari kerja praktek mahasiswa jurusan teknik sipil universitas narotama. Dimana subjek penelitiannya adalah kelima mahasiswa yang yang mengikuti kegiatan praktik kerja di dinas komunikasi dan informasi kota Surabaya bidang Keamanan Infrastruktur Teknologi dan Informatika. Hasilnya menunjukkan Jenis Pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh mahasiswa adalah Praktik penerapan secara langsung ilmu survey lokasi, perencaan Proyek dan Manejemen Proyek termasuk pelaksanaan pengawasan mulai dari pengawasan barang sesuai spesifikasi kontrak hingga pengawasan pelaksanaan pekerjaan dan keseluruhan penugasan yang diberikan oleh dinas komunikasi dan informasi kota Surabaya sesuai dengan kurikulum yang diberikan dibangku kuliah diantaranya mata kuliah manajemen proyek, ilmu ukur hingga desain penjadwalan proyek yang dipakai sebagai acuan ketika ditempatkan pada aktivitas pengawasan  sehingga mahasiswa mampu melaksanakan tugas yang diberikan dengan baik

Abstract

Abstract Due to poor administrative supervision and a lack of collaboration amongst all interested parties, the Situbondo Paramaan Bridge Replacement project was delayed to the detriment of all stakeholders. In order to comprehend the contributing factors that contribute to the delays, the researcher's objective with this delay issue is to compare the fast track technique and not use it. The replacement project for the Situbondo Paramaan Bridge, which has fallen behind schedule, is the main subject of this study. The primary and secondary data for this study, which combines qualitative and quantitative research approaches, were processed using Microsoft Project 2016.The data were gathered straight from the project. With a focus on time management, the fast track technique is used to address project delay difficulties. This study aims to accelerate time so that the project can be finished on schedule or even earlier than the time agreed upon between the contractor and the project owner. The replacement project for the Paramaan Bridge in Kab. Situbondo has been delayed for a number of reasons. to t projects in order to avoid further promake it possible for these factors to be concentrated on completing the solution for subsequenject delays.

Abstract

The Ngawi Big Market development project, located on Jl. Sultan Agung, Sidomulyo, Ketangi, Kec. Ngawi, Ngawi Regency, East Java 63211. In this development project, it is necessary to calculate the budget plan and the exact implementation time to find out how much money is needed and how to calculate the time for the construction of the project. For this final project using the half slab precast method on the plate and for other elements still using the conventional method. To plan costs, must determine the method of implementation and also know the duration of the work in advance. So, it is necessary to do the volume calculation first. Then find out the productivity value of each type of work. So to get the value of work duration obtained from the calculation of volume divided by productivity. The calculation of the productivity value is obtained from field surveys. The results of these calculations can be used as input to the Microsoft Project software application for preparing schedules for each job. In the final results of calculating the cost and time of implementation of this project, the cost and duration of plate work with Halfslab is Rp. 2,666,765,984 with a duration of work for 35 days.

Abstract

The project acceleration by the Crash Program is one of the ways that is often used to make time and cost efficiency on an ongoing project. Acceleration of project completion time will affect the efficiency of equipment and labor productivity. In the case study of the Surabaya Outer East Ring Road Project Construction Segment 1, a project that has the potential to be accelerated is discussed in order to obtain efficiency values in terms of time and cost, Project acceleration by means of the Crash Program using the Precedence Diagram Method (PDM) method to determine the value of efficiency. This project uses resources, in this research the software used is Microsoft Project 2016. The research method used is to design network planning, find the critical path for each job, determine the work that has the potential to be accelerated, calculate the crash cost in additional working hours. and work shifts, calculating direct costs and indirect costs for each activity that changes due to changes in the duration of implementation, calculating the cost slope. Application of the Crash Program in the work of Asphalt Concrete Surface Layers (AC) thick 5 cm in the project will have an impact on increasing the time efficiency previously planned from 180 working days to 175 working days and efficiency with the difference in project costs of Rp. 18.313.935,8 with a ratio of 0,997 between the PDM method compared to the cost of the contract value calculated using the crashing project method.

Abstract

Abstrak Proyek pembangunan gedung laboratorium RSUD Sumberglagah Mojokerto menggunakan struktur beton bertulang, seluruh elemen struktur dikerjakan secara langsung di lokasi (cast in place). Dalam proses pembangunan ditemukan masalah ketidaksimetrisan kolom struktur. Untuk mengatasi melebarnya masalah tersebut, diterapkan Building Information Modelling dengan melakukan permodelan struktur gedung. Software Tekla Structure memungkinkan pembuatan permodelan tiga dimensi secara detail pada setiap elemen struktur. Tekla Structure dapat melakukan penghitungan kuantitas material secara otomatis (quantity take-off), sehingga kebutuhan volume beton dan besi dapat dihitung secara akurat. Integrasi antara gambar dua dimensi dan tiga dimensi mempermudah pembacaan dan review gambar, sehingga dapat meningkatkan kualitas dan akurasi desain perencanaan maupun saat pelaksanaan. Hasil quantity take-off menunjukkan terdapat selisih volume antara perhitungan konvensional dengan analisa dari Tekla Structure. Penerapan Building Information Modelling menggunakan Tekla Structure diharapkan dapat memberikan solusi efektif dalam menyelesaikan masalah struktur dan meningkatkan efisiensi perencanaan serta pelaksanaan proyek. Kata kunci: Building Information Modelling, Quantity Take Off, Struktur Beton Bertulang, Tekla Structure Abstract The construction project of the laboratory building of Sumberglagah Mojokerto Hospital utilized a reinforced concrete structure, all structural elements were cast in place. During the construction process, there was a problem with the asymmetry of the structural columns. To solve the widening problem, Building Information Modeling is applied by modeling the building structure. Software Tekla Structure memungkinkan pembuatan permodelan tiga dimensi secara detail pada setiap elemen struktur. Tekla Structure can automatically calculate the quantity of materials (quantity take-off), so that the volume requirements of concrete and steel can be calculated accurately. The integration of two- dimensional and three-dimensional drawings makes it easier to read and review drawings, thereby improving the quality and accuracy of planning design and execution. The quantity take-off results show that there is a volume difference between conventional calculations and analysis from Tekla Structure. The application of Building Information Modeling using Tekla Structure is expected to provide effective solutions in solving structural problems and improve the efficiency of planning and project implementation. Abstract

Surabaya City has an area of 33,306.30 Hectares and is divided into 31 sub-districts 154 villages and other government work units, known as SKPD (Satuan Kerja Perangkat Daerah). Regional devices provide services to the community, in order to support this, an internet network and supporting devices are needed which are connected to the network infrastructure between SKPD or public areas. This network infrastructure is managed and built by DINKOMINFO (Dinas Komunikasi dan Informatika) Surabaya City. The Surabaya City Government until 2022, has a total length of fiber optic cable installed in Surabaya reaching 285,932.74 meters as well as thousands of supporting devices such as CCTV and network device boxes. However, manual mapping and data collection methods have limitations in efficiency and accuracy. For this reason, a digital map using Geographic Information System (GIS) with ArcGIS application is required. Digital mapping enables more detailed and accurate geographic data collection, storage and analysis. Genteng sub-district will be the object of research because it has the highest density of fiber optic lines, with a total of 119 cable lines with a length of 21,383.7 meters or 21.4 kilometers, 74 access points, 31 handhole points and 127 CCTV points. This research produces a distribution map with the nearest neighbor method including an access point distribution map with a value of 1.0 which means a random distribution model, a handhole distribution map with a value of 1.6 uniform distribution models and, a CCTV point distribution map with a value of 0.7 group distribution models. The results of this research are expected to help in understanding the importance of digital map creation in network infrastructure development.

Abstract

The construction of the warehouse finish good uses steel construction, for accuracy and acceleration in fabrication of steel requires accuracy in the section of steel pieces, connections, accessories and bolt hole point spacing. Based on reviews in the field, all project parties need 3d results and building planning, which can estimate problems and determine what methods will be used in the implementation in the field. In this Warehouse Finish Good project, development planning uses 2 BIM-based software for steel structures using the Tekla Structure program and for planning earthquake-resistant steel buildings using the SAP 2000 program. The purpose of this research is to study BIM (Building Information Modeling) based technology with the Tekla structure implementation method, the results obtained from the implementation can be 3d modeling and can find out the material requirements that will be used where BIM (Building Information Modeling) is very useful for the field implementation process and can also be a discussion material for all project-related teams to determine the work methods to be used.

Abstract

Keterlambatan dalam proyek konstruksi sering disebabkan human error, seperti kesalahan dalam menterjemahkan gambar Detail Engineering Design (DED) dan perhitungan volume material. Teknologi Building Information Material (BIM) dapat membantu mengatasi masalah tersebut. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk memodelkan struktur beton dan pembesian dalam bentuk 3D menggunakan Autodesk Revit dan membandingkan hasil Quantity Take Off (QTO) dengan volume kontrak pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung DKV ITS. Hasil menunjukkan adanya selisih antara volume yang didapatkan dari metode BIM dengan volume kontrak. Seperti pada perhitungan pembesian pelat tipe 1 menunjukkan selisih awal 19.900,96 kg dikarenakan Revit tidak dapat memperhitungkan overlap pembesian. Setelah dilakukan pemodelan ulang menggunakan overlap pembesian selisih menjadi 1.072,98 kg. Penggunakan BIM dalam proyek penghematan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp. 19.379.315,00 atau sekitar 0,29% dari nilai kontrak.

Abstract

A computer programming requires inputs and processes to produce output, good data processing requires a formula, in programming when using tables is very inefficient, so an approach is needed in this case the existing table tables are converted into formulas, making it easier to process programming. Mix Design for normal concrete, in general, always use tables that have SNI (ACI), the tables are modified with Polynomial Regression to be equations, tables in SNI (ACI) that are transformed into equations. The equation produced, using polynomial regression, with a value of R² ≈ 1. The equation to find weight of mixing water (Ww) = y1j, y2j, with main variable aggregate maximum, additional variables are slump, the second equation is volume air content (VAC) = y3i, additional variables are exposures, water cement ratio (WCR) = y4i, with aggregate maximum variables, while additional variables are air requirements in concrete (non-air entrained/air entrained),weight of coarse aggregate (WCA) = y5i, with two variables aggregate maximum and FM (Finest Modulus), and initial estimates of fresh concrete weight (WFC) = y6i

Abstract

The State University Hospital Construction Project (RSPTN) at the University of Jember exhibits high complexity in its implementation, involving various factors that have the potential to impact the quality of Human Resources (HR) and the risk of performance failure. This study aims to identify failure risks, evaluate dominant factors affecting Human Resource (HR) quality, and formulate risk mitigation strategies. The Fault Tree Analysis (FTA) method is used to systematically analyze the root causes of the problems. The results of the study indicate that the dominant factors contributing to failure are a lack of awareness regarding job responsibilities, poor coordination, and limited worker experience, with the highest Severity Index (SI) value recorded at 99,67%. Recommended mitigation measures include technical training, certification, strict supervision, and the implementation of a reward and punishment system. With appropriate mitigation strategies, failure risks can be reduced, and project performance can be improved.
